O,180 other
01-4:19 And
Lamech took unto him two wives: the name of the one was Adah, and the name of the other
Zillah.
01-8:10 And
he stayed yet other seven days; and again he
sent forth the dove out of the ark;
01-8:12 And
he stayed yet other seven days; and sent forth
the dove; which returned not again unto him any more.
01-13:11 Then
Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they
separated themselves the one from the other.
01-20:16 And
unto Sarah he said, Behold, I have given thy brother a thousand pieces of silver: behold, he is to thee a covering of the eyes, unto
all that are with thee, and with all other: thus
she was reproved.
01-25:23 And
the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in
thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people;
and the elder shall serve the younger.
01-28:17 And
he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this
place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.
01-29:27 Fulfil
her week, and we will give thee this also for the service which thou shalt
serve with me yet seven other years.
01-29:30 And
he went in also unto Rachel, and he loved also Rachel more than Leah, and
served with him yet seven other years.
01-31:50 If
thou shalt afflict my daughters, or if thou shalt take other wives beside my daughters, no
man is with us; see, God is witness betwixt me and thee.
01-32:8 And
said, If Esau come to the one company, and smite it, then the other company which is left shall escape.
01-41:3 And,
behold, seven other kine came up after them out
of the river, ill favoured and leanfleshed; and stood by the other kine
upon the brink of the river.
01-41:19 And,
behold, seven other kine came up after them,
poor and very ill favoured and leanfleshed, such as I never saw in all the land
of Egypt for badness:
01-43:14 And
God Almighty give you mercy before the man, that he may send away your other brother, and Benjamin. If I be bereaved of my children, I am bereaved.
01-43:22 And
other money have we brought down in our hands to
buy food: we cannot tell who put our money in our sacks.
01-47:21 And
as for the people, he removed them to cities from one end of the borders of Egypt even to the other end thereof.
02-1:15 And
the king of Egypt spake to the Hebrew midwives, of which the name of the one was Shiphrah, and the name of the other Puah:
02-4:7 And
he said, Put thine hand into thy bosom again. And he put his hand into his
bosom again; and plucked it out of his bosom, and, behold, it was turned again
as his other
flesh.
02-14:20 And
it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a
cloud and darkness to them, but it
gave light by night to these: so that
the one came not near the other all the night.
02-17:12 But
Moses’ hands were heavy; and they
took a stone, and put it under him,
and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one
side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going
down of the sun.
02-18:4 And
the name of the other was Eliezer; for the God of my father, said he, was mine help, and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh:
02-18:7 And
Moses went out to meet his father in law, and did obeisance, and kissed him;
and they asked each other of their welfare; and they came into the
tent.
02-20:3 Thou
shalt have no other gods before me.
02-23:13 And
in all things that I have said unto
you be circumspect: and make no mention of the name of other
gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth.
02-25:12 And
thou shalt cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four corners thereof; and two rings shall be in the one side of it, and two
rings in the other side of it.
02-25:19 And
make one cherub on the one end, and the other
cherub on the other end: even of the mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends
thereof.
02-25:32 And
six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the
candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of
the other side:
02-25:33 Three
bowls made like unto almonds, with a
knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with
a knop and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the
candlestick.
02-26:3 The
five curtains shall be coupled together one to another; and other five
curtains shall be coupled one to
another.
02-26:13 And
a cubit on the one side, and a cubit on the other
side of that which remaineth in the length of the curtains of the tent, it
shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle on this side and on that side, to
cover it.
02-26:27 And
five bars for the boards of the other side of
the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the side of the tabernacle, for
the two sides westward.
02-27:15 And
on the other side shall be hangings fifteen cubits:
their pillars three, and their sockets three.
02-28:10 Six
of their names on one stone, and the other six names of the rest on the other stone, according to their birth.
02-28:25 And
the other two
ends of the two wreathen chains thou
shalt fasten in the two ouches, and put them
on the shoulder pieces of the ephod before it.
02-28:27 And
two other rings
of gold thou shalt make, and shalt put them on the two sides of the ephod
underneath, toward the forepart thereof, over against the other coupling thereof, above the
curious girdle of the ephod.
02-29:19 And
thou shalt take the other ram; and Aaron and his
sons shall put their hands upon the head of the ram.
02-29:39 The
one lamb thou shalt offer in the morning; and the other
lamb thou shalt offer at even:
02-29:41 And
the other lamb thou shalt offer at even, and
shalt do thereto according to the meat offering of the morning, and according
to the drink offering thereof, for a sweet savour, an offering made by fire
unto the LORD.
02-30:32 Upon
man’s flesh shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any other like it, after the
composition of it: it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you.
02-32:15 And
Moses turned, and went down from the mount, and the two tables of the testimony
were in his hand: the tables were written on both their sides; on the
one side and on the other were they written.
02-34:14 For
thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD,
whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:
02-36:10 And
he coupled the five curtains one unto another: and the other five curtains he coupled
one unto another.
02-36:25 And
for the other side of the tabernacle, which is toward the north corner, he
made twenty boards,
02-36:32 And
five bars for the boards of the other side of
the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the tabernacle for the sides
westward.
02-36:33 And
he made the middle bar to shoot through the boards from the one end to the other.
02-37:3 And
he cast for it four rings of gold, to be
set by the four corners of it; even two rings upon the one side of it, and
two rings upon the other side of it.
02-37:8 One
cherub on the end on this side, and another cherub on the other end on that side: out of the
mercy seat made he the cherubims on the two ends thereof.
02-37:18 And
six branches going out of the sides thereof; three branches of the candlestick
out of the one side thereof, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side thereof:
02-38:15 And
for the other side of the court gate, on this
hand and that hand, were hangings of
fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three.
02-39:20 And
they made two other
golden rings, and put them on the two sides of the ephod underneath, toward
the forepart of it, over against the other coupling thereof, above the curious girdle
of the ephod.
03-5:7 And
if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which
he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one
for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt
offering.
03-6:11 And
he shall put off his garments, and put on other garments,
and carry forth the ashes without the camp unto a clean place.
03-7:24 And
the fat of the beast that dieth of itself, and the fat of that which is torn
with beasts, may be used in any other use: but
ye shall in no wise eat of it.
03-8:22 And
he brought the other ram, the ram of
consecration: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.
03-11:23 But
all other flying
creeping things, which have four feet, shall
be an abomination unto you.
