01-14:4 Twelve years they served Chedorlaomer, and in the thirteenth year they
rebelled.
01-29:20 And Jacob served
seven years for Rachel; and they seemed unto him but a few days, for the love he had to her.
01-29:30 And he went in also unto Rachel, and
he loved also Rachel more than Leah, and served
with him yet seven other years.
01-30:26 Give me my wives and my children, for whom I have served thee, and let me go: for thou knowest my
service which I have done thee.
01-30:29 And he said unto him, Thou knowest
how I have served thee, and how thy cattle was
with me.
01-31:6 And ye know that with all my power I
have served your father.
01-31:41 Thus have I been twenty years in thy
house; I served thee fourteen years for thy two
daughters, and six years for thy cattle: and thou hast changed my wages ten
times.
01-39:4 And Joseph found grace in his sight,
and he served him: and he made him overseer over
his house, and all that he had he put
into his hand.
01-40:4 And the captain of the guard charged
Joseph with them, and he served them: and they
continued a season in ward.
05-12:2 Ye shall utterly destroy all the
places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served
their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green
tree:
05-17:3 And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the
sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;
05-29:26 For they went and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they
knew not, and whom he had not given
unto them:
06-23:16 When ye have transgressed the
covenant of the LORD your God, which he commanded you, and have gone and served other gods, and bowed yourselves to them; then
shall the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and ye shall perish quickly
from off the good land which he hath given unto you.
06-24:2 And Joshua said unto all the people,
Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Your fathers dwelt on the other side of the
flood in old time, even Terah, the
father of Abraham, and the father of Nachor: and they served
other gods.
06-24:14 Now therefore fear the LORD, and
serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt;
and serve ye the LORD.
06-24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve
the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your
fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites,
in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
06-24:31 And Israel served
the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders that overlived
Joshua, and which had known all the works of the LORD, that he had done for
Israel.
07-2:7 And the people served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the
days of the elders that outlived Joshua, who had seen all the great works of
the LORD, that he did for Israel.
07-2:11 And the children of Israel did evil
in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim:
07-2:13 And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtaroth.
07-3:6 And they took their daughters to be
their wives, and gave their daughters to their sons, and served their gods.
07-3:7 And the children of Israel did evil
in the sight of the LORD, and forgat the LORD their God, and served Baalim and the groves.
07-3:8 Therefore the anger of the LORD was
hot against Israel, and he sold them into the hand of Chushanrishathaim king of
Mesopotamia: and the children of Israel served
Chushanrishathaim eight years.
07-3:14 So the children of Israel served Eglon the king of Moab eighteen years.
07-8:1 And the men of Ephraim said unto
him, Why hast thou served us thus, that thou
calledst us not, when thou wentest to fight with the Midianites? And they did
chide with him sharply.
07-10:6 And the children of Israel did evil
again in the sight of the LORD, and served
Baalim, and Ashtaroth, and the gods of Syria, and the gods of Zidon, and the
gods of Moab, and the gods of the children of Ammon, and the gods of the
Philistines, and forsook the LORD, and served
not him.
07-10:10 And the children of Israel cried unto
the LORD, saying, We have sinned against thee, both because we have forsaken
our God, and also served Baalim.
07-10:13 Yet ye have forsaken me, and served other gods: wherefore I will deliver you no
more.
07-10:16 And they put away the strange gods
from among them, and served the LORD: and his
soul was grieved for the misery of Israel.
09-7:4 Then the children of Israel did put
away Baalim and Ashtaroth, and served the LORD
only.
09-8:8 According to all the works which
they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt even unto this
day, wherewith they have forsaken me, and served
other gods, so do they also unto thee.
09-12:10 And they cried unto the LORD, and
said, We have sinned, because we have forsaken the LORD, and have served Baalim and Ashtaroth: but now deliver us out of
the hand of our enemies, and we will serve thee.
10-10:19 And when all the kings that were servants to Hadarezer saw that
they were smitten before Israel, they made peace with Israel, and served them. So the Syrians feared to help the
children of Ammon any more.
10-16:19 And again, whom should I serve? should I not serve in the presence of his son? as I have served in thy father’s presence, so will I be in thy presence.
11-4:21 And Solomon reigned over all
kingdoms from the river unto the land of the Philistines, and unto the border
of Egypt: they brought presents, and served
Solomon all the days of his life.
