01-GENESIS
01-12:11 And
it came to pass, when he was come near to enter
into Egypt, that he said unto Sarai his wife, Behold now, I know that thou art a fair woman to look upon:
01-18:23 And
Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also
destroy the righteous with the wicked?
01-19:9 And
they said, Stand back. And they said again,
This one fellow came in to
sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than
with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the
door.
01-19:20 Behold
now, this city is near to flee unto, and it is a little one: Oh, let me escape thither, (is it not a little one?) and my soul shall live.
01-20:4 But
Abimelech had not come near her: and he said,
Lord, wilt thou slay also a righteous nation?
01-27:21 And
Isaac said unto Jacob, Come near, I pray thee,
that I may feel thee, my son, whether thou be
my very son Esau or not.
01-27:22 And
Jacob went near unto Isaac his father; and he
felt him, and said, The voice is Jacob’s
voice, but the hands are the hands of
Esau.
01-27:25 And
he said, Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son’s venison, that
my soul may bless thee. And he brought it
near to him, and he did eat: and he brought
him wine, and he drank.
01-27:26 And
his father Isaac said unto him, Come near now,
and kiss me, my son.
01-27:27 And
he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the
smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the
LORD hath blessed:
01-29:10 And
it came to pass, when Jacob saw Rachel the daughter of Laban his mother’s
brother, and the sheep of Laban his mother’s brother, that Jacob went near, and rolled the stone from the well’s mouth, and
watered the flock of Laban his mother’s brother.
01-33:3 And
he passed over before them, and bowed himself to the ground seven times, until
he came near to his brother.
01-33:6 Then
the handmaidens came near, they and their
children, and they bowed themselves.
01-33:7 And
Leah also with her children came near, and bowed
themselves: and after came Joseph near and
Rachel, and they bowed themselves.
01-37:18 And
when they saw him afar off, even before he came near
unto them, they conspired against him to slay him.
01-43:19 And
they came near to the steward of Joseph’s house,
and they communed with him at the door of the house,
01-44:18 Then
Judah came near unto him, and said, Oh my lord,
let thy servant, I pray thee, speak a word in my lord’s ears, and let not thine
anger burn against thy servant: for thou art
even as Pharaoh.
01-45:4 And
Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me,
I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold
into Egypt.
01-45:10 And
thou shalt dwell in the land of Goshen, and thou shalt be near unto me, thou, and thy children, and thy
children’s children, and thy flocks, and thy herds, and all that thou hast:
01-48:10 Now
the eyes of Israel were dim for age, so
that he could not see. And he brought them near
unto him; and he kissed them, and embraced them.
01-48:13 And
Joseph took them both, Ephraim in his right hand toward Israel’s left hand, and
Manasseh in his left hand toward Israel’s right hand, and brought them near
unto him.
02-12:48 And
when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to the
LORD, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born
in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.
02-13:17 And
it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that God led them not through the way of the land of the
Philistines, although that was near; for God said, Lest peradventure the people
repent when they see war, and they return to Egypt:
02-14:20 And
it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a
cloud and darkness to them, but it
gave light by night to these: so that
the one came not near the other all the night.
02-16:9 And
Moses spake unto Aaron, Say unto all the congregation of the children of
Israel, Come near before the LORD: for he hath
heard your murmurings.
02-19:22 And
let the priests also, which come near to the
LORD, sanctify themselves, lest the LORD break forth upon them.
02-20:21 And
the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near
unto the thick darkness where God was.
02-24:2 And
Moses alone shall come near the LORD: but they
shall not come nigh; neither shall the people go up with him.
02-28:43 And
they shall be upon Aaron, and upon his sons, when they come in unto the
tabernacle of the congregation, or when they come near
unto the altar to minister in the holy place;
that they bear not iniquity, and die: it
shall be a statute for ever unto him and his seed after him.
02-30:20 When
they go into the tabernacle of the congregation, they shall wash with water,
that they die not; or when they come near to the
altar to minister, to burn offering made by fire unto the LORD:
02-40:32 When
they went into the tent of the congregation, and when they came near unto the altar, they washed; as the LORD
commanded Moses.