03-12:8 And
if she be not able to bring a lamb, then she shall bring two turtles, or two
young pigeons; the one for the burnt offering, and the other
for a sin offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for her, and she
shall be clean.
03-13:26 But
if the priest look on it, and, behold, there
be no white hair in the bright spot, and it be no lower than the other skin, but be somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:
03-14:22 And
two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, such as he is able to get; and the one
shall be a sin offering, and the other a burnt
offering.
03-14:31 Even such as he is able to get, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a
burnt offering, with the meat offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for
him that is to be cleansed before the LORD.
03-14:42 And
they shall take other stones, and put them in the place of those stones; and
he shall take other morter, and shall plaister
the house.
03-15:15 And
the priest shall offer them, the one for a
sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for
him before the LORD for his issue.
03-15:30 And
the priest shall offer the one for a
sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for
her before the LORD for the issue of her uncleanness.
03-16:8 And
Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat.
03-18:18 Neither
shalt thou take a wife to her sister, to vex her, to uncover her nakedness, beside the other
in her life time.
03-20:24 But
I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you
to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other people.
03-20:26 And
ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am
holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.
03-25:53 And as a yearly hired servant shall he
be with him: and the other shall not rule with rigour over him in thy
sight.
04-6:11 And
the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make an atonement for
him, for that he sinned by the dead, and shall hallow his head that same day.
04-8:12 And
the Levites shall lay their hands upon the heads of the bullocks: and thou
shalt offer the one for a sin
offering, and the other for a burnt offering, unto the LORD, to make an atonement for the
Levites.
04-10:21 And
the Kohathites set forward, bearing the sanctuary: and the other did set up the tabernacle
against they came.
04-11:26 But
there remained two of the men in the
camp, the name of the one was Eldad,
and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit
rested upon them; and they were of
them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they
prophesied in the camp.
04-11:31 And
there went forth a wind from the LORD, and brought quails from the sea, and let
them fall by the camp, as it were a
day’s journey on this side, and as it were a day’s journey on the other side, round about the camp, and as it were two
cubits high upon the face of the
earth.
04-21:13 From
thence they removed, and pitched on the other
side of Arnon, which is in the
wilderness that cometh out of the coasts of the Amorites: for Arnon is the border of Moab, between Moab and
the Amorites.
04-24:1 And
when Balaam saw that it pleased the LORD to bless Israel, he went not, as at other times, to seek for enchantments, but he set his face
toward the wilderness.
04-28:4 The
one lamb shalt thou offer in the morning, and the other
lamb shalt thou offer at even;
04-28:8 And
the other lamb shalt thou offer at even: as the
meat offering of the morning, and as the drink offering thereof, thou shalt
offer it, a sacrifice made by fire,
of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
04-32:38 And
Nebo, and Baalmeon, (their names being changed,) and Shibmah: and gave other names unto the cities which they builded.
04-36:3 And
if they be married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the children of
Israel, then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our
fathers, and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are
received: so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance.
05-4:32 For
ask now of the days that are past, which were before thee, since the day that
God created man upon the earth, and ask from
the one side of heaven unto the other, whether
there hath been any such thing as
this great thing is, or hath been
heard like it?
05-5:7 Thou
shalt have none other gods before me.
05-6:14 Ye
shall not go after other gods, of the gods of
the people which are round about you;
05-7:4 For
they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the LORD be kindled
against you, and destroy thee suddenly.
05-8:19 And
it shall be, if thou do at all forget the LORD thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify
against you this day that ye shall surely perish.
05-11:16 Take
heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and
serve other gods, and worship them;
05-11:28 And
a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn
aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.
05-11:30 Are they not on the other side Jordan, by the way where the sun goeth
down, in the land of the Canaanites, which dwell in the champaign over against
Gilgal, beside the plains of Moreh?
05-13:2 And
the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us
go after other gods, which thou hast not known,
and let us serve them;
05-13:6 If
thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of
thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as
thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy
fathers;
05-13:7 Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or
far off from thee, from the one end
of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;
05-13:13 Certain men, the children of Belial, are
gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city,
saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye
have not known;
05-17:3 And
hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped
them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not
commanded;
05-18:20 But
the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not
commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.
05-28:14 And
thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
05-28:36 The
LORD shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee, unto a
nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known; and there shalt thou
serve other gods, wood and stone.
05-28:64 And
the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth
even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have
known, even wood and stone.
05-29:26 For
they went and served other gods, and worshipped
them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he
had not given unto them:
05-30:17 But
if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away,
and worship other gods, and serve them;
05-31:18 And
I will surely hide my face in that day for all the evils which they shall have
wrought, in that they are turned unto other
gods.
05-31:20 For
when I shall have brought them into the land which I sware unto their fathers,
that floweth with milk and honey; and they shall have eaten and filled
themselves, and waxen fat; then will they turn unto other
gods, and serve them, and provoke me, and break my covenant.
06-2:10 For
we have heard how the LORD dried up the water of the Red sea for you, when ye
came out of Egypt; and what ye did unto the two kings of the Amorites, that were on the other
side Jordan, Sihon and Og, whom ye utterly destroyed.
06-7:7 And
Joshua said, Alas, O Lord GOD, wherefore hast thou at all brought this people
over Jordan, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us? would
to God we had been content, and dwelt on the other
side Jordan!
06-8:22 And
the other issued out of the city against them;
so they were in the midst of Israel, some on this side, and some on that side:
and they smote them, so that they let none of them remain or escape.
06-11:19 There
was not a city that made peace with the children of Israel, save the Hivites
the inhabitants of Gibeon: all other they took in battle.
06-12:1 Now
these are the kings of the land,
which the children of Israel smote, and possessed their land on the other side Jordan toward the rising of the sun, from
the river Arnon unto mount Hermon, and all the plain on the east:
06-13:27 And
in the valley, Betharam, and Bethnimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of
the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, Jordan and his border, even unto the
edge of the sea of Chinnereth on the other side
Jordan eastward.
06-13:32 These
are the countries which Moses did
distribute for inheritance in the plains of Moab, on the other side Jordan, by Jericho, eastward.
06-14:3 For
Moses had given the inheritance of two tribes and an half tribe on the other side Jordan: but unto the Levites he gave none
inheritance among them.