11-9:9 And they shall answer, Because they
forsook the LORD their God, who brought forth their fathers out of the land of
Egypt, and have taken hold upon other gods, and have worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath the LORD brought upon them
all this evil.
11-16:31 And it came to pass, as if it had
been a light thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat,
that he took to wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Zidonians, and
went and served Baal, and worshipped him.
11-22:53 For he served
Baal, and worshipped him, and provoked to anger the LORD God of Israel, according
to all that his father had done.
12-10:18 And Jehu gathered all the people
together, and said unto them, Ahab served Baal a
little; but Jehu shall serve him
much.
12-17:12 For they served
idols, whereof the LORD had said unto them, Ye shall not do this thing.
12-17:16 And they left all the commandments of
the LORD their God, and made them molten images, even two calves, and made a grove, and worshipped all the host of
heaven, and served Baal.
12-17:33 They feared the LORD, and served their own gods, after the manner of the nations
whom they carried away from thence.
12-17:41 So these nations feared the LORD, and
served their graven images, both their children,
and their children’s children: as did their fathers, so do they unto this day.
12-18:7 And the LORD was with him; and he prospered whithersoever he went
forth: and he rebelled against the king of Assyria, and served him not.
12-21:3 For he built up again the high
places which Hezekiah his father had destroyed; and he reared up altars for
Baal, and made a grove, as did Ahab king of Israel; and worshipped all the host
of heaven, and served them.
12-21:21 And he walked in all the way that his
father walked in, and served the idols that his
father served, and worshipped them:
13-19:5 Then there went certain, and told David how the men were served.
And he sent to meet them: for the men were greatly ashamed. And the king said,
Tarry at Jericho until your beards be grown, and then return.
13-27:1 Now the children of Israel after
their number, to wit, the chief
fathers and captains of thousands and hundreds, and their officers that served the king in any matter of the courses, which
came in and went out month by month throughout all the months of the year, of
every course were twenty and four
thousand.
14-7:22 And it shall be answered, Because
they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the
land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath he brought all this evil
upon them.
14-24:18 And they left the house of the LORD
God of their fathers, and served groves and
idols: and wrath came upon Judah and Jerusalem for this their trespass.
14-33:3 For he built again the high places
which Hezekiah his father had broken down, and he reared up altars for Baalim,
and made groves, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served them.
14-33:22 But he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, as did Manasseh his father:
for Amon sacrificed unto all the carved images which Manasseh his father had
made, and served them;
16-9:35 For they have not served thee in their kingdom, and in thy great
goodness that thou gavest them, and in the large and fat land which thou gavest
before them, neither turned they from their wicked works.
17-1:10 On the seventh day, when the heart
of the king was merry with wine, he commanded Mehuman, Biztha, Harbona, Bigtha,
and Abagtha, Zethar, and Carcas, the seven chamberlains that served in the presence of Ahasuerus the king,
19-106:36 And they served
their idols: which were a snare unto them.
19-137:8 O daughter of Babylon, who art to be
destroyed; happy shall he be, that
rewardeth thee as thou hast served us.
21-5:9 Moreover the profit of the earth is
for all: the king himself is served by the field.
24-5:19 And it shall come to pass, when ye
shall say, Wherefore doeth the LORD our God all these things unto us? then shalt thou answer them, Like as ye have
forsaken me, and served strange gods in your
land, so shall ye serve strangers in a land that
is not yours.
24-8:2 And they shall spread them before
the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven, whom they have loved, and
whom they have served, and after whom they have
walked, and whom they have sought, and whom they have worshipped: they shall
not be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be for dung upon the face of the
earth.
24-16:11 Then shalt thou say unto them, Because
your fathers have forsaken me, saith the LORD, and have walked after other
gods, and have served them, and have worshipped
them, and have forsaken me, and have not kept my law;
24-22:9 Then they shall answer, Because they
have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God, and worshipped other gods,
and served them.
24-34:14 At the end of seven years let ye go
every man his brother an Hebrew, which hath been sold unto thee; and when he
hath served thee six years, thou shalt let him
go free from thee: but your fathers hearkened not unto me, neither inclined
their ear.
24-52:12 Now in the fifth month, in the tenth day of the month, which was the nineteenth year of
Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, came Nebuzaradan, captain of the guard, which served
the king of Babylon, into Jerusalem,
26-29:18 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of
Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his
army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served
against it:
26-29:20 I have given him the land of Egypt for his labour wherewith he served against it, because they wrought for me, saith
the Lord GOD.
