01-GENESIS
01-2:8 And
the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
01-3:12 And
the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree,
and I did eat.
01-4:25 And
Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth: For
God, said she, hath appointed me
another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew.
01-6:7 And
the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have
created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping
thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
01-10:14 And
Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (out of whom came Philistim,)
and Caphtorim.
01-15:14 And
also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I
judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance.
01-21:3 And
Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac.
01-22:2 And
he said, Take now thy son, thine only son
Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into
the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the
mountains which I will tell thee of.
01-24:3 And
I will make thee swear by the LORD, the God of heaven, and the God of the
earth, that thou shalt not take a wife unto my son of the daughters of the
Canaanites, among whom I dwell:
01-24:14 And
let it come to pass, that the damsel to whom I
shall say, Let down thy pitcher, I pray thee, that I may drink; and she shall
say, Drink, and I will give thy camels drink also: let the same be she that thou
hast appointed for thy servant Isaac; and thereby shall I know that thou hast
shewed kindness unto my master.
01-24:40 And
he said unto me, The LORD, before whom I walk,
will send his angel with thee, and prosper thy way; and thou shalt take a wife
for my son of my kindred, and of my father’s house:
01-24:44 And
she say to me, Both drink thou, and I will also draw for thy camels: let the same be the woman whom the LORD hath
appointed out for my master’s son.
01-24:47 And
I asked her, and said, Whose daughter art
thou? And she said, The daughter of Bethuel, Nahor’s son, whom Milcah bare unto him: and I put the earring upon her
face, and the bracelets upon her hands.
01-25:12 Now
these are the generations of Ishmael,
Abraham’s son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah’s
handmaid, bare unto Abraham:
01-30:26 Give
me my wives and my children, for whom I have served thee, and let me go: for thou
knowest my service which I have done thee.
01-41:38 And
Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such
a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?
01-43:27 And
he asked them of their welfare, and
said, Is your father well, the old
man of whom ye spake? Is he yet alive?
01-43:29 And
he lifted up his eyes, and saw his brother Benjamin, his mother’s son, and
said, Is this your younger brother,
of whom ye spake unto me? And he said, God be
gracious unto thee, my son.
01-44:10 And
he said, Now also let it be according unto your words: he with whom it is found shall be my servant; and ye shall be
blameless.
01-44:16 And
Judah said, What shall we say unto my lord? what shall we speak? or how shall
we clear ourselves? God hath found out the iniquity of thy servants: behold, we
are my lord’s servants, both we, and he also with whom
the cup is found.
01-45:4 And
Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near.
And he said, I am Joseph your
brother, whom ye sold into Egypt.
01-46:18 These
are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter, and these she
bare unto Jacob, even sixteen souls.
01-48:9 And
Joseph said unto his father, They are my
sons, whom God hath given me in this place. And he said, Bring them, I pray
thee, unto me, and I will bless them.
01-48:15 And
he blessed Joseph, and said, God, before whom my
fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the God which fed me all my life long unto
this day,
01-49:8 Judah,
thou art he whom
thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall
be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father’s children shall bow down
before thee.
02-4:13 And
he said, O my Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand of him whom thou wilt send.
02-6:5 And
I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have
remembered my covenant.
02-6:26 These
are that Aaron and Moses, to whom the LORD said, Bring out the children of Israel
from the land of Egypt according to their armies.
02-14:13 And
Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of
the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no
more for ever.
02-18:9 And
Jethro rejoiced for all the goodness which the LORD had done to Israel, whom he had delivered out of the hand of the
Egyptians.
02-22:9 For
all manner of trespass, whether it be for
ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, or for
any manner of lost thing, which another challengeth
to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges; and whom
the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbour.
02-23:27 I
will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine
enemies turn their backs unto thee.
02-28:3 And
thou shalt speak unto all that are wise
hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of
wisdom, that they may make Aaron’s garments to consecrate him, that he may minister
unto me in the priest’s office.
02-32:13 Remember
Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, thy servants, to whom
thou swarest by thine own self, and saidst unto them, I will multiply your seed
as the stars of heaven, and all this land that I have spoken of will I give
unto your seed, and they shall inherit it
for ever.
02-33:12 And
Moses said unto the LORD, See, thou sayest unto me, Bring up this people: and
thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send
with me. Yet thou hast said, I know thee by name, and thou hast also found
grace in my sight.
02-33:19 And
he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the
name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom
I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom
I will shew mercy.
02-35:21 And
they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing, and they brought the LORD’S offering to the work of the tabernacle
of the congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments.
02-35:23 And
every man, with whom was found blue, and purple,
and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats’ hair,
and red skins of rams, and badgers’ skins, brought them.
02-35:24 Every
one that did offer an offering of silver and brass brought the Lord’s offering:
and every man, with whom was found shittim wood
for any work of the service, brought it.
02-36:1 Then
wrought Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whom the LORD put wisdom and understanding to know how
to work all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary, according to all
that the LORD had commanded.
03-6:5 Or
all that about which he hath sworn falsely; he shall even restore it in the
principal, and shall add the fifth part more thereto, and give it unto him to whom it appertaineth,
in the day of his trespass offering.
03-13:45 And
the leper in whom the plague is, his clothes shall be rent, and his
head bare, and he shall put a covering upon his upper lip, and shall cry,
Unclean, unclean.
03-14:32 This
is the law of him in whom is the plague of leprosy, whose hand is not able to get that which pertaineth to his cleansing.
03-15:18 The
woman also with whom man shall lie with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be unclean until the even.
03-16:32 And
the priest, whom he shall anoint, and whom he shall consecrate to minister in the priest’s
office in his father’s stead, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the
linen clothes, even the holy
garments:
03-17:7 And
they shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they have gone a whoring. This shall be a statute
for ever unto them throughout their generations.
03-22:5 Or
whosoever toucheth any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man
of whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever
uncleanness he hath;
03-25:27 Then
let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the overplus unto the
man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto
his possession.
03-25:55 For
unto me the children of Israel are servants;
they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
03-26:45 But
I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the
sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.
03-27:24 In
the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession
of the land did belong.
04-3:3 These
are the names of the sons of Aaron,
the priests which were anointed, whom he
consecrated to minister in the priest’s office.
04-4:41 These
are they that were numbered of the
families of the sons of Gershon, of all that might do service in the tabernacle
of the congregation, whom Moses and Aaron did
number according to the commandment of the LORD.
04-4:45 These
be those that were numbered of the
families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and
Aaron numbered according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.
04-4:46 All
those that were numbered of the Levites, whom
Moses and Aaron and the chief of Israel numbered, after their families, and
after the house of their fathers,
04-5:7 Then
they shall confess their sin which they have done: and he shall recompense his trespass
with the principal thereof, and add unto it the fifth part thereof, and give it unto
him against whom
he hath trespassed.
04-11:16 And
the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and
officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation,
that they may stand there with thee.
04-11:21 And
Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand footmen;
and thou hast said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a whole month.
04-12:1 And
Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian
woman.
04-12:12 Let
her not be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half
consumed when he cometh out of his mother’s womb.
04-16:5 And
he spake unto Korah and unto all his company, saying, Even to morrow the LORD
will shew who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near unto him: even him whom
he hath chosen will he cause to come near unto him.
04-16:7 And
put fire therein, and put incense in them before the LORD to morrow: and it
shall be that the man whom the LORD doth choose, he shall be holy: ye take too
much upon you, ye sons of Levi.
04-17:5 And
it shall come to pass, that the man’s
rod, whom I shall choose, shall blossom: and I
will make to cease from me the murmurings of the children of Israel, whereby
they murmur against you.
04-22:6 Come
now therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people; for they are too mighty for me: peradventure I shall prevail, that we may smite them, and that I may drive them out of the land:
for I wot that he whom thou blessest is blessed, and he whom thou cursest is cursed.
04-23:8 How
shall I curse, whom God hath not cursed? or how
shall I defy, whom
the LORD hath not defied?
04-26:5 Reuben,
the eldest son of Israel: the children of Reuben; Hanoch, of whom cometh the family of the
Hanochites: of Pallu, the family of the Palluites:
04-26:59 And
the name of Amram’s wife was Jochebed,
the daughter of Levi, whom her mother bare to Levi in Egypt: and she bare unto Amram Aaron and
Moses, and Miriam their sister.
04-26:64 But
among these there was not a man of them whom
Moses and Aaron the priest numbered, when they numbered the children of Israel
in the wilderness of Sinai.
04-27:18 And
the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the
spirit, and lay thine hand upon him;
04-34:29 These
are they whom
the LORD commanded to divide the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the
land of Canaan.
04-36:6 This
is the thing which the LORD doth
command concerning the daughters of Zelophehad, saying, Let them marry to whom they think best; only to the family of the tribe
of their father shall they marry.
05-4:46 On
this side Jordan, in the valley over against Bethpeor, in the land of Sihon
king of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon, whom
Moses and the children of Israel smote, after they were come forth out of
Egypt:
05-7:19 The
great temptations which thine eyes saw, and the signs, and the wonders, and the
mighty hand, and the stretched out arm, whereby the LORD thy God brought thee
out: so shall the LORD thy God do unto all the people of whom thou art afraid.
05-9:2 A
people great and tall, the children of the Anakims, whom
thou knowest, and of whom thou hast heard say, Who can stand before the children of Anak!
05-17:15 Thou
shalt in any wise set him king over
thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou
set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother.
05-19:4 And
this is the case of the slayer, which
shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past;
05-19:17 Then
both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before
the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;
05-21:8 Be
merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel, whom
thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel’s
charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.
05-24:11 Thou
shalt stand abroad, and the man to whom thou
dost lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto thee.