03-9:5 And
they brought that which Moses
commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation
drew near and stood before the LORD.
03-10:4 And
Moses called Mishael and Elzaphan, the sons of Uzziel the uncle of Aaron, and
said unto them, Come near, carry your brethren
from before the sanctuary out of the camp.
03-10:5 So
they went near, and carried them in their coats
out of the camp; as Moses had said.
03-18:6 None
of you shall approach to any that is near of kin
to him, to uncover their nakedness: I
am the LORD.
03-18:12 Thou
shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father’s sister: she is thy father’s near
kinswoman.
03-18:13 Thou
shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother’s sister; for she is thy mother’s near
kinswoman.
03-18:17 Thou
shalt not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter, neither shalt thou
take her son’s daughter, or her daughter’s daughter, to uncover her nakedness; for they are her near kinswomen: it is wickedness.
03-20:19 And
thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother’s sister, nor of thy
father’s sister: for he uncovereth his near kin:
they shall bear their iniquity.
03-21:2 But
for his kin, that is near unto him, that is, for his mother, and for his
father, and for his son, and for his daughter, and for his brother,
04-3:6 Bring
the tribe of Levi near, and present them before
Aaron the priest, that they may minister unto him.
04-5:16 And
the priest shall bring her near, and set her
before the LORD:
04-16:5 And
he spake unto Korah and unto all his company, saying, Even to morrow the LORD
will shew who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near
unto him: even him whom he hath
chosen will he cause to come near unto him.
04-16:9 Seemeth it but a small thing unto you,
that the God of Israel hath separated you from the congregation of Israel, to
bring you near to himself to do the service of
the tabernacle of the LORD, and to stand before the congregation to minister
unto them?
04-16:10 And
he hath brought thee near to him, and all thy brethren the sons of Levi with thee: and seek
ye the priesthood also?
04-16:40 To be a memorial unto the children of
Israel, that no stranger, which is not
of the seed of Aaron, come near to offer incense
before the LORD; that he be not as Korah, and as his company: as the LORD said
to him by the hand of Moses.
04-17:13 Whosoever
cometh any thing near unto the tabernacle of the
LORD shall die: shall we be consumed with dying?
04-26:3 And
Moses and Eleazar the priest spake with them in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho,
saying,
04-26:63 These
are they that were numbered by Moses
and Eleazar the priest, who numbered the children of Israel in the plains of
Moab by Jordan near
Jericho.
04-31:12 And
they brought the captives, and the prey, and the spoil, unto Moses, and Eleazar
the priest, and unto the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the camp
at the plains of Moab, which are by
Jordan near
Jericho.
04-31:48 And
the officers which were over
thousands of the host, the captains of thousands, and captains of hundreds,
came near unto Moses:
04-32:16 And
they came near unto him, and said, We will build
sheepfolds here for our cattle, and cities for our little ones:
04-33:48 And
they departed from the mountains of Abarim, and pitched in the plains of Moab
by Jordan near
Jericho.
04-33:50 And
the LORD spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
04-34:15 The
two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side
Jordan near
Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising.
04-35:1 And
the LORD spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
04-36:1 And
the chief fathers of the families of the children of Gilead, the son of Machir,
the son of Manasseh, of the families of the sons of Joseph, came near, and spake before Moses, and before the princes,
the chief fathers of the children of Israel:
04-36:13 These
are the commandments and the
judgments, which the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses unto the children of
Israel in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
05-1:22 And
ye came near unto me every one of you, and said,
We will send men before us, and they shall search us out the land, and bring us
word again by what way we must go up, and into what cities we shall come.
05-4:11 And
ye came near and stood under the mountain; and
the mountain burned with fire unto the midst of heaven, with darkness, clouds,
and thick darkness.
05-5:23 And
it came to pass, when ye heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness, (for
the mountain did burn with fire,) that ye came near
unto me, even all the heads of your
tribes, and your elders;
05-5:27 Go
thou near, and hear all that the LORD our God
shall say: and speak thou unto us all that the LORD our God shall speak unto
thee; and we will hear it, and do it.
05-16:21 Thou
shalt not plant thee a grove of any trees near
unto the altar of the LORD thy God, which thou shalt make thee.
