will I make the feet of Israel move any more out of the land which I gave their fathers; only if they will observe to do
according to all that I have commanded them, and according to all the law that
my servant Moses commanded them.
12-22:8 And
Hilkiah the high priest said unto Shaphan the scribe, I have found the book of
the law in the house of the LORD. And Hilkiah gave
the book to Shaphan, and he read it.
12-23:35 And
Jehoiakim gave the silver and the gold to
Pharaoh; but he taxed the land to give the money according to the commandment
of Pharaoh: he exacted the silver and the gold of the people of the land, of
every one according to his taxation, to give it unto Pharaohnechoh.

the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, they gave
to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
13-6:57 And
to the sons of Aaron they gave the cities of
Judah, namely, Hebron, the city of refuge, and Libnah with her
suburbs, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa, with their suburbs,
13-6:64 And
the children of Israel gave to the Levites these cities with their suburbs.
13-6:65 And
they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children
of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe
of the children of Benjamin, these cities, which are called by their names.
13-6:67 And
they gave unto them, of the cities of refuge, Shechem in mount Ephraim with her suburbs;
they gave also

a commandment, and they were burned with fire.

David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of the

the mercy seat,
13-28:14 He gave of
gold by weight for things of gold,
for all instruments of all manner of service; silver also for all instruments of silver by weight, for all
instruments of every kind of service:
13-28:16 And
by weight he gave
gold for the tables of shewbread, for every table; and likewise silver for the tables of silver:
13-28:17 Also
pure gold for the fleshhooks, and the bowls, and the cups: and for the golden
basons he gave
gold by weight for every bason; and likewise
silver by weight for every bason of silver:
13-29:7 And
gave for the service of the house of God of gold
five thousand talents and ten thousand drams, and of silver ten thousand
talents, and of brass eighteen thousand talents, and one hundred thousand
talents of iron.
13-29:8 And
they with whom precious stones were
found gave them
to the treasure of the house of the LORD, by the hand of Jehiel the
Gershonite.
14-9:9 And
she gave the king an hundred and twenty talents
of gold, and of spices great abundance, and precious stones: neither was there
any such spice as the queen of Sheba gave king
Solomon.
14-9:12 And
king Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all her
desire, whatsoever she asked, beside that
which she had brought unto the king. So she turned, and went away to her
own land, she and her servants.
14-10:8 But
he forsook the counsel which the old men gave him,
and took counsel with the young men that were brought up with him, that stood
before him.

he dealt wisely, and dispersed of all his children throughout all the countries
of Judah and Benjamin, unto every fenced city: and he gave
them victual in abundance. And he desired many wives.
14-13:5 Ought
ye not to know that the LORD God of Israel gave
the kingdom over Israel to David for ever, even
to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt?
14-13:15 Then
the men of Judah gave a shout: and as the men of
Judah shouted, it came to pass, that God smote Jeroboam and all Israel before
Abijah and Judah.
14-15:15 And
all Judah rejoiced at the oath: for they had sworn with all their heart, and
sought him with their whole desire; and he was found of them: and the LORD gave them rest round about.
14-20:30 So
the realm of Jehoshaphat was quiet: for his God gave
him rest round about.

their father gave them great gifts of silver,
and of gold, and of precious things, with fenced cities in Judah: but the
kingdom gave he to Jehoram; because he was the firstborn.

God save the king.
14-24:12 And

mend the house of the LORD.

the Ammonites gave gifts to Uzziah: and his name
spread abroad even to the entering in