06-17:5 And
there fell ten portions to Manasseh, beside the land of Gilead and Bashan,
which were on the other side Jordan;
06-20:8 And
on the other side Jordan by Jericho eastward,
they assigned Bezer in the wilderness upon the plain out of the tribe of
Reuben, and Ramoth in Gilead out of the tribe of Gad, and Golan in Bashan out
of the tribe of Manasseh.
06-21:27 And
unto the children of Gershon, of the families of the Levites, out of the other half
tribe of Manasseh they gave Golan in
Bashan with her suburbs, to be a city
of refuge for the slayer; and Beeshterah with her suburbs; two cities.
06-22:4 And
now the LORD your God hath given rest unto your brethren, as he promised them:
therefore now return ye, and get you unto your tents, and unto the land of your possession, which Moses the servant of
the LORD gave you on the other side Jordan.
06-22:7 Now
to the one half of the tribe of
Manasseh Moses had given possession in
Bashan: but unto the other half thereof gave Joshua among their
brethren on this side Jordan westward. And when Joshua sent them away also unto
their tents, then he blessed them,
06-23:16 When
ye have transgressed the covenant of the LORD your God, which he commanded you,
and have gone and served other gods, and bowed
yourselves to them; then shall the anger of the LORD be kindled against you,
and ye shall perish quickly from off the good land which he hath given unto
you.
06-24:2 And
Joshua said unto all the people, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Your
fathers dwelt on the other side of the flood in
old time, even Terah, the father of
Abraham, and the father of Nachor: and they served other
gods.
06-24:3 And
I took your father Abraham from the other side
of the flood, and led him throughout all the land of Canaan, and multiplied his
seed, and gave him Isaac.
06-24:8 And
I brought you into the land of the Amorites, which dwelt on the other side Jordan; and they fought with you: and I
gave them into your hand, that ye might possess their land; and I destroyed
them from before you.
06-24:14 Now
therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away
the gods which your fathers served on the other
side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD.
06-24:15 And
if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will
serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood,
or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my
house, we will serve the LORD.
06-24:16 And
the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the LORD, to
serve other gods;
07-2:12 And
they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land
of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods
of the people that were round about
them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the LORD to anger.
07-2:17 And
yet they would not hearken unto their judges, but they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves unto them: they
turned quickly out of the way which their fathers walked in, obeying the
commandments of the LORD; but they
did not so.
07-2:19 And
it came to pass, when the judge was dead, that
they returned, and corrupted themselves
more than their fathers, in following other
gods to serve them, and to bow down unto them; they ceased not from their own
doings, nor from their stubborn way.
07-7:7 And
the LORD said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save
you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand: and let all the other people
go every man unto his place.
07-7:25 And
they took two princes of the Midianites, Oreb and Zeeb; and they slew Oreb upon
the rock Oreb, and Zeeb they slew at the winepress of Zeeb, and pursued Midian,
and brought the heads of Oreb and Zeeb to Gideon on the other side Jordan.
07-9:44 And
Abimelech, and the company that was with
him, rushed forward, and stood in the entering of the gate of the city: and the
two other companies
ran upon all the people that were in the fields, and slew them.
07-10:8 And
that year they vexed and oppressed the children of Israel: eighteen years, all
the children of Israel that were on
the other side Jordan in the land of the
Amorites, which is in Gilead.
07-10:13 Yet
ye have forsaken me, and served other gods:
wherefore I will deliver you no more.
07-11:18 Then
they went along through the wilderness, and compassed the land of Edom, and the
land of Moab, and came by the east side of the land of Moab, and pitched on the
other side of Arnon, but came not within the
border of Moab: for Arnon was the
border of Moab.
07-13:10 And
the woman made haste, and ran, and shewed her husband, and said unto him,
Behold, the man hath appeared unto me, that came unto me the other day.
07-16:17 That
he told her all his heart, and said unto her, There hath not come a razor upon
mine head; for I have been a Nazarite
unto God from my mother’s womb: if I be shaven, then my strength will go from
me, and I shall become weak, and be like any other man.
07-16:20 And
she said, The Philistines be upon
thee, Samson. And he awoke out of his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times before, and shake myself. And he wist not
that the LORD was departed from him.
07-16:29 And
Samson took hold of the two middle pillars upon which the house stood, and on
which it was borne up, of the one with his right hand, and of the other with his left.
07-20:30 And
the children of Israel went up against the children of Benjamin on the third
day, and put themselves in array against Gibeah, as at other
times.
07-20:31 And
the children of Benjamin went out against the people, and were drawn away from the city; and they began to smite of the
people, and kill, as at other times, in the highways, of which one goeth up to
the house of God, and the other to Gibeah in the
field, about thirty men of Israel.
08-1:4 And
they took them wives of the women of Moab; the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the other Ruth: and they dwelled there about ten years.
08-2:22 And
Naomi said unto Ruth her daughter in law, It
is good, my daughter, that thou go out with his maidens, that they meet
thee not in any other field.
09-1:2 And
he had two wives; the name of the one was
Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah:
and Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children.
09-3:10 And
the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other
times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth.
09-8:8 According
to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out
of Egypt even unto this day, wherewith they have forsaken me, and served other gods, so do they also unto thee.
09-14:1 Now
it came to pass upon a day, that Jonathan the son of Saul said unto the young
man that bare his armour, Come, and let us go over to the Philistines’
garrison, that is on the other side. But he told not his father.
09-14:4 And
between the passages, by which Jonathan sought to go over unto the Philistines’
garrison, there was a sharp rock on
the one side, and a sharp rock on the other
side: and the name of the one was Bozez,
and the name of the other Seneh.
09-14:5 The
forefront of the one was situate
northward over against Michmash, and the other
southward over against Gibeah.

said he unto all Israel, Be ye on one side, and I and Jonathan my son will be
on the other side. And the people said unto
Saul, Do what seemeth good unto thee.

at other times: and there was a javelin in Saul’s hand.
09-19:21 And
when it was told Saul, he sent other messengers,
and they prophesied likewise. And Saul sent messengers again the third time,
and they prophesied also.

09-21:9 And
the priest said, The sword of Goliath the Philistine, whom thou slewest in the
valley of Elah, behold, it is here wrapped
in a cloth behind the ephod: if thou wilt take that, take it: for there is no other save that here. And David said, There is none like that; give it me.
09-26:13 Then
David went over to the other side, and stood on
the top of an hill afar off; a great space being
between them:
09-26:19 Now
therefore, I pray thee, let my lord the king hear the words of his servant. If
the LORD have stirred thee up against me, let him accept an offering: but if they be the children of men, cursed be they before the LORD; for they have
driven me out this day from abiding in the inheritance of the LORD, saying, Go,
serve other gods.
