01-2:5 And
every plant of the field before it was in the
earth, and every herb of the field before it
grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
01-2:19 And
out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call
them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
01-2:20 And
Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of
the field; but for Adam there was not found an
help meet for him.
01-3:1 Now
the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field
which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye
shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
01-3:14 And
the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above
every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt
thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
01-3:18 Thorns
also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of
the field;

01-23:9 That
he may give me the cave of Machpelah, which he hath, which is in the end of his field; for as
much money as it is worth he shall give it me for a possession of a
buryingplace amongst you.
01-23:11 Nay,
my lord, hear me: the field give I thee, and the
cave that is therein, I give it thee;
in the presence of the sons of my people give I it thee: bury thy dead.
01-23:13 And
he spake unto Ephron in the audience of the people of the land, saying, But if
thou wilt give it, I pray thee, hear
me: I will give thee money for the field; take it of me, and I will bury my dead there.
01-23:17 And
the field of Ephron, which was in Machpelah, which was before
Mamre, the field, and the cave which was therein, and all the trees that were in the field,
that were in all the borders round
about, were made sure

01-25:29 And
Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field,
and he was faint:
01-27:3 Now
therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to
the field, and take me some venison;
01-27:5 And

venison, and to bring it.

LORD hath blessed:

have hired thee with my son’s mandrakes. And he lay with her that night.

they heard it: and the men were
grieved, and they were very wroth, because he had wrought folly in

took their sheep, and their oxen, and their asses, and that which was in the city, and that which was in the field,

the field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and also
stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves stood round about, and made obeisance
to my sheaf.

had made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, that the LORD
blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake; and the blessing of the LORD
was upon all that he had in the house, and in the field.
01-41:48 And
he gathered up all the food of the seven years, which were in the land of Egypt,
and laid up the food in the cities: the food of the field,
which was round about every city,
laid he up in the same.
01-47:20 And
Joseph bought all the
01-47:24 And
it shall come to pass in the increase, that ye shall give the fifth part unto Pharaoh, and four parts shall
be your own, for seed of the field, and for your
food, and for them of your households, and for food for your little ones.
01-49:29 And
he charged them, and said unto them, I am to be gathered unto my people: bury
me with my fathers in the cave that is in
the field of Ephron the Hittite,
01-49:30 In
the cave that is in the field of Machpelah, which is before Mamre, in the

purchase of the field and of the cave that is therein was from the children of Heth.
01-50:13 For
his sons carried him into the
02-1:14 And
they made their lives bitter with hard bondage, in morter, and in brick, and in
all manner of service in the field: all their
service, wherein they made them serve, was
with rigour.
02-9:3 Behold,
the hand of the LORD is upon thy cattle which is in the field, upon the horses,
upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the oxen, and upon the sheep: there shall be a very grievous murrain.
02-9:19 Send
therefore now, and gather thy cattle,
and all that thou hast in the field; for upon every man and beast which shall
be found in the field, and shall not be brought
home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die.
02-9:21 And
he that regarded not the word of the LORD left his servants and his cattle in
the field.
02-9:22 And
the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there
may be hail in all the
02-9:25 And
the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and
beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field,
and brake every tree of the field.
02-10:5 And
they shall cover the face of the earth, that one cannot be able to see the earth:
and they shall eat the residue of that which is escaped, which remaineth unto
you from the hail, and shall eat every tree which groweth for you out of the field:
02-10:15 For
they covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened; and
they did eat every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees which the
hail had left: and there remained not any green thing in the trees, or in the
herbs of the field, through all the
02-16:25 And
Moses said, Eat that to day; for to day is
a sabbath unto the LORD: to day ye shall not find it in the field.
02-22:5 If
a man shall cause a field or vineyard to be
eaten, and shall put in his beast, and shall feed in another man’s field; of the best of his own field,
and of the best of his own vineyard, shall he make restitution.
02-22:6 If
fire break out, and catch in thorns, so that the stacks of corn, or the
standing corn, or the field, be consumed therewith; he that kindled the fire
shall surely make restitution.
02-22:31 And
ye shall be holy men unto me: neither shall ye eat any flesh that is torn of
beasts in the field; ye shall cast it to the
dogs.
02-23:11 But
the seventh year thou shalt let it
rest and lie still; that the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave
the beasts of the field shall eat. In like
manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, and
with thy oliveyard.
02-23:16 And
the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in
the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when
thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.
02-23:29 I
will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become
desolate, and the beast of the field multiply
against thee.
03-14:7 And
he shall sprinkle upon him that is to be cleansed from the leprosy seven times,
and shall pronounce him clean, and shall let the living bird loose into the
open field.
03-17:5 To
the end that the children of
03-19:9 And
when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners
of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the
gleanings of thy harvest.
03-19:19 Ye
shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse
kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled
seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee.
03-23:22 And
when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of
the corners of thy field when thou reapest,
neither shalt thou gather any gleaning of thy harvest: thou shalt leave them
unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am the
LORD your God.
03-25:3 Six
years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years
thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;
03-25:4 But
in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the
LORD: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor
prune thy vineyard.
03-25:12 For
it is the jubile; it shall be holy
unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.
03-25:34 But
the field of the suburbs of their cities may not
be sold; for it is their perpetual
possession.
03-26:4 Then
I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and
the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
03-27:16 And
if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some
part of a field of his possession, then thy
estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of
silver.
03-27:17 If
he sanctify his field from the year of jubile,
according to thy estimation it shall stand.
03-27:18 But
if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then
the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain,
even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.
03-27:19 And
if he that sanctified the field will in any wise
redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part
of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
03-27:20 And
if he will not redeem the field, or if he have
sold the field to another man, it shall not be
redeemed any more.
03-27:21 But
the field, when it goeth out in the jubile,
shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted;
the possession thereof shall be the priest’s.
03-27:22 And
if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;
03-27:24 In
the year of the jubile the field shall return
unto him of whom it was bought, even to
him to whom the possession of the land did
belong.
03-27:28 Notwithstanding
no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed:
every devoted thing is most holy unto
the LORD.

