01-GENESIS
01-1:11 And
God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after
his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
01-1:12 And
the earth brought forth grass, and herb
yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in
itself, after his kind: and God saw that it
was good.
01-7:22 All
in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died.
01-11:4 And
they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose
top may reach unto heaven; and let us
make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
01-16:1 Now
Sarai Abram’s wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar.
01-17:14 And
the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin
is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken
my covenant.
01-22:24 And
his concubine, whose name was Reumah, she bare also Tebah, and Gaham, and Thahash, and
Maachah.
01-24:23 And
said, Whose daughter art thou? tell me, I pray thee: is there room in thy father’s house for us to lodge in?
01-24:37 And
my master made me swear, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife to my son of the
daughters of the Canaanites, in whose land I
dwell:
01-24:47 And
I asked her, and said, Whose daughter art thou? And she said, The daughter of
Bethuel, Nahor’s son, whom Milcah bare unto him: and I put the earring upon her
face, and the bracelets upon her hands.
01-32:17 And
he commanded the foremost, saying, When Esau my brother meeteth thee, and
asketh thee, saying, Whose art thou? and whither goest thou? and whose
are these before thee?
01-38:1 And
it came to pass at that time, that Judah went down from his brethren, and turned
in to a certain Adullamite, whose name was Hirah.
01-38:2 And
Judah saw there a daughter of a certain Canaanite, whose
name was Shuah; and he took her, and
went in unto her.
01-38:6 And
Judah took a wife for Er his firstborn, whose
name was Tamar.
01-38:25 When
she was brought forth, she sent to
her father in law, saying, By the man, whose
these are, am I with child: and she
said, Discern, I pray thee, whose are these, the signet, and bracelets,
and staff.
01-44:17 And
he said, God forbid that I should do so: but
the man in whose hand the cup is found, he
shall be my servant; and as for you, get you up in peace unto your father.
01-49:22 Joseph
is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches
run over the wall:
02-34:14 For
thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose
name is Jealous, is a jealous God:
02-35:21 And
they came, every one whose heart stirred him up,
and every one whom his spirit made willing, and
they brought the LORD’S offering to the work of the tabernacle of the
congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments.
02-35:26 And
all the women whose heart stirred them up in
wisdom spun goats’ hair.
02-35:29 The
children of Israel brought a willing offering unto the LORD, every man and
woman, whose heart made them willing to bring
for all manner of work, which the LORD had commanded to be made by the hand of
Moses.
02-36:2 And
Moses called Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whose heart the LORD had put wisdom, even every one whose
heart stirred him up to come unto the work to do it:
03-13:40 And
the man whose hair is fallen off his head, he is bald; yet is he clean.
03-14:32 This
is the law of him in whom is the
plague of leprosy, whose hand is not able to get
that which pertaineth to his
cleansing.
03-15:32 This
is the law of him that hath an issue,
and of him whose
seed goeth from him, and is defiled therewith;
03-16:27 And
the bullock for the sin offering, and
the goat for the sin offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the
holy place, shall one carry forth without the camp; and
they shall burn in the fire their skins, and their flesh, and their dung.
03-21:10 And
he that is the high priest among his
brethren, upon whose head the anointing oil was
poured, and that is consecrated to put on the garments, shall not uncover his
head, nor rend his clothes;
03-22:4 What
man soever of the seed of Aaron is a
leper, or hath a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he
be clean. And whoso toucheth any thing that
is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goeth from him;
03-24:10 And
the son of an Israelitish woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the
children of Israel: and this son of the Israelitish woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp;
04-24:3 And
he took up his parable, and said, Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man
whose eyes are open hath said:
04-24:15 And
he took up his parable, and said, Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man
whose eyes are open hath said:
05-8:9 A
land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are
iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig
brass.
05-19:1 When
the LORD thy God hath cut off the nations, whose
land the LORD thy God giveth thee, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in
their cities, and in their houses;
05-28:49 The
LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;
05-29:18 Lest
there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from the LORD our
God, to go and serve the gods of
these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and
wormwood;
06-24:15 And
if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will
serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites,
in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my
house, we will serve the LORD.
07-4:2 And
the LORD sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan, that reigned in
Hazor; the captain of whose host was Sisera, which dwelt in Harosheth of
the Gentiles.
