40-4:1 Then was
Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
40-4:5 Then the
devil taketh him up into the holy city, and
setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,
40-4:8 Again,
the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high
mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
40-4:11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and
ministered unto him.
40-9:32 As they
went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a devil.
40-9:33 And when
the devil was cast out, the dumb spake: and the
multitudes marvelled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel.
40-11:18 For John
came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, He hath a devil.
40-12:22 Then was
brought unto him one possessed with a devil,
blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake
and saw.
40-13:39 The enemy
that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the
end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
40-15:22 And,
behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him,
saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son
of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
40-17:18 And Jesus
rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him:
and the child was cured from that very hour.
40-25:41 Then shall
he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into
everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his
angels:
41-5:15 And they
come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil,
and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were
afraid.
41-5:16 And they
that saw it told them how it befell
to him that was possessed with the devil, and also concerning the swine.
41-5:18 And when
he was come into the ship, he that had been possessed with the devil prayed him that he might be with him.
41-7:26 The woman
was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast
forth the devil out of her daughter.
41-7:29 And he
said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil
is gone out of thy daughter.
41-7:30 And when
she was come to her house, she found the devil
gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed.
42-4:2 Being
forty days tempted of the devil. And in those
days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.
42-4:3 And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God,
command this stone that it be made bread.
42-4:5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed
unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
42-4:6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee,
and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will
I give it.
42-4:13 And when
the devil had ended all the temptation, he
departed from him for a season.
42-4:33 And in
the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice,
42-4:35 And Jesus
rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came out of him,
and hurt him not.
42-7:33 For John
the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and ye say, He hath a devil.
42-8:12 Those by
the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil,
and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be
saved.
42-8:29 (For he
had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For oftentimes it had
caught him: and he was kept bound with chains and in fetters; and he brake the
bands, and was driven of the devil into the
wilderness.)
42-9:42 And as he
was yet a coming, the devil threw him down, and
tare him. And Jesus rebuked the
unclean spirit, and healed the child, and delivered him again to his father.
42-11:14 And he was
casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it
came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the
dumb spake; and the people wondered.
43-6:70 Jesus
answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
43-7:20 The
people answered and said, Thou hast a devil: who
goeth about to kill thee?
43-8:44 Ye are of
your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was
a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no
truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar,
and the father of it.
43-8:48 Then
answered the Jews, and said unto him, Say we not well that thou art a
Samaritan, and hast a devil?
43-8:49 Jesus
answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my
Father, and ye do dishonour me.
43-8:52 Then said
the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil.
Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he
shall never taste of death.
43-10:20 And many
of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why
hear ye him?
43-10:21 Others
said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil.
Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?
43-13:2 And
supper being ended, the devil having now put
into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son,
to betray him;
44-10:38 How God
anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about
doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil;
for God was with him.
44-13:10 And said,
O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou
child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the
right ways of the Lord?
49-4:27 Neither
give place to the devil.
49-6:11 Put on
the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
54-3:6 Not a
novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.
54-3:7 Moreover
he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into
reproach and the snare of the devil.
55-2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of
the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by
him at his will.
58-2:14 Forasmuch
then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise
took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the
power of death, that is, the devil;
59-4:7 Submit
yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil,
and he will flee from you.
60-5:8 Be
sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil,
as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
62-3:8 He that
committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the
Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
62-3:10 In this
the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of
God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
65-1:9 Yet
Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil
he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation,
but said, The Lord rebuke thee.
66-2:10 Fear none of those things which thou
shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be
tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and
I will give thee a crown of life.
66-12:9 And the great dragon was cast out,
that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan,
which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels
were cast out with him.
66-12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them.
Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath,
because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
66-20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that
old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and
bound him a thousand years,
66-20:10 And the devil
that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the
beast and the false prophet are, and
shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