05-21:5 And
the priests the sons of Levi shall come near;
for them the LORD thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the
name of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be
tried:
05-25:11 When
men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him
that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets:
06-3:4 Yet
there shall be a space between you and it, about two thousand cubits by
measure: come not near unto it, that ye may know
the way by which ye must go: for ye have not passed this way heretofore.
06-10:24 And
it came to pass, when they brought out those kings unto Joshua, that Joshua
called for all the men of Israel, and said unto the captains of the men of war
which went with him, Come near, put your feet
upon the necks of these kings. And they came near,
and put their feet upon the necks of them.
06-15:46 From
Ekron even unto the sea, all that lay near Ashdod, with their villages:
06-17:4 And
they came near before Eleazar the priest, and
before Joshua the son of Nun, and before the princes, saying, The LORD
commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our brethren. Therefore
according to the commandment of the LORD he gave them an inheritance among the
brethren of their father.
06-18:13 And
the border went over from thence toward Luz, to the side of Luz, which is Bethel, southward; and the border
descended to Atarothadar, near the hill that lieth on the south side of the nether
Bethhoron.
06-21:1 Then
came near the heads of the fathers of the
Levites unto Eleazar the priest, and unto Joshua the son of Nun, and unto the
heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel;
07-18:22 And when they were a good way from the
house of Micah, the men that were in
the houses near to Micah’s house were gathered
together, and overtook the children of Dan.

he said unto his servant, Come, and let us draw near
to one of these places to lodge all night, in Gibeah, or in Ramah.

children of Benjamin the second day.
07-20:34 And

battle was sore: but they knew not that evil was near them.
08-2:20 And
Naomi said unto her daughter in law, Blessed be he of the LORD, who hath not left off his kindness to the living
and to the dead. And Naomi said unto her, The man is near of kin unto us, one of our
next kinsmen.
08-3:9 And
he said, Who art thou? And she
answered, I am Ruth thine handmaid:
spread therefore thy skirt over thine handmaid; for thou art a near kinsman.
08-3:12 And
now it is true that I am thy near kinsman: howbeit there is a kinsman nearer than
I.
09-4:19 And
his daughter in law, Phinehas’ wife, was with child, near to be delivered: and when she
heard the tidings that the ark of God was taken, and that her father in law and
her husband were dead, she bowed herself and travailed; for her pains came upon
her.
09-7:10 And
as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the LORD thundered
with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them;
and they were smitten before Israel.
09-9:18 Then
Saul drew near to Samuel in the gate, and said,
Tell me, I pray thee, where the seer’s house is.
09-10:20 And
when Samuel had caused all the tribes of Israel to come near, the tribe of Benjamin was taken.
09-10:21 When
he had caused the tribe of Benjamin to come near
by their families, the family of Matri was taken, and Saul the son of Kish was
taken: and when they sought him, he could not be found.
09-14:36 And
Saul said, Let us go down after the Philistines by night, and spoil them until
the morning light, and let us not leave a man of them. And they said, Do
whatsoever seemeth good unto thee. Then said the priest, Let us draw near hither unto God.
09-14:38 And
Saul said, Draw ye near hither, all the chief of
the people: and know and see wherein this sin hath been this day.
09-17:16 And
the Philistine drew near morning and evening,
and presented himself forty days.
09-17:40 And
he took his staff in his hand, and chose him five smooth stones out of the
brook, and put them in a shepherd’s bag which he had, even in a scrip; and his
sling was in his hand: and he drew near to the Philistine.
09-17:41 And
the Philistine came on and drew near unto David;
and the man that bare the shield went before
him.
09-30:21 And
David came to the two hundred men, which were so faint that they could not
follow David, whom they had made also to abide at the brook Besor: and they
went forth to meet David, and to meet the people that were with him: and when David came near
to the people, he saluted them.
10-1:15 And
David called one of the young men, and said, Go near,
and fall upon him. And he smote him
that he died.
10-14:30 Therefore
he said unto his servants, See, Joab’s field is near
mine, and he hath barley there; go and set it on fire. And Absalom’s servants
set the field on fire.
