01-4:7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not
be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
01-6:16 A window shalt thou make to the ark,
and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; and the door
of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories
shalt thou make it.
01-18:1 And the LORD appeared unto him in
the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door
in the heat of the day;
01-18:2 And he lift up his eyes and looked,
and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door,
and bowed himself toward the ground,
01-18:10 And he said, I will certainly return
unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a
son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind
him.
01-19:6 And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door
after him,
01-19:9 And they said, Stand back. And they
said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will
needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them. And they
pressed sore upon the man, even Lot,
and came near to break the door.
01-19:10 But the men put forth their hand, and
pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door.
01-19:11 And they smote the men that were at the door
of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied
themselves to find the door.
01-43:19 And they came near to the steward of
Joseph’s house, and they communed with him at the door
of the house,
02-12:7 And
they shall take of the blood, and strike it
on the two side posts and on the upper door
post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it.
02-12:22 And
ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it
in the blood that is in the
bason, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you shall
go out at the door of his house until the
morning.
02-12:23 For
the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood
upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in
unto your houses to smite you.
02-21:6 Then
his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door
post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve
him for ever.
02-26:36 And
thou shalt make an hanging for the door of the
tent, of blue, and purple, and
scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needlework.
02-29:4 And
Aaron and his sons thou shalt bring unto the door
of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shalt wash them with water.
02-29:11 And
thou shalt kill the bullock before the LORD, by the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation.
02-29:32 And
Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket, by the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation.

throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the
LORD: where I will meet you, to speak there unto thee.
02-33:8 And
it came to pass, when Moses went out unto the tabernacle, that all the people rose up, and stood every man at his tent door,
and looked after Moses, until he was gone into the tabernacle.
02-33:9 And
it came to pass, as Moses entered into the tabernacle, the cloudy pillar descended,
and stood at the door of the tabernacle, and the LORD talked with Moses.
02-33:10 And
all the people saw the cloudy pillar stand at
the tabernacle door: and all the people rose
up and worshipped, every man in his
tent door.
02-35:15 And
the incense altar, and his staves, and the anointing oil, and the sweet
incense, and the hanging for the door at the
entering in of the tabernacle,
02-35:17 The
hangings of the court, his pillars, and their sockets, and the hanging for the door of the court,
02-36:37 And
he made an hanging for the tabernacle door of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and
fine twined linen, of needlework;
02-38:8 And
he made the laver of brass, and the
foot of it of brass, of the
lookingglasses of the women assembling,
which assembled at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
02-38:30 And
therewith he made the sockets to the door of the
tabernacle of the congregation, and the brasen altar, and the brasen grate for
it, and all the vessels of the altar,
02-39:38 And
the golden altar, and the anointing oil, and the sweet incense, and the hanging
for the tabernacle door,
02-40:5 And
thou shalt set the altar of gold for the incense before the ark of the
testimony, and put the hanging of the door to
the tabernacle.