way.

neighbour’s house, his field, or his manservant,
or his maidservant, his ox, or his ass, or any thing that is thy
neighbour’s.
05-7:22 And
the LORD thy God will put out those nations before thee by little and little:
thou mayest not consume them at once, lest the beasts of the field increase upon thee.
05-14:22 Thou
shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year.
05-20:19 When
thou shalt besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it,
thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an ax against them: for
thou mayest eat of them, and thou shalt not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man’s
life) to employ them in the siege:
05-21:1 If
one be found slain in the land which
the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it
be not known who hath slain him:
05-22:25 But
if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field,
and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her
shall die:
05-22:27 For
he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.
05-24:19 When
thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field,
and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt
not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and
for the widow: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine
hands.
05-28:3 Blessed
shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt
thou be in the field.
05-28:16 Cursed
shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt
thou be in the field.

shalt carry much seed out into the field, and
shalt gather but little in; for the
locust shall consume it.

Caleb said unto her, What wilt thou?

07-9:32 Now
therefore up by night, thou and the people that is with thee, and lie in wait in the field:
07-9:42 And

field, and looked, and, behold, the people were come forth out of the city; and he
rose up against them, and smote them.

07-19:16 And,
behold, there came an old man from his work out of the field
at even, which was also of mount Ephraim;
and he sojourned in Gibeah: but the men of the place were Benjamites.
07-20:31 And
the children of Benjamin went out against the people, and were drawn away from the city; and they began to smite of the

Gibeah in the field, about thirty men of Israel.

she went, and came, and gleaned in the field
after the reapers: and her hap was to light on a part of the field belonging unto
Boaz, who was of the kindred of
Elimelech.
08-2:8 Then
said Boaz unto Ruth, Hearest thou not, my daughter? Go not to glean in another field, neither go from hence, but abide here fast by
my maidens:
08-2:9 Let thine eyes be on the field that they do reap,
and go thou after them: have I not charged the young men that they shall not
touch thee? and when thou art athirst, go unto the vessels, and drink of that which the young men have drawn.
08-2:17 So
she gleaned in the field until even, and beat
out that she had gleaned: and it was about an ephah of barley.
08-2:22 And
Naomi said unto Ruth her daughter in law, It
is good, my daughter, that thou go out with his maidens, that they meet
thee not in any other field.
08-4:5 Then
said Boaz, What day thou buyest the field of the
hand of Naomi, thou must buy it also
of Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of the dead, to raise up the name of the dead
upon his inheritance.

the Philistines put themselves in array against
09-6:14 And
the cart came into the field of Joshua, a
Bethshemite, and stood there, where there
was a great stone: and they clave the wood of the cart, and offered the
kine a burnt offering unto the LORD.
09-6:18 And
the golden mice, according to the
number of all the cities of the Philistines belonging
to the five lords, both of fenced
cities, and of country villages, even unto the great stone of Abel, whereon they set down the ark of the LORD: which stone remaineth unto this day in
the field of Joshua, the Bethshemite.