05-28:55 So
that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of his children whom he shall eat: because he hath nothing left him in
the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee
in all thy gates.
05-29:26 For
they went and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them:
05-31:4 And
the LORD shall do unto them as he did to Sihon and to Og, kings of the
Amorites, and unto the land of them, whom he
destroyed.
05-32:17 They
sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom
they knew not, to new gods that came
newly up, whom your fathers feared not.
05-32:20 And
he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom
is no faith.
05-32:37 And
he shall say, Where are their gods, their rock in whom
they trusted,
05-33:8 And
of Levi he said, Let thy Thummim and
thy Urim be with thy holy one, whom thou didst prove at Massah, and with whom thou didst strive at
the waters of Meribah;
05-34:10 And
there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,
06-2:10 For
we have heard how the LORD dried up the water of the Red sea for you, when ye
came out of Egypt; and what ye did unto the two kings of the Amorites, that were on the other side Jordan, Sihon and
Og, whom ye utterly destroyed.
06-4:4 Then
Joshua called the twelve men, whom he had
prepared of the children of Israel, out of every tribe a man:
06-5:6 For
the children of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness, till all the
people that were men of war, which
came out of Egypt, were consumed, because they obeyed not the voice of the
LORD: unto whom the LORD sware that he would not
shew them the land, which the LORD sware unto their fathers that he would give
us, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
06-5:7 And
their children, whom
he raised up in their stead, them Joshua circumcised: for they were
uncircumcised, because they had not circumcised them by the way.
06-10:11 And
it came to pass, as they fled from before Israel, and were in the going down to Bethhoron, that the LORD cast down
great stones from heaven upon them unto Azekah, and they died: they were more which died with
hailstones than they whom the children of Israel slew with the sword.
06-10:25 And
Joshua said unto them, Fear not, nor be dismayed, be strong and of good
courage: for thus shall the LORD do to all your enemies against whom ye fight.
06-13:8 With
whom the Reubenites and the Gadites have
received their inheritance, which Moses gave them, beyond Jordan eastward, even as Moses the servant of the LORD
gave them;
06-13:21 And
all the cities of the plain, and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites,
which reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses smote with
the princes of Midian, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, which were dukes of Sihon, dwelling in
the country.
06-24:15 And
if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your
fathers served that were on the other
side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as
for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
06-24:17 For
the LORD our God, he it is that
brought us up and our fathers out of the land of Egypt, from the house of
bondage, and which did those great signs in our sight, and preserved us in all
the way wherein we went, and among all the people through whom we passed:
07-4:22 And,
behold, as Barak pursued Sisera, Jael came out to meet him, and said unto him,
Come, and I will shew thee the man whom thou
seekest. And when he came into her tent, behold,
Sisera lay dead, and the nail was in
his temples.
07-7:4 And
the LORD said unto Gideon, The people are
yet too many; bring them down
unto the water, and I will try them for thee there: and it shall be, that of whom
I say unto thee, This shall go with thee, the same shall go with thee; and of
whomsoever I say unto thee, This shall not go with thee, the same shall not go.
07-8:15 And
he came unto the men of Succoth, and said, Behold Zebah and Zalmunna with whom ye did upbraid me, saying, Are the hands of Zebah and Zalmunna now in thine hand, that we
should give bread unto thy men that are weary?
07-8:18 Then
said he unto Zebah and Zalmunna, What manner of men were they whom ye slew at Tabor? And
they answered, As thou art, so were they; each one resembled the
children of a king.
07-12:9 And
he had thirty sons, and thirty daughters, whom he sent abroad, and took in thirty daughters
from abroad for his sons. And he judged Israel seven years.
07-14:20 But
Samson’s wife was given to his
companion, whom he had used as his friend.
07-21:23 And
the children of Benjamin did so, and took them
wives, according to their number, of them that danced, whom they caught: and they went and returned unto
their inheritance, and repaired the cities, and dwelt in them.
08-2:19 And
her mother in law said unto her, Where hast thou gleaned to day? and where
wroughtest thou? blessed be he that did take knowledge of thee. And she shewed
her mother in law with whom she had wrought, and
said, The man’s name with whom I wrought to day is Boaz.
08-4:1 Then
went Boaz up to the gate, and sat him down there: and, behold, the kinsman of whom Boaz spake came by; unto whom
he said, Ho, such a one! turn aside, sit down here. And he turned aside, and
sat down.
08-4:12 And
let thy house be like the house of Pharez, whom
Tamar bare unto Judah, of the seed which the LORD shall give thee of this young
woman.
09-2:33 And
the man of thine, whom I shall not cut off from mine altar, shall be to consume thine eyes, and to grieve thine heart: and all
the increase of thine house shall die in the flower of their age.
09-6:20 And
the men of Bethshemesh said, Who is able to stand before this holy LORD God?
and to whom shall he go up from us?
09-9:17 And
when Samuel saw Saul, the LORD said unto him, Behold the man whom I spake to thee of! this same shall reign over my
people.
09-9:20 And
as for thine asses that were lost three days ago, set not thy mind on them; for
they are found. And on whom is all the desire of Israel? Is
it not on thee, and on all thy father’s house?
09-10:24 And
Samuel said to all the people, See ye him whom
the LORD hath chosen, that there is none
like him among all the people? And all the people shouted, and said, God save
the king.
09-12:3 Behold,
here I am: witness against me before
the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have I taken? or whose ass have I
taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I oppressed? or of whose hand have I
received any bribe to blind mine eyes
therewith? and I will restore it you.
09-12:13 Now
therefore behold the king whom ye have chosen, and whom
ye have desired! and, behold, the LORD hath set a king over you.
09-16:3 And
call Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will shew thee what thou shalt do: and thou
shalt anoint unto me him whom I name unto thee.
09-17:28 And
Eliab his eldest brother heard when he spake unto the men; and Eliab’s anger
was kindled against David, and he said, Why camest thou down hither? and with whom hast thou left those few sheep in the wilderness?
I know thy pride, and the naughtiness of thine heart; for thou art come down
that thou mightest see the battle.
09-17:45 Then
said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear,
and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God
of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.
09-21:9 And
the priest said, The sword of Goliath the Philistine, whom
thou slewest in the valley of Elah, behold, it is here wrapped in a cloth behind the ephod: if thou wilt take that,
take it: for there is no other save that here. And David said, There is none like that; give it me.
09-24:14 After
whom is the king of Israel come out? after whom dost thou pursue? after a dead dog, after a flea.
09-25:11 Shall
I then take my bread, and my water, and my flesh that I have killed for my
shearers, and give it unto men, whom I know not whence they be?
09-25:25 Let
not my lord, I pray thee, regard this man of Belial, even Nabal: for as his name is,
so is he; Nabal is his name, and folly is with him: but I thine handmaid saw
not the young men of my lord, whom thou didst
send.
09-28:8 And
Saul disguised himself, and put on other raiment, and he went, and two men with
him, and they came to the woman by night: and he said, I pray thee, divine unto
me by the familiar spirit, and bring me him
up, whom I shall name unto thee.
09-28:11 Then
said the woman, Whom shall I bring up unto thee?
And he said, Bring me up Samuel.
09-29:5 Is not this David, of whom they sang one to another in dances, saying, Saul
slew his thousands, and David his ten thousands?
09-30:13 And
David said unto him, To whom belongest thou? and whence art thou? And he said, I am a young man of Egypt, servant to an
Amalekite; and my master left me, because three days ago I fell sick.
09-30:21 And
David came to the two hundred men, which were so faint that they could not
follow David, whom they had made also to abide
at the brook Besor: and they went forth to meet David, and to meet the people
that were with him: and when David
came near to the people, he saluted them.
10-7:7 In
all the places wherein I have walked
with all the children of Israel spake I a word with any of the tribes of
Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people Israel,
saying, Why build ye not me an house of cedar?
10-7:15 But
my mercy shall not depart away from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before
thee.
10-7:23 And
what one nation in the earth is like
thy people, even like Israel, whom God went to redeem for a people to himself, and
to make him a name, and to do for you great things and terrible, for thy land,
before thy people, which thou redeemedst to thee from Egypt, from the nations and their gods?
10-14:7 And,
behold, the whole family is risen against thine handmaid, and they said,
Deliver him that smote his brother, that we may kill him, for the life of his
brother whom he slew; and we will destroy the
heir also: and so they shall quench my coal which is left, and shall not leave
to my husband neither name nor
remainder upon the earth.
10-15:33 Unto
whom David said, If thou passest on with me,
then thou shalt be a burden unto me:
10-16:18 And
Hushai said unto Absalom, Nay; but whom the
LORD, and this people, and all the men of Israel, choose, his will I be, and
with him will I abide.
10-16:19 And
again, whom should I serve? should I not serve in the
presence of his son? as I have served in thy father’s presence, so will I be in
thy presence.
10-17:3 And
I will bring back all the people unto thee: the man whom
thou seekest is as if all returned: so all the people shall be in peace.
10-19:10 And
Absalom, whom we anointed over us, is dead in
battle. Now therefore why speak ye not a word of bringing the king back?
10-20:3 And
David came to his house at Jerusalem; and the king took the ten women his concubines, whom
he had left to keep the house, and put them in ward, and fed them, but went not
in unto them. So they were shut up unto the day of their death, living in
widowhood.
10-21:6 Let
seven men of his sons be delivered unto us, and we will hang them up unto the
LORD in Gibeah of Saul, whom the LORD did choose. And the king said, I
will give them.
10-21:8 But
the king took the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, whom she bare unto Saul, Armoni and Mephibosheth; and
the five sons of Michal the daughter of Saul, whom
she brought up for Adriel the son of Barzillai the Meholathite:
10-23:8 These
be the names of the mighty men whom David had: The Tachmonite that sat in the seat,
chief among the captains; the same was Adino
the Eznite: he lift up his spear against
eight hundred, whom he slew at one time.