thou shalt set the altar of the burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the
congregation.
02-40:12 And
thou shalt bring Aaron and his sons unto the door
of the tabernacle of the congregation, and wash them with water.
02-40:28 And
he set up the hanging at the door of the tabernacle.
02-40:29 And
he put the altar of burnt offering by the
door of the tabernacle of the tent of the
congregation, and offered upon it the burnt offering and the meat offering; as
the LORD commanded Moses.
03-1:3 If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him
offer a male without blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at
the door of the tabernacle of the congregation
before the LORD.
03-1:5 And he shall kill the bullock
before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall bring the blood, and
sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of
the congregation.
03-3:2 And he shall lay his hand upon the
head of his offering, and kill it at the
door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and
Aaron’s sons the priests shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.
03-4:4 And he shall bring the bullock unto
the door of the tabernacle of the congregation
before the LORD; and shall lay his hand upon the bullock’s head, and kill the
bullock before the LORD.
03-4:7 And the priest shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the
altar of sweet incense before the LORD, which is in the tabernacle of the congregation; and shall pour all the
blood of the bullock at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door
of the tabernacle of the congregation.
03-4:18 And he shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the
altar which is before the LORD, that is in the tabernacle of the
congregation, and shall pour out all the blood at the bottom of the altar of
the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
03-8:3 And gather thou all the
congregation together unto the door of the
tabernacle of the congregation.
03-8:4 And Moses did as the LORD commanded
him; and the assembly was gathered together unto the door
of the tabernacle of the congregation.
03-8:31 And Moses said unto Aaron and to his
sons, Boil the flesh at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and there
eat it with the bread that is in the
basket of consecrations, as I commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat
it.
03-8:33 And ye shall not go out of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation in seven days, until the days of your
consecration be at an end: for seven days shall he consecrate you.
03-8:35 Therefore shall ye abide at the door
of the tabernacle of the congregation day and night seven days, and keep the
charge of the LORD, that ye die not: for so I am commanded.
03-10:7 And ye shall not go out from the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye
die: for the anointing oil of the LORD is
upon you. And they did according to the word of Moses.
03-12:6 And when the days of her purifying
are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the
first year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin
offering, unto the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation, unto the priest:
03-14:11 And the priest that maketh him clean shall present the man that is
to be made clean, and those things, before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation:
03-14:23 And he shall bring them on the eighth
day for his cleansing unto the priest, unto the door
of the tabernacle of the congregation, before the LORD.
03-14:38 Then the priest shall go out of the
house to the door of the house, and shut up the
house seven days:
03-15:14 And on the eighth day he shall take
to him two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, and come before the LORD unto the
door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and
give them unto the priest:
03-15:29 And on the eighth day she shall take
unto her two turtles, or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest, to
the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
03-16:7 And he shall take the two goats, and
present them before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
03-17:4 And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer
an offering unto the LORD before the tabernacle of the LORD; blood shall be
imputed unto that man; he hath shed blood; and that man shall be cut off from
among his people:
03-17:5 To the end that the children of
Israel may bring their sacrifices, which they offer in the open field, even
that they may bring them unto the LORD, unto the door
of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest, and offer them for peace offerings unto the LORD.
03-17:6 And the priest shall sprinkle the
blood upon the altar of the LORD at the
door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and
burn the fat for a sweet savour unto the LORD.
03-17:9 And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer
it unto the LORD; even that man shall be cut off from among his people.
03-19:21 And he shall bring his trespass
offering unto the LORD, unto the door of the
tabernacle of the congregation, even a
ram for a trespass offering.
04-3:25 And the charge of the sons of
Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation shall be the tabernacle, and the tent, the covering thereof, and
the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of
the congregation.
04-3:26 And the hangings of the court, and
the curtain for the door of the court, which is by the tabernacle, and by the altar
round about, and the cords of it for all the service thereof.
04-4:25 And they shall bear the curtains of
the tabernacle, and the tabernacle of the congregation, his covering, and the
covering of the badgers’ skins that is above
upon it, and the hanging for the door of the
tabernacle of the congregation,
04-4:26 And the hangings of the court, and
the hanging for the door of the gate of the
court, which is by the tabernacle and
by the altar round about, and their cords, and all the instruments of their
service, and all that is made for them: so shall they serve.
04-6:10 And on the eighth day he shall bring
two turtles, or two young pigeons, to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
04-6:13 And this is the law of the Nazarite, when the days of his separation are
fulfilled: he shall be brought unto the door of
the tabernacle of the congregation:
04-6:18 And the Nazarite shall shave the
head of his separation at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall
take the hair of the head of his separation, and put it in the fire which is under
the sacrifice of the peace offerings.
04-10:3 And when they shall blow with them,
all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
04-11:10 Then Moses heard the people weep
throughout their families, every man in the door
of his tent: and the anger of the LORD was kindled greatly; Moses also was
displeased.
04-12:5 And the LORD came down in the pillar
of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam:
and they both came forth.
04-16:18 And they took every man his censer,
and put fire in them, and laid incense thereon, and stood in the door of the tabernacle of the congregation with Moses
and Aaron.
04-16:19 And Korah gathered all the
congregation against them unto the door of the
tabernacle of the congregation: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the
congregation.
04-16:27 So they gat up from the tabernacle of
Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and
stood in the door of their tents, and their
wives, and their sons, and their little children.
04-16:50 And Aaron returned unto Moses unto
the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