09-28:8 And
Saul disguised himself, and put on other
raiment, and he went, and two men with him, and they came to the woman by
night: and he said, I pray thee, divine unto me by the familiar spirit, and
bring me him up, whom I shall name
unto thee.

when the men of Israel that were on
the other side of the valley, and they that were on the other side Jordan, saw
that the men of Israel fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, they forsook
the cities, and fled; and the Philistines came and dwelt in them.

daughters of Israel, weep over Saul, who clothed you in scarlet, with other delights,
who put on ornaments of gold upon your apparel.

and the other on the other
side of the pool.
10-4:2 And
Saul’s son had two men that were captains

and the name of the other Rechab, the sons of
Rimmon a Beerothite, of the children of Benjamin: (for Beeroth also was
reckoned to Benjamin.

10-17:9 Behold,

of them be overthrown at the first, that whosoever heareth it will say, There
is a slaughter among the people that follow Absalom.

11-3:22 And
the other woman said, Nay; but the living is my son, and the dead is thy son. And this said, No; but the
dead is thy son, and the living is my son. Thus they spake before the
king.
11-3:23 Then
said the king, The one saith, This is my
son that liveth, and thy son is the
dead: and the other saith, Nay; but thy son is the dead, and my son is the living.
11-3:25 And
the king said, Divide the living child in two, and give half to the one, and
half to the other.
11-3:26 Then
spake the woman whose the living child was
unto the king, for her bowels yearned upon her son, and she said, O my
lord, give her the living child, and in no wise slay it. But the other said, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it.
11-6:24 And
five cubits was the one wing of the
cherub, and five cubits the other wing of the
cherub: from the uttermost part of the one wing unto the uttermost part of the other were ten
cubits.
11-6:25 And
the other cherub was ten cubits: both the cherubims were of one measure and one size.
11-6:26 The
height of the one cherub was ten
cubits, and so was it of the other cherub.
11-6:27 And
he set the cherubims within the inner house: and they stretched forth the wings
of the cherubims, so that the wing of the one touched the one wall, and the wing of the other
cherub touched the other wall; and their wings
touched one another in the midst of the house.
11-6:34 And

and the two leaves of the other door were folding.

he made a porch of pillars; the length thereof was fifty cubits, and the breadth thereof thirty cubits: and the
porch was before them: and the other pillars
and the thick beam were before them.
11-7:7 Then
he made a porch for the throne where he might judge, even the porch of judgment: and it
was covered with cedar from one side of the floor to the other.
11-7:16 And
he made two chapiters of molten
brass, to set upon the tops of the pillars: the height of the one chapiter was five cubits, and the height of the other chapiter was
five cubits:
11-7:17 And nets of checker work, and wreaths of
chain work, for the chapiters which were upon
the top of the pillars; seven for the one chapiter, and seven for the other chapiter.
11-7:18 And
he made the pillars, and two rows round about upon the one network, to cover
the chapiters that were upon the top,
with pomegranates: and so did he for the other
chapiter.
11-7:20 And
the chapiters upon the two pillars had
pomegranates also above, over against the belly which was by the network: and the pomegranates were two hundred in rows round about upon the other chapiter.
11-7:23 And
he made a molten sea, ten cubits from the one brim to the other: it was round
all about, and his height was five
cubits: and a line of thirty cubits did compass it round about.
11-9:6 But if ye shall at all turn from
following me, ye or your children, and will not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before
you, but go and serve other gods, and worship
them:
11-9:9 And
they shall answer, Because they forsook the LORD their God, who brought forth
their fathers out of the land of Egypt, and have taken hold upon other gods, and have worshipped them, and served them:
therefore hath the LORD brought upon them all this evil.
11-10:20 And
twelve lions stood there on the one side and on the other
upon the six steps: there was not the like made in any kingdom.
11-11:4 For
it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that
his wives turned away his heart after other
gods: and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father.
11-11:10 And
had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the LORD
commanded.
11-12:29 And
he set the one in Bethel, and the other put he
in Dan.
11-14:9 But
hast done evil above all that were before thee: for thou hast gone and made thee
other gods, and molten images, to provoke me to
anger, and hast cast me behind thy back:
11-18:23 Let
them therefore give us two bullocks; and let them choose one bullock for
themselves, and cut it in pieces, and lay it
on wood, and put no fire under: and
I will dress the other bullock, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under:
11-20:29 And
they pitched one over against the other seven
days. And so it was, that in the
seventh day the battle was joined: and the children of Israel slew of the
Syrians an hundred thousand footmen in one day.
12-3:22 And
they rose up early in the morning, and the sun shone upon the water, and the
Moabites saw the water on the other side as red as blood:

Naaman said, Shall there not then, I pray thee, be given to thy servant two
mules’ burden of earth? for thy servant will henceforth offer neither burnt
offering nor sacrifice unto other gods, but unto
the LORD.
12-12:7 Then
king Jehoash called for Jehoiada the priest, and the other priests, and said unto them,
Why repair ye not the breaches of the house? now therefore receive no more money of your acquaintance, but
deliver it for the breaches of the house.
12-17:7 For
so it was, that the children of Israel
had sinned against the LORD their God, which had brought them up out of the
land of Egypt, from under the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and had feared other gods,
12-17:35 With
whom the LORD had made a covenant, and charged them, saying, Ye shall not fear other gods, nor bow yourselves to them, nor serve
them, nor sacrifice to them:
12-17:37 And
the statutes, and the ordinances, and the law, and the commandment, which he
wrote for you, ye shall observe to do for evermore; and ye shall not fear other gods.
12-17:38 And
the covenant that I have made with you ye shall not forget; neither shall ye
fear other gods.
12-22:17 Because
they have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other
gods, that they might provoke me to anger with all the works of their hands;
therefore my wrath shall be kindled against this place, and shall not be
quenched.
13-6:78 And
on the other side Jordan by Jericho, on the east
side of Jordan, were given them out
of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness with her suburbs, and Jahzah
with her suburbs,
13-9:32 And
other of
their brethren, of the sons of the Kohathites, were over the shewbread, to prepare it every sabbath.
13-12:37 And
on the other side of Jordan, of the Reubenites,
and the Gadites, and of the half tribe of Manasseh, with all manner of
instruments of war for the battle, an hundred and twenty thousand.