11-2:5 Moreover
thou knowest also what Joab the son of Zeruiah did to me, and what he did to the two captains of the hosts of Israel, unto
Abner the son of Ner, and unto Amasa the son of Jether, whom he slew, and shed the blood of war in peace, and put the blood
of war upon his girdle that was about
his loins, and in his shoes that were on
his feet.
11-5:5 And,
behold, I purpose to build an house unto the name of the LORD my God, as the
LORD spake unto David my father, saying, Thy son, whom
I will set upon thy throne in thy room, he shall build an house unto my name.
11-7:8 And
his house where he dwelt had another
court within the porch, which was of
the like work. Solomon made also an house for Pharaoh’s daughter, whom he had taken to
wife, like unto this porch.
11-9:21 Their
children that were left after them in the land, whom
the children of Israel also were not able utterly to destroy, upon those did
Solomon levy a tribute of bondservice unto this day.
11-10:26 And
Solomon gathered together chariots and horsemen: and he had a thousand and four
hundred chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen, whom
he bestowed in the cities for chariots, and with the king at Jerusalem.
11-11:20 And
the sister of Tahpenes bare him Genubath his son, whom
Tahpenes weaned in Pharaoh’s house: and Genubath was in Pharaoh’s household
among the sons of Pharaoh.
11-11:34 Howbeit
I will not take the whole kingdom out of his hand: but I will make him prince
all the days of his life for David my servant’s sake, whom
I chose, because he kept my commandments and my statutes:
11-13:23 And
it came to pass, after he had eaten bread, and after he had drunk, that he
saddled for him the ass, to wit, for
the prophet whom he had brought back.
11-17:1 And
Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the
inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As
the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I
stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.
11-17:20 And
he cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, hast thou also brought evil
upon the widow with whom I sojourn, by slaying
her son?
11-18:15 And
Elijah said, As the LORD of hosts
liveth, before whom I stand, I will surely shew
myself unto him to day.
11-18:31 And
Elijah took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of
Jacob, unto whom the word of the LORD came,
saying, Israel shall be thy name:
11-20:14 And
Ahab said, By whom? And he said, Thus saith the
LORD, Even by the young men of the
princes of the provinces. Then he said, Who shall order the battle? And he
answered, Thou.
11-20:42 And
he said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Because thou hast let go out of thy hand a man whom
I appointed to utter destruction, therefore thy life shall go for his life, and
thy people for his people.
11-21:25 But
there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the
sight of the LORD, whom Jezebel his wife stirred
up.
11-21:26 And
he did very abominably in following idols, according to all things as did the Amorites, whom the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.
11-22:8 And
the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, There
is yet one man, Micaiah the son of Imlah, by whom
we may enquire of the LORD: but I hate him; for he doth not prophesy good concerning
me, but evil. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.
12-3:14 And
Elisha said, As the LORD of hosts
liveth, before whom I stand, surely, were it not
that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat the king of Judah, I would not look
toward thee, nor see thee.
12-5:16 But
he said, As the LORD liveth, before whom I stand, I will receive none. And he urged him to
take it; but he refused.
12-6:19 And
Elisha said unto them, This is not
the way, neither is this the city:
follow me, and I will bring you to the man whom
ye seek. But he led them to Samaria.
12-6:22 And
he answered, Thou shalt not smite them: wouldest
thou smite those whom thou hast taken captive
with thy sword and with thy bow? set bread and water before them, that they may
eat and drink, and go to their master.
12-8:5 And
it came to pass, as he was telling the king how he had restored a dead body to
life, that, behold, the woman, whose son he had restored to life, cried to the
king for her house and for her land. And Gehazi said, My lord, O king, this is the woman, and this is her son, whom
Elisha restored to life.
12-10:24 And
when they went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings, Jehu appointed
fourscore men without, and said, If any
of the men whom I have brought into your hands
escape, he that letteth him go, his
life shall be for the life of him.
12-16:3 But
he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, yea, and made his son to pass
through the fire, according to the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD cast out from before the children of
Israel.
12-17:8 And
walked in the statutes of the heathen, whom the
LORD cast out from before the children of Israel, and of the kings of Israel,
which they had made.
12-17:11 And
there they burnt incense in all the high places, as did the heathen whom the LORD
carried away before them; and wrought wicked things to provoke the LORD to
anger:
12-17:15 And
they rejected his statutes, and his covenant that he made with their fathers, and
his testimonies which he testified against them; and they followed vanity, and
became vain, and went after the heathen that were round about them, concerning
whom the LORD had charged them, that they
should not do like them.
12-17:27 Then
the king of Assyria commanded, saying, Carry thither one of the priests whom ye brought from thence; and let them go and dwell
there, and let him teach them the manner of the God of the land.
12-17:28 Then
one of the priests whom they had carried away
from Samaria came and dwelt in Bethel, and taught them how they should fear the
LORD.
12-17:33 They
feared the LORD, and served their own gods, after the manner of the nations whom they carried away from thence.
12-17:34 Unto
this day they do after the former manners: they fear not the LORD, neither do
they after their statutes, or after their ordinances, or after the law and
commandment which the LORD commanded the children of Jacob, whom he named Israel;
12-17:35 With
whom the LORD had made a covenant, and charged
them, saying, Ye shall not fear other gods, nor bow yourselves to them, nor
serve them, nor sacrifice to them:
12-18:20 Thou
sayest, (but they are but vain
words), I have counsel and strength
for the war. Now on whom dost thou trust, that
thou rebellest against me?
12-19:4 It
may be the LORD thy God will hear all the words of Rabshakeh, whom the king of Assyria his master hath sent to
reproach the living God; and will reprove the words which the LORD thy God hath
heard: wherefore lift up thy prayer
for the remnant that are left.
12-19:10 Thus
shall ye speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying, Let not thy God in whom thou trustest deceive thee, saying, Jerusalem
shall not be delivered into the hand of the king of Assyria.
12-19:22 Whom hast thou reproached and blasphemed? and against whom hast thou exalted thy voice, and lifted up thine eyes on high? even against the Holy One of
Israel.
12-21:2 And
he did that which was evil in the
sight of the LORD, after the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.
12-21:9 But
they hearkened not: and Manasseh seduced them to do more evil than did the
nations whom the LORD destroyed before the
children of Israel.
12-23:5 And
he put down the idolatrous priests, whom the
kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of
Judah, and in the places round about Jerusalem; them also that burned incense
unto Baal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the planets, and to all the host
of heaven.
12-25:22 And
as for the people that remained in
the land of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar king of
Babylon had left, even over them he made Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of
Shaphan, ruler.
13-1:12 And
Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (of whom came the
Philistines,) and Caphthorim.
13-2:21 And
afterward Hezron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Gilead, whom he married when he was threescore years old; and she bare him Segub.
13-5:6 Beerah
his son, whom Tilgathpilneser king of Assyria
carried away captive: he was prince of the Reubenites.
13-5:25 And
they transgressed against the God of their fathers, and went a whoring after
the gods of the people of the land, whom God
destroyed before them.
13-6:31 And
these are they whom David set over the service of song in the house
of the LORD, after that the ark had rest.
13-7:14 The
sons of Manasseh; Ashriel, whom she bare: (but his concubine the Aramitess bare
Machir the father of Gilead:
13-7:21 And
Zabad his son, and Shuthelah his son, and Ezer, and Elead, whom the men of Gath that were born in that land
slew, because they came down to take away their cattle.
13-9:22 All
these which were chosen to be porters
in the gates were two hundred and
twelve. These were reckoned by their genealogy in their villages, whom David and Samuel the seer did ordain in their set
office.
13-11:10 These
also are the chief of the mighty men whom David had, who strengthened themselves with him
in his kingdom, and with all Israel,
to make him king, according to the word of the LORD concerning Israel.
13-11:11 And
this is the number of the mighty men whom David had; Jashobeam, an Hachmonite, the chief of
the captains: he lifted up his spear against three hundred slain by him at one time.
13-17:6 Wheresoever
I have walked with all Israel, spake I a word to any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people, saying, Why have
ye not built me an house of cedars?
13-17:21 And
what one nation in the earth is like
thy people Israel, whom God went to redeem to be his own people, to make thee a
name of greatness and terribleness, by driving out nations from before thy
people, whom thou hast redeemed out of Egypt?
13-26:32 And
his brethren, men of valour, were two
thousand and seven hundred chief fathers, whom
king David made rulers over the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half tribe of
Manasseh, for every matter pertaining to God, and affairs of the king.
13-29:1 Furthermore
David the king said unto all the congregation, Solomon my son, whom alone God hath chosen, is yet young and tender, and the work is great: for the palace is not
for man, but for the LORD God.
13-29:8 And
they with whom precious stones were found gave them
to the treasure of the house of the LORD, by the hand of Jehiel the
Gershonite.
14-1:11 And
God said to Solomon, Because this was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked
riches, wealth, or honour, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast asked
long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that thou mayest
judge my people, over whom I have made thee
king:
14-2:7 Send
me now therefore a man cunning to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,
and in iron, and in purple, and crimson, and blue, and that can skill to grave
with the cunning men that are with me
in Judah and in Jerusalem, whom David my father
did provide.
14-8:8 But of their children, who were left
after them in the land, whom the children of
Israel consumed not, them did Solomon make to pay tribute until this day.
14-9:25 And
Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots, and twelve thousand
horsemen; whom he bestowed in the chariot
cities, and with the king at Jerusalem.
14-17:19 These
waited on the king, beside those whom the king put in the fenced cities throughout all
Judah.