07-6:10 And
I said unto you, I am the LORD your
God; fear not the gods of the Amorites, in whose
land ye dwell: but ye have not obeyed my voice.
07-8:31 And
his concubine that was in Shechem, she
also bare him a son, whose name he called
Abimelech.
07-13:2 And
there was a certain man of Zorah, of the family of the Danites, whose name was Manoah;
and his wife was barren, and bare
not.
07-16:4 And
it came to pass afterward, that he loved a woman in the valley of Sorek, whose name was Delilah.
07-17:1 And
there was a man of mount Ephraim, whose name was Micah.
08-2:2 And
Ruth the Moabitess said unto Naomi, Let me now go to the field, and glean ears
of corn after him in whose sight I shall find grace. And she said unto her,
Go, my daughter.
08-2:5 Then
said Boaz unto his servant that was set over the reapers, Whose damsel is this?
08-2:12 The
LORD recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the LORD God of
Israel, under whose wings thou art come to
trust.
08-3:2 And
now is not Boaz of our kindred, with whose maidens thou wast? Behold, he winnoweth barley
to night in the threshingfloor.
09-9:1 Now
there was a man of Benjamin, whose name was Kish, the son of Abiel, the son of
Zeror, the son of Bechorath, the son of Aphiah, a Benjamite, a mighty man of
power.
09-9:2 And
he had a son, whose name was Saul, a choice young man, and a goodly: and there was not among the children of
Israel a goodlier person than he: from his shoulders and upward he was higher than any of the people.
09-10:26 And
Saul also went home to Gibeah; and there went with him a band of men, whose hearts God had touched.
09-12:3 Behold,
here I am: witness against me before
the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have
I taken? or whose ass have I taken? or whom have
I defrauded? whom have I oppressed? or of whose
hand have I received any bribe to
blind mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.
09-17:4 And
there went out a champion out of the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, of
Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span.
09-17:12 Now
David was the son of that Ephrathite
of Bethlehemjudah, whose name was Jesse; and he had eight sons: and
the man went among men for an old man
in the days of Saul.
09-17:55 And
when Saul saw David go forth against the Philistine, he said unto Abner, the
captain of the host, Abner, whose son is this youth? And Abner said, As thy soul liveth, O king, I cannot
tell.
09-17:56 And
the king said, Enquire thou whose son the
stripling is.
09-17:58 And
Saul said to him, Whose son art thou, thou young man?
And David answered, I am the son of
thy servant Jesse the Bethlehemite.
09-25:2 And
there was a man in Maon, whose possessions were
in Carmel; and the man was very
great, and he had three thousand sheep, and a thousand goats: and he was
shearing his sheep in Carmel.
10-3:7 And
Saul had a concubine, whose name was Rizpah, the daughter of Aiah: and Ishbosheth said to Abner, Wherefore hast
thou gone in unto my father’s concubine?
10-3:12 And
Abner sent messengers to David on his behalf, saying, Whose
is the land? saying also, Make thy league with me, and,
behold, my hand shall be with thee,
to bring about all Israel unto thee.
10-6:2 And
David arose, and went with all the people that were with him from Baale of Judah, to bring up from thence the ark
of God, whose name is called by the name of the
LORD of hosts that dwelleth between the
cherubims.
10-9:2 And
there was of the house of Saul a
servant whose name was Ziba. And when they had called him unto David, the king said
unto him, Art thou Ziba? And he said,
Thy servant is he.
10-9:12 And
Mephibosheth had a young son, whose name was Micha. And all that dwelt in the
house of Ziba were servants unto
Mephibosheth.
10-13:1 And
it came to pass after this, that Absalom the son of David had a fair sister, whose name was Tamar;
and Amnon the son of David loved her.
10-13:3 But
Amnon had a friend, whose name was Jonadab, the son of Shimeah David’s
brother: and Jonadab was a very
subtil man.
10-14:27 And
unto Absalom there were born three sons, and one daughter, whose name was Tamar:
she was a woman of a fair countenance.
10-16:5 And
when king David came to Bahurim, behold, thence came out a man of the family of
the house of Saul, whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera: he came
forth, and cursed still as he came.