fought also with the king of the Ammonites, and prevailed against them. And the
children of Ammon gave him the same year an
hundred talents of silver, and ten thousand measures of wheat, and ten thousand
of barley. So much did the children of Ammon pay unto him, both the second
year, and the third.
14-28:15 And
the men which were expressed by name rose up, and took the captives, and with
the spoil clothed all that were naked among them, and arrayed them, and shod
them, and gave them to eat and to drink, and
anointed them, and carried all the feeble of them upon asses, and brought them
to Jericho, the city of palm trees, to their brethren: then they returned to
Samaria.
14-28:21 For
Ahaz took away a portion out of the
house of the LORD, and out of the
house of the king, and of the princes, and gave it unto the king of Assyria: but he helped
him not.
14-30:7 And
be not ye like your fathers, and like your brethren, which trespassed against
the LORD God of their fathers, who therefore
gave them up to desolation, as ye see.
14-30:24 For
Hezekiah king of Judah did give to the congregation a thousand bullocks and
seven thousand sheep; and the princes gave to
the congregation a thousand bullocks and ten thousand sheep: and a great number
of priests sanctified themselves.
14-32:24 In
those days Hezekiah was sick to the death, and prayed unto the LORD: and he
spake unto him, and he gave him a sign.
14-34:10 And
they put it in the hand of the
workmen that had the oversight of the house of the LORD, and they gave it to the workmen that wrought in the house of
the LORD, to repair and amend the house:
14-34:11 Even
to the artificers and builders gave they it, to buy hewn stone, and timber for
couplings, and to floor the houses which the kings of Judah had destroyed.
14-35:7 And
Josiah gave to the people, of the flock, lambs
and kids, all for the passover offerings, for all that were present, to the
number of thirty thousand, and three thousand bullocks: these were of the king’s substance.
14-35:8 And
his princes gave willingly unto the people, to
the priests, and to the Levites: Hilkiah and Zechariah and Jehiel, rulers of
the house of God, gave unto the priests for the
passover offerings two thousand and six hundred small cattle, and three hundred oxen.
14-35:9 Conaniah
also, and Shemaiah and Nethaneel, his brethren, and Hashabiah and Jeiel and
Jozabad, chief of the Levites, gave unto the
Levites for passover offerings five thousand small cattle, and five hundred oxen.
14-36:17 Therefore
he brought upon them the king of the Chaldees, who slew their young men with
the sword in the house of their sanctuary, and had no compassion upon young man
or maiden, old man, or him that stooped for age: he gave
them all into his hand.
15-2:69 They
gave after their ability unto the treasure of
the work threescore and one thousand drams of gold, and five thousand pound of
silver, and one hundred priests’ garments.
15-3:7 They
gave money also unto the masons, and to the
carpenters; and meat, and drink, and oil, unto them of Zidon, and to them of
Tyre, to bring cedar trees from Lebanon to the sea of Joppa, according to the
grant that they had of Cyrus king of Persia.
15-5:12 But
after that our fathers had provoked the God of heaven unto wrath, he gave them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of
Babylon, the Chaldean, who destroyed this house, and carried the people away
into Babylon.
15-7:11 Now
this is the copy of the letter that
the king Artaxerxes gave unto Ezra the priest,
the scribe, even a scribe of the
words of the commandments of the LORD, and of his statutes to Israel.
15-10:19 And
they gave their hands that they would put away
their wives; and being guilty, they offered a ram of the flock for
their trespass.
16-2:1 And
it came to pass in the month Nisan, in the twentieth year of Artaxerxes the
king, that wine was before him: and I took up the wine, and gave it unto the king.
Now I had not been beforetime sad in
his presence.
16-2:9 Then
I came to the governors beyond the river, and gave
them the king’s letters. Now the king had sent captains of the army and
horsemen with me.
16-7:2 That
I gave my brother Hanani, and Hananiah the ruler
of the palace, charge over Jerusalem: for he was a faithful man, and feared God above many.
16-7:70 And
some of the chief of the fathers gave unto the
work. The Tirshatha gave to the treasure a
thousand drams of gold, fifty basons, five hundred and thirty priests’
garments.
16-7:71 And
some of the chief of the fathers gave to the treasure of the work twenty thousand drams
of gold, and two thousand and two hundred pound of silver.
16-7:72 And
that which the rest of the people gave was twenty
thousand drams of gold, and two thousand pound of silver, and threescore and
seven priests’ garments.
16-8:8 So
they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them
to understand the reading.
16-12:31 Then
I brought up the princes of Judah upon the wall, and appointed two great companies of them that gave thanks, whereof
one went on the right hand upon the wall toward the dung gate:
16-12:38 And
the other company of them that gave thanks went over against them, and I after them, and the half of the people upon the wall,
from beyond the tower of the furnaces even unto the broad wall;
16-12:40 So
stood the two companies of them that gave thanks in the house of God, and I, and the
half of the rulers with me:
16-12:47 And
all Israel in the days of Zerubbabel, and in the days of Nehemiah, gave the portions of the singers and the porters,
every day his portion: and they sanctified holy
things unto the Levites; and the Levites sanctified them unto the children of Aaron.
17-1:7 And
they gave them
drink in vessels of gold, (the vessels being diverse one from another,) and
royal wine in abundance, according to the state of the king.
17-2:9 And
the maiden pleased him, and she obtained kindness of him; and he speedily gave her her things for purification, with such things
as belonged to her, and seven maidens, which
were meet to be given her, out of the king’s house: and he preferred her
and her maids unto the best place of
the house of the women.
17-2:18 Then
the king made a great feast unto all his princes and his servants, even Esther’s feast; and he made a
release to the provinces, and gave gifts,
according to the state of the king.
17-3:10 And
the king took his ring from his hand, and gave
it unto Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, the Jews’ enemy.
17-4:5 Then
called Esther for Hatach, one of the
king’s chamberlains, whom he had appointed to attend upon her, and gave him a commandment to Mordecai, to know what it was, and why it was.
17-4:8 Also
he gave him the copy of the writing of the
decree that was given at Shushan to destroy them, to shew it unto Esther, and to declare it