14-18:7 And
the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, There
is yet one man, by whom we may enquire of the
LORD: but I hate him; for he never prophesied good unto me, but always evil:
the same is Micaiah the son of Imla.
And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.
14-20:10 And
now, behold, the children of Ammon and Moab and mount Seir, whom thou wouldest not let Israel invade, when they
came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them, and destroyed them
not;
14-22:7 And
the destruction of Ahaziah was of God by coming to Joram: for when he was come,
he went out with Jehoram against Jehu the son of Nimshi, whom the LORD had anointed to cut off the house of
Ahab.
14-23:18 Also
Jehoiada appointed the offices of the house of the LORD by the hand of the
priests the Levites, whom David had distributed
in the house of the LORD, to offer the burnt offerings of the LORD, as it is written in the law of Moses, with
rejoicing and with singing, as it was
ordained by David.
14-28:3 Moreover
he burnt incense in the valley of the son of Hinnom, and burnt his children in
the fire, after the abominations of the heathen whom
the LORD had cast out before the children of Israel.
14-33:2 But
did that which was evil in the sight
of the LORD, like unto the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD had cast out before the children of Israel.
14-33:9 So
Manasseh made Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem to err, and to do worse than the heathen, whom the LORD had destroyed before the children of
Israel.
15-2:1 Now
these are the children of the
province that went up out of the captivity, of those which had been carried
away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon
had carried away unto Babylon, and came again unto Jerusalem and Judah, every
one unto his city;
15-2:65 Beside
their servants and their maids, of whom there were seven thousand three hundred thirty
and seven: and there were among them
two hundred singing men and singing women.
15-4:10 And
the rest of the nations whom the great and noble
Asnapper brought over, and set in the cities of Samaria, and the rest that are on this side the river, and at
such a time.
15-5:14 And
the vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar
took out of the temple that was in
Jerusalem, and brought them into the temple of Babylon, those did Cyrus the
king take out of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered unto one, whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he had made
governor;
15-8:20 Also
of the Nethinims, whom David and the princes had
appointed for the service of the Levites, two hundred and twenty Nethinims: all
of them were expressed by name.
15-10:44 All
these had taken strange wives: and some of
them had wives by whom they had children.
16-1:10 Now
these are thy servants and thy
people, whom thou hast redeemed by thy great
power, and by thy strong hand.
16-7:6 These
are the children of the province,
that went up out of the captivity, of those that had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried
away, and came again to Jerusalem and to Judah, every one unto his city;
16-7:67 Beside
their manservants and their maidservants, of whom
there were seven thousand three
hundred thirty and seven: and they had two hundred forty and five singing men
and singing women.
16-8:10 Then
he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send
portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared:
for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD
is your strength.
16-9:37 And
it yieldeth much increase unto the kings whom thou
hast set over us because of our sins: also they have dominion over our bodies,
and over our cattle, at their pleasure, and we are in great distress.
17-2:6 Who
had been carried away from Jerusalem with the captivity which had been carried
away with Jeconiah king of Judah, whom
Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away.
17-2:7 And
he brought up Hadassah, that is, Esther,
his uncle’s daughter: for she had neither father nor mother, and the maid was fair and beautiful; whom Mordecai, when her father and mother were dead,
took for his own daughter.
17-4:5 Then
called Esther for Hatach, one of the
king’s chamberlains, whom he had appointed to
attend upon her, and gave him a commandment to Mordecai, to know what it was, and why it was.
17-4:11 All
the king’s servants, and the people of the king’s provinces, do know, that
whosoever, whether man or woman, shall come unto the king into the inner court,
who is not called, there is one law
of his to put him to death, except
such to whom the king shall hold out the golden
sceptre, that he may live: but I have not been called to come in unto the king
these thirty days.
17-6:6 So
Haman came in. And the king said unto him, What shall be done unto the man whom the king delighteth to honour? Now Haman thought
in his heart, To whom would the king delight to
do honour more than to myself?
17-6:7 And
Haman answered the king, For the man whom the
king delighteth to honour,
17-6:9 And
let this apparel and horse be delivered to the hand of one of the king’s most
noble princes, that they may array the man withal
whom the king delighteth to honour, and
bring him on horseback through the street of the city, and proclaim before him,
Thus shall it be done to the man whom the king
delighteth to honour.
17-6:11 Then
took Haman the apparel and the horse, and arrayed Mordecai, and brought him on
horseback through the street of the city, and proclaimed before him, Thus shall
it be done unto the man whom the king delighteth
to honour.
17-6:13 And
Haman told Zeresh his wife and all his friends every thing that had befallen him. Then said his wise men and Zeresh his
wife unto him, If Mordecai be of the
seed of the Jews, before whom thou hast begun to
fall, thou shalt not prevail against him, but shalt surely fall before him.
18-3:23 Why is light given to a man whose way is
hid, and whom God hath hedged in?
18-5:17 Behold,
happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the
chastening of the Almighty:
18-9:15 Whom, though I were righteous, yet would I not answer, but I
would make supplication to my judge.
18-15:19 Unto
whom alone the earth was given, and no stranger
passed among them.
18-19:19 All
my inward friends abhorred me: and they whom I
loved are turned against me.
18-19:27 Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall
behold, and not another; though my
reins be consumed within me.
18-25:3 Is
there any number of his armies? and upon whom
doth not his light arise?
18-26:4 To
whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came
from thee?
18-30:2 Yea,
whereto might the strength of their
hands profit me, in whom old age was perished?
19-10:3 For
the wicked boasteth of his heart’s desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the
LORD abhorreth.
19-16:3 But to the saints that are in the earth, and to the excellent, in whom is all
my delight.
19-18:2 The
LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and
my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I
will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
19-18:43 Thou
hast delivered me from the strivings of the people; and thou hast made me the head of the heathen: a people whom I
have not known shall serve me.
19-27:1 The
LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom
shall I be afraid?
19-32:2 Blessed
is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose
spirit there is no guile.
19-33:12 Blessed
is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
19-41:9 Yea,
mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted,
which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his
heel against me.
19-45:16 Instead
of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom thou
mayest make princes in all the earth.
19-47:4 He
shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.
19-65:4 Blessed
is the man whom
thou choosest, and causest to approach unto
thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the
goodness of thy house, even of thy
holy temple.
19-69:26 For
they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of
those whom thou hast wounded.
19-73:25 Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none
upon earth that I desire beside thee.
19-80:17 Let
thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the son of man whom thou
madest strong for thyself.
19-86:9 All
nations whom thou hast made shall come and
worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.
19-88:5 Free
among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom
thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand.
19-89:21 With
whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also
shall strengthen him.
19-94:1 O
LORD God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to
whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself.
19-94:12 Blessed
is the man whom
thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law;
19-95:11 Unto
whom I sware in my wrath that they should not
enter into my rest.
19-104:26 There
go the ships: there is that
leviathan, whom
thou hast made to play therein.
19-105:26 He
sent Moses his servant; and Aaron whom he had chosen.
19-106:34 They
did not destroy the nations, concerning whom the
LORD commanded them:
19-106:38 And
shed innocent blood, even the blood
of their sons and of their daughters, whom they
sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.
19-107:2 Let
the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
19-144:2 My
goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom
I trust; who subdueth my people under me.
19-146:3 Put
not your trust in princes, nor in the
son of man, in whom there is no help.
20-3:12 For
whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a
father the son in whom he delighteth.
20-3:27 Withhold
not good from them to whom it is due, when it is
in the power of thine hand to do it.
20-25:7 For
better it is that it be said unto
thee, Come up hither; than that thou shouldest be put lower in the presence of
the prince whom thine eyes have seen.
20-30:31 A
greyhound; an he goat also; and a king, against whom
there is no rising up.
21-4:8 There
is one alone, and there is not a second; yea, he hath
neither child nor brother: yet is there no
end of all his labour; neither is his eye satisfied with riches; neither saith he, For whom
do I labour, and bereave my soul of good? This is also vanity, yea, it is a
sore travail.
21-5:19 Every
man also to whom God hath given riches and
wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and
to rejoice in his labour; this is the
gift of God.
21-6:2 A
man to whom God hath given riches, wealth, and
honour, so that he wanteth nothing for his soul of all that he desireth, yet
God giveth him not power to eat thereof, but a stranger eateth it: this is vanity, and it is an evil disease.
21-8:14 There
is a vanity which is done upon the earth; that there be just men, unto whom
it happeneth according to the work of the wicked; again, there be wicked men, to whom
it happeneth according to the work of the righteous: I said that this also is vanity.
21-9:9 Live
joyfully with the wife whom thou lovest all the
days of the life of thy vanity, which he hath given thee under the sun, all the
days of thy vanity: for that is thy
portion in this life, and in thy
labour which thou takest under the sun.
22-1:7 Tell
me, O thou whom my soul loveth, where thou
feedest, where thou makest thy flock to
rest at noon: for why should I be as one that turneth aside by the flocks of
thy companions?
22-3:1 By
night on my bed I sought him whom my soul
loveth: I sought him, but I found him not.
22-3:2 I
will rise now, and go about the city in the streets, and in the broad ways I
will seek him whom my soul loveth: I sought him,
but I found him not.
22-3:3 The
watchmen that go about the city found me: to
whom I said, Saw ye him whom my soul loveth?
22-3:4 It was but a little that I passed from
them, but I found him whom my soul loveth: I
held him, and would not let him go, until I had brought him into my mother’s
house, and into the chamber of her that conceived me.
23-6:8 Also
I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom
shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
23-8:12 Say
ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither
fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.
23-8:18 Behold,
I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel
from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.