10-16:8 The
LORD hath returned upon thee all the blood of the house of Saul, in whose stead thou hast reigned; and the LORD hath
delivered the kingdom into the hand of Absalom thy son: and, behold, thou art taken in thy mischief, because thou art a bloody man.
10-17:10 And
he also that is valiant, whose heart is as
the heart of a lion, shall utterly melt: for all Israel knoweth that thy father
is a mighty man, and they which be with him are valiant
men.
10-17:25 And
Absalom made Amasa captain of the host instead of Joab: which Amasa was a man’s son, whose name was Ithra an
Israelite, that went in to Abigail the daughter of Nahash, sister to Zeruiah
Joab’s mother.
10-20:1 And
there happened to be there a man of Belial, whose
name was Sheba, the son of Bichri, a
Benjamite: and he blew a trumpet, and said, We have no part in David, neither
have we inheritance in the son of Jesse: every man to his tents, O Israel.
10-21:16 And
Ishbibenob, which was of the sons of
the giant, the weight of whose spear weighed three hundred shekels of brass in weight, he being
girded with a new sword, thought to
have slain David.
10-21:19 And
there was again a battle in Gob with the Philistines, where Elhanan the son of
Jaareoregim, a Bethlehemite, slew the
brother of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose
spear was like a weaver’s beam.
11-3:26 Then
spake the woman whose the living child was unto the king, for her bowels
yearned upon her son, and she said, O my lord, give her the living child, and
in no wise slay it. But the other said, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it.
11-8:39 Then
hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and do, and give to every
man according to his ways, whose heart thou
knowest; (for thou, even thou only,
knowest the hearts of all the children of men;)
11-11:26 And
Jeroboam the son of Nebat, an Ephrathite of Zereda, Solomon’s servant, whose mother’s name was Zeruah, a widow woman, even he lifted up his hand against the king.
12-7:2 Then
a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered
the man of God, and said, Behold, if the
LORD would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold,
thou shalt see it with thine eyes,
but shalt not eat thereof.
12-7:17 And
the king appointed the lord on whose hand he
leaned to have the charge of the gate: and the people trode upon him in the
gate, and he died, as the man of God had said, who spake when the king came
down to him.
12-8:1 Then
spake Elisha unto the woman, whose son he had restored
to life, saying, Arise, and go thou and thine household, and sojourn
wheresoever thou canst sojourn: for the LORD hath called for a famine; and it
shall also come upon the land seven years.
12-8:5 And
it came to pass, as he was telling the king how he had restored a dead body to
life, that, behold, the woman, whose son he had
restored to life, cried to the king for her house and for her land. And Gehazi
said, My lord, O king, this is the
woman, and this is her son, whom
Elisha restored to life.
12-12:15 Moreover
they reckoned not with the men, into whose hand
they delivered the money to be bestowed on workmen: for they dealt faithfully.
12-18:22 But
if ye say unto me, We trust in the LORD our God: is not that he, whose high places
and whose altars Hezekiah hath taken away, and
hath said to Judah and Jerusalem, Ye shall worship before this altar in
Jerusalem?
13-2:16 Whose sisters were
Zeruiah, and Abigail. And the sons of Zeruiah; Abishai, and Joab, and
Asahel, three.
13-2:26 Jerahmeel
had also another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.
13-2:34 Now
Sheshan had no sons, but daughters. And Sheshan had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name was Jarha.
13-7:2 And
the sons of Tola; Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Jibsam, and
Shemuel, heads of their father’s house, to
wit, of Tola: they were valiant
men of might in their generations; whose number was in the days of David two and twenty
thousand and six hundred.
13-7:15 And
Machir took to wife the sister of
Huppim and Shuppim, whose sister’s name was Maachah;) and the name of the second
was Zelophehad: and Zelophehad had
daughters.
13-8:29 And
at Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon; whose
wife’s name was Maachah:
13-8:38 And
Azel had six sons, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and
Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.
13-9:35 And
in Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jehiel, whose
wife’s name was Maachah:
13-9:44 And
Azel had six sons, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and
Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan: these were the sons of Azel.