presence of the assembly unto the door of the
tabernacle of the congregation, and they fell upon their faces: and the glory
of the LORD appeared unto them.
04-25:6 And, behold, one of the children of
Israel came and brought unto his brethren a Midianitish woman in the sight of

the congregation.
04-27:2 And they stood before Moses, and
before Eleazar the priest, and before the princes and all the congregation, by the door
of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,
05-11:20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates:
05-15:17 Then thou shalt take an aul, and
thrust it through his ear unto the door, and he shall be thy servant for ever. And also
unto thy maidservant thou shalt do likewise.
05-22:21 Then they shall bring out the damsel
to the door of her father’s house, and the men
of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought
folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father’s house: so shalt thou put
evil away from among you.
05-31:15 And the LORD appeared in the
tabernacle in a pillar of a cloud: and the pillar of the cloud stood over the door of the tabernacle.
06-19:51 These are the inheritances, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son
of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel,
divided for an inheritance by lot in Shiloh before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. So they
made an end of dividing the country.

say, No.

and fought against it, and went hard unto the door
of the tower to burn it with fire.
07-19:22 Now
as they were making their hearts merry, behold, the men of the city,

the master of the house, the old man, saying, Bring forth the man that came
into thine house, that we may know him.
07-19:26 Then came the woman in the dawning of
the day, and fell down at the door of the man’s
house where her lord was, till it was
light.
07-19:27 And her lord rose up in the morning,
and opened the doors of the house, and went out to go his way: and, behold, the
woman his concubine was fallen down at the
door of the house, and her hands were upon the threshold.
09-2:22 Now Eli was very old, and heard all
that his sons did unto all Israel; and how they lay with the women that
assembled at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
10-11:9 But Uriah slept at the door of the king’s house with all the servants of his
lord, and went not down to his house.
10-13:17 Then he called his servant that
ministered unto him, and said, Put now this woman
out from me, and bolt the door after her.
10-13:18 And she had a garment of divers colours upon her: for with such robes
were the king’s daughters that were virgins
apparelled. Then his servant brought her out, and bolted the door after her.
11-6:8 The door
for the middle chamber was in the right
side of the house: and they went up with winding stairs into the middle chamber, and out of the middle into the
third.
11-6:33 So also made he for the door of the temple posts of olive tree, a fourth part of
the wall.
11-6:34 And the two doors were of fir tree: the two leaves of the
one door were
folding, and the two leaves of the other door
were folding.
11-14:6 And it was so, when Ahijah heard the sound of her feet, as she came in at the door, that he said, Come in, thou wife of Jeroboam;
why feignest thou thyself to be another?
for I am sent to thee with heavy tidings.
11-14:17 And Jeroboam’s wife arose, and
departed, and came to Tirzah: and when
she came to the threshold of the door, the child
died;
11-14:27 And king Rehoboam made in their stead
brasen shields, and committed them unto
the hands of the chief of the guard, which kept the door
of the king’s house.
12-4:4 And when thou art come in, thou
shalt shut the door upon thee and upon thy sons,
and shalt pour out into all those vessels, and thou shalt set aside that which
is full.
12-4:5 So she went from him, and shut the door upon her and upon her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured out.
12-4:15 And he said, Call her. And when he
had called her, she stood in the door.
12-4:21 And she went up, and laid him on the
bed of the man of God, and shut the door upon him, and went out.

