11-1 KINGS
11-6:24 And five
cubits was the one wing of the cherub,
and five cubits the other wing of the cherub:
from the uttermost part of the one wing unto the
uttermost part of the other were ten cubits.
11-6:27 And he
set the cherubims within the inner house: and they stretched forth the wings of
the cherubims, so that the wing of the one
touched the one wall, and the wing of the
other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings touched one another in the
midst of the house.
14-3:11 And the
wings of the cherubims were twenty cubits long: one wing of the one cherub was five cubits,
reaching to the wall of the house: and the other wing
was likewise five cubits, reaching to the wing
of the other cherub.
14-3:12 And one
wing of the other cherub was five
cubits, reaching to the wall of the house: and the other wing was five cubits also, joining to
the wing of the other cherub.
23-10:14 And my
hand hath found as a nest the riches of the people: and as one gathereth eggs that
are left, have I gathered all the earth; and there was none that moved the wing, or opened the mouth, or peeped.
26-17:23 In the
mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth
boughs, and bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all
fowl of every wing; in the shadow of the
branches thereof shall they dwell.

created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters
brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged
fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

02-EXODUS
02-19:4 Ye have
seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles’ wings, and brought you unto myself.
02-25:20 And the
cherubims shall stretch forth their wings
on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings,
and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall
the faces of the cherubims be.
02-37:9 And the
cherubims spread out their wings on high,
and covered with their wings over the
mercy seat, with their faces one to another; even to the mercy seatward
were the faces of the cherubims.
03-1:17 And he
shall cleave it with the wings thereof, but shall
not divide it asunder: and the priest shall burn it upon the altar, upon
the wood that is upon the fire: it is a burnt sacrifice, an
offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
05-32:11 As an
eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings:
08-2:12 The LORD recompense
thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the LORD God of Israel, under
whose wings thou art come to trust.
10-22:11 And he
rode upon a cherub, and did fly: and he was seen upon the wings of the wind.
11-6:27 And he
set the cherubims within the inner house: and they stretched forth the wings of the cherubims, so that the wing of the one
touched the one wall, and the wing of the other cherub touched the other
wall; and their wings touched one another in the
midst of the house.
11-8:6 And the
priests brought in the ark of the covenant of the LORD unto his place, into the
oracle of the house, to the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubims.
11-8:7 For the
cherubims spread forth their two wings
over the place of the ark, and the cherubims covered the ark and the staves
thereof above.
13-28:18 And for
the altar of incense refined gold by weight; and gold for the pattern of the
chariot of the cherubims, that spread out their wings,
and covered the ark of the covenant of the LORD.
14-3:11 And the wings of the cherubims were twenty cubits long:
one wing of the one cherub was five cubits, reaching to the wall of the
house: and the other wing was likewise five cubits, reaching to the wing
of the other cherub.
14-3:13 The wings of these cherubims spread themselves forth
twenty cubits: and they stood on their feet, and their faces were inward.
14-5:7 And the
priests brought in the ark of the covenant of the LORD unto his place, to the
oracle of the house, into the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubims:
14-5:8 For the
cherubims spread forth their wings over
the place of the ark, and the cherubims covered the ark and the staves thereof
above.
18-39:13 Gavest
thou the goodly wings unto the peacocks? or wings and feathers unto the ostrich?
18-39:26 Doth the
hawk fly by thy wisdom, and stretch her wings
toward the south?
19-17:8 Keep me
as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings,
19-18:10 And he
rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind.
19-36:7 How
excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men
put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.
19-55:6 And I
said, Oh that I had wings like a dove! for
then would I fly away, and be at rest.
19-57:1 Be
merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee:
yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my
refuge, until these calamities be overpast.
19-61:4 I will
abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.
19-63:7 Because
thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings
will I rejoice.
19-68:13 Though ye
have lien among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow
gold.
19-91:4 He shall
cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings
shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
19-104:3 Who layeth
the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who
walketh upon the wings of the wind:
19-139:9 If I
take the wings of the morning, and dwell
in the uttermost parts of the sea;
20-23:5 Wilt thou
set thine eyes upon that which is not? for riches certainly make
themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle
toward heaven.
21-10:20 Curse not
the king, no not in thy thought; and curse not the rich in thy bedchamber: for
a bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter.
23-6:2 Above it
stood the seraphims: each one had six wings;
with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with
twain he did fly.
23-8:8 And he
shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even
to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings
shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel.
23-18:1 Woe to
the land shadowing with wings, which is beyond
the rivers of Ethiopia:
23-40:31 But they
that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up
with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be
weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
24-48:9 Give wings unto Moab, that it may flee and get away: for
the cities thereof shall be desolate, without any to dwell therein.
24-48:40 For thus
saith the LORD; Behold, he shall fly as an eagle, and shall spread his wings over Moab.
24-49:22 Behold, he
shall come up and fly as the eagle, and spread his wings
over Bozrah: and at that day shall the heart of the mighty men of Edom be as
the heart of a woman in her pangs.
26-1:6 And
every one had four faces, and every one had four wings.
26-1:8 And they
had the hands of a man under their wings on
their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings.
26-1:9 Their wings were joined one to another; they turned
not when they went; they went every one straight forward.
26-1:11 Thus were
their faces: and their wings were stretched
upward; two wings of every one were joined
one to another, and two covered their bodies.
26-1:23 And under
the firmament were their wings straight,
the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and
every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.
26-1:24 And when
they went, I heard the noise of their wings,
like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of
speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.
26-1:25 And there
was a voice from the firmament that was over their heads, when they
stood, and had let down their wings.
26-3:13 I
heard also the noise of the wings of the
living creatures that touched one another, and the noise of the wheels over
against them, and a noise of a great rushing.
26-10:5 And the
sound of the cherubims’ wings was heard even to
the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God when he speaketh.
26-10:8 And there
appeared in the cherubims the form of a man’s hand under their wings.
26-10:12 And their
whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes round about, even
the wheels that they four had.
26-10:16 And when
the cherubims went, the wheels went by them: and when the cherubims lifted up
their wings to mount up from the earth, the same
wheels also turned not from beside them.
26-10:19 And the
cherubims lifted up their wings, and mounted up
from the earth in my sight: when they went out, the wheels also were beside
them, and every one stood at the door of the east gate of the LORD’S
house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
26-10:21 Every one
had four faces apiece, and every one four wings;
and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.
26-11:22 Then did
the cherubims lift up their wings, and the
wheels beside them; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them
above.
26-17:3 And say,
Thus saith the Lord GOD; A great eagle with great wings,
longwinged, full of feathers, which had divers colours, came unto Lebanon, and
took the highest branch of the cedar:
26-17:7 There was
also another great eagle with great wings and many
feathers: and, behold, this vine did bend her roots toward him, and shot forth
her branches toward him, that he might water it by the furrows of her
plantation.
27-7:4 The
first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings:
I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked,
and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and
a man’s heart was given to it.
27-7:6 After
this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it
four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four
heads; and dominion was given to it.
28-4:19 The wind
hath bound her up in her wings, and they shall
be ashamed because of their sacrifices.
38-5:9 Then
lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and
the wind was in their wings; for they had
wings like the wings
of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.
39-4:2 But unto
you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of
the stall.
40-23:37 O
Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them
which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together,
even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings,
and ye would not!
42-13:34 O
Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are
sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen
doth gather her brood under her wings,
and ye would not!
66-4:8 And the
four beasts had each of them six wings about him;
and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night,
saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
66-9:9 And they
had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many
horses running to battle.
66-12:14 And to the
woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that
she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a
time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