13-12:8 And
of the Gadites there separated themselves unto David into the hold to the
wilderness men of might, and men of
war fit for the battle, that could
handle shield and buckler, whose faces were like the faces of lions, and were as swift as the roes upon the
mountains;
13-13:6 And
David went up, and all Israel, to Baalah, that
is, to Kirjathjearim, which belonged to
Judah, to bring up thence the ark of God the LORD, that dwelleth between the cherubims, whose name is called on it.
13-20:5 And
there was war again with the Philistines; and Elhanan the son of Jair slew
Lahmi the brother of Goliath the Gittite, whose
spear staff was like a weaver’s beam.
13-20:6 And
yet again there was war at Gath, where was a man of great stature, whose fingers and
toes were four and twenty, six on each hand, and six on each foot: and he also was the son of
the giant.
13-26:7 The
sons of Shemaiah; Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were
strong men, Elihu, and Semachiah.
14-6:30 Then
hear thou from heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and render unto every
man according unto all his ways, whose heart
thou knowest; (for thou only knowest the hearts of the children of men:)
14-16:9 For
the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself
strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect
toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou
shalt have wars.
14-28:9 But
a prophet of the LORD was there, whose name was Oded: and he went out before the
host that came to Samaria, and said unto them, Behold, because the LORD God of
your fathers was wroth with Judah, he hath delivered them into your hand, and
ye have slain them in a rage that reacheth
up unto heaven.
15-1:5 Then
rose up the chief of the fathers of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and
the Levites, with all them whose spirit God had raised, to go up to build the
house of the LORD which is in
Jerusalem.
15-5:14 And
the vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar
took out of the temple that was in Jerusalem,
and brought them into the temple of Babylon, those did Cyrus the king take out
of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered unto one, whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he had made governor;
15-7:15 And
to carry the silver and gold, which the king and his counsellors have freely
offered unto the God of Israel, whose habitation
is in Jerusalem,
15-8:13 And
of the last sons of Adonikam, whose names are these, Eliphelet, Jeiel, and
Shemaiah, and with them threescore males.
17-2:5 Now in Shushan the palace there was a
certain Jew, whose name was Mordecai, the son of Jair, the son of Shimei, the son of Kish,
a Benjamite;
18-1:1 There
was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and
upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.
18-3:23 Why is light given to a man whose way is hid, and whom God hath hedged in?
18-4:19 How
much less in them that dwell in
houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are crushed before the moth?
18-5:5 Whose harvest the hungry eateth up, and taketh it even
out of the thorns, and the robber swalloweth up their substance.
18-8:14 Whose hope shall be cut off, and whose trust shall
be a spider’s web.
18-12:6 The
tabernacles of robbers prosper, and they that provoke God are secure; into whose hand God bringeth abundantly.
18-12:10 In
whose hand is
the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind.
18-22:16 Which
were cut down out of time, whose foundation was
overflown with a flood:
18-26:4 To
whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit
came from thee?
18-30:1 But
now they that are younger than I have
me in derision, whose fathers I would have
disdained to have set with the dogs of my flock.
18-38:29 Out
of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost
of heaven, who hath gendered it?
18-39:6 Whose house I have made the wilderness, and the barren
land his dwellings.
19-15:4 In
whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth
them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth
to his own hurt, and changeth not.
19-17:14 From
men which are thy hand, O LORD, from
men of the world, which have their
portion in this life, and whose belly thou fillest with thy hid treasure: they are full of children, and
leave the rest of their substance to
their babes.
19-26:10 In
whose hands is
mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes.
19-32:1 Blessed
is he whose
transgression is forgiven, whose sin
is covered.
19-32:2 Blessed
is the man unto whom the LORD
imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
19-32:9 Be
ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest
they come near unto thee.
19-33:12 Blessed
is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
19-38:14 Thus
I was as a man that heareth not, and in whose
mouth are no reproofs.
19-57:4 My
soul is among lions: and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue
a sharp sword.
19-78:8 And
might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a
generation that set not their heart
aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with
God.
19-83:18 That
men may know that thou, whose name alone is
JEHOVAH, art the most high over
all the earth.
19-84:5 Blessed
is the man whose
strength is in thee; in whose heart are the
ways of them.
19-105:18 Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in
iron:
19-144:8 Whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
19-144:11 Rid
me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose
mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is
a right hand of falsehood:
19-144:15 Happy
is that people, that is in such a
case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.