26-34:27 And the tree of the field shall yield
her fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase, and they shall be safe in
their land, and shall know that I am the
LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered them out of the
hand of those that served themselves of them.
28-12:12 And Jacob fled into the country of
Syria, and Israel served for a wife, and for a
wife he kept sheep.
42-2:37 And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not
from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.
43-12:2 There they made him a supper; and
Martha served: but Lazarus was one of them that
sat at the table with him.
44-13:36 For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on
sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption:
45-1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a
lie, and worshipped and served the creature more
than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
50-2:22 But ye know the proof of him, that,
as a son with the father, he hath served with me
in the gospel.

05-28:47 Because thou servedst
not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the
abundance of all things;

27-6:16 Then the king commanded, and they
brought Daniel, and cast him into the
den of lions. Now the king spake and
said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest
continually, he will deliver thee.
27-6:20 And when he came to the den, he
cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and
the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is
thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to
deliver thee from the lions?

04-3:36 And under the custody and charge of the sons of Merari shall be the boards of the tabernacle,
and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and the sockets thereof, and all
the vessels thereof, and all that serveth
thereto,
39-3:17 And they shall be mine, saith the
LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as
a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
39-3:18 Then shall ye return, and discern
between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that
serveth him not.
42-22:27 For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am
among you as he that serveth.
45-14:18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is
acceptable to God, and approved of men.
46-14:22 Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not
to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not
for them that believe not, but for them which believe.
48-3:19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added
because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was
made; and it was ordained by angels
in the hand of a mediator.

01-29:27 Fulfil her week, and we will give
thee this also for the service which thou shalt
serve with me yet seven other years.
01-30:26 Give me my wives and my children, for whom I have served thee, and let
me go: for thou knowest my service which I have
done thee.
02-1:14 And
they made their lives bitter with hard bondage, in morter, and in brick, and in
all manner of service in the field: all their service, wherein they made them serve, was with rigour.
02-12:25 And
it shall come to pass, when ye be come to the land which the LORD will give
you, according as he hath promised, that ye shall keep this service.
02-12:26 And
it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by
this service?
02-13:5 And
it shall be when the LORD shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, and
the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which he
sware unto thy fathers to give thee, a land flowing with milk and honey, that
thou shalt keep this service in this month.
02-27:19 All
the vessels of the tabernacle in all the service
thereof, and all the pins thereof, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.
02-30:16 And
thou shalt take the atonement money of the children of Israel, and shalt
appoint it for the service of the tabernacle of
the congregation; that it may be a memorial unto the children of Israel before
the LORD, to make an atonement for your souls.
02-31:10 And
the cloths of service, and the holy garments for
Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest’s
office,
02-35:19 The
cloths of service, to do service in the holy place, the
holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister
in the priest’s office.
02-35:21 And
they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit
made willing, and they brought the LORD’S
offering to the work of the tabernacle of the congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments.
02-35:24 Every
one that did offer an offering of silver and brass brought the Lord’s offering:
and every man, with whom was found shittim wood for any work of the service, brought it.
02-36:1 Then
wrought Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whom the LORD put
wisdom and understanding to know how to work all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary, according to all that the
LORD had commanded.
02-36:3 And
they received of Moses all the offering, which the children of Israel had
brought for the work of the service of the
sanctuary, to make it withal. And
they brought yet unto him free offerings every morning.
02-36:5 And
they spake unto Moses, saying, The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work, which the LORD commanded to make.
02-38:21 This
is the sum of the tabernacle, even of
the tabernacle of testimony, as it was counted, according to the commandment of
Moses, for the service of the Levites, by the hand of Ithamar, son to
Aaron the priest.
02-39:1 And
of the blue, and purple, and scarlet, they made cloths of service, to do service
in the holy place, and made the holy
garments for Aaron; as the LORD commanded Moses.
02-39:40 The
hangings of the court, his pillars, and his sockets, and the hanging for the
court gate, his cords, and his pins, and all the vessels of the service of the tabernacle, for the tent of the
congregation,
02-39:41 The
cloths of service to do service
in the holy place, and the holy
garments for Aaron the priest, and his sons’ garments, to minister in the
priest’s office.
04-3:7 And they shall keep his charge, and
the charge of the whole congregation before the tabernacle of the congregation,
to do the service of the tabernacle.