13-23:17 And
the sons of Eliezer were, Rehabiah
the chief. And Eliezer had none other sons; but
the sons of Rehabiah were very many.
14-3:11 And
the wings of the cherubims were twenty
cubits long: one wing of the one cherub
was five cubits, reaching to the wall of the house: and the other wing was
likewise five cubits, reaching to the wing of the other
cherub.
14-3:12 And
one wing of the other cherub was
five cubits, reaching to the wall of the house: and the other wing was five
cubits also, joining to the wing of
the other cherub.
14-3:17 And
he reared up the pillars before the temple, one on the right hand, and the other on the left; and called the name of that on the
right hand Jachin, and the name of that on the left Boaz.
14-7:19 But
if ye turn away, and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set
before you, and shall go and serve other gods,
and worship them;
14-7:22 And
it shall be answered, Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which
brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and worshipped them, and served them:
therefore hath he brought all this evil upon them.
14-9:19 And
twelve lions stood there on the one side and on the other
upon the six steps. There was not the like made in any kingdom.
14-13:9 Have
ye not cast out the priests of the LORD, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites,
and have made you priests after the manner of the nations of other lands?
so that whosoever cometh to consecrate himself with a young bullock and seven
rams, the same may be a priest of them that are no gods.
14-20:1 It
came to pass after this also, that the
children of Moab, and the children of Ammon, and with them other beside the Ammonites, came
against Jehoshaphat to battle.
14-25:12 And
other ten
thousand left alive did the children
of Judah carry away captive, and brought them unto the top of the rock, and
cast them down from the top of the rock, that they all were broken in pieces.
14-28:25 And
in every several city of Judah he made high places to burn incense unto other gods, and provoked to anger the LORD God of his
fathers.
14-29:34 But
the priests were too few, so that they could not flay all the burnt offerings:
wherefore their brethren the Levites did help them, till the work was ended,
and until the other
priests had sanctified themselves: for the Levites were more upright in heart to sanctify themselves than the priests.
14-30:23 And
the whole assembly took counsel to keep other
seven days: and they kept other seven days with gladness.
14-32:13 Know
ye not what I and my fathers have done unto all the people of other lands?
were the gods of the nations of those lands any ways able to deliver their
lands out of mine hand?
14-32:17 He
wrote also letters to rail on the LORD God of Israel, and to speak against him,
saying, As the gods of the nations of other lands have not delivered their people out of
mine hand, so shall not the God of Hezekiah deliver his people out of mine
hand.
14-32:22 Thus
the LORD saved Hezekiah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem from the hand of
Sennacherib the king of Assyria, and from the hand of all other, and guided them on every
side.
14-34:12 And
the men did the work faithfully: and the overseers of them were Jahath and Obadiah, the Levites, of the sons of Merari; and
Zechariah and Meshullam, of the sons of the Kohathites, to set it forward; and other of the Levites, all that could
skill of instruments of musick.
14-34:25 Because
they have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other
gods, that they might provoke me to anger with all the works of their hands;
therefore my wrath shall be poured out upon this place, and shall not be
quenched.
14-35:13 And
they roasted the passover with fire according to the ordinance: but the other holy
offerings sod they in pots, and in
caldrons, and in pans, and divided them speedily
among all the people.
15-1:10 Thirty
basons of gold, silver basons of a second sort
four hundred and ten, and other vessels a thousand.
15-2:31 The
children of the other Elam, a thousand two
hundred fifty and four.
16-3:11 Malchijah
the son of Harim, and Hashub the son of Pahathmoab, repaired the other piece, and the tower of the furnaces.
16-3:20 After
him Baruch the son of Zabbai earnestly repaired the other
piece, from the turning of the wall unto
the door of the house of Eliashib the high priest.
16-4:16 And
it came to pass from that time forth, that
the half of my servants wrought in the work, and the other half of them held both the spears, the shields,
and the bows, and the habergeons; and the rulers were behind all the house of Judah.
16-4:17 They
which builded on the wall, and they that bare burdens, with those that laded, every one with one of his hands wrought
in the work, and with the other hand held a weapon.
16-5:5 Yet
now our flesh is as the flesh of our
brethren, our children as their children: and, lo, we bring into bondage our
sons and our daughters to be servants, and some
of our daughters are brought unto bondage already: neither is it in
our power to redeem them; for other men have our lands and vineyards.
16-7:33 The
men of the other Nebo, fifty and two.
16-7:34 The
children of the other Elam, a thousand two
hundred fifty and four.
16-11:1 And
the rulers of the people dwelt at Jerusalem: the rest of the people also cast
lots, to bring one of ten to dwell in Jerusalem the holy city, and nine parts to dwell in other cities.
16-12:38 And
the other company
of them that gave thanks went over against them, and I after them, and the half of the people upon the wall,
from beyond the tower of the furnaces even unto the broad wall;
17-2:12 Now
when every maid’s turn was come to go in to king Ahasuerus, after that she had
been twelve months, according to the manner of the women, (for so were the days
of their purifications accomplished, to
wit, six months with oil of myrrh, and six months with sweet odours, and
with other
things for the purifying of the women;)
17-9:16 But
the other Jews that were in the king’s provinces gathered themselves together, and
stood for their lives, and had rest from their enemies, and slew of their foes
seventy and five thousand, but they laid not their hands on the prey,
18-8:12 Whilst
it is yet in his greenness, and not cut down, it withereth before
any other herb.
18-24:24 They
are exalted for a little while, but are gone and brought low; they are taken
out of the way as all other, and cut off as the tops of the ears of
corn.
19-73:5 They
are not in trouble as other men;
neither are they plagued like other men.
19-85:10 Mercy
and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
21-3:19 For
that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth
them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea,
they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for
all is vanity.
21-6:5 Moreover
he hath not seen the sun, nor known any
thing: this hath more rest than the other.
21-7:14 In
the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also
hath set the one over against the other, to the
end that man should find nothing after him.
23-26:13 O
LORD our God, other
lords beside thee have had dominion over us: but by thee only will we make mention of thy name.
23-49:20 The
children which thou shalt have, after thou hast lost the other, shall say again in thine ears, The place is too strait for me: give place to me
that I may dwell.
24-1:16 And
I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, who have
forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other
gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands.