19-146:5 Happy
is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose
hope is in the LORD his God:
20-2:15 Whose ways are crooked,
and they froward in their paths:
20-26:26 Whose hatred
is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shewed before the whole congregation.
20-30:14 There is a generation, whose teeth are
as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives,
to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men.
21-2:21 For
there is a man whose labour is in wisdom, and in knowledge, and in equity; yet to a man that
hath not laboured therein shall he leave it for
his portion. This also is vanity
and a great evil.
21-7:26 And
I find more bitter than death the woman, whose
heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner
shall be taken by her.
23-1:30 For
ye shall be as an oak whose leaf fadeth, and as
a garden that hath no water.
23-2:22 Cease
ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of?
23-5:28 Whose arrows are
sharp, and all their bows bent, their horses’ hoofs shall be counted like
flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind.
23-6:13 But
yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as
a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.
23-10:10 As
my hand hath found the kingdoms of the idols, and whose
graven images did excel them of Jerusalem and of Samaria:
23-14:2 And
the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel
shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they
shall take them captives, whose captives they
were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.
23-18:2 That
sendeth ambassadors by the sea, even in vessels of bulrushes upon the waters, saying, Go, ye swift messengers, to a
nation scattered and peeled, to a people terrible from their beginning
hitherto; a nation meted out and trodden down, whose
land the rivers have spoiled!
23-18:7 In
that time shall the present be brought unto the LORD of hosts of a people
scattered and peeled, and from a people terrible from their beginning hitherto;
a nation meted out and trodden under foot, whose
land the rivers have spoiled, to the place of the name of the LORD of hosts,
the mount Zion.
23-23:7 Is this your joyous city, whose antiquity is of ancient days? her own feet shall
carry her afar off to sojourn.
23-23:8 Who
hath taken this counsel against Tyre, the crowning city, whose merchants are princes, whose
traffickers are the honourable of the
earth?
23-26:3 Thou
wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind
is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
23-28:1 Woe
to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose
glorious beauty is a fading flower,
which are on the head of the fat
valleys of them that are overcome with wine!
23-30:13 Therefore
this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high
wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an
instant.
23-31:9 And
he shall pass over to his strong hold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid
of the ensign, saith the LORD, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in
Jerusalem.
23-36:7 But
if thou say to me, We trust in the LORD our God: is it not he, whose high places and whose altars Hezekiah hath taken away, and said to
Judah and to Jerusalem, Ye shall worship before this altar?
23-43:14 Thus
saith the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have
sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in
the ships.
23-45:1 Thus
saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose
right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the
loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall
not be shut;
23-51:7 Hearken
unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose
heart is my law; fear ye not the
reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings.
23-51:15 But
I am the LORD thy God, that divided
the sea, whose waves roared: The LORD of hosts is his name.
23-57:15 For
thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy;
I dwell in the high and holy place, with
him also that is of a contrite and humble
spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the
contrite ones.
23-57:20 But
the wicked are like the troubled sea,
when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire
and dirt.
23-58:11 And
the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and
make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring
of water, whose waters fail not.
24-5:15 Lo,
I will bring a nation upon you from far, O house of Israel, saith the LORD: it is a mighty nation, it is an ancient nation, a nation whose language thou knowest not, neither understandest
what they say.
24-17:5 Thus
saith the LORD; Cursed be the man
that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose
heart departeth from the LORD.
24-17:7 Blessed
is the man that trusteth in the LORD,
and whose hope the LORD is.
24-19:13 And
the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses of the kings of Judah, shall be defiled
as the place of Tophet, because of all the houses upon whose
roofs they have burned incense unto all the host of heaven, and have poured out
drink offerings unto other gods.
24-22:25 And
I will give thee into the hand of them that seek thy life, and into the hand of them whose
face thou fearest, even into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and
into the hand of the Chaldeans.
24-32:29 And
the Chaldeans, that fight against this city, shall come and set fire on this
city, and burn it with the houses, upon whose
roofs they have offered incense unto Baal, and poured out drink offerings unto
other gods, to provoke me to anger.
24-33:5 They
come to fight with the Chaldeans, but it
is to fill them with the dead bodies of men, whom I have slain in mine
anger and in my fury, and for all whose
wickedness I have hid my face from this city.