10-18:25 And
the watchman cried, and told the king. And the king said, If he be alone, there is tidings in his mouth. And he came apace, and drew near.
10-19:42 And
all the men of Judah answered the men of Israel, Because the king is near
of kin to us: wherefore then be ye angry for this matter? have we eaten at all
of the king’s cost? or hath he given
us any gift?
10-20:16 Then
cried a wise woman out of the city, Hear, hear; say, I pray you, unto Joab,
Come near hither, that I may speak with thee.
10-20:17 And
when he was come near unto her, the woman said, Art thou Joab? And he answered, I am he. Then she said unto him, Hear the
words of thine handmaid. And he answered, I do hear.
11-8:46 If
they sin against thee, (for there is no
man that sinneth not,) and thou be angry with them, and deliver them to the
enemy, so that they carry them away captives unto the land of the enemy, far or
near;
11-18:30 And
Elijah said unto all the people, Come near unto
me. And all the people came near unto him. And
he repaired the altar of the LORD that
was broken down.
11-18:36 And
it came to pass at the time of the
offering of the evening sacrifice,
that Elijah the prophet came near, and said,
LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I
have done all these things at thy word.
11-21:2 And
Ahab spake unto Naboth, saying, Give me thy vineyard, that I may have it for a
garden of herbs, because it is near unto my house: and I will give thee for it a
better vineyard than it; or, if it
seem good to thee, I will give thee the worth of it in money.
11-22:24 But
Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah went near, and
smote Micaiah on the cheek, and said, Which way went the spirit of the LORD
from me to speak unto thee?
12-4:27 And
when she came to the man of God to the hill, she caught him by the feet: but
Gehazi came near to thrust her away. And the man
of God said, Let her alone; for her soul is
vexed within her: and the LORD hath hid it
from me, and hath not told me.
12-5:13 And
his servants came near, and spake unto him, and
said, My father, if the prophet had
bid thee do some great thing,
wouldest thou not have done it? how
much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?
14-6:36 If
they sin against thee, (for there is no
man which sinneth not,) and thou be angry with them, and deliver them over
before their enemies, and they carry
them away captives unto a land far off or near;
14-18:23 Then
Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah came near, and
smote Micaiah upon the cheek, and said, Which way went the Spirit of the LORD
from me to speak unto thee?
14-21:16 Moreover
the LORD stirred up against Jehoram the spirit of the Philistines, and of the
Arabians, that were near the Ethiopians:
14-29:31 Then
Hezekiah answered and said, Now ye have consecrated yourselves unto the LORD,
come near and bring sacrifices and thank
offerings into the house of the LORD. And the congregation brought in
sacrifices and thank offerings; and as many as were of a free heart burnt
offerings.
17-5:2 And
it was so, when the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court, that she obtained favour in his sight:
and the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that was in his hand. So Esther drew near,
and touched the top of the sceptre.
17-9:1 Now
in the twelfth month, that is, the
month Adar, on the thirteenth day of the same, when the king’s commandment and
his decree drew near to be put in execution, in
the day that the enemies of the Jews hoped to have power over them, (though it
was turned to the contrary, that the Jews had rule over them that hated them;)
18-31:37 I
would declare unto him the number of my steps; as a prince would I go near unto him.
18-33:22 Yea,
his soul draweth near unto the grave, and his
life to the destroyers.
18-41:16 One
is so near to another, that no air can come
between them.
19-22:11 Be
not far from me; for trouble is near; for there
is none to help.
19-32:9 Be
ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth
must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near
unto thee.
19-73:28 But
it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that
I may declare all thy works.
19-75:1 Unto
thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee
do we give thanks: for that thy
name is near thy wondrous works declare.
19-107:18 Their
soul abhorreth all manner of meat; and they draw near
unto the gates of death.
19-119:151 Thou
art near,
O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.
19-119:169 TAU. Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according
to thy word.
19-148:14 He
also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people
near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.
20-7:8 Passing
through the street near her corner; and he went
the way to her house,
20-10:14 Wise
men lay up knowledge: but the mouth
of the foolish is near destruction.