23-10:3 And
what will ye do in the day of visitation, and in the desolation which shall come from far? to whom will ye flee for help? and where will ye leave
your glory?
23-19:25 Whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work
of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance.
23-22:16 What
hast thou here? and whom hast thou here, that
thou hast hewed thee out a sepulchre here, as
he that heweth him out a sepulchre on high, and that graveth an habitation for himself in a rock?
23-23:2 Be
still, ye inhabitants of the isle; thou whom the
merchants of Zidon, that pass over the sea, have replenished.
23-28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.
23-28:12 To
whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye
may cause the weary to rest; and this is the
refreshing: yet they would not hear.
23-31:6 Turn
ye unto him from whom the children of Israel have deeply revolted.
23-36:5 I
say, sayest thou, (but they are but vain words) I have counsel and strength for war: now
on whom dost thou trust, that thou rebellest
against me?
23-37:4 It
may be the LORD thy God will hear the words of Rabshakeh, whom the king of Assyria his master hath sent to
reproach the living God, and will reprove the words which the LORD thy God hath
heard: wherefore lift up thy prayer
for the remnant that is left.
23-37:10 Thus
shall ye speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying, Let not thy God, in whom thou trustest, deceive thee, saying, Jerusalem
shall not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.
23-37:23 Whom hast thou reproached and blasphemed? and against whom hast thou exalted thy voice, and lifted up thine eyes on high? even against the Holy One of Israel.
23-40:14 With
whom took he counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of judgment, and
taught him knowledge, and shewed to him the way of understanding?
23-40:18 To
whom then will ye liken God? or what likeness
will ye compare unto him?
23-40:25 To
whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal?
saith the Holy One.
23-41:8 But
thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend.
23-41:9 Thou whom
I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men
thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my
servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.
23-42:1 Behold
my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my
soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment
to the Gentiles.
23-42:24 Who
gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not the LORD, he against
whom we have sinned? for they would not walk in
his ways, neither were they obedient unto his law.
23-43:10 Ye
are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and
my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know
and believe me, and understand that I am he:
before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
23-44:1 Yet
now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I
have chosen:
23-44:2 Thus
saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob,
my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have
chosen.
23-46:5 To
whom will ye liken me, and make me equal, and compare me, that we may be
like?
23-47:15 Thus
shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast
laboured, even thy merchants, from
thy youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save thee.
23-49:3 And
said unto me, Thou art my servant, O
Israel, in whom I will be glorified.
23-49:7 Thus
saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, and
his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to
him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of
rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the
LORD that is faithful, and the Holy
One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.
23-50:1 Thus
saith the LORD, Where is the bill of
your mother’s divorcement, whom I have put away?
or which of my creditors is it to whom I have sold you? Behold, for your iniquities have
ye sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is your mother put away.
23-51:18 There is none to guide her among all the
sons whom she
hath brought forth; neither is there any that
taketh her by the hand of all the sons that
she hath brought up.
23-51:19 These
two things are come unto thee; who
shall be sorry for thee? desolation, and destruction, and the famine, and the
sword: by whom shall I comfort thee?
23-53:1 Who
hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm
of the LORD revealed?
23-57:4 Against
whom do ye sport yourselves? against whom make ye a wide mouth, and draw out the tongue? are ye
not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood,
23-57:11 And
of whom hast thou been afraid or feared, that
thou hast lied, and hast not remembered me, nor laid it to thy heart? have not I held my peace even of old, and thou
fearest me not?
23-66:13 As
one whom his mother comforteth, so will I
comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem.
24-1:2 To
whom the word of the LORD came in the days of
Josiah the son of Amon king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.
24-6:10 To
whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they
may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised,
and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of the LORD is unto them a reproach;
they have no delight in it.
24-7:9 Will
ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto
Baal, and walk after other gods whom ye know
not;
24-8:2 And
they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of
heaven, whom they have loved, and whom they have served, and after whom they have walked, and whom
they have sought, and whom they have worshipped:
they shall not be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be for dung upon the face
of the earth.
24-9:12 Who
is the wise man, that may understand
this? and who is he to whom the mouth of the LORD hath spoken, that he may
declare it, for what the land perisheth and
is burned up like a wilderness, that none passeth through?
24-9:16 I
will scatter them also among the heathen, whom neither
they nor their fathers have known: and I will send a sword after them, till I
have consumed them.
24-11:12 Then
shall the cities of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem go, and cry unto the
gods unto whom they offer incense: but they
shall not save them at all in the time of their trouble.
24-14:16 And
the people to whom they prophesy shall be cast
out in the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine and the sword; and they
shall have none to bury them, them, their wives, nor their sons, nor their daughters:
for I will pour their wickedness upon them.
24-18:8 If
that nation, against whom I have pronounced,
turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.
24-19:4 Because
they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense
in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor
their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place
with the blood of innocents;
24-20:6 And
thou, Pashur, and all that dwell in thine house shall go into captivity: and
thou shalt come to Babylon, and there thou shalt die, and shalt be buried
there, thou, and all thy friends, to whom thou
hast prophesied lies.
24-23:9 Mine
heart within me is broken because of the prophets; all my bones shake; I am
like a drunken man, and like a man whom wine
hath overcome, because of the LORD, and because of the words of his holiness.
24-24:5 Thus
saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge
them that are carried away captive of Judah, whom
I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans for their good.
24-25:15 For
thus saith the LORD God of Israel unto me; Take the wine cup of this fury at my
hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send
thee, to drink it.
24-25:17 Then
took I the cup at the LORD’S hand, and made all the nations to drink, unto whom the LORD had sent me:
24-26:5 To
hearken to the words of my servants the prophets, whom
I sent unto you, both rising up early, and sending them, but ye have not hearkened;
24-27:5 I
have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm,
and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto
me.
24-29:1 Now
these are the words of the letter
that Jeremiah the prophet sent from Jerusalem unto the residue of the elders
which were carried away captives, and to the priests, and to the prophets, and
to all the people whom Nebuchadnezzar had
carried away captive from Jerusalem to Babylon;
24-29:3 By
the hand of Elasah the son of Shaphan, and Gemariah the son of Hilkiah, (whom Zedekiah king of Judah sent unto Babylon to
Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon) saying,
24-29:4 Thus
saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, unto all that are carried away
captives, whom I have caused to be carried away
from Jerusalem unto Babylon;
24-29:20 Hear
ye therefore the word of the LORD, all ye of the captivity, whom I have sent from Jerusalem to Babylon:
24-29:22 And
of them shall be taken up a curse by all the captivity of Judah which are in Babylon, saying, The LORD make
thee like Zedekiah and like Ahab, whom the king
of Babylon roasted in the fire;
24-30:9 But
they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.
24-30:17 For
I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the
LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying,
This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.
24-33:5 They
come to fight with the Chaldeans, but it
is to fill them with the dead bodies of men, whom
I have slain in mine anger and in my fury, and for all whose wickedness I have
hid my face from this city.
24-34:11 But
afterward they turned, and caused the servants and the handmaids, whom they had let go free, to return, and brought them
into subjection for servants and for handmaids.
24-34:16 But
ye turned and polluted my name, and caused every man his servant, and every man
his handmaid, whom he had set at liberty at
their pleasure, to return, and brought them into subjection, to be unto you for
servants and for handmaids.
24-37:1 And
king Zedekiah the son of Josiah reigned instead of Coniah the son of Jehoiakim,
whom Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon made king in
the land of Judah.
24-38:9 My
lord the king, these men have done evil in all that they have done to Jeremiah
the prophet, whom they have cast into the
dungeon; and he is like to die for hunger in the place where he is: for there is no more bread in the city.
24-39:17 But
I will deliver thee in that day, saith the LORD: and thou shalt not be given
into the hand of the men of whom thou art afraid.
24-40:5 Now
while he was not yet gone back, he said, Go
back also to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan, whom the king of Babylon hath made governor over the cities
of Judah, and dwell with him among the people: or go wheresoever it seemeth
convenient unto thee to go. So the captain of the guard gave him victuals and a
reward, and let him go.
24-41:2 Then
arose Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and the ten men that were with him, and
smote Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan with the sword, and slew
him, whom the king of Babylon had made governor
over the land.
24-41:9 Now
the pit wherein Ishmael had cast all the dead bodies of the men, whom he had slain because of Gedaliah, was it which Asa the king had made for
fear of Baasha king of Israel: and Ishmael
the son of Nethaniah filled it with them
that were slain.
24-41:10 Then
Ishmael carried away captive all the residue of the people that were in Mizpah, even the king’s daughters, and all the people that remained in
Mizpah, whom Nebuzaradan the captain of the
guard had committed to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam: and Ishmael the son of
Nethaniah carried them away captive, and departed to go over to the Ammonites.
24-41:16 Then
took Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces that were with him, all the remnant of the
people whom he had recovered from Ishmael the
son of Nethaniah, from Mizpah, after that
he had slain Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, even mighty men of war, and the women, and the children, and the
eunuchs, whom he had brought again from Gibeon:
24-41:18 Because
of the Chaldeans: for they were afraid of them, because Ishmael the son of
Nethaniah had slain Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, whom
the king of Babylon made governor in the land.
24-42:6 Whether
it be good, or whether it be evil, we will obey the voice of
the LORD our God, to whom we send thee; that it
may be well with us, when we obey the voice of the LORD our God.
24-42:9 And
said unto them, Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, unto whom ye sent me to present your supplication before
him;
24-42:11 Be
not afraid of the king of Babylon, of whom ye
are afraid; be not afraid of him, saith the LORD: for I am with you to save you, and to deliver you from his hand.
24-44:3 Because
of their wickedness which they have committed to provoke me to anger, in that
they went to burn incense, and to
serve other gods, whom they knew not, neither they, ye, nor your fathers.