24-37:13 And
when he was in the gate of Benjamin, a captain of the ward was there, whose name was Irijah, the son of Shelemiah, the
son of Hananiah; and he took Jeremiah the prophet, saying, Thou fallest away to
the Chaldeans.
24-44:28 Yet
a small number that escape the sword shall return out of the land of Egypt into
the land of Judah, and all the remnant of Judah, that are gone into the land of
Egypt to sojourn there, shall know whose words
shall stand, mine, or theirs.
24-46:7 Who
is this that cometh up as a flood, whose
waters are moved as the rivers?
24-46:18 As I live, saith the King, whose name is the
LORD of hosts, Surely as Tabor is among
the mountains, and as Carmel by the sea, so
shall he come.
24-48:15 Moab
is spoiled, and gone up out of her
cities, and his chosen young men are gone down to the slaughter, saith the
King, whose name is the LORD of hosts.
24-49:12 For
thus saith the LORD; Behold, they whose judgment
was not to drink of the cup have
assuredly drunken; and art thou he that shall altogether go unpunished?
thou shalt not go unpunished, but thou shalt surely drink of it.
24-51:57 And
I will make drunk her princes, and her wise men,
her captains, and her rulers, and her mighty men: and they shall sleep a
perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the King, whose
name is the LORD of hosts.
26-3:6 Not
to many people of a strange speech and of an hard language, whose words thou canst not understand. Surely, had I
sent thee to them, they would have hearkened unto thee.
26-11:21 But
as for them whose
heart walketh after the heart of their detestable things and their
abominations, I will recompense their way upon their own heads, saith the Lord
GOD.
26-17:6 And
it grew, and became a spreading vine of low stature, whose
branches turned toward him, and the roots thereof were under him: so it became
a vine, and brought forth branches, and shot forth sprigs.
26-17:16 As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely in
the place where the king dwelleth that made him king, whose oath he despised, and whose
covenant he brake, even with him in
the midst of Babylon he shall die.
26-20:9 But
I wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be polluted before the
heathen, among whom they were, in whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing
them forth out of the land of Egypt.
26-20:14 But
I wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be polluted before the
heathen, in whose sight I brought them out.
26-20:22 Nevertheless
I withdrew mine hand, and wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be
polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose
sight I brought them forth.
26-21:25 And
thou, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day
is come, when iniquity shall have an
end,
26-21:27 I
will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it
is; and I will give it him.
26-21:29 Whiles
they see vanity unto thee, whiles they divine a lie unto thee, to bring thee
upon the necks of them that are slain,
of the wicked, whose day is come, when their
iniquity shall have an end.
26-23:20 For
she doted upon their paramours, whose flesh is as the flesh of asses, and whose issue is
like the issue of horses.
26-24:6 Wherefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the bloody city, to the pot whose scum is therein,
and whose scum is not gone out of it! bring it
out piece by piece; let no lot fall upon it.
26-32:23 Whose graves are set in the sides of the pit, and her
company is round about her grave: all of them slain, fallen by the sword, which
caused terror in the land of the living.
26-40:3 And
he brought me thither, and, behold, there
was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a
line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.
26-40:45 And
he said unto me, This chamber, whose prospect is toward the south, is for the priests, the keepers of the
charge of the house.
26-40:46 And
the chamber whose prospect is toward the north is for
the priests, the keepers of the charge of the altar: these are the sons of Zadok among the sons of Levi, which come near to
the LORD to minister unto him.
26-42:15 Now
when he had made an end of measuring the inner house, he brought me forth
toward the gate whose prospect is toward the east, and measured it
round about.
26-43:4 And
the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is
toward the east.
26-47:12 And
by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow
all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade,
neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit
according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary:
and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.
27-2:11 And
it is a rare thing that the king
requireth, and there is none other that can shew it before the king, except the
gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.
27-2:26 The
king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, Art thou able to make
known unto me the dream which I have seen, and the interpretation thereof?
27-2:31 Thou,
O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was
excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible.
27-3:1 Nebuchadnezzar
the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof six cubits: he
set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon.
27-3:27 And
the princes, governors, and captains, and the king’s counsellors, being
gathered together, saw these men, upon whose
bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither
were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them.