24-7:6 If ye oppress not the stranger, the
fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither
walk after other gods to your hurt:
24-7:9 Will
ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto
Baal, and walk after other gods whom ye know
not;
24-7:18 The
children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen
of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other
gods, that they may provoke me to anger.
24-11:10 They
are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear
my words; and they went after other gods to
serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant
which I made with their fathers.
24-12:12 The
spoilers are come upon all high places through the wilderness: for the sword of
the LORD shall devour from the one end
of the land even to the other end of the land: no flesh shall have peace.
24-13:10 This
evil people, which refuse to hear my words, which walk in the imagination of
their heart, and walk after other gods, to serve
them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is good for
nothing.
24-16:11 Then
shalt thou say unto them, Because your fathers have forsaken me, saith the
LORD, and have walked after other gods, and have
served them, and have worshipped them, and have forsaken me, and have not kept
my law;
24-16:13 Therefore
will I cast you out of this land into a land that ye know not, neither ye nor your fathers; and there
shall ye serve other gods day and night; where I
will not shew you favour.
24-19:4 Because
they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense
in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor
their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place
with the blood of innocents;
24-19:13 And
the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses of the kings of Judah, shall be defiled
as the place of Tophet, because of all the houses upon whose roofs they have
burned incense unto all the host of heaven, and have poured out drink offerings
unto other gods.
24-22:9 Then
they shall answer, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their
God, and worshipped other gods, and served them.
24-24:2 One
basket had very good figs, even like the figs that are first ripe: and the other
basket had very naughty figs, which
could not be eaten, they were so bad.
24-25:6 And
go not after other gods to serve them, and to
worship them, and provoke me not to anger with the works of your hands; and I
will do you no hurt.
24-25:33 And
the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth: they shall
not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the
ground.
24-32:20 Which
hast set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, even unto this day, and in Israel, and among other men; and hast made thee a
name, as at this day;
24-32:29 And
the Chaldeans, that fight against this city, shall come and set fire on this
city, and burn it with the houses, upon whose roofs they have offered incense
unto Baal, and poured out drink offerings unto other
gods, to provoke me to anger.
24-35:15 I
have sent also unto you all my servants the prophets, rising up early and
sending them, saying, Return ye now
every man from his evil way, and amend your doings, and go not after other gods to serve them, and ye shall dwell in the
land which I have given to you and to your fathers: but ye have not inclined
your ear, nor hearkened unto me.
24-36:16 Now
it came to pass, when they had heard all the words, they were afraid both one
and other, and said unto Baruch, We will surely
tell the king of all these words.
24-44:3 Because
of their wickedness which they have committed to provoke me to anger, in that
they went to burn incense, and to
serve other gods, whom they knew not, neither they, ye, nor your fathers.
24-44:5 But
they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear to turn from their wickedness, to
burn no incense unto other gods.
24-44:8 In
that ye provoke me unto wrath with the works of your hands, burning incense
unto other gods in the land of Egypt, whither ye
be gone to dwell, that ye might cut yourselves off, and that ye might be a
curse and a reproach among all the nations of the earth?
24-44:15 Then
all the men which knew that their wives had burned incense unto other gods, and all the women that stood by, a great
multitude, even all the people that dwelt in the land of Egypt, in Pathros,
answered Jeremiah, saying,
26-1:23 And
under the firmament were their wings
straight, the one toward the other: every one
had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on
that side, their bodies.
26-16:34 And
the contrary is in thee from other women in thy whoredoms, whereas none
followeth thee to commit whoredoms: and in that thou givest a reward, and no
reward is given unto thee, therefore thou art contrary.
26-21:16 Go
thee one way or other, either on the right hand, or on
the left, whithersoever thy face is set.
26-40:6 Then
came he unto the gate which looketh toward the east, and went up the stairs
thereof, and measured the threshold of the gate, which was one reed broad; and the other
threshold of the gate, which was one
reed broad.
26-40:40 And
at the side without, as one goeth up to the entry of the north gate, were two tables; and on the other side, which was
at the porch of the gate, were two
tables.
26-41:1 Afterward
he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the
one side, and six cubits broad on the other
side, which was the breadth of the
tabernacle.
26-41:2 And
the breadth of the door was ten
cubits: and the sides of the door were five
cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other
side: and he measured the length thereof, forty cubits: and the breadth, twenty
cubits.
26-41:15 And
he measured the length of the building over against the separate place which was behind it, and the galleries thereof
on the one side and on the other side, an
hundred cubits, with the inner temple, and the porches of the court;
26-41:19 So
that the face of a man was toward the
palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on
the other side: it was made through all the house round about.
26-41:21 The
posts of the temple were squared, and the face of the sanctuary; the
appearance of the one as the
appearance of the other.
26-41:24 And
the doors had two leaves apiece, two
turning leaves; two leaves for the
one door, and two leaves for the other door.
26-41:26 And
there were narrow windows and palm
trees on the one side and on the other side, on
the sides of the porch, and upon the
side chambers of the house, and thick planks.
26-42:14 When
the priests enter therein, then shall they not go out of the holy place into the utter court, but there
they shall lay their garments wherein they minister; for they are holy; and shall put on other garments, and shall approach to those things which are for the people.
26-44:19 And
when they go forth into the utter court, even
into the utter court to the people, they shall put off their garments
wherein they ministered, and lay them in the holy chambers, and they shall put
on other garments; and they shall not sanctify
the people with their garments.
26-45:7 And
a portion shall be for the prince on
the one side and on the other side of the
oblation of the holy portion, and of
the possession of the city, before the oblation of the holy portion, and before the possession of
the city, from the west side westward, and from the east side eastward: and the
length shall be over against one of
the portions, from the west border unto the east border.
26-47:7 Now
when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.
26-48:8 And
by the border of Judah, from the east side unto the west side, shall be the
offering which ye shall offer of five and twenty thousand reeds in breadth, and in length
as one of the other
parts, from the east side unto the west side: and the sanctuary shall be in
the midst of it.
26-48:21 And
the residue shall be for the prince,
on the one side and on the other of the holy
oblation, and of the possession of the city, over against the five and twenty
thousand of the oblation toward the east border, and westward over against the
five and twenty thousand toward the west border, over against the portions for
the prince: and it shall be the holy oblation; and the sanctuary of the house shall be in the midst thereof.
27-2:11 And
it is a rare thing that the king
requireth, and there is none other that can shew
it before the king, except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.
27-2:44 And
in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which
shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but
it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand
for ever.