24-50:20 In
those days, and in that time, saith the LORD, the iniquity of Israel shall be
sought for, and there shall be none;
and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found: for I will pardon them whom I reserve.
24-52:28 This
is the people whom Nebuchadrezzar carried away captive: in the seventh year three
thousand Jews and three and twenty:
25-1:10 The
adversary hath spread out his hand upon all her pleasant things: for she hath
seen that the heathen entered into
her sanctuary, whom thou didst command that they should not enter into thy
congregation.
25-1:14 The
yoke of my transgressions is bound by his hand: they are wreathed, and come up upon my neck: he hath made
my strength to fall, the Lord hath delivered me into their hands, from whom I am not able to rise up.
25-2:20 Behold,
O LORD, and consider to whom thou hast done
this. Shall the women eat their fruit, and
children of a span long? shall the priest and the prophet be slain in the
sanctuary of the Lord?
25-4:20 The
breath of our nostrils, the anointed of the LORD, was taken in their pits, of whom we said, Under his shadow we shall live among the
heathen.
26-9:6 Slay
utterly old and young, both maids,
and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the
mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.
26-11:1 Moreover
the spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of the LORD’S house,
which looketh eastward: and behold at the door of the gate five and twenty men;
among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and
Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.
26-11:7 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; Your slain whom ye have
laid in the midst of it, they are the
flesh, and this city is the caldron:
but I will bring you forth out of the midst of it.
26-11:15 Son
of man, thy brethren, even thy
brethren, the men of thy kindred, and all the house of Israel wholly, are they unto whom
the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far from the LORD: unto us is
this land given in possession.
26-13:22 Because
with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom
I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should
not return from his wicked way, by promising him life:
26-16:20 Moreover
thou hast taken thy sons and thy daughters, whom
thou hast borne unto me, and these hast thou sacrificed unto them to be
devoured. Is this of thy whoredoms a
small matter,
26-16:37 Behold,
therefore I will gather all thy lovers, with whom
thou hast taken pleasure, and all them that
thou hast loved, with all them that
thou hast hated; I will even gather them round about against thee, and will
discover thy nakedness unto them, that they may see all thy nakedness.
26-20:9 But
I wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be polluted before the
heathen, among whom they were, in whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing
them forth out of the land of Egypt.
26-23:7 Thus
she committed her whoredoms with them, with all them that were the chosen men of Assyria, and with all on whom she doted: with all their idols she defiled
herself.
26-23:9 Wherefore
I have delivered her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the
Assyrians, upon whom she doted.
26-23:22 Therefore,
O Aholibah, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will raise up thy lovers against
thee, from whom thy mind is alienated, and I
will bring them against thee on every side;
26-23:28 For
thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will deliver thee into the hand of them whom
thou hatest, into the hand of them from
whom thy mind is alienated:
26-23:37 That
they have committed adultery, and blood is
in their hands, and with their idols have they committed adultery, and have
also caused their sons, whom they bare unto me,
to pass for them through the fire, to
devour them.
26-23:40 And
furthermore, that ye have sent for men to come from far, unto whom a messenger was
sent; and, lo, they came: for whom thou
didst wash thyself, paintedst thy eyes, and deckedst thyself with ornaments,
26-24:21 Speak
unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will profane my
sanctuary, the excellency of your strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which
your soul pitieth; and your sons and your daughters whom
ye have left shall fall by the sword.
26-28:25 Thus
saith the Lord GOD; When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the
people among whom they are scattered, and shall
be sanctified in them in the sight of the heathen, then shall they dwell in
their land that I have given to my servant Jacob.
26-31:2 Son
of man, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to his multitude; Whom art thou like in thy greatness?
26-31:18 To
whom art thou thus like in glory and in
greatness among the trees of Eden? yet shalt thou be brought down with the
trees of Eden unto the nether parts of the earth: thou shalt lie in the midst
of the uncircumcised with them that be slain
by the sword. This is Pharaoh and all
his multitude, saith the Lord GOD.
26-32:19 Whom dost thou pass in beauty? go down, and be thou
laid with the uncircumcised.
26-38:17 Thus
saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the
prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them?
27-1:4 Children
in whom was
no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in
knowledge, and understanding science, and such as had ability in them to stand in the king’s palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of
the Chaldeans.
27-1:7 Unto
whom the prince of the eunuchs gave names: for
he gave unto Daniel the name of
Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of Shadrach; and to Mishael, of Meshach; and to
Azariah, of Abednego.
27-1:11 Then
said Daniel to Melzar, whom the prince of the
eunuchs had set over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah,
27-2:24 Therefore
Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the king had
ordained to destroy the wise men of
Babylon: he went and said thus unto him; Destroy not the wise men of Babylon: bring me in before the
king, and I will shew unto the king the interpretation.
27-3:12 There
are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the
affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men,
O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden
image which thou hast set up.
27-3:17 If
it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery
furnace, and he will deliver us out
of thine hand, O king.
27-4:8 But
at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name was Belteshazzar, according to the name of my god, and in whom is the
spirit of the holy gods: and before him I told the dream, saying,
27-5:11 There
is a man in thy kingdom, in whom is the spirit of the holy gods; and in
the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of
the gods, was found in him; whom the king
Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, I
say, thy father, made master of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers;
27-5:12 Forasmuch
as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of
dreams, and shewing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the
same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar:
now let Daniel be called, and he will shew the interpretation.
27-5:13 Then
was Daniel brought in before the king. And
the king spake and said unto Daniel, Art
thou that Daniel, which art of
the children of the captivity of Judah, whom the
king my father brought out of Jewry?
27-5:19 And
for the majesty that he gave him, all people, nations, and languages, trembled
and feared before him: whom he would he slew;
and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he set up; and whom
he would he put down.
27-6:2 And
over these three presidents; of whom Daniel was first: that the princes might give
accounts unto them, and the king should have no damage.
27-6:16 Then
the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast him into the den of lions. Now
the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God whom
thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.
27-6:20 And
when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O
Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom
thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?
27-7:8 I
considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn,
before whom there were three of the first horns
plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
27-7:20 And
of the ten horns that were in his
head, and of the other which came up,
and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth
that spake very great things, whose look was
more stout than his fellows.
27-9:21 Yea,
whiles I was speaking in prayer, even
the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision
at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the
evening oblation.
27-11:21 And
in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom
they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably,
and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.
27-11:38 But
in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold,
and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.
27-11:39 Thus
shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many,
and shall divide the land for gain.
28-13:10 I
will be thy king: where is any other that
may save thee in all thy cities? and thy judges of whom
thou saidst, Give me a king and princes?
29-2:32 And
it shall come to pass, that whosoever
shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in
Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.
29-3:2 I
will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of
Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted
my land.
30-6:1 Woe
to them that are at ease in Zion, and
trust in the mountain of Samaria, which
are named chief of the nations, to whom the
house of Israel came!
30-7:2 And
it came to pass, that when they had
made an end of eating the grass of the land, then I said, O Lord GOD, forgive,
I beseech thee: by whom shall Jacob arise? for
he is small.
30-7:5 Then
said I, O Lord GOD, cease, I beseech thee: by whom
shall Jacob arise? for he is small.
34-3:19 There is no healing of thy bruise; thy
wound is grievous: all that hear the bruit of thee shall clap the hands over
thee: for upon whom hath not thy wickedness
passed continually?
36-3:18 I
will gather them that are sorrowful for
the solemn assembly, who are of thee,
to whom the
reproach of it was a burden.
38-1:4 Be
ye not as your fathers, unto whom the former
prophets have cried, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Turn ye now from
your evil ways, and from your evil
doings: but they did not hear, nor hearken unto me, saith the LORD.
38-1:10 And
the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, These are they whom
the LORD hath sent to walk to and fro through the earth.
38-7:14 But
I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations whom they knew not. Thus the land was desolate after them, that no
man passed through nor returned: for they laid the pleasant land desolate.
38-12:10 And
I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the
spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him,
as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him,
as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
39-1:4 Whereas
Edom saith, We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate
places; thus saith the LORD of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down;
and they shall call them, The border of wickedness, and, The people against whom the LORD hath indignation for ever.
39-2:14 Yet
ye say, Wherefore? Because the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife
of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt
treacherously: yet is she thy
companion, and the wife of thy covenant.
39-3:1 Behold,
I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord,
whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple,
even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight
in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
40-1:16 And
Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom
was born Jesus, who is called Christ.
40-3:17 And
lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
40-7:9 Or
what man is there of you, whom if his son ask
bread, will he give him a stone?
40-11:10 For
this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before
thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.
40-12:18 Behold
my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit
upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles.
40-12:27 And
if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do
your children cast them out?
therefore they shall be your judges.
40-16:13 When
Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples,
saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man
am?
40-16:15 He
saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
40-17:5 While
he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out
of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom
I am well pleased; hear ye him.
40-17:25 He
saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying,
What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings
of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers?
40-18:7 Woe
unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come;
but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!
40-19:11 But
he said unto them, All men cannot
receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.
40-20:23 And
he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the
baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left,
is not mine to give, but it shall be
given to them for whom it is prepared of my
Father.
40-23:35 That
upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood
of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
40-24:45 Who
then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his
lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
40-24:46 Blessed
is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
40-26:24 The
Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for
that man if he had not been born.
40-27:9 Then
was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they
took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value;
40-27:15 Now
at that feast the governor was wont
to release unto the people a prisoner, whom they
would.
40-27:17 Therefore
when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or
Jesus which is called Christ?
41-1:11 And
there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou
art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
41-3:13 And
he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto
him whom he would: and they came unto him.