unto her, and to charge her that she should go in unto the king, to make
supplication unto him, and to make request before him for her people.
17-4:10 Again
Esther spake unto Hatach, and gave him
commandment unto Mordecai;
17-8:2 And
the king took off his ring, which he had taken from Haman, and gave it unto Mordecai. And Esther set Mordecai over
the house of Haman.
18-1:21 And
said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither:
the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away;
blessed be the name of the LORD.
18-19:16 I
called my servant, and he gave me no answer; I intreated him with my
mouth.
18-29:11 When
the ear heard me, then it blessed me;
and when the eye saw me, it gave witness to me:
18-29:21 Unto
me men gave
ear, and waited, and kept silence at my counsel.
18-32:11 Behold,
I waited for your words; I gave ear to your
reasons, whilst ye searched out what to say.
18-42:10 And
the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the
LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.
18-42:11 Then
came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that
had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house:
and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had
brought upon him: every man also gave him a
piece of money, and every one an earring of gold.
18-42:15 And
in all the land were no women found so fair
as the daughters of Job: and their father gave
them inheritance among their brethren.
19-18:13 The
LORD also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave
his voice; hail stones and coals of
fire.
19-68:11 The
Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.
19-69:21 They
gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst
they gave me vinegar to drink.
19-77:1 I
cried unto God with my voice, even unto
God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me.
19-78:15 He
clave the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink as out of the great depths.
19-78:29 So
they did eat, and were well filled: for he gave
them their own desire;
19-78:46 He
gave also their increase unto the caterpillar,
and their labour unto the locust.
19-78:48 He
gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their
flocks to hot thunderbolts.
19-78:50 He
made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;
19-78:62 He
gave his people over also unto the sword; and
was wroth with his inheritance.
19-81:12 So
I gave them up unto their own hearts’ lust: and they walked in their own counsels.
19-99:7 He
spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the
ordinance that he gave them.
19-105:32 He
gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.
19-105:44 And
gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited
the labour of the people;
19-106:15 And
he gave them their request; but sent leanness
into their soul.
19-106:41 And
he gave them into the hand of the heathen; and
they that hated them ruled over them.
19-135:12 And
gave their land for an heritage, an heritage unto Israel his people.
19-136:21 And
gave their land for an heritage: for his mercy endureth for ever:
20-8:29 When
he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters
should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the
earth:
21-1:13 And
I gave my heart to seek and search out by wisdom
concerning all things that are done
under heaven: this sore travail hath God given to the sons of man to be
exercised therewith.
21-1:17 And
I gave my heart to know wisdom, and to know
madness and folly: I perceived that this also is vexation of spirit.
21-12:7 Then
shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto
God who gave it.
21-12:9 And
moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge;
yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.
22-5:6 I
opened to my beloved; but my beloved had withdrawn himself, and was gone: my soul failed when he
spake: I sought him, but I could not find him; I called him, but he gave me no answer.
23-41:2 Who
raised up the righteous man from the
east, called him to his foot, gave the nations
before him, and made him rule over
kings? he gave them as the dust to his sword, and
as driven stubble to his bow.
23-42:24 Who
gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the
robbers? did not the LORD, he against whom we have sinned? for they would not
walk in his ways, neither were they obedient unto his law.
23-43:3 For
I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One
of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for
thee.
23-50:6 I
gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to
them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.
24-7:7 Then
will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever.
24-7:14 Therefore
will I do unto this house, which is
called by my name, wherein ye trust, and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I have done to
Shiloh.
24-16:15 But,
The LORD liveth, that brought up the children of Israel from the land of the
north, and from all the lands whither he had driven them: and I will bring them
again into their land that I gave unto their
fathers.
24-17:4 And
thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine
enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine
anger, which shall burn for ever.
24-23:39 Therefore,
behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you, and I will forsake you, and the
city that I gave you and your fathers, and cast you out of my presence:
24-24:10 And
I will send the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, among them, till they be
consumed from off the land that I gave unto them
and to their fathers.
24-30:3 For,
lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my
people Israel and Judah, saith the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the
land that I gave to their fathers, and they
shall possess it.
24-32:12 And
I gave the evidence of the purchase unto Baruch
the son of Neriah, the son of Maaseiah, in the sight of Hanameel mine uncle’s son, and in the presence of the
witnesses that subscribed the book of the purchase, before all the Jews that
sat in the court of the prison.
24-36:32 Then
took Jeremiah another roll, and gave it to
Baruch the scribe, the son of Neriah; who wrote therein from the mouth of
Jeremiah all the words of the book which Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in
the fire: and there were added besides unto them many like words.
24-39:5 But
the Chaldeans’ army pursued after them, and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of
Jericho: and when they had taken him, they brought him up to Nebuchadnezzar
king of Babylon to Riblah in the land of Hamath, where he gave judgment upon him.
24-39:10 But
Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard left of the poor of the people, which had