04-3:8 And they shall keep all the
instruments of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the
children of Israel, to do the service of the
tabernacle.
04-3:26 And the hangings of the court, and
the curtain for the door of the court, which is by the tabernacle, and by the altar round about, and the cords
of it for all the service thereof.
04-3:31 And their charge shall be the ark, and the table, and the
candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary wherewith they
minister, and the hanging, and all the service
thereof.
04-4:4 This shall be the service of the sons of
Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation, about the most holy things:
04-4:19 But thus do unto them, that they may
live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: Aaron and his
sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service
and to his burden:
04-4:23 From thirty years old and upward
until fifty years old shalt thou number them; all that enter in to perform the service, to do the work in the tabernacle of the
congregation.
04-4:24 This is the service of the families of
the Gershonites, to serve, and for burdens:
04-4:26 And the hangings of the court, and
the hanging for the door of the gate of the court, which is by the tabernacle and by the altar round about, and their cords,
and all the instruments of their service, and
all that is made for them: so shall they serve.
04-4:27 At the appointment of Aaron and his
sons shall be all the service of the sons of the
Gershonites, in all their burdens, and in all their service:
and ye shall appoint unto them in charge all their burdens.
04-4:28 This is the service of the families of
the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation: and their charge shall be under the hand of Ithamar the
son of Aaron the priest.
04-4:30 From thirty years old and upward
even unto fifty years old shalt thou number them, every one that entereth into
the service, to do the work of the tabernacle of
the congregation.
04-4:31 And this is the charge of their burden, according to all their service in the tabernacle of the congregation; the
boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and
sockets thereof,
04-4:32 And the pillars of the court round
about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords, with all their instruments,
and with all their service: and by name ye shall
reckon the instruments of the charge of their burden.
04-4:33 This is the service of the families of
the sons of Merari, according to all their service,
in the tabernacle of the congregation, under the hand of Ithamar the son of
Aaron the priest.
04-4:35 From thirty years old and upward
even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the
congregation:
04-4:37 These were they that were numbered of the families of the Kohathites, all
that might do service in the tabernacle of the
congregation, which Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of
the LORD by the hand of Moses.
04-4:39 From thirty years old and upward
even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the
congregation,
04-4:41 These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon,
of all that might do service in the tabernacle
of the congregation, whom Moses and Aaron did number according to the
commandment of the LORD.
04-4:43 From thirty years old and upward
even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the
congregation,
04-4:47 From thirty years old and upward
even unto fifty years old, every one that came to do the service of the ministry, and the service of the burden in the tabernacle of the
congregation,
04-4:49 According to the commandment of the
LORD they were numbered by the hand of Moses, every one according to his service, and according to his burden: thus were they
numbered of him, as the LORD commanded Moses.
04-7:5 Take it of them, that they may be to do the service
of the tabernacle of the congregation; and thou shalt give them unto the
Levites, to every man according to his service.
04-7:7 Two wagons and four oxen he gave
unto the sons of Gershon, according to their service:
04-7:8 And four wagons and eight oxen he
gave unto the sons of Merari, according unto their service,
under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.
04-7:9 But unto the sons of Kohath he gave
none: because the service of the sanctuary
belonging unto them was that they
should bear upon their shoulders.
04-8:11 And Aaron shall offer the Levites
before the LORD for an offering of
the children of Israel, that they may execute the service
of the LORD.
04-8:15 And after that shall the Levites go
in to do the service of the tabernacle of the
congregation: and thou shalt cleanse them, and offer them for an offering.
04-8:19 And I have given the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from
among the children of Israel, to do the service
of the children of Israel in the tabernacle of the congregation, and to make an
atonement for the children of Israel: that there be no plague among the
children of Israel, when the children of Israel come nigh unto the sanctuary.
04-8:22 And after that went the Levites in
to do their service in the tabernacle of the
congregation before Aaron, and before his sons: as the LORD had commanded Moses
concerning the Levites, so did they unto them.
04-8:24 This is it that belongeth unto
the Levites: from twenty and five years old and upward they shall go in to wait
upon the service of the tabernacle of the
congregation:
04-8:25 And from the age of fifty years they
shall cease waiting upon the service thereof, and shall serve no more:
04-8:26 But shall minister with their
brethren in the tabernacle of the congregation, to keep the charge, and shall
do no service. Thus shalt thou do unto the
Levites touching their charge.