20-27:10 Thine
own friend, and thy father’s friend, forsake not; neither go into thy brother’s
house in the day of thy calamity: for better
is a neighbour that is near than a brother far off.
23-13:22 And
the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons
in their pleasant palaces: and her
time is near
to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.
23-26:17 Like
as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we
been in thy sight, O LORD.
23-29:13 Wherefore
the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near
me with their mouth, and with their
lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear
toward me is taught by the precept of men:
23-33:13 Hear,
ye that are far off, what I have
done; and, ye that are near, acknowledge my might.
23-34:1 Come
near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye
people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things
that come forth of it.
23-41:1 Keep
silence before me, O islands; and let the people renew their strength: let them come near;
then let them speak: let us come near together
to judgment.
23-41:5 The
isles saw it, and feared; the ends of
the earth were afraid, drew near, and came.
23-45:20 Assemble
yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have
no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save.
23-45:21 Tell
ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath
declared this from ancient time? who hath
told it from that time? have not I
the LORD? and there is no God else
beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there
is none beside me.
23-46:13 I
bring near my righteousness: it shall not be far
off, and my salvation shall not tarry: and I will place salvation in Zion for
Israel my glory.
23-48:16 Come
ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken
in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord GOD, and his
Spirit, hath sent me.
23-50:8 He is near
that justifieth me; who will contend with me? let us stand together: who is mine adversary? let him come near to me.
23-51:5 My
righteousness is near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall
judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine arm shall they
trust.
23-54:14 In
righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for
thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.
23-55:6 Seek
ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
23-56:1 Thus
saith the LORD, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near
to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
23-57:3 But
draw near hither, ye sons of the sorceress, the
seed of the adulterer and the whore.
23-57:19 I
create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him
that is near, saith the LORD; and I will
heal him.
23-65:5 Which
say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for
I am holier than thou. These are a
smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day.
24-12:2 Thou
hast planted them, yea, they have taken root: they grow, yea, they bring forth
fruit: thou art near in their mouth, and far from their reins.
24-25:26 And
all the kings of the north, far and near, one with
another, and all the kingdoms of the world, which are upon the face of the earth: and the king of Sheshach shall
drink after them.
24-30:21 And
their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the
midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near,
and he shall approach unto me: for who is
this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? saith the LORD.
24-42:1 Then
all the captains of the forces, and Johanan the son of Kareah, and Jezaniah the
son of Hoshaiah, and all the people from the least even unto the greatest, came
near,
24-46:3 Order
ye the buckler and shield, and draw near to
battle.
24-48:16 The
calamity of Moab is near to come, and his affliction hasteth fast.
24-48:24 And
upon Kerioth, and upon Bozrah, and upon all the cities of the land of Moab, far
or near.
24-52:25 He
took also out of the city an eunuch, which had the charge of the men of war;
and seven men of them that were near the king’s
person, which were found in the city; and the principal scribe of the host, who
mustered the people of the land; and threescore men of the people of the land,
that were found in the midst of the city.
25-3:57 Thou
drewest near in the day that I called upon thee: thou saidst, Fear not.
25-4:18 They
hunt our steps, that we cannot go in our streets: our end is near, our days are fulfilled; for our end is come.
26-6:12 He
that is far off shall die of the pestilence; and he that is near shall fall by the sword; and he that remaineth
and is besieged shall die by the famine: thus will I accomplish my fury upon
them.
26-7:7 The
morning is come unto thee, O thou that dwellest in the land: the time is come,
the day of trouble is near, and not the sounding again of the mountains.
26-7:12 The
time is come, the day draweth near: let not the
buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.
26-9:1 He
cried also in mine ears with a loud voice, saying, Cause them that have charge over
the city to draw near, even every man with his destroying weapon in his hand.
26-9:6 Slay
utterly old and young, both maids,
and little children, and women: but come not near
any man upon whom is the mark; and begin
at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.
26-11:3 Which
say, It is not near; let us build houses: this city is the caldron, and we be
the flesh.
26-18:6 And hath not eaten upon the mountains,
neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither
hath defiled his neighbour’s wife, neither hath come near
to a menstruous woman,
26-22:4 Thou
art become guilty in thy blood that thou hast shed; and hast defiled thyself in
thine idols which thou hast made; and thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come even
unto thy years: therefore have I made thee a reproach unto the heathen, and
a mocking to all countries.
