of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.

LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel
thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I
my brother’s keeper?
01-39:21 But the
LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of
the keeper of the prison.
01-39:22 And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph’s hand all
the prisoners that were in the
prison; and whatsoever they did there, he was the doer of it.
01-39:23 The keeper of the prison looked not to any thing that was under his hand; because the
LORD was with him, and that which he
did, the LORD made it to prosper.

purification be given them:

it came to pass, when the king’s commandment and his decree was heard, and when
many maidens were gathered together unto Shushan the palace, to the custody of
Hegai, that Esther was brought also unto the king’s house, to the custody of
Hegai, keeper of the women.
17-2:15 Now
when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had
taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required
nothing but what Hegai the king’s chamberlain, the keeper
of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them
that looked upon her.