04-16:9 Seemeth
it but a small thing unto you, that the God of Israel hath separated you
from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to himself to do the service of the tabernacle of the LORD, and to stand
before the congregation to minister unto them?
04-18:4 And they shall be joined unto thee,
and keep the charge of the tabernacle of the congregation, for all the service of the tabernacle: and a stranger shall not
come nigh unto you.
04-18:6 And I, behold, I have taken your
brethren the Levites from among the children of Israel: to you they are given as a gift for the LORD, to do the service
of the tabernacle of the congregation.
04-18:7 Therefore thou and thy sons with
thee shall keep your priest’s office for every thing of the altar, and within
the vail; and ye shall serve: I have given your priest’s office unto you as a service
of gift: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.
04-18:21 And, behold, I have given the
children of Levi all the tenth in Israel for an inheritance, for their service which they serve, even the service of the tabernacle
of the congregation.
04-18:23 But the Levites shall do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation, and
they shall bear their iniquity: it shall
be a statute for ever throughout your generations, that among the children
of Israel they have no inheritance.
04-18:31 And ye shall eat it in every place,
ye and your households: for it is your
reward for your service in the tabernacle of the
congregation.
06-22:27 But that it may be a witness
between us, and you, and our generations after us, that we might do the service of the LORD before him with our burnt
offerings, and with our sacrifices, and with our peace offerings; that your
children may not say to our children in time to come, Ye have no part in the
LORD.
11-12:4 Thy father made our yoke grievous:
now therefore make thou the grievous service of
thy father, and his heavy yoke which he put upon us, lighter, and we will serve
thee.
13-6:31 And these are they whom David set over the service
of song in the house of the LORD, after that the ark had rest.
13-6:48 Their brethren also the Levites were appointed unto all manner of service of the tabernacle of the house of God.
13-9:13 And their brethren, heads of the
house of their fathers, a thousand and seven hundred and threescore; very able men
for the work of the service of the house of God.
13-9:19 And Shallum the son of Kore, the son
of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father,
the Korahites, were over the work of
the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle:
and their fathers, being over the
host of the LORD, were keepers of the
entry.
13-23:24 These were the sons of Levi after the house of their fathers; even the chief of the fathers, as they
were counted by number of names by their polls, that did the work for the service of the house of the LORD, from the age of
twenty years and upward.
13-23:26 And also unto the Levites; they shall
no more carry the tabernacle, nor any
vessels of it for the service thereof.
13-23:28 Because their office was to wait on the sons of Aaron for the
service of the house of the LORD, in the courts,
and in the chambers, and in the purifying of all holy things, and the work of
the service of the house of God;
13-23:32 And that they should keep the charge
of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the holy place, and the charge of the sons of
Aaron their brethren, in the service of the
house of the LORD.
13-24:3 And David distributed them, both
Zadok of the sons of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sons of Ithamar, according
to their offices in their service.
13-24:19 These were the orderings of them in their service
to come into the house of the LORD, according to their manner, under Aaron
their father, as the LORD God of Israel had commanded him.
13-25:1 Moreover David and the captains of
the host separated to the service of the sons of
Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with
psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:
13-25:6 All these were under the hands of their father for song in the house of the LORD, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for
the service of the house of God, according to
the king’s order to Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.
13-26:8 All these of the sons of Obededom:
they and their sons and their brethren, able men for strength for the service, were threescore
and two of Obededom.
13-26:30 And
of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, men of valour, a thousand
and seven hundred, were officers
among them of Israel on this side Jordan westward in all the business of the
LORD, and in the service of the king.
13-28:13 Also for the courses of the priests
and the Levites, and for all the work of the service
of the house of the LORD, and for all the vessels of service
in the house of the LORD.
13-28:14 He
gave of gold by weight for things of
gold, for all instruments of all manner of service;
silver also for all instruments of
silver by weight, for all instruments of every kind of service:
13-28:20 And David said to Solomon his son, Be
strong and of good courage, and do it: fear
not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God, even
my God, will be with thee; he
will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for
the service of the house of the LORD.
13-28:21 And, behold, the courses of the
priests and the Levites, even they shall
be with thee for all the service of the
house of God: and there shall be with
thee for all manner of workmanship every willing skilful man, for any manner of
service: also the princes and all the people will be wholly at thy commandment.