12-5:9 So Naaman came with his horses and
with his chariot, and stood at the door of the
house of Elisha.
12-6:32 But Elisha sat in his house, and the
elders sat with him; and the king sent
a man from before him: but ere the messenger came to him, he said to the
elders, See ye how this son of a murderer hath sent to take away mine head?
look, when the messenger cometh, shut the door,
and hold him fast at the door: is not the sound of his master’s feet
behind him?
12-9:3 Then take the box of oil, and pour it on his head, and say, Thus saith the
LORD, I have anointed thee king over Israel. Then open the door, and flee, and tarry not.
12-9:10 And the dogs shall eat Jezebel in
the portion of Jezreel, and there shall
be none to bury her. And he
opened the door, and fled.
12-12:9 But Jehoiada the priest took a
chest, and bored a hole in the lid of it, and set it beside the altar, on the
right side as one cometh into the house of the LORD: and the priests that kept
the door put therein all the money that was brought into the house of the
LORD.
12-22:4 Go up to Hilkiah the high priest,
that he may sum the silver which is brought into the house of the LORD, which
the keepers of the door have gathered of the
people:
12-23:4 And the king commanded Hilkiah the
high priest, and the priests of the second order, and the keepers of the door, to bring forth out of the temple of the LORD all
the vessels that were made for Baal, and for the grove, and for all the host of
heaven: and he burned them without Jerusalem in the fields of Kidron, and
carried the ashes of them unto Bethel.
12-25:18 And the captain of the guard took
Seraiah the chief priest, and Zephaniah the second priest, and the three
keepers of the door:
13-9:21 And
Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah was porter
of the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation.
16-3:20 After him Baruch the son of Zabbai
earnestly repaired the other piece, from the turning of the wall unto the door of the
house of Eliashib the high priest.
16-3:21 After him repaired Meremoth the son
of Urijah the son of Koz another piece, from the door
of the house of Eliashib even to the end of the house of Eliashib.
17-2:21 In those days, while Mordecai sat in
the king’s gate, two of the king’s chamberlains, Bigthan and Teresh, of those
which kept the door, were wroth, and sought to
lay hand on the king Ahasuerus.
17-6:2 And it was found written, that
Mordecai had told of Bigthana and Teresh, two of the king’s chamberlains, the
keepers of the door, who sought to lay hand on
the king Ahasuerus.
18-31:9 If mine heart have been deceived by
a woman, or if I have laid wait at my
neighbour’s door;
18-31:34 Did I fear a great multitude, or did
the contempt of families terrify me, that I kept silence, and went not out of the door?
19-141:3 Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth;
keep the door of my lips.
20-5:8 Remove thy way far from her, and
come not nigh the door of her house:
20-9:14 For she sitteth at the door of her house, on a seat in the high places of the
city,
20-26:14 As
the door turneth upon his hinges, so doth the slothful upon his bed.
22-5:4 My
beloved put in his hand by the hole of
the door, and my bowels were moved for him.
22-8:9 If she be a wall, we will build upon her a
palace of silver: and if she be a door, we will inclose her with boards of cedar.
23-6:4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the
house was filled with smoke.
24-35:4 And I brought them into the house of
the LORD, into the chamber of the sons of Hanan, the son of Igdaliah, a man of
God, which was by the chamber of the
princes, which was above the chamber
of Maaseiah the son of Shallum, the keeper of the door:
24-52:24 And the captain of the guard took
Seraiah the chief priest, and Zephaniah the second priest, and the three
keepers of the door:
26-8:3 And he put forth the form of an
hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between
the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to
the door of the inner gate that looketh toward
the north; where was the seat of the
image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy.
26-8:7 And he brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in
the wall.
26-8:8 Then said he unto me, Son of man,
dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door.
26-8:14 Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD’S house which was toward the north; and, behold, there
sat women weeping for Tammuz.
26-8:16 And he brought me into the inner
court of the LORD’S house, and, behold, at the door
of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with
their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and
they worshipped the sun toward the east.
26-10:19 And the cherubims lifted up their
wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight: when they went out, the
wheels also were beside them, and every one stood at the door of the east gate of the LORD’S house; and the
glory of the God of Israel was over
them above.
26-11:1 Moreover the spirit lifted me up,
and brought me unto the east gate of the LORD’S house, which looketh eastward:
and behold at the door of the gate five and
twenty men; among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and Pelatiah the son of
Benaiah, princes of the people.
26-40:13 He measured then the gate from the
roof of one little chamber to the
roof of another: the breadth was five
and twenty cubits, door against door.
26-41:2 And the breadth of the door was ten
cubits: and the sides of the door were five cubits on the one side, and
five cubits on the other side: and he measured the length thereof, forty
cubits: and the breadth, twenty cubits.
26-41:3 Then went he inward, and measured
the post of the door, two cubits; and the door, six cubits; and the breadth of the door, seven cubits.
26-41:11 And the doors of the side chambers were toward the place that was left, one door