41-6:16 But
when Herod heard thereof, he said, It
is John, whom I beheaded: he is risen from the
dead.
41-8:27 And
Jesus went out, and his disciples, into the towns of Caesarea Philippi: and by
the way he asked his disciples, saying unto them, Whom
do men say that I am?
41-8:29 And
he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ.
41-10:40 But
to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared.
41-13:20 And
except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but
for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he
hath shortened the days.
41-14:21 The
Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that
man if he had never been born.
41-14:71 But
he began to curse and to swear, saying, I
know not this man of whom ye speak.
41-15:12 And
Pilate answered and said again unto them, What will ye then that I shall do unto him whom
ye call the King of the Jews?
41-15:40 There
were also women looking on afar off: among whom
was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and
Salome;
41-16:9 Now
when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to
Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven
devils.
42-6:13 And
when it was day, he called unto him his
disciples: and of them he chose twelve, whom
also he named apostles;
42-6:14 Simon,
(whom he also named Peter,) and Andrew his brother,
James and John, Philip and Bartholomew,
42-6:34 And
if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for
sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.
42-6:47 Whosoever
cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like:
42-7:4 And
when they came to Jesus, they besought him instantly, saying, That he was
worthy for whom he should do this:
42-7:27 This
is he, of whom
it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare
thy way before thee.
42-7:43 Simon
answered and said, I suppose that he, to
whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou
hast rightly judged.
42-7:47 Wherefore
I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much:
but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.
42-8:2 And
certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary
called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devils,
42-8:35 Then
they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out
of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the
feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.
42-8:38 Now
the man out of whom the devils were departed
besought him that he might be with him: but Jesus sent him away, saying,
42-9:9 And
Herod said, John have I beheaded: but who is this, of whom
I hear such things? And he desired to see him.
42-9:18 And
it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him: and he
asked them, saying, Whom say the people that I
am?
42-9:20 He
said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter
answering said, The Christ of God.
42-10:22 All
things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but
the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.
42-11:19 And
if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do
your sons cast them out? therefore
shall they be your judges.
42-12:5 But
I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear
him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto
you, Fear him.
42-12:37 Blessed
are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily
I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat,
and will come forth and serve them.
42-12:42 And
the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord
shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?
42-12:43 Blessed
is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
42-12:48 But
he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with
few stripes. For unto whomsoever much
is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom
men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
42-13:4 Or
those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam
fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt
in Jerusalem?
42-13:16 And
ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom
Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the
sabbath day?
42-17:1 Then
said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe
unto him, through whom they come!
42-19:15 And
it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then
he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom
he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by
trading.
42-22:22 And
truly the Son of man goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom he is betrayed!
42-23:25 And
he released unto them him that for sedition and murder was cast into prison, whom they had desired; but he delivered Jesus to their
will.
43-1:15 John
bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom
I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.
43-1:26 John
answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not;
43-1:30 This
is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man
which is preferred before me: for he was before me.
43-1:33 And
I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto
me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit
descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy
Ghost.
43-1:45 Philip
findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write,
Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.
43-1:47 Jesus
saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!
43-3:26 And
they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond
Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the
same baptizeth, and all men come to
him.
43-3:34 For
he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God:
for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto
him.
43-4:18 For
thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou
now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly.
43-5:21 For
as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom
he will.
43-5:38 And
ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he
hath sent, him ye believe not.
43-5:45 Do
not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses,
in whom ye trust.
43-6:29 Jesus
answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
43-6:68 Then
Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we
go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
43-7:25 Then
said some of them of Jerusalem, Is not this he, whom
they seek to kill?
43-7:28 Then
cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know
whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not.
43-8:53 Art
thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead? and the prophets are dead:
whom makest thou thyself?
43-8:54 Jesus
answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that
honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your
God:
43-10:35 If
he called them gods, unto whom the word of God
came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
43-10:36 Say
ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and
sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
43-11:3 Therefore
his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom
thou lovest is sick.
43-12:1 Then
Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had
been dead, whom he raised from the dead.
43-12:9 Much
people of the Jews therefore knew that he was there: and they came not for
Jesus’ sake only, but that they might see Lazarus also, whom he had raised from the dead.
43-12:38 That
the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who
hath believed our report? and to whom hath the
arm of the Lord been revealed?
43-13:18 I
speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen:
but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath
lifted up his heel against me.
43-13:22 Then
the disciples looked one on another, doubting of whom
he spake.
43-13:23 Now
there was leaning on Jesus’ bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved.
43-13:24 Simon
Peter therefore beckoned to him, that he should ask who it should be of whom he spake.
43-13:26 Jesus
answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop,
when I have dipped it. And when he
had dipped the sop, he gave it to
Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
43-14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him
not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall
be in you.
43-14:26 But
the Comforter, which is the Holy
Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall
teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I
have said unto you.
43-15:26 But
when the Comforter is come, whom I will send
unto you from the Father, even the
Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:
43-17:3 And
this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus
Christ, whom thou hast sent.
43-17:11 And
now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy
Father, keep through thine own name those whom
thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.
43-17:24 Father,
I will that they also, whom thou hast given me,
be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me:
for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
43-18:4 Jesus
therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said
unto them, Whom seek ye?
43-18:7 Then
asked he them again, Whom seek ye? And they
said, Jesus of Nazareth.
43-19:26 When
Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold
thy son!
43-19:37 And
again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom
they pierced.
43-20:2 Then
she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken
away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
43-20:15 Jesus
saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom
seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if
thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take
him away.
43-21:7 Therefore
that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter,
It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher’s coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.
43-21:20 Then
Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom
Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said,
Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?
44-1:2 Until
the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had
given commandments unto the apostles whom he had
chosen:
44-1:3 To
whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion
by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the
things pertaining to the kingdom of God:
44-2:24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of
death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
44-2:36 Therefore
let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus,
whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
44-3:2 And
a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom
they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask
alms of them that entered into the temple;
44-3:13 The
God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath
glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up,
and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
44-3:15 And
killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised
from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.
44-3:16 And
his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him
hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
44-3:21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of
restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy
prophets since the world began.
44-4:10 Be
it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of
Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
44-4:22 For
the man was above forty years old, on whom this
miracle of healing was shewed.
44-4:27 For
of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom
thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the
people of Israel, were gathered together,
44-5:25 Then
came one and told them, saying, Behold, the men whom
ye put in prison are standing in the temple, and teaching the people.
44-5:30 The
God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew
and hanged on a tree.
44-5:32 And
we are his witnesses of these things; and so
is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given
to them that obey him.
44-5:36 For
before these days rose up Theudas, boasting himself to be somebody; to whom a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves:
who was slain; and all, as many as obeyed him, were scattered, and brought to
nought.
44-6:3 Wherefore,
brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy
Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this
business.
44-6:6 Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had
prayed, they laid their hands on
them.
44-7:7 And
the nation to whom they shall be in bondage will
I judge, said God: and after that shall they come forth, and serve me in this
place.
44-7:35 This
Moses whom they refused, saying, Who made thee a
ruler and a judge? the same did God send to
be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him
in the bush.
44-7:39 To
whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts
turned back again into Egypt,
44-7:45 Which
also our fathers that came after brought in with Jesus into the possession of
the Gentiles, whom God drave out before the face
of our fathers, unto the days of David;
44-7:52 Which
of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them
which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom
ye have been now the betrayers and murderers:
44-8:10 To
whom they all gave heed, from the least to the
greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God.
44-8:34 And
the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom
speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man?
44-9:5 And
he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
44-9:37 And
it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber.
44-10:21 Then
Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius; and said,
Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what is the cause wherefore ye are come?
44-10:39 And
we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and
in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a
tree:
44-13:22 And
when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found
David the son of Jesse, a man after
mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.
44-13:25 And
as John fulfilled his course, he said, Whom
think ye that I am? I am not he. But,
behold, there cometh one after me, whose shoes of his feet I am not worthy to loose.
44-13:37 But
he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption.
44-14:23 And
when they had ordained them elders in every church, and had prayed with
fasting, they commended them to the Lord, on whom
they believed.
44-15:17 That
the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all
these things.
44-15:24 Forasmuch
as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with
words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye
must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom
we gave no such commandment:
44-17:3 Opening
and alleging, that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again from the
dead; and that this Jesus, whom I preach unto
you, is Christ.
44-17:7 Whom Jason hath received: and these all do contrary to
the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is another king, one Jesus.
44-17:23 For
as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this
inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore
ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you.
44-17:31 Because
he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness
by that man whom
he hath ordained; whereof he hath
given assurance unto all men, in that
he hath raised him from the dead.
44-18:26 And
he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom
when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.
44-19:13 Then
certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which
had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.
44-19:16 And
the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on
them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of
that house naked and wounded.
44-19:25 Whom he called together with the workmen of like
occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth.
44-19:27 So
that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the
temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence
should be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world
worshippeth.
44-20:25 And
now, behold, I know that ye all, among whom I
have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more.
44-21:16 There
went with us also certain of the
disciples of Caesarea, and brought with them one Mnason of Cyprus, an old
disciple, with whom we should lodge.
44-21:29 (For
they had seen before with him in the city Trophimus an Ephesian, whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the
temple.)
44-22:5 As
also the high priest doth bear me witness, and all the estate of the elders:
from whom also I received letters unto the
brethren, and went to Damascus, to bring them which were there bound unto
Jerusalem, for to be punished.
44-22:8 And
I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom thou persecutest.
44-23:29 Whom I perceived to be accused of questions of their
law, but to have nothing laid to his charge worthy of death or of bonds.