13-29:5 The gold for things of gold, and the silver for things of silver, and for all manner of work to be made by the hands of artificers. And who then is willing to consecrate his service
this day unto the LORD?
13-29:7 And gave for the service of the house of God of gold five thousand
talents and ten thousand drams, and of silver ten thousand talents, and of
brass eighteen thousand talents, and one hundred thousand talents of iron.
14-8:14 And he appointed, according to the
order of David his father, the courses of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their charges, to praise
and minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required: the porters
also by their courses at every gate: for so had David the man of God commanded.
14-12:8 Nevertheless they shall be his
servants; that they may know my service, and the
service of the kingdoms of the countries.
14-24:12 And the king and Jehoiada gave it to
such as did the work of the service of the house
of the LORD, and hired masons and carpenters to repair the house of the LORD,
and also such as wrought iron and brass to mend the house of the LORD.
14-29:35 And also the burnt offerings were in abundance, with the fat of the
peace offerings, and the drink offerings for every burnt offering. So the service
of the house of the LORD was set in order.
14-31:2 And Hezekiah appointed the courses
of the priests and the Levites after their courses, every man according to his service, the priests and Levites for burnt offerings
and for peace offerings, to minister, and to give thanks, and to praise in the
gates of the tents of the LORD.
14-31:16 Beside their genealogy of males, from
three years old and upward, even unto
every one that entereth into the house of the LORD, his daily portion for their
service in their charges according to their
courses;
14-31:21 And in every work that he began in
the service of the house of God, and in the law,
and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart, and prospered.
14-34:13 Also they were over the bearers of burdens, and were overseers of all that wrought the work in any manner of service: and of the Levites there were scribes, and officers, and porters.
14-35:2 And he set the priests in their
charges, and encouraged them to the service of
the house of the LORD,
14-35:10 So the service
was prepared, and the priests stood in their place, and the Levites in their
courses, according to the king’s commandment.
14-35:15 And the singers the sons of Asaph were in their place, according to the
commandment of David, and Asaph, and Heman, and Jeduthun the king’s seer; and
the porters waited at every gate;
they might not depart from their service; for
their brethren the Levites prepared for them.
14-35:16 So all the service
of the LORD was prepared the same day, to keep the passover, and to offer burnt
offerings upon the altar of the LORD, according to the commandment of king
Josiah.
15-6:18 And they set the priests in their
divisions, and the Levites in their courses, for the service
of God, which is at Jerusalem; as it
is written in the book of Moses.
15-7:19 The vessels also that are given thee
for the service of the house of thy God, those deliver thou before the God of
Jerusalem.
15-8:20 Also of the Nethinims, whom David
and the princes had appointed for the service of
the Levites, two hundred and twenty Nethinims: all of them were expressed by
name.
16-10:32 Also we made ordinances for us, to
charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God;
19-104:14 He causeth the grass to grow for the
cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he
may bring forth food out of the earth;
24-22:13 Woe unto him that buildeth his house
by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that useth his neighbour’s service
without wages, and giveth him not for his work;
26-29:18 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of
Babylon caused his army to serve a great service
against Tyrus: every head was made
bald, and every shoulder was peeled:
yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service
that he had served against it:
26-44:14 But I will make them keepers of the
charge of the house, for all the service
thereof, and for all that shall be done therein.
43-16:2 They shall put you out of the
synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he
doeth God service.
45-9:4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory,
and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service
of God, and the promises;
45-12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by
the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy,
acceptable unto God, which is your
reasonable service.
45-15:31 That I may be delivered from them
that do not believe in Judaea; and that my service
which I have for Jerusalem may be
accepted of the saints;
47-9:12 For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but
is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;
47-11:8 I robbed other churches, taking
wages of them, to do you service.
48-4:8 Howbeit then, when ye knew not God,
ye did service unto them which by nature are no
gods.
49-6:7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
50-2:17 Yea, and if I be offered upon the
sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and
rejoice with you all.
50-2:30 Because for the work of Christ he
was nigh unto death, not regarding his life, to supply your lack of service toward me.
54-6:2 And they that have believing
masters, let them not despise them, because
they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved,
partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.
58-9:1 Then verily the first covenant had also ordinances of divine service, and a worldly sanctuary.
58-9:6 Now when these things were thus
ordained, the priests went always into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of God.
58-9:9 Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both
gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience;
66-2:19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works;
and the last to be more than the
first.

the Lord with all humility of mind, and with many tears, and temptations, which
