your enemies.

wherefore hath the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall
by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not
better for us to return into

as for you, your carcases, they shall
fall in this wilderness.

upon the priests of the LORD.

kill us, we shall but die.

men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in
the war.

23-24:18 And
it shall come to pass, that he who

into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken
in the snare: for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the
earth do shake.
23-24:20 The

the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept;
line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

fail together.

there knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of it in the
fire; yea, also I have baked bread upon the coals thereof; I have roasted
flesh, and eaten it: and shall I make
the residue thereof an abomination? shall I fall
down to the stock of a tree?
23-45:14 Thus
saith the LORD, The labour of Egypt, and merchandise of Ethiopia and of the
Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine:
they shall come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto
thee, saying, Surely God is in thee; and there is none else, there is no
God.
23-46:6 They
lavish gold out of the bag, and weigh silver in the balance, and hire a goldsmith; and he maketh it a
god: they fall down, yea, they worship.

shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and
mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be
able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know.
23-54:15 Behold,
they shall surely gather together, but not
by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.
24-3:12 Go
and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding
24-6:15 Were
they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all
ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore they shall fall among them that fall: at the
time that I visit them they shall be
cast down, saith the LORD.
24-6:21 Therefore
thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and
the fathers and the sons together shall fall
upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish.

thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD; Shall they fall, and not arise? shall he turn away, and not
return?

they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all
ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore shall they fall among them that fall: in the
time of their visitation they shall be cast down, saith the LORD.

Thus saith the LORD, Even the carcases of men shall fall
as dung upon the open field, and as the handful after the harvestman, and none
shall gather them.

widows are increased to me above the sand of the seas: I have brought upon them
against the mother of the young men a spoiler at noonday: I have caused him to fall
upon it suddenly, and terrors upon the city.
24-19:7 And
I will make void the counsel of
24-20:4 For
thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will make thee a terror to thyself, and to all thy
friends: and they shall fall by the sword of
their enemies, and thine eyes shall behold it:
and I will give all Judah into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he
shall carry them captive into Babylon, and shall slay them with the sword.
24-23:12 Wherefore
their way shall be unto them as slippery ways
in the darkness: they shall be driven on, and fall
therein: for I will bring evil upon them, even
the year of their visitation, saith the LORD.
24-23:19 Behold,
a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it
shall fall grievously upon the head of the
wicked.
24-25:27 Therefore
thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel;
Drink ye, and be drunken, and spue, and fall,
and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send among you.
24-25:34 Howl,
ye shepherds, and cry; and wallow yourselves in the ashes, ye principal of the flock: for the days of your
slaughter and of your dispersions are accomplished; and ye shall fall like a pleasant vessel.
24-30:23 Behold,
the whirlwind of the LORD goeth forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it
shall fall with pain upon the head of the
wicked.
24-37:14 Then
said Jeremiah, It is false; I fall not away to the Chaldeans. But he hearkened not
to him: so Irijah took Jeremiah, and brought him to the princes.
24-39:18 For
I will surely deliver thee, and thou shalt not fall
by the sword, but thy life shall be for a prey unto thee: because thou hast put
thy trust in me, saith the LORD.
24-44:12 And
I will take the remnant of Judah, that have set their faces to go into the land
of Egypt to sojourn there, and they shall all be consumed, and fall in the land of Egypt; they
shall even be consumed by the sword and by the famine: they shall die, from
the least even unto the greatest, by the sword and by the famine: and they
shall be an execration, and an
astonishment, and a curse, and a reproach.
24-46:6 Let
not the swift flee away, nor the mighty man escape; they shall stumble, and fall toward the north by the river
24-46:16 He
made many to fall, yea, one fell upon another:
and they said, Arise, and let us go again to our own people, and to the land of
our nativity, from the oppressing sword.
24-48:44 He
that fleeth from the fear shall fall into the
pit; and he that getteth up out of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for I
will bring upon it, even upon

earth is moved at the noise of their fall, at
the cry the noise thereof was heard in the

her young men shall fall in her streets, and all
the men of war shall be cut off in that day, saith the LORD of hosts.

shall her young men fall in the streets, and all
her men of war shall be cut off in that day, saith the LORD.
24-50:32 And
the most proud shall stumble and fall, and none
shall raise him up: and I will kindle a fire in his cities, and it shall devour
all round about him.
24-51:4 Thus
the slain shall fall in the land of the Chaldeans,
and they that are thrust through in
her streets.
24-51:44 And
I will punish Bel in
24-51:47 Therefore,
behold, the days come, that I will do judgment upon the graven images of
24-51:49 As
25-1:14 The
yoke of my transgressions is bound by his hand: they are wreathed, and come up upon my neck: he hath made
my strength to fall, the Lord hath delivered me
into their hands, from whom I am not able to rise up.
26-5:12 A
third part of thee shall die with the pestilence, and with famine shall they be
consumed in the midst of thee: and a third part shall fall
by the sword round about thee; and I will scatter a third part into all the
winds, and I will draw out a sword after them.
26-6:7 And
the slain shall fall in the midst of you, and ye
shall know that I am the LORD.
26-6:11 Thus
saith the Lord GOD; Smite with thine hand, and stamp with thy foot, and say,
Alas for all the evil abominations of the house of
26-6:12 He
that is far off shall die of the pestilence; and he that is near shall fall by the sword; and he that remaineth and is
besieged shall die by the famine: thus will I accomplish my fury upon them.

shall fall by the sword; I will judge you in the
border of
26-13:11 Say
unto them which daub it with
untempered morter, that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and ye, O
great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind
shall rend it.
26-13:14 So
will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered morter, and bring it down to the ground,
so that the foundation thereof shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof:
and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
26-17:21 And
all his fugitives with all his bands shall fall
by the sword, and they that remain shall be scattered toward all winds: and ye
shall know that I the LORD have spoken it.
26-23:25 And
I will set my jealousy against thee, and they shall deal furiously with thee:
they shall take away thy nose and thine ears; and thy remnant shall fall by the sword: they shall take thy sons and thy
daughters; and thy residue shall be devoured by the fire.
26-24:6 Wherefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the bloody city, to the pot whose scum is therein, and whose scum is not gone
out of it! bring it out piece by piece; let no lot fall
upon it.
26-24:21 Speak
unto the house of
26-25:13 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also stretch out mine hand upon
26-26:15 Thus
saith the Lord GOD to Tyrus; Shall not the isles shake at the sound of thy fall, when the wounded cry, when the slaughter is made
in the midst of thee?
26-26:18 Now
shall the isles tremble in the day of thy fall;
yea, the isles that are in the sea
shall be troubled at thy departure.
26-27:27 Thy
riches, and thy fairs, thy merchandise, thy mariners, and thy pilots, thy
calkers, and the occupiers of thy merchandise, and all thy men of war, that are in thee, and in all thy company
which is in the midst of thee, shall fall into the midst of the seas in the day of thy
ruin.
26-27:34 In
the time when thou shalt be broken by
the seas in the depths of the waters thy merchandise and all thy company in the
midst of thee shall fall.
26-29:5 And
I will leave thee thrown into the
wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open fields; thou shalt not be brought
together, nor gathered: I have given thee for meat to the beasts of the field
and to the fowls of the heaven.
26-30:4 And
the sword shall come upon
26-30:5
26-30:6 Thus
saith the LORD; They also that uphold

young men of Aven and of Pibeseth shall fall by
the sword: and these cities shall go
into captivity.
26-30:22 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against
Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the strong, and that which was
broken; and I will cause the sword to fall out
of his hand.
26-30:25 But
I will strengthen the arms of the king of