09-14:15 And
there was trembling in the host, in the field,
and among all the people: the garrison, and the spoilers, they also trembled,
and the earth quaked: so it was a very great trembling.
09-17:44 And
the Philistine said to David, Come to me, and I will give thy flesh unto the
fowls of the air, and to the beasts of the field.

where thou art, and I will commune
with my father of thee; and what I see, that I will tell thee.
09-20:5 And

the third day at even.
09-20:11 And
Jonathan said unto David, Come, and let us go out into the field. And they went out both of them into the field.

lad with him.

him to David, and gave him bread, and he did eat; and they made him drink water;
10-10:8 And
the children of Ammon came out, and put the battle in array at the entering in
of the gate: and the Syrians of Zoba, and of Rehob, and Ishtob, and Maacah, were by themselves in the field.
10-11:23 And
the messenger said unto David, Surely the men prevailed against us, and came
out unto us into the field, and we were upon
them even unto the entering of the gate.
10-14:6 And
thy handmaid had two sons, and they two strove together in the field, and there
was none to part them, but the one smote the other, and slew him.
10-14:30 Therefore
he said unto his servants, See, Joab’s field is
near mine, and he hath barley there; go and set it on fire. And Absalom’s
servants set the field on fire.
10-14:31 Then
Joab arose, and came to Absalom unto his house,
and said unto him, Wherefore have thy servants set my field
on fire?
10-17:8 For,
said Hushai, thou knowest thy father and his men, that they be mighty men, and they be chafed in their minds, as a bear
robbed of her whelps in the field: and thy
father is a man of war, and will not
lodge with the people.
10-18:6 So
the people went out into the field against
10-20:12 And

all the people stood still, he removed Amasa out of the highway into the field, and cast a cloth upon him, when he saw that
every one that came by him stood still.
10-21:10 And
Rizpah the daughter of Aiah took sackcloth, and spread it for her upon the
rock, from the beginning of harvest until water dropped upon them out of

the beasts of the field by night.
11-11:29 And
it came to pass at that time when Jeroboam went out of Jerusalem, that the
prophet Ahijah the Shilonite found him in the way; and he had clad himself with
a new garment; and they two were alone
in the field:
11-14:11 Him
that dieth of Jeroboam in the city shall the dogs eat; and him that dieth in
the field shall the fowls of the air eat: for
the LORD hath spoken it.
11-21:24 Him
that dieth of Ahab in the city the dogs shall eat; and him that dieth in the field shall the fowls of the air eat.