27-3:21 Then
these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments,
and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.
27-3:29 Therefore
I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing
amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in
pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.
27-7:20 And
of the ten horns that were in his
head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth
that spake very great things, whose look was
more stout than his fellows.
27-8:3 Then
I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram
which had two horns: and the two horns were high; but one was higher
than the other, and the higher came up last.
27-12:5 Then
I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other
two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.
28-3:1 Then
said the LORD unto me, Go yet, love a woman beloved of her friend, yet an adulteress, according to the love of the LORD
toward the children of Israel, who look to other
gods, and love flagons of wine.
28-9:1 Rejoice
not, O Israel, for joy, as other people: for thou hast gone a whoring from
thy God, thou hast loved a reward upon every cornfloor.
28-13:10 I
will be thy king: where is any other that may save thee in all thy cities? and
thy judges of whom thou saidst, Give me a king and princes?
31-1:11 In
the day that thou stoodest on the other side, in
the day that the strangers carried away captive his forces, and foreigners
entered into his gates, and cast lots upon Jerusalem, even thou wast as one of them.
38-4:3 And
two olive trees by it, one upon the right side
of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.
38-11:7 And
I will feed the flock of slaughter, even you,
O poor of the flock. And I took unto me two staves; the one I called Beauty,
and the other I called Bands; and I fed the
flock.
38-11:14 Then
I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the
brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
40-4:21 And
going on from thence, he saw other two brethren,
James the son of Zebedee, and John
his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he
called them.
40-5:39 But
I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy
right cheek, turn to him the other also.
40-6:24 No
man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise
the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
40-8:18 Now
when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart unto
the other side.
40-8:28 And
when he was come to the other side into the
country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out
of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.
40-12:13 Then
saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole,
like as the other.
40-12:45 Then
goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other
spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the
last state of that man is worse than
the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
40-13:8 But
other fell into good ground, and brought forth
fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.
40-14:22 And
straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go
before him unto the other side, while he sent
the multitudes away.
40-16:5 And
when his disciples were come to the other side,
they had forgotten to take bread.
40-20:21 And
he said unto her, What wilt thou? She saith unto him, Grant that these my two
sons may sit, the one on thy right hand, and the other
on the left, in thy kingdom.
40-21:36 Again,
he sent other servants more than the first: and
they did unto them likewise.
40-21:41 They
say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in
their seasons.
40-22:4 Again,
he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them
which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are
ready: come unto the marriage.
40-23:23 Woe
unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise
and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters
of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and
not to leave the other undone.
40-24:31 And
he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather
together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
40-24:40 Then
shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
40-24:41 Two
women shall be grinding at the mill;
the one shall be taken, and the other left.
40-25:11 Afterward
came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord,
open to us.
40-25:16 Then
he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other
five talents.
40-25:17 And
likewise he that had received two, he
also gained other two.
40-25:20 And
so he that had received five talents came and brought other
five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I
have gained beside them five talents more.
40-25:22 He
also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto
me two talents: behold, I have gained two other
talents beside them.
40-27:61 And
there was Mary Magdalene, and the other Mary,
sitting over against the sepulchre.
40-28:1 In
the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and
the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
41-3:5 And
when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the
hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And
he stretched it out: and his hand was
restored whole as the other.
41-4:8 And
other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit
that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty,
and some an hundred.
41-4:19 And
the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it
becometh unfruitful.
41-4:35 And
the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto
the other side.
41-4:36 And
when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the
ship. And there were also with him other little
ships.
41-5:1 And
they came over unto the other side of the sea,
into the country of the Gadarenes.
41-5:21 And
when Jesus was passed over again by ship unto the other
side, much people gathered unto him: and he was nigh unto the sea.
41-6:45 And
straightway he constrained his disciples to get into the ship, and to go to the
other side before unto Bethsaida, while he sent
away the people.
41-7:4 And
when they come from the market,
except they wash, they eat not. And many other
things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brasen vessels, and of tables.
41-7:8 For
laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and
many other such like things ye do.
41-8:13 And
he left them, and entering into the ship again departed to the other side.
41-10:37 They
said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory.
41-12:31 And
the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy
neighbour as thyself. There is none other
commandment greater than these.
41-12:32 And
the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is
one God; and there is none other but he:
41-15:27 And
with him they crucify two thieves; the one on his right hand, and the other on his left.
41-15:41 (Who
also, when he was in Galilee, followed him, and ministered unto him;) and many other women which came up with him unto Jerusalem.
42-3:18 And
many other things in his exhortation preached he
unto the people.
42-4:43 And
he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other
cities also: for therefore am I sent.
42-5:7 And
they beckoned unto their partners,
which were in the other ship, that they should
come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they
began to sink.
42-6:10 And
looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy
hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.
42-6:29 And
unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek
offer also the other; and him that taketh away
thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat
also.
42-7:41 There
was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence,
and the other fifty.
42-8:8 And
other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and
bare fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that
hath ears to hear, let him hear.
42-8:22 Now
it came to pass on a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples:
and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the other
side of the lake. And they launched forth.
42-10:1 After
these things the Lord appointed other seventy
also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place,
whither he himself would come.
42-10:31 And
by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he
passed by on the other side.
42-10:32 And
likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
42-11:26 Then
goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter
in, and dwell there: and the last state of
that man is worse than the first.
42-11:42 But
woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and
pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to
leave the other undone.
42-14:32 Or
else, while the other is yet a great way off, he
sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace.
42-16:13 No
servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise
the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
42-17:24 For
as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other
part under heaven; so shall also the
Son of man be in his day.
42-17:34 I
tell you, in that night there shall be two men
in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other
shall be left.
42-17:35 Two
women shall be grinding together; the
one shall be taken, and the other left.
42-17:36 Two
men shall be in the field; the one
shall be taken, and the other left.
42-18:10 Two
men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.
42-18:11 The
Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not
as other men are,
extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.
42-18:14 I
tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one
that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be
exalted.
42-22:65 And
many other things blasphemously spake they
against him.
42-23:32 And
there were also two other, malefactors, led with
him to be put to death.
42-23:33 And
when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified
him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.
42-23:40 But
the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost
not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?
42-24:10 It
was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary the
mother of James, and other women that were with them, which told
these things unto the apostles.
43-4:38 I
sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other
men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.