26-22:5 Those that be near,
and those that be far from thee,
shall mock thee, which art infamous and much vexed.
26-30:3 For
the day is near,
even the day of the LORD is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the
heathen.
26-40:46 And
the chamber whose prospect is toward
the north is for the priests, the
keepers of the charge of the altar: these are
the sons of Zadok among the sons of Levi, which come near to the LORD to minister unto him.
26-44:13 And
they shall not come near unto me, to do the
office of a priest unto me, nor to come near to
any of my holy things, in the most holy place:
but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have
committed.
26-44:15 But
the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of my
sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister unto me, and they shall stand
before me to offer unto me the fat and the blood, saith the Lord GOD:
26-44:16 They
shall enter into my sanctuary, and they shall come near
to my table, to minister unto me, and they shall keep my charge.
26-45:4 The
holy portion of the land shall be for
the priests the ministers of the sanctuary, which shall come near to minister unto the LORD: and it shall be a
place for their houses, and an holy place for the sanctuary.
27-3:8 Wherefore
at that time certain Chaldeans came near, and
accused the Jews.
27-3:26 Then
Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the
burning fiery furnace, and spake, and
said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the most high God, come
forth, and come hither. Then
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst of the fire.
27-6:12 Then
they came near, and spake before the king concerning
the king’s decree; Hast thou not signed a decree, that every man that shall ask
a petition of any God or man within
thirty days, save of thee, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions? The
king answered and said, The thing is true,
according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not.
27-7:13 I
saw in the night visions, and, behold, one
like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient
of days, and they brought him near before him.
27-7:16 I
came near unto one of them that stood by, and
asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the
interpretation of the things.
27-8:17 So
he came near where I stood: and when he came, I
was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of
man: for at the time of the end shall be the
vision.
27-9:7 O
Lord, righteousness belongeth unto
thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and
to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, through all the
countries whither thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they
have trespassed against thee.
29-3:9 Proclaim
ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the
men of war draw near; let them come up:
29-3:14 Multitudes,
multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near
in the valley of decision.
30-6:3 Ye
that put far away the evil day, and cause the seat of violence to come near;
31-1:15 For
the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall
be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head.
36-1:14 The
great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry
there bitterly.
36-3:2 She
obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in the LORD;
she drew not near to her God.
39-3:5 And
I will come near to you to judgment; and I will
be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and
against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the
fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts.
40-21:34 And
when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent
his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it.
40-24:33 So
likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at
the doors.
41-13:28 Now
learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth
forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:
42-15:1 Then
drew near unto him all the publicans and sinners
for to hear him.
42-18:40 And
Jesus stood, and commanded him to be brought unto him: and when he was come near, he asked him,
42-19:41 And
when he was come near, he beheld the city, and
wept over it,
42-21:8 And
he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name,
saying, I am Christ; and the time
draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.
42-22:47 And
while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of
the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto
Jesus to kiss him.
42-24:15 And
it came to pass, that, while they communed together
and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and
went with them.
43-3:23 And
John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because
there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized.
43-4:5 Then
cometh he to a city of Samaria, which is called Sychar, near to the parcel of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph.
43-11:54 Jesus
therefore walked no more openly among the Jews; but went thence unto a country near to the wilderness, into a city called Ephraim,
and there continued with his disciples.
44-7:31 When
Moses saw it, he wondered at the
sight: and as he drew near to behold it, the voice of the Lord came unto him,
44-8:29 Then
the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join
thyself to this chariot.
44-9:3 And
as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and
suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:
44-10:24 And
the morrow after they entered into Caesarea. And Cornelius waited for them, and
had called together his kinsmen and near
friends.
44-21:33 Then
the chief captain came near, and took him, and
commanded him to be bound with two
chains; and demanded who he was, and what he had done.
44-23:15 Now
therefore ye with the council signify to the chief captain that he bring him
down unto you to morrow, as though ye would enquire something more perfectly
concerning him: and we, or ever he come near,
are ready to kill him.