nothing, in the land of Judah, and gave them
vineyards and fields at the same time.
24-39:11 Now
Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon gave charge
concerning Jeremiah to Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard, saying,
24-40:5 Now
while he was not yet gone back, he said, Go
back also to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan, whom the king of
Babylon hath made governor over the cities of Judah, and dwell with him among
the people: or go wheresoever it seemeth convenient unto thee to go. So the
captain of the guard gave him victuals and a
reward, and let him go.
24-44:30 Thus
saith the LORD; Behold, I will give Pharaohhophra king of Egypt into the hand
of his enemies, and into the hand of them that seek his life; as I gave Zedekiah king of Judah into the hand of
Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, his enemy, and that sought his life.
24-52:9 Then
they took the king, and carried him up unto the king of Babylon to Riblah in
the land of Hamath; where he gave judgment upon
him.
25-1:19 I
called for my lovers, but they
deceived me: my priests and mine elders gave up
the ghost in the city, while they sought their meat to relieve their souls.
26-16:19 My
meat also which I gave thee, fine flour, and
oil, and honey, wherewith I fed thee,
thou hast even set it before them for a sweet savour: and thus it was, saith the Lord GOD.
26-20:11 And
I gave them my statutes, and shewed them my
judgments, which if a man do, he
shall even live in them.
26-20:12 Moreover
also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign
between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them.
26-20:25 Wherefore
I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live;
26-36:28 And
ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your
fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.
26-39:23 And
the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their
iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from
them, and gave them into the hand of their
enemies: so fell they all by the sword.
27-1:2 And
the Lord gave Jehoiakim king of Judah into his
hand, with part of the vessels of the house of God: which he carried into the
land of Shinar to the house of his god; and he brought the vessels into the
treasure house of his god.
27-1:7 Unto
whom the prince of the eunuchs gave names: for
he gave unto Daniel the name of Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of Shadrach; and to
Mishael, of Meshach; and to Azariah, of Abednego.
27-1:16 Thus
Melzar took away the portion of their meat, and the wine that they should
drink; and gave them pulse.
27-1:17 As
for these four children, God gave them knowledge
and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all
visions and dreams.
27-2:48 Then
the king made Daniel a great man, and gave him
many great gifts, and made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and
chief of the governors over all the wise men
of Babylon.
27-5:18 O
thou king, the most high God gave Nebuchadnezzar
thy father a kingdom, and majesty, and glory, and honour:
27-5:19 And
for the majesty that he gave him, all people,
nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: whom he would he slew;
and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he set up; and whom he would
he put down.
27-6:10 Now
when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his
windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees
three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks
before his God, as he did aforetime.
28-2:8 For
she did not know that I gave her corn, and wine,
and oil, and multiplied her silver and gold, which they prepared for Baal.
28-13:11 I
gave thee a king in mine anger, and took him away in my wrath.
30-2:12 But
ye gave the Nazarites wine to drink; and
commanded the prophets, saying, Prophesy not.
39-2:5 My
covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave
them to him for the fear wherewith he
feared me, and was afraid before my name.
40-8:18 Now when Jesus saw great multitudes
about him, he gave commandment to depart unto
the other side.
40-10:1 And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against
unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and
all manner of disease.
40-14:19 And he commanded the multitude to sit
down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up
to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the
loaves to his disciples, and the
disciples to the multitude.
40-15:36 And he took the seven loaves and the
fishes, and gave thanks, and brake them, and gave
to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
40-21:23 And when he was come into the temple,
the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was
teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?
40-25:15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one;
to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his
journey.
40-25:35 For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
40-25:37 Then shall the righteous answer him,
saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
40-25:42 For I was an hungered, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
40-26:26 And as they were eating, Jesus took
bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave
it to the disciples, and said, Take,
eat; this is my body.
40-26:27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
40-26:48 Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss,
that same is he: hold him fast.
40-27:10 And gave
them for the potter’s field, as the Lord appointed me.
40-27:34 They gave
him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink.
40-27:48 And straightway one of them ran, and
took a spunge, and filled it with
vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink.
40-28:12 And when they were assembled with the
elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large
money unto the soldiers,
41-2:26 How he went into the house of God in
the days of Abiathar the high priest, and did eat the shewbread, which is not
lawful to eat but for the priests, and gave also
to them which were with him?
41-5:13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and

bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.

Moses, but of the fathers;) and ye on the sabbath day circumcise a man.

is greater than all; and no man is

and many of the saints did I shut up in prison, having received authority from
the chief priests; and when they were put to death, I gave
my voice against them.
44-27:3 And the next day we touched at Sidon. And Julius courteously entreated Paul, and

did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
45-1:28 And even as they did not like to
retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things
which are not convenient;