27-4:8 But
at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name
was Belteshazzar, according to the
name of my god, and in whom is the
spirit of the holy gods: and before him I told the dream, saying,
27-4:19 Then
Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was astonied for one hour, and his thoughts
troubled him. The king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the
interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord,
the dream be to them that hate thee,
and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies.
27-4:20 The
tree that thou sawest, which grew, and was strong, whose
height reached unto the heaven, and the sight thereof to all the earth;
27-4:21 Whose leaves were
fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all; under which the beasts of the field dwelt, and
upon whose branches the fowls of the heaven had
their habitation:
27-4:34 And
at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and
mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised
and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose
dominion is an everlasting dominion,
and his kingdom is from generation to
generation:
27-4:37 Now
I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth,
and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.
27-5:23 But
hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the
vessels of his house before thee, and thou, and thy lords, thy wives, and thy
concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver,
and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know:
and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose
are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified:
27-7:9 I
beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was
white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.
27-7:19 Then
I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the
others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his
feet;
27-7:20 And
of the ten horns that were in his
head, and of the other which came up,
and before whom three fell; even of that
horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more
stout than his fellows.
27-7:27 And
the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole
heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is
an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.
27-10:1 In
the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar; and the thing was true, but the time appointed was long: and he understood the thing,
and had understanding of the vision.
27-10:5 Then
I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were
girded with fine gold of Uphaz:
29-1:6 For
a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the
teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion.
30-2:9 Yet
destroyed I the Amorite before them, whose
height was like the height of the
cedars, and he was strong as the
oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit from above, and his roots from beneath.
30-5:27 Therefore
will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the LORD, whose name is The
God of hosts.
31-1:3 The
pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of
the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the
ground?
32-1:7 And
they said every one to his fellow, Come, and let us cast lots, that we may know
for whose cause this evil is upon us. So they cast lots, and the lot fell upon Jonah.
32-1:8 Then
said they unto him, Tell us, we pray thee, for whose
cause this evil is upon us; What is thine occupation? and whence comest
thou? what is thy country? and of
what people art thou?
33-5:2 But
thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou
be little among the thousands of Judah, yet
out of thee shall he come forth unto me that
is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth
have been from of old, from
everlasting.
34-3:8 Art
thou better than populous No, that was situate among the rivers, that had the waters round about it, whose rampart was
the sea, and her wall was from the sea?
38-6:12 And
speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man
whose name is
The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the
temple of the LORD:
38-11:5 Whose possessors slay them, and hold themselves not
guilty: and they that sell them say, Blessed be the LORD; for I am rich: and their own shepherds pity them not.
40-3:11 I
indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is
mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to
bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
40-3:12 Whose fan is in
his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the
garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
40-10:3 Philip,
and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose
surname was Thaddaeus;
40-22:20 And
he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?
40-22:28 Therefore
in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of
the seven? for they all had her.
40-22:42 Saying,
What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They
say unto him, The son of David.
41-1:7 And
preached, saying, There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose.
41-7:25 For
a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of
him, and came and fell at his feet:
41-12:16 And
they brought it. And he saith unto
them, Whose is
this image and superscription? And they said unto him, Caesar’s.
41-12:23 In
the resurrection therefore, when they shall rise, whose
wife shall she be of them? for the seven had her to wife.
42-1:27 To
a virgin espoused to a man whose name was
Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.
42-2:25 And,
behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name
was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the
consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him.
42-3:16 John
answered, saying unto them all, I
indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize
you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
42-3:17 Whose fan is in
his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into
his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable.
42-6:6 And
it came to pass also on another sabbath, that he entered into the synagogue and
taught: and there was a man whose right hand was
withered.
42-12:20 But
God said unto him, Thou fool, this
night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose
shall those things be, which thou hast provided?
42-13:1 There
were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.
42-20:24 Shew
me a penny. Whose image and superscription hath
it? They answered and said, Caesar’s.
42-20:33 Therefore
in the resurrection whose wife of them is she?
for seven had her to wife.
42-24:18 And
the one of them, whose name was Cleopas,
answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not
known the things which are come to pass there in these days?