44-27:27 But
when the fourteenth night was come, as we were driven up and down in Adria,
about midnight the shipmen deemed that they drew near
to some country;
58-10:22 Let
us draw near with a true heart in full assurance
of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies
washed with pure water.

time to awake out of sleep: for now is our

the sons of Neariah; Elioenai, and Hezekiah, and Azrikam, three.
13-4:42 And
some of them, even of the sons of Simeon, five hundred men, went to mount Seir,
having for their captains Pelatiah, and Neariah, and Rephaiah, and Uzziel, the
sons of Ishi.

11-11:26 And
Jeroboam the son of Nebat, an Ephrathite of Zereda, Solomon’s servant,
whose mother’s name was Zeruah, a
widow woman, even he lifted up his hand
against the king.
11-12:2 And
it came to pass, when Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who
was yet in Egypt, heard of it, (for
he was fled from the presence of king Solomon, and Jeroboam dwelt in Egypt;)
11-12:15 Wherefore
the king hearkened not unto the people; for the cause was from the LORD, that
he might perform his saying, which the LORD spake by Ahijah the Shilonite unto
Jeroboam the son of Nebat.
11-15:1 Now
in the eighteenth year of king Jeroboam the son of Nebat
reigned Abijam over Judah.
11-16:3 Behold,
I will take away the posterity of Baasha, and the posterity of his house; and
will make thy house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat.
11-16:26 For
he walked in all the way of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and
in his sin wherewith he made Israel to sin, to provoke the LORD God of Israel
to anger with their vanities.
11-16:31 And
it came to pass, as if it had been a light thing for him to walk in the sins of
Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took to wife Jezebel the daughter of
Ethbaal king of the Zidonians, and went and served Baal, and worshipped him.
11-21:22 And
will make thine house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah,
for the provocation wherewith thou hast provoked me to anger, and made Israel to sin.
11-22:52 And
he did evil in the sight of the LORD, and walked in the way of his father, and
in the way of his mother, and in the way of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin:
12-3:3 Nevertheless
he cleaved unto the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which
made Israel to sin; he departed not therefrom.
12-9:9 And
I will make the house of Ahab like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah:
12-10:29 Howbeit
from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin, Jehu departed not from
after them, to wit, the golden calves
that were in Bethel, and that were in Dan.
12-13:2 And
he did that which was evil in the
sight of the LORD, and followed the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which made Israel to sin; he departed not
therefrom.
12-13:11 And
he did that which was evil in the
sight of the LORD; he departed not from all the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel sin: but he walked therein.
12-14:24 And
he did that which was evil in the
sight of the LORD: he departed not from all the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin.
12-15:9 And
he did that which was evil in the
sight of the LORD, as his fathers had done: he departed not from the sins of
Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin.
12-15:18 And
he did that which was evil in the
sight of the LORD: he departed not all his days from the sins of Jeroboam the
son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin.
12-15:24 And
he did that which was evil in the
sight of the LORD: he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin.
12-15:28 And
he did that which was evil in the
sight of the LORD: he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin.
12-17:21 For
he rent Israel from the house of David; and they made Jeroboam the son of Nebat king: and Jeroboam drave Israel from following the
LORD, and made them sin a great sin.
12-23:15 Moreover
the altar that was at Bethel, and the high place which Jeroboam the
son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin, had made, both that
altar and the high place he brake down, and burned the high place, and stamped it small to powder, and burned the grove.
14-9:29 Now
the rest of the acts of Solomon, first and last, are they not written in the book of Nathan the prophet, and in the
prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite, and in the visions of Iddo the seer against
Jeroboam the son of Nebat?
14-10:2 And
it came to pass, when Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who was in Egypt, whither he had fled from
the presence of Solomon the king, heard it,
that Jeroboam returned out of Egypt.
14-10:15 So
the king hearkened not unto the people: for the cause was of God, that the LORD
might perform his word, which he spake by the hand of Ahijah the Shilonite to
Jeroboam the son of Nebat.
14-13:6 Yet
Jeroboam the son of Nebat, the servant of Solomon the son of David, is
risen up, and hath rebelled against his lord.