toward the north, and another door toward the
south: and the breadth of the place that was left was five cubits round about.
26-41:16 The door
posts, and the narrow windows, and the galleries round about on their three
stories, over against the door, cieled with wood
round about, and from the ground up to the windows, and the windows were covered;
26-41:17 To that above the door, even unto the inner house, and without, and by
all the wall round about within and without, by measure.
26-41:20 From the ground unto above the door were cherubims
and palm trees made, and on the wall
of the temple.
26-41:24 And the doors had two leaves apiece, two turning leaves; two leaves for the one door, and two leaves for the other door.
26-42:2 Before the length of an hundred
cubits was the north door, and the breadth was fifty cubits.
26-42:12 And according to the doors of the
chambers that were toward the south was a door
in the head of the way, even the way
directly before the wall toward the east, as one entereth into them.
26-46:3 Likewise the people of the land
shall worship at the door of this gate before
the LORD in the sabbaths and in the new moons.
26-47:1 Afterward he brought me again unto
the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued
out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the
house stood toward the east, and the
waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar.
28-2:15 And I will give her her vineyards
from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door
of hope: and she shall sing there, as in the days of her youth, and as in the
day when she came up out of the land of Egypt.
30-9:1 I saw the Lord standing upon the
altar: and he said, Smite the lintel of the door,
that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will
slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee
away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.
40-6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter
into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door,
pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret
shall reward thee openly.
40-25:10 And while they went to buy, the
bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and
the door was shut.
40-27:60 And laid it in his own new tomb,
which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed.
40-28:2 And, behold, there was a great
earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and
rolled back the stone from the door, and sat
upon it.
41-1:33 And all the city was gathered
together at the door.
41-2:2 And straightway many were gathered together,
insomuch that there was no room to receive them,
no, not so much as about the door: and he
preached the word unto them.
41-11:4 And they went their way, and found
the colt tied by the door without in a place
where two ways met; and they loose him.
41-15:46 And he bought fine linen, and took
him down, and wrapped him in the linen, and laid him in a sepulchre which was
hewn out of a rock, and rolled a stone unto the door
of the sepulchre.
41-16:3 And they said among themselves, Who
shall roll us away the stone from the door of
the sepulchre?
42-11:7 And he from within shall answer and
say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and
my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee.
42-13:25 When once the master of the house is
risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye
begin to stand without, and to knock at the door,
saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know
you not whence ye are:
43-10:1 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He
that entereth not by the door into the
sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
43-10:2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
43-10:7 Then said Jesus unto them again,
Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of
the sheep.
43-10:9 I am the door:
by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find
pasture.
43-18:16 But Peter stood at the door without. Then went out that other disciple, which
was known unto the high priest, and spake unto her that kept the door, and brought in Peter.
43-18:17 Then saith the damsel that kept the door unto Peter, Art not thou also one of this man’s disciples? He saith, I
am not.
44-5:9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it
that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet
of them which have buried thy husband are
at the door, and shall carry thee out.
44-12:6 And when Herod would have brought
him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with
two chains: and the keepers before the door kept
the prison.
44-12:13 And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a damsel came to hearken, named
Rhoda.
44-12:16 But Peter continued knocking: and
when they had opened the door, and saw him, they were astonished.
44-14:27 And when they were come, and had
gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done with them,
and how he had opened the door of faith unto the
Gentiles.
46-16:9 For a great door
and effectual is opened unto me, and there
are many adversaries.
47-2:12 Furthermore, when I came to Troas to
preach Christ’s gospel, and a door was opened unto me of the Lord,
51-4:3 Withal praying also for us, that
God would open unto us a door of utterance, to
speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:
59-5:9 Grudge not one against another,
brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.
66-3:8 I know thy works: behold, I have
set before thee an open door, and no man can
shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not
denied my name.
66-3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open
the door, I will come in to him, and will sup
with him, and he with me.
66-4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a
door was opened
in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up
hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