43-6:22 The
day following, when the people which stood on the other
side of the sea saw that there was none other boat
there, save that one whereinto his disciples were entered, and that Jesus went
not with his disciples into the boat, but that
his disciples were gone away alone;
43-6:23 (Howbeit
there came other boats from Tiberias nigh unto
the place where they did eat bread, after that the Lord had given thanks:)
43-6:25 And
when they had found him on the other side of the
sea, they said unto him, Rabbi, when camest thou hither?
43-10:1 Verily,
verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold,
but climbeth up some other way, the same is a
thief and a robber.
43-10:16 And
other sheep I have, which are not of this fold:
them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one
fold, and one shepherd.
43-15:24 If
I had not done among them the works which none other
man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me
and my Father.
43-18:16 But
Peter stood at the door without. Then went out that other
disciple, which was known unto the high priest, and spake unto her that kept
the door, and brought in Peter.
43-19:32 Then
came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with him.
43-20:2 Then
she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other
disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord
out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
43-20:3 Peter
therefore went forth, and that other disciple,
and came to the sepulchre.
43-20:4 So
they ran both together: and the other disciple
did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre.
43-20:8 Then
went in also that other disciple, which came
first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed.
43-20:12 And
seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
43-20:25 The
other disciples therefore said unto him, We have
seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print
of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand
into his side, I will not believe.
43-20:30 And
many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence
of his disciples, which are not written in this book:
43-21:2 There
were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in
Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and
two other of his disciples.
43-21:8 And
the other disciples came in a little ship; (for
they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the
net with fishes.
43-21:25 And
there are also many other things which Jesus
did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the
world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.
44-2:4 And
they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
44-2:40 And
with many other words did he testify and exhort,
saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
44-4:12 Neither
is there salvation in any other: for there is
none other name under heaven given among men,
whereby we must be saved.
44-5:29 Then
Peter and the other
apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
44-8:34 And
the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet
this? of himself, or of some other man?
44-15:2 When
therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them,
they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other
of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this
question.
44-15:39 And
the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from
the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed
unto Cyprus;
44-17:9 And
when they had taken security of Jason, and of the other,
they let them go.
44-17:18 Then
certain philosophers of the Epicureans, and of the Stoicks, encountered him.
And some said, What will this babbler say? other
some, He seemeth to be a setter forth of strange gods: because he preached unto
them Jesus, and the resurrection.
44-19:39 But
if ye enquire any thing concerning other
matters, it shall be determined in a lawful assembly.
44-23:6 But
when Paul perceived that the one part were Sadducees, and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son
of a Pharisee: of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called in
question.
44-26:22 Having
therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to
small and great, saying none other things than
those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:
44-27:1 And
when it was determined that we should sail into Italy, they delivered Paul and
certain other prisoners unto one named Julius, a centurion of
Augustus’ band.
45-1:13 Now
I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come
unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also,
even as among other Gentiles.
45-8:39 Nor
height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall
be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
45-13:9 For
this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not
steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other
commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love
thy neighbour as thyself.
46-1:16 And
I baptized also the household of Stephanas: besides, I know not whether I
baptized any other.
46-3:11 For
other foundation can no man lay than that is
laid, which is Jesus Christ.
46-7:5 Defraud
ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may
give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan
tempt you not for your incontinency.
46-8:4 As
concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice
unto idols, we know that an idol is nothing
in the world, and that there is none other God but one.
46-9:5 Have
we not power to lead about a sister, a wife, as well as other apostles, and as the
brethren of the Lord, and Cephas?
46-10:29 Conscience,
I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why
is my liberty judged of another man’s conscience?
46-11:21 For
in eating every one taketh before other his own supper: and one is hungry, and
another is drunken.
46-14:17 For
thou verily givest thanks well, but the other is
not edified.
46-14:21 In
the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other
lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me,
saith the Lord.
46-14:29 Let
the prophets speak two or three, and let the other
judge.
46-15:37 And
that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare
grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:
47-1:13 For
we write none other things unto you, than what
ye read or acknowledge; and I trust ye shall acknowledge even to the end;
47-2:16 To
the one we are the savour of death
unto death; and to the other the savour of life
unto life. And who is sufficient for
these things?
47-8:13 For
I mean not that other men be eased, and ye burdened:
47-10:15 Not
boasting of things without our measure,
that is, of other
men’s labours; but having hope, when your faith is increased, that we shall be
enlarged by you according to our rule abundantly,
47-11:8 I
robbed other churches, taking wages of them, to do you service.
47-12:13 For
what is it wherein ye were inferior to other
churches, except it be that I myself
was not burdensome to you? forgive me this wrong.
47-13:2 I
told you before, and foretell you, as if I were present, the second time; and
being absent now I write to them which heretofore have sinned, and to all other, that, if I come again, I will not spare:
48-1:8 But
though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other
gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
48-1:9 As
we said before, so say I now again, If any man
preach any other gospel unto you than that
ye have received, let him be accursed.
48-1:19 But
other of the apostles saw I none, save James the
Lord’s brother.
48-2:13 And
the other Jews dissembled likewise with him;
insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation.
48-4:22 For
it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.
48-5:17 For
the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and
these are contrary the one to the other: so that
ye cannot do the things that ye would.
49-3:5 Which
in other ages was not made known unto the sons
of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
49-4:17 This
I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
50-1:13 So
that my bonds in Christ are manifest in all the palace, and in all other places;
50-1:17 But
the other of love, knowing that I am set for the
defence of the gospel.
50-2:3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let
each esteem other better than themselves.
50-3:4 Though
I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other
man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more:
50-4:3 And
I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me
in the gospel, with Clement also, and with
other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
53-1:3 We
are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that
your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward
each other aboundeth;
54-1:3 As
I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that
thou mightest charge some that they teach no other
doctrine,
54-1:10 For
whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers,
for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other
thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;
54-5:22 Lay
hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other
men’s sins: keep thyself pure.
59-5:12 But
above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the
earth, neither by any other oath: but let your
yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest
ye fall into condemnation.
60-4:15 But
let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as
a thief, or as an evildoer, or as
a busybody in other men’s matters.
61-3:16 As
also in all his epistles, speaking in
them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which
they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures,
unto their own destruction.
66-2:24 But
unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this
doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will
put upon you none other burden.
66-8:13 And
I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a
loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which
are yet to sound!
66-17:10 And
there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and
when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