found a wild vine, and gathered thereof wild gourds his lap full, and came and
shred them into the pot of pottage:
for they knew them not.
12-7:12 And
the king arose in the night, and said unto his servants, I will now shew you
what the Syrians have done to us. They know that we be hungry; therefore are they gone out of the camp to hide
themselves in the field, saying, When they come
out of the city, we shall catch them alive, and get into the city.
12-8:6 And
when the king asked the woman, she told him. So the king appointed unto her a
certain officer, saying, Restore all that was
hers, and all the fruits of the field since
the day that she left the land, even until now.
12-9:25 Then
said Jehu to Bidkar his captain, Take
up, and cast him in the portion of
the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for remember
how that, when I and thou rode together after Ahab his father, the LORD laid
this burden upon him;
12-9:37 And
the carcase of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel; so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel.
12-18:17 And
the king of
12-19:26 Therefore
their inhabitants were of small power, they were dismayed and confounded; they
were as the grass of the field, and as the
green herb, as the grass on the house
tops, and as corn blasted before it
be grown up.
13-1:46 And
when Husham was dead, Hadad the son of Bedad, which smote Midian in the field of
13-19:9 And
the children of Ammon came out, and put the battle in array before the gate of
the city: and the kings that were come were
by themselves in the field.
13-27:26 And
over them that did the work of the field for
tillage of the ground was Ezri the
son of Chelub:
14-26:23 So
Uzziah slept with his fathers, and they buried him with his fathers in the field of the burial which belonged to the kings; for they said, He is a leper: and Jotham his son reigned in his stead.
14-31:5 And
as soon as the commandment came abroad, the children of Israel brought in
abundance the firstfruits of corn, wine, and oil, and honey, and of all the
increase of the field; and the tithe of all things brought they in abundantly.
16-13:10 And
I perceived that the portions of the Levites had not been given them: for the Levites and the singers,
that did the work, were fled every one to his field.
18-5:23 For
thou shalt be in league with the stones of the field:
and the beasts of the field shall be at peace
with thee.
18-24:6 They
reap every one his corn in the field: and they gather the vintage of the wicked.
18-40:20 Surely
the mountains bring him forth food, where all the beasts of the field play.
19-8:7 All
sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;
19-50:11 I
know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.
19-78:12 Marvellous
things did he in the sight of their fathers, in the
19-78:43 How
he had wrought his signs in
19-80:13 The
boar out of the wood doth waste it, and the wild beast of the field doth devour it.
19-96:12 Let
the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of
the wood rejoice
19-103:15 As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
19-104:11 They
give drink to every beast of the field: the wild
asses quench their thirst.
20-24:27 Prepare
thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field;
and afterwards build thine house.
20-24:30 I
went by the field of the slothful, and by the
vineyard of the man void of understanding;
20-27:26 The
lambs are for thy clothing, and the
goats are the price of the field.
20-31:16 She
considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the
fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
21-5:9 Moreover
the profit of the earth is for all: the king himself is served by the field.
22-2:7 I
charge you, O ye daughters of
22-3:5 I
charge you, O ye daughters of
22-7:11 Come,
my beloved, let us go forth into the field; let
us lodge in the villages.
23-5:8 Woe
unto them that join house to house, that lay
field to field,
till there be no place, that they may
be placed alone in the midst of the earth!
23-7:3 Then
said the LORD unto Isaiah, Go forth now to meet Ahaz, thou, and Shearjashub thy
son, at the end of the conduit of the upper pool in the highway of the fuller’s
field;
23-10:18 And
shall consume the glory of his forest, and of his fruitful field, both soul and body: and they shall be as when a
standardbearer fainteth.
23-16:10 And
gladness is taken away, and joy out of the plentiful field;
and in the vineyards there shall be no singing, neither shall there be
shouting: the treaders shall tread out no wine in their presses; I have made their
vintage shouting to cease.
23-29:17 Is it not yet a very little while, and
23-32:15 Until
the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field
be counted for a forest.
23-32:16 Then
judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the
fruitful field.
23-36:2 And
the king of
23-37:27 Therefore
their inhabitants were of small
power, they were dismayed and confounded: they were as the grass of the field, and as the green herb, as the grass on the housetops, and as corn blasted before it be grown up.
23-40:6 The
voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:
23-43:20 The
beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons
and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.
23-55:12 For
ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the
hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their
hands.
23-56:9 All
ye beasts of the field, come to devour, yea, all ye beasts in the forest.
24-4:17 As
keepers of a field, are they against her round
about; because she hath been rebellious against me, saith the LORD.
24-6:25 Go
not forth into the field, nor walk by the way;
for the sword of the enemy and fear is on every side.
24-7:20 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, mine anger and my fury shall be poured out
upon this place, upon man, and upon beast, and upon the trees of the field, and upon the fruit of the ground; and it shall
burn, and shall not be quenched.
24-9:22 Speak,
Thus saith the LORD, Even the carcases of men shall fall as dung upon the open field, and as the handful after the harvestman, and
none shall gather them.
24-12:4 How
long shall the land mourn, and the herbs of every field
wither, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein? the beasts are consumed,
and the birds; because they said, He shall not see our last end.
24-12:9 Mine
heritage is unto me as a speckled bird, the birds round
about are against her; come ye,
assemble all the beasts of the field, come to
devour.
24-14:5 Yea,
the hind also calved in the field, and forsook it, because there was no grass.
24-14:18 If
I go forth into the field, then behold the slain