44-24:6 Who
also hath gone about to profane the temple: whom
we took, and would have judged according to our law.
44-24:8 Commanding
his accusers to come unto thee: by examining of whom
thyself mayest take knowledge of all these things, whereof we accuse him.
44-25:15 About
whom, when I was at Jerusalem, the chief priests
and the elders of the Jews informed me, desiring
to have judgment against him.
44-25:16 To
whom I answered, It is not the manner of the Romans
to deliver any man to die, before that he which is accused have the accusers
face to face, and have licence to answer for himself concerning the crime laid
against him.
44-25:18 Against
whom when the accusers stood up, they brought
none accusation of such things as I supposed:
44-25:19 But
had certain questions against him of their own superstition, and of one Jesus,
which was dead, whom Paul affirmed to be alive.
44-25:24 And
Festus said, King Agrippa, and all men which are here present with us, ye see
this man, about whom all the multitude of the
Jews have dealt with me, both at Jerusalem, and also here, crying that he ought not to live any longer.
44-25:26 Of
whom I have no certain thing to write unto my lord.
Wherefore I have brought him forth before you, and specially before thee, O
king Agrippa, that, after examination had, I might have somewhat to write.
44-26:15 And
I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom
thou persecutest.
44-26:17 Delivering
thee from the people, and from the
Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,
44-26:26 For
the king knoweth of these things, before whom
also I speak freely: for I am persuaded that none of these things are hidden
from him; for this thing was not done in a corner.
44-27:23 For
there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve,
44-28:4 And
when the barbarians saw the venomous beast
hang on his hand, they said among themselves, No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he hath escaped the sea, yet vengeance
suffereth not to live.
44-28:8 And
it came to pass, that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and of a bloody
flux: to whom Paul entered in, and prayed, and
laid his hands on him, and healed him.
44-28:15 And
from thence, when the brethren heard of us, they came to meet us as far as
Appii forum, and The three taverns: whom when
Paul saw, he thanked God, and took courage.
44-28:23 And
when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom
he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning
Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out
of the prophets, from morning till evening.
45-1:5 By
whom we have received grace and apostleship, for
obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:
45-1:6 Among
whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:
45-1:9 For
God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit
in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in
my prayers;
45-3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his
righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance
of God;
45-4:6 Even
as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
45-4:8 Blessed
is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.
45-4:17 (As
it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even
God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as
though they were.
45-4:24 But
for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we
believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;
45-5:2 By
whom also we have access by faith into this grace
wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
45-5:11 And
not only so, but we also joy in God
through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have
now received the atonement.
45-6:16 Know
ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves
servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye
obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
45-8:29 For
whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son,
that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
45-8:30 Moreover
whom he did predestinate, them he also called:
and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
45-9:4 Who
are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the
giving of the law, and the service of
God, and the promises;
45-9:5 Whose
are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for
ever. Amen.
45-9:15 For
he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I
will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom
I will have compassion.
45-9:18 Therefore
hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom
he will he hardeneth.
45-9:24 Even
us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only,
but also of the Gentiles?
45-10:14 How
then shall they call on him in whom they have
not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom
they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
45-11:36 For
of him, and through him, and to him, are all
things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.
45-13:7 Render
therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom
tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom
fear; honour to whom honour.
45-14:15 But
if thy brother be grieved with thy meat,
now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.
45-15:21 But
as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of,
they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand.
45-16:4 Who
have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom
not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.
46-1:9 God
is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son
Jesus Christ our Lord.
46-3:5 Who
then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but
ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord
gave to every man?
46-7:39 The
wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be
dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom
she will; only in the Lord.
46-8:6 But
to us there is but one God, the
Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all
things, and we by him.
46-8:11 And
through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?
46-10:11 Now
all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our
admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are
come.
46-15:6 After
that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but
some are fallen asleep.
46-15:15 Yea,
and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that
he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if
so be that the dead rise not.
47-1:10 Who
delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;
47-2:3 And
I wrote this same unto you, lest, when I came, I should have sorrow from them
of whom I ought to rejoice; having confidence in
you all, that my joy is the joy of
you all.
47-2:10 To
whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any
thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I
it in the person of Christ;
47-4:4 In
whom the god of this world hath blinded the
minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of
Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
47-8:22 And
we have sent with them our brother, whom we have
oftentimes proved diligent in many things, but now much more diligent, upon the
great confidence which I have in you.
47-10:18 For
not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom
the Lord commendeth.
47-11:4 For
if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom
we have not preached, or if ye
receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye
have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.
47-12:17 Did
I make a gain of you by any of them whom I sent
unto you?
48-1:5 To
whom be glory
for ever and ever. Amen.
48-2:5 To
whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an
hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.
48-3:19 Wherefore
then serveth the law? It was added
because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and
it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
48-4:19 My
little children, of whom I travail in birth
again until Christ be formed in you,
48-6:14 But
God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the
world.
49-1:7 In
whom we have redemption through his blood, the
forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
49-1:11 In
whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being
predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the
counsel of his own will:
49-1:13 In
whom ye also trusted,
after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with
that holy Spirit of promise,
49-2:3 Among
whom also we all had our conversation in times
past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the
mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
49-2:21 In
whom all the building fitly framed together
groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
49-2:22 In
whom ye also are builded together for an
habitation of God through the Spirit.
49-3:12 In
whom we have boldness and access with confidence
by the faith of him.
49-3:15 Of
whom the whole family in heaven and earth is
named,
49-4:16 From
whom the whole body fitly joined together and
compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual
working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the
edifying of itself in love.
49-6:22 Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that
ye might know our affairs, and that he
might comfort your hearts.
50-2:15 That
ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst
of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye
shine as lights in the world;
50-3:8 Yea
doubtless, and I count all things but loss
for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do
count them but dung, that I may win
Christ,
50-3:18 (For
many walk, of whom I have told you often, and
now tell you even weeping, that they are the
enemies of the cross of Christ:
51-1:14 In
whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
51-1:27 To
whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this
mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
51-1:28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every
man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
51-2:3 In
whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and
knowledge.
51-2:11 In
whom also ye are circumcised with the
circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the
flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
51-4:8 Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that
he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;
51-4:10 Aristarchus
my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus, sister’s son to Barnabas, (touching
whom ye received commandments: if he come unto
you, receive him;)
52-1:10 And
to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised
from the dead, even Jesus, which
delivered us from the wrath to come.
53-2:8 And
then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the
Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the
brightness of his coming:
54-1:15 This
is a faithful saying, and worthy of
all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
54-1:20 Of
whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn
not to blaspheme.
54-6:16 Who
only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour
and power everlasting. Amen.
55-1:3 I
thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with pure conscience,
that without ceasing I have remembrance of thee in my prayers night and day;
55-1:12 For
the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for
I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded
that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.
55-1:15 This
thou knowest, that all they which are in Asia be turned away from me; of whom are Phygellus and Hermogenes.
55-2:17 And
their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is
Hymenaeus and Philetus;
55-3:14 But
continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of,
knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
55-4:15 Of
whom be thou ware also; for he hath greatly
withstood our words.
55-4:18 And
the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory
for ever and ever. Amen.
57-1:10 I
beseech thee for my son Onesimus, whom I have
begotten in my bonds:
57-1:12 Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him,
that is, mine own bowels:
57-1:13 Whom I would have retained with me, that in thy stead he
might have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel:
58-1:2 Hath
in these last days spoken unto us by his Son,
whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
58-2:10 For
it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons
unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
58-3:17 But
with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose
carcases fell in the wilderness?
58-3:18 And
to whom sware he that they should not enter into
his rest, but to them that believed not?
58-4:6 Seeing
therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of
unbelief:
58-4:13 Neither
is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of
him with whom we have to do.
58-5:11 Of
whom we have many things to say, and hard to be
uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.
58-6:7 For
the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth
forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed,
receiveth blessing from God:
58-7:2 To
whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first
being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of
Salem, which is, King of peace;
58-7:4 Now
consider how great this man was, unto
whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth
of the spoils.
58-7:8 And
here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is
witnessed that he liveth.
58-7:13 For
he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to
another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar.
58-11:18 Of
whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed
be called:
58-11:38 (Of
whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in
deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.
58-12:6 For
whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and
scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
58-12:7 If
ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
58-13:21 Make
you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is
wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom
be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
58-13:23 Know
ye that our brother Timothy is set at
liberty; with whom, if he come shortly, I will
see you.
59-1:17 Every
good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father
of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither
shadow of turning.
60-1:8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of
glory:
60-1:12 Unto
whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves,
but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by
them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from
heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.
60-2:4 To
whom coming, as
unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
60-4:11 If
any man speak, let him speak as the
oracles of God; if any man minister, let
him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be
glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be
praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
60-5:8 Be
sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion,
walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
60-5:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the
same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
61-1:17 For
he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice
to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
61-2:2 And
many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom
the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
61-2:17 These
are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
61-2:19 While
they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for
of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he
brought in bondage.
62-4:20 If
a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth
not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he
love God whom he hath not seen?
63-1:1 The
elder unto the elect lady and her children, whom
I love in the truth; and not I only, but also all they that have known the
truth;
64-1:1 The
elder unto the wellbeloved Gaius, whom I love in
the truth.
64-1:6 Which
have borne witness of thy charity before the church: whom
if thou bring forward on their journey after a godly sort, thou shalt do well:
65-1:13 Raging
waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
66-7:2 And I saw another angel ascending
from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud
voice to the four angels, to whom it was given
to hurt the earth and the sea,
66-17:2 With whom
the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the
earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
66-20:8 And shall go out to deceive the
nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather
them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