43-1:6 There
was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
43-1:27 He
it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose
shoe’s latchet I am not worthy to unloose.
43-4:46 So
Jesus came again into Cana of Galilee, where he made the water wine. And there
was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at
Capernaum.
43-6:42 And
they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose
father and mother we know? how is it then that he saith, I came down from
heaven?
43-10:12 But
he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose
own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and
fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
43-11:2 (It

with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose
brother Lazarus was sick.)
43-18:26 One
of the servants of the high priest, being his
kinsman whose ear Peter cut off, saith, Did
not I see thee in the garden with him?
43-19:24 They
said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be
fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture
they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did.
43-20:23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto
them; and whose
soever sins ye retain, they are
retained.
44-7:58 And
cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their
clothes at a young man’s feet, whose name was
Saul.
44-10:5 And
now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon,
whose surname is Peter:
44-10:6 He
lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is
by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do.
44-10:32 Send
therefore to Joppa, and call hither Simon, whose
surname is Peter; he is lodged in the house of one Simon a tanner by the sea side: who, when he cometh, shall
speak unto thee.
44-11:13 And
he shewed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said unto
him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose
surname is Peter;
44-12:12 And
when he had considered the thing, he
came to the house of Mary the mother of John, whose
surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying.

Barnabas and Saul returned from Jerusalem, when they had fulfilled their ministry, and took with them John,
whose surname was Mark.
44-13:6 And
when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer,
a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Barjesus:

as John fulfilled his course, he said, Whom think ye that I am? I am not he. But, behold, there cometh one after
me, whose shoes of his feet I am not worthy to loose.
44-15:37 And
Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose
surname was Mark.
44-16:14 And
a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple, of the city of Thyatira, which
worshipped God, heard us: whose heart the Lord opened, that she attended unto
the things which were spoken of Paul.
44-18:7 And
he departed thence, and entered into a certain man’s house, named Justus, one
that worshipped God, whose house joined hard
to the synagogue.
44-27:23 For
there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose
I am, and whom I serve,
44-28:7 In
the same quarters were possessions of the chief man of the island, whose name was Publius; who received us, and lodged us
three days courteously.
44-28:11 And
after three months we departed in a ship of Alexandria, which had wintered in
the isle, whose sign was Castor and Pollux.
45-2:29 But
he is a Jew, which is one inwardly;
and circumcision is that of the
heart, in the spirit, and not in the
letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
45-3:8 And
not rather, (as we be slanderously
reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.
45-3:14 Whose mouth is full
of cursing and bitterness:
45-4:7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are
forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
45-9:5 Whose are the
fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.
47-8:18 And
we have sent with him the brother, whose praise is in the gospel throughout all the
churches;
47-11:15 Therefore
it is no great thing if his ministers
also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose
end shall be according to their works.
48-3:1 O
foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth,
before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been
evidently set forth, crucified among you?
50-3:19 Whose end is destruction,
whose God is
their belly, and whose glory is
in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
50-4:3 And
I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me
in the gospel, with Clement also, and with
other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
53-2:9 Even him, whose
coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying
wonders,
56-1:11 Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole
houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre’s sake.
58-3:6 But
Christ as a son over his own house; whose house
are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto
the end.
58-3:17 But
with whom was he grieved forty years? was
it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases
fell in the wilderness?
58-6:8 But
that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected,
and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to
be burned.
58-7:6 But
he whose descent is not counted from them
received tithes of Abraham, and blessed him that had the promises.
58-11:10 For
he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose
builder and maker is God.
58-12:26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath
promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.
58-13:7 Remember
them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.
58-13:11 For
the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is
brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the
camp.
60-2:24 Who
his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to
sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose
stripes ye were healed.
60-3:3 Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of
wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;
60-3:6 Even
as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose
daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.
61-2:3 And
through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and
their damnation slumbereth not.
65-1:12 These
are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding
themselves without fear: clouds they are without
water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit
withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
66-9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless
pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath
his name Apollyon.

shall worship him, whose names are not written
in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein
to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound
was healed.
66-17:8 The beast that thou sawest was, and
is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and
they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose
names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world,
when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
66-20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and
him that sat on it, from whose face the earth
and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