19-84:10 For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather
be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to
dwell in the tents of wickedness.

13-15:23 And Berechiah and Elkanah were doorkeepers
for the ark.
13-15:24 And Shebaniah, and Jehoshaphat, and
Nethaneel, and Amasai, and Zechariah, and Benaiah, and Eliezer, the priests,
did blow with the trumpets before the ark of God: and Obededom and Jehiah were doorkeepers
for the ark.

06-2:19 And it shall be, that whosoever shall go out of the doors of thy house into the street, his blood shall be upon his head, and we will be guiltless: and whosoever shall
be with thee in the house, his blood shall
be on our head, if any hand be
upon him.
07-3:23 Then Ehud went forth through the
porch, and shut the doors of the parlour upon
him, and locked them.
07-3:24 When he was gone out, his servants
came; and when they saw that, behold, the doors
of the parlour were locked, they
said, Surely he covereth his feet in his summer chamber.
07-3:25 And they tarried till they were ashamed:
and, behold, he opened not the doors of the
parlour; therefore they took a key, and opened them: and, behold, their lord was
fallen down dead on the earth.
07-11:31 Then it shall be, that whatsoever
cometh forth of the doors of my house to meet
me, when I return in peace from the children of Ammon, shall surely be the
LORD’S, and I will offer it up for a burnt offering.
07-16:3 And Samson lay till midnight, and
arose at midnight, and took the doors of the
gate of the city, and the two posts, and went away with them, bar and all, and
put them upon his shoulders, and
carried them up to the top of an hill that is
before Hebron.
07-19:27 And her lord rose up in the morning,
and opened the doors of the house, and went out
to go his way: and, behold, the woman his concubine was fallen down at the door of the house, and her hands were upon the threshold.
09-3:15 And Samuel lay until the morning,
and opened the doors of the house of the LORD.
And Samuel feared to shew Eli the vision.
09-21:13 And he changed his behaviour before
them, and feigned himself mad in their hands, and scrabbled on the doors of the gate, and let his spittle fall down upon
his beard.
11-6:31 And for the entering of the oracle
he made doors of olive tree: the lintel and
side posts were a fifth part of the wall.
11-6:32 The two doors
also were of olive tree; and he
carved upon them carvings of cherubims and palm trees and open flowers, and
overlaid them with gold, and spread
gold upon the cherubims, and upon the palm trees.
11-6:34 And the two doors
were of fir tree: the two leaves of
the one door were folding, and the
two leaves of the other door were folding.
11-7:5 And all the doors and posts were square,
with the windows: and light was against
light in three ranks.
11-7:50 And the bowls, and the snuffers, and
the basons, and the spoons, and the censers of
pure gold; and the hinges of gold,
both for the doors
of the inner house, the most holy place,
and for the doors of the house, to wit, of the temple.
12-18:16 At that time did Hezekiah cut off the gold from the doors of the temple of the LORD, and from the pillars which Hezekiah king of
Judah had overlaid, and gave it to the king of Assyria.
13-22:3 And David prepared iron in abundance
for the nails for the doors of the gates, and
for the joinings; and brass in abundance without weight;
14-3:7 He overlaid also the house, the beams,
the posts, and the walls thereof, and the doors
thereof, with gold; and graved cherubims on the walls.
14-4:9 Furthermore he made the court of
the priests, and the great court, and doors for
the court, and overlaid the doors of them with
brass.
14-4:22 And the snuffers, and the basons,
and the spoons, and the censers, of pure
gold: and the entry of the house, the inner doors
thereof for the most holy place, and
the doors of the house of the temple, were of gold.
14-23:4 This is the thing that ye shall do; A third part of you entering on the
sabbath, of the priests and of the Levites, shall
be porters of the doors;
14-28:24 And Ahaz gathered together the
vessels of the house of God, and cut in pieces the vessels of the house of God,
and shut up the doors of the house of the LORD,
and he made him altars in every corner of Jerusalem.
14-29:3 He in the first year of his reign,
in the first month, opened the doors of the
house of the LORD, and repaired them.
14-29:7 Also they have shut up the doors of the porch, and put out the lamps, and have
not burned incense nor offered burnt offerings in the holy place unto the God of Israel.
14-34:9 And when they came to Hilkiah the
high priest, they delivered the money that was brought into the house of God,
which the Levites that kept the doors had
gathered of the hand of Manasseh and Ephraim, and of all the remnant of Israel,
and of all Judah and Benjamin; and they returned to Jerusalem.
16-3:1 Then Eliashib the high priest rose
up with his brethren the priests, and they builded the sheep gate; they
sanctified it, and set up the doors of it; even
unto the tower of Meah they sanctified it, unto the tower of Hananeel.
16-3:3 But the fish gate did the sons of
Hassenaah build, who also laid the
beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, the
locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
16-3:6 Moreover the old gate repaired
Jehoiada the son of Paseah, and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah; they laid the
beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, and
the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
16-3:13 The valley gate repaired Hanun, and
the inhabitants of Zanoah; they built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars
thereof, and a thousand cubits on the wall unto the dung gate.
16-3:14 But the dung gate repaired Malchiah
the son of Rechab, the ruler of part of Bethhaccerem; he built it, and set up
the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the
bars thereof.
16-3:15 But the gate of the fountain
repaired Shallun the son of Colhozeh, the ruler of part of Mizpah; he built it,
and covered it, and set up the doors thereof,
the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, and the wall of the pool of Siloah by
the king’s garden, and unto the stairs that go down from the city of David.
16-6:1 Now it came to pass, when
Sanballat, and Tobiah, and Geshem the Arabian, and the rest of our enemies,
heard that I had builded the wall, and that
there was no breach left therein; (though at that time I had not set up the
doors upon the gates;)
16-6:10 Afterward I came unto the house of
Shemaiah the son of Delaiah the son of Mehetabeel, who was shut up; and he said, Let us meet together in the house of God,
within the temple, and let us shut the doors of
the temple: for they will come to slay thee; yea, in the night will they come
to slay thee.
16-7:1 Now it came to pass, when the wall
was built, and I had set up the doors, and the
porters and the singers and the Levites were appointed,
16-7:3 And I said unto them, Let not the
gates of Jerusalem be opened until the sun be hot; and while they stand by, let
them shut the doors, and bar them: and appoint watches of the
inhabitants of Jerusalem, every one in his watch, and every one to be over against his house.
18-3:10 Because it shut not up the doors of my mother’s
womb, nor hid sorrow from mine eyes.