with the sword! and if I enter into the city, then behold them that are sick
with famine! yea, both the prophet and the priest go about into a land that
they know not.
24-17:3 O
my mountain in the field, I will give thy
substance and all thy treasures to
the spoil, and thy high places for
sin, throughout all thy borders.
24-18:14 Will
a man leave the snow of
24-26:18 Micah
the Morasthite prophesied in the days of Hezekiah king of
24-27:6 And
now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of
24-28:14 For
thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke of iron upon
the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of
Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of the field also.
24-32:7 Behold,
Hanameel the son of Shallum thine uncle shall come unto thee, saying, Buy thee
my field that is in Anathoth: for the right of redemption is thine to buy it.
24-32:8 So
Hanameel mine uncle’s son came to me in the court of the prison according to
the word of the LORD, and said unto me, Buy my field,
I pray thee, that is in Anathoth,
which is in the country of Benjamin:
for the right of inheritance is thine,
and the redemption is thine; buy it for thyself. Then I knew that this was the word of the LORD.
24-32:9 And
I bought the field of Hanameel my uncle’s son,
that was in Anathoth, and weighed him
the money, even seventeen shekels of
silver.
24-32:25 And
thou hast said unto me, O Lord GOD, Buy thee the field
for money, and take witnesses; for the city is given into the hand of the
Chaldeans.
24-35:9 Nor
to build houses for us to dwell in: neither have we vineyard, nor field, nor seed:
24-41:8 But
ten men were found among them that said unto Ishmael, Slay us not: for we have
treasures in the field, of wheat, and of barley,
and of oil, and of honey. So he forbare, and slew them not among their
brethren.
24-48:33 And
joy and gladness is taken from the plentiful field,
and from the
25-4:9 They that be slain with the sword are
better than they that be slain with
hunger: for these pine away, stricken through for want of the fruits of the field.
26-7:15 The
sword is without, and the pestilence
and the famine within: he that is in
the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall
devour him.
26-16:5 None
eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee;
but thou wast cast out in the open field, to the
loathing of thy person, in the day that thou wast born.
26-16:7 I
have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the field,
and thou hast increased and waxen great, and thou art come to excellent
ornaments: thy breasts are fashioned,
and thine hair is grown, whereas thou wast
naked and bare.
26-17:5 He
took also of the seed of the land, and planted it in a fruitful field; he placed it
by great waters, and set it as a willow tree.
26-17:24 And
all the trees of the field shall know that I the
LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up
the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken
and have done it.
26-20:46 Son
of man, set thy face toward the south, and drop thy word toward the south, and prophesy against the forest of the
south field;
26-26:6 And
her daughters which are in the field shall be slain by the sword; and they shall know
that I am the LORD.
26-26:8 He
shall slay with the sword thy daughters in the field:
and he shall make a fort against thee, and cast a mount against thee, and lift
up the buckler against thee.
26-29:5 And
I will leave thee thrown into the
wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open
fields; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered: I have given thee for
meat to the beasts of the field and to the fowls
of the heaven.
26-31:4 The
waters made him great, the deep set him up on high with her rivers running
round about his plants, and sent out her little rivers unto all the trees of
the field.
26-31:5 Therefore
his height was exalted above all the trees of the field,
and his boughs were multiplied, and his branches became long because of the
multitude of waters, when he shot forth.
26-31:6 All
the fowls of heaven made their nests in his boughs, and under his branches did
all the beasts of the field bring forth their
young, and under his shadow dwelt all great nations.
26-31:13 Upon
his ruin shall all the fowls of the heaven remain, and all the beasts of the field shall be upon his branches:
26-31:15 Thus
saith the Lord GOD; In the day when he went down to the grave I caused a
mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the floods thereof, and
the great waters were stayed: and I caused
26-32:4 Then
will I leave thee upon the land, I will cast thee forth upon the open field, and will cause all the fowls of the heaven to
remain upon thee, and I will fill the beasts of the whole earth with thee.
26-33:27 Say
thou thus unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; As I live, surely they that are
in the wastes shall fall by the sword, and him that is in the open field will I give to
the beasts to be devoured, and they that be
in the forts and in the caves shall die of the pestilence.
26-34:5 And
they were scattered, because there is no
shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered.
26-34:8 As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely
because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there
was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the
shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock;
26-34:27 And
the tree of the field shall yield her fruit, and
the earth shall yield her increase, and they shall be safe in their land, and
shall know that I am the LORD, when I
have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered them out of the hand of
those that served themselves of them.
26-36:30 And
I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the field, that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine
among the heathen.
26-38:20 So
that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the
earth, and all the men that are upon the
face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be
thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the
ground.
26-39:4 Thou
shalt fall upon the mountains of
26-39:5 Thou
shalt fall upon the open field: for I have
spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.
26-39:10 So
that they shall take no wood out of the field,
neither cut down any out of the
forests; for they shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall spoil those
that spoiled them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord GOD.
26-39:17 And,
thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and
to every beast of the field, Assemble
yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do
sacrifice for you, even a great
sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood.
27-2:38 And
wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into
thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold.
27-4:12 The
leaves thereof were fair, and the
fruit thereof much, and in it was meat
for all: the beasts of the field had shadow
under it, and the fowls of the heaven dwelt in the boughs thereof, and all
flesh was fed of it.
27-4:15 Nevertheless
leave the stump of his roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass,
in the tender grass of the field; and let it be
wet with the dew of heaven, and let his
portion be with the beasts in the
grass of the earth:
27-4:21 Whose
leaves were fair, and the fruit
thereof much, and in it was meat for
all; under which the beasts of the field dwelt,
and upon whose branches the fowls of the heaven had their habitation:
27-4:23 And
whereas the king saw a watcher and an holy one coming down from heaven, and saying,
Hew the tree down, and destroy it; yet leave the stump of the roots thereof in
the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts of the field,
till seven times pass over him;
27-4:25 That
they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of
the field, and they shall make thee to eat grass
as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall
pass over thee, till thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men,
and giveth it to whomsoever he will.
27-4:32 And
they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field:
they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over
thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and
giveth it to whomsoever he will.
28-2:12 And
I will destroy her vines and her fig trees, whereof she hath said, These are my rewards that my lovers have given
me: and I will make them a forest, and the beasts of the field shall eat them.
28-2:18 And
in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping things of the ground:
and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the earth, and
will make them to lie down safely.
28-4:3 Therefore
shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with
the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of
heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.
28-10:4 They
have spoken words, swearing falsely in making a covenant: thus judgment
springeth up as hemlock in the furrows of the field.
29-1:10 The
field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn
is wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth.
29-1:11 Be
ye ashamed, O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye vinedressers, for the wheat and for the
barley; because the harvest of the field is
perished.
29-1:12 The
vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm
tree also, and the apple tree, even all
the trees of the field, are withered: because
joy is withered away from the sons of men.
29-1:19 O
LORD, to thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the
wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field.
29-1:20 The
beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for the
rivers of waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the
wilderness.
29-2:22 Be
not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the
pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig
tree and the vine do yield their strength.
33-1:6 Therefore
I will make
33-3:12 Therefore
shall
33-4:10 Be
in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in
travail: for now shalt thou go forth out of the city, and thou shalt dwell in
the field, and thou shalt go even to Babylon; there shalt thou be
delivered; there the LORD shall redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.
38-10:1 Ask
ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of
rain, to every one grass in the field.
39-3:11 And
I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits
of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts.
40-6:28 And why take ye thought for raiment?
Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow;
they toil not, neither do they spin:
40-6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the
grass of the field, which to day is, and to
morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not
much more clothe you, O ye of little
faith?
40-13:24 Another parable put he forth unto
them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed
in his field:
40-13:27 So the servants of the householder
came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
40-13:31 Another parable put he forth unto
them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a
man took, and sowed in his field:
40-13:36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away,
and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto
us the parable of the tares of the field.
40-13:38 The field
is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are
the children of the wicked one;
40-13:44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like
unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a
man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he
hath, and buyeth that field.
40-24:18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
40-24:40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
40-27:7 And they took counsel, and bought
with them the potter’s field, to bury strangers
in.
40-27:8 Wherefore that field was called, The field
of blood, unto this day.
40-27:10 And gave them for the potter’s field, as the Lord appointed me.
41-13:16 And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.
42-2:8 And there were in the same country
shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch
over their flock by night.
42-12:28 If then God so clothe the grass,
which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast
into the oven; how much more will he
clothe you, O ye of little faith?
42-15:25 Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he
heard musick and dancing.
42-17:7 But which of you, having a servant
plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from
the field, Go and sit down to meat?
42-17:31 In that day, he which shall be upon the
housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away:
and he that is in the field, let him likewise
not return back.
42-17:36 Two men shall be in the field; the one
shall be taken, and the other left.
44-1:18 Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling
headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out.
44-1:19 And it was known unto all the
dwellers at Jerusalem; insomuch as that field is
called in their proper tongue, Aceldama, that is to say, The field of blood.