street: but I opened my doors to the traveller.

it brake forth, as if it had issued
out of the womb?
18-38:10 And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors,
18-38:17 Have the gates of death been opened
unto thee? or hast thou seen the doors of the
shadow of death?
18-41:14 Who can open the doors of his face? his teeth are terrible round about.
19-24:7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and
be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the
King of glory shall come in.
19-24:9 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even
lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
19-78:23 Though he had commanded the clouds
from above, and opened the doors of heaven,
20-8:3 She crieth at the gates, at the
entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors.

the posts of my doors.
21-12:4 And the doors
shall be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is low, and he
shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all the daughters of musick shall
be brought low;
23-26:20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy
chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide
thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
23-57:8 Behind the doors
also and the posts hast thou set up thy remembrance: for thou hast discovered thyself to another than me, and art gone
up; thou hast enlarged thy bed, and made thee a covenant with them; thou lovedst their bed where thou sawest it.
26-33:30 Also, thou son of man, the children
of thy people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another, every
one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that
cometh forth from the LORD.

of the side chambers were toward the place that was left, one door toward
the north, and another door toward the south: and the breadth of the place that
was left was five cubits round about.
26-41:23 And the temple and the sanctuary had
two doors.
26-41:24 And the doors
had two leaves apiece, two turning
leaves; two leaves for the one door,
and two leaves for the other door.
26-41:25 And there were made on them, on the doors
of the temple, cherubims and palm trees, like as were made upon the walls; and there
were thick planks upon the face of the porch without.
26-42:4 And before the chambers was a walk of ten cubits breadth inward,
a way of one cubit; and their doors toward the
north.
26-42:11 And the way before them was like the appearance of the chambers
which were toward the north, as long
as they, and as broad as they: and
all their goings out were both
according to their fashions, and according to their doors.
26-42:12 And according to the doors of the chambers that were toward the south was a
door in the head of the way, even the
way directly before the wall toward the east, as one entereth into them.

O Lebanon, that the fire may devour thy cedars.

do ye kindle fire on mine altar for
nought. I have no pleasure in you, saith the LORD of hosts, neither will I
accept an offering at your hand.
40-24:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all
these things, know that it is near, even at
the doors.

see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.
43-20:19 Then the same day at evening, being