59-3:15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
_______________________________________________________________________
03-17:7 And they shall no more offer their
sacrifices unto devils, after whom they have
gone a whoring. This shall be a statute for ever unto them throughout their
generations.
05-32:17 They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new
gods that came newly up, whom your
fathers feared not.
14-11:15 And he ordained him priests for the
high places, and for the devils, and for the
calves which he had made.
19-106:37 Yea, they sacrificed their sons and
their daughters unto devils,
40-4:24 And his fame went throughout all
Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers
diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that
had the palsy; and he healed them.
40-7:22 Many will say to me in that day,
Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
40-8:16 When the even was come, they brought
unto him many that were possessed with devils:
and he cast out the spirits with his word,
and healed all that were sick:
40-8:28 And when he was come to the other
side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so
that no man might pass by that way.
40-8:31 So the devils
besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd
of swine.
40-8:33 And they that kept them fled, and
went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the
possessed of the devils.
40-9:34 But the Pharisees said, He casteth
out devils through the prince of the devils.
40-10:8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers,
raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have
received, freely give.
40-12:24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but
by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.
40-12:27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your
judges.
40-12:28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God
is come unto you.
41-1:32 And at even, when the sun did set,
they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with
devils.
41-1:34 And he healed many that were sick of
divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and
suffered not the devils to speak, because they
knew him.
41-1:39 And he preached in their synagogues
throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils.
41-3:15 And to have power to heal
sicknesses, and to cast out devils:
41-3:22 And the scribes which came down from
Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and by the prince of the devils casteth he out devils.
41-5:12 And all the devils
besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.
41-6:13 And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and
healed them.
41-9:38 And John answered him, saying,
Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy
name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us.
41-16:9 Now when Jesus was risen early the first day
of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast
seven devils.
41-16:17 And these signs shall follow them
that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils;
they shall speak with new tongues;
42-4:41 And devils
also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God.
And he rebuking them suffered them
not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.
42-8:2 And certain women, which had been
healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went
seven devils,
42-8:27 And when he went forth to land,
there met him out of the city a certain man, which had devils
long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in any house, but in the tombs.
42-8:30 And Jesus asked him, saying, What is
thy name? And he said, Legion: because many devils
were entered into him.
42-8:33 Then went the devils out of the man, and entered into the swine: and
the herd ran violently down a steep place into the lake, and were choked.
42-8:35 Then they went out to see what was
done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus,
clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.
42-8:36 They also which saw it told them by what means he that was
possessed of the devils was healed.
42-8:38 Now the man out of whom the devils were departed besought him that he might be
with him: but Jesus sent him away, saying,
42-9:1 Then he called his twelve disciples
together, and gave them power and authority over all devils,
and to cure diseases.
42-9:49 And John answered and said, Master,
we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and
we forbad him, because he followeth not with us.
42-10:17 And the seventy returned again with
joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject
unto us through thy name.
42-11:15 But some of them said, He casteth out
devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.
42-11:18 If Satan also be divided against
himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub.
42-11:19 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges.
42-11:20 But if I with the finger of God cast
out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come
upon you.
42-13:32 And he said unto them, Go ye, and
tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I
do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.
46-10:20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice
to devils, and not to God: and I would not that
ye should have fellowship with devils.
46-10:21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord,
and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of
the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.
54-4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly,
that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to
seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
59-2:19 Thou believest that there is one
God; thou doest well: the devils also believe,
and tremble.
66-9:20 And the rest of the men which were
not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they
should not worship devils, and idols of gold,
and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear,
nor walk:
66-16:14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world,
to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
66-18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong
voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the
habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul
spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

02-EXODUS
02-31:4 To
devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in
silver, and in brass,
02-35:32 And
to devise curious works, to work in gold, and in
silver, and in brass,
02-35:35 Them
hath he filled with wisdom of heart, to work all manner of work, of the
engraver, and of the cunning workman, and of the embroiderer, in blue, and in
purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen, and of the weaver, even of them that do any work, and of those that devise cunning work.
10-14:14 For
we must needs die, and are as water
spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again; neither doth God
respect any person: yet doth he devise means, that his banished be not expelled from
him.
19-35:4 Let
them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned
back and brought to confusion that devise my
hurt.
19-35:20 For
they speak not peace: but they devise deceitful
matters against them that are quiet
in the land.
19-41:7 All
that hate me whisper together against me: against me do they devise my hurt.
20-3:29 Devise not evil against thy neighbour, seeing he
dwelleth securely by thee.
20-14:22 Do
they not err that devise evil? but mercy and
truth shall be to them that devise good.
20-16:30 He
shutteth his eyes to devise froward things:
moving his lips he bringeth evil to pass.
24-18:11 Now
therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of
Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one
from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.
24-18:18 Then
said they, Come, and let us devise devices
against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel
from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with
the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words.
26-11:2 Then
said he unto me, Son of man, these are the
men that devise mischief, and give wicked
counsel in this city:
33-2:1 Woe
to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon
their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the
power of their hand.
33-2:3 Therefore
thus saith the LORD; Behold, against this family do I devise
an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye go
haughtily: for this time is evil.

10-2 SAMUEL
10-21:5 And
they answered the king, The man that consumed us, and that devised against us that
we should be destroyed from remaining in any of the coasts of Israel,
11-1 KINGS
11-12:33 So
he offered upon the altar which he had made in Bethel the fifteenth day of the
eighth month, even in the month which
he had devised of his own heart; and ordained a
feast unto the children of Israel: and he offered upon the altar, and burnt
incense.
17-8:3 And
Esther spake yet again before the king, and fell down at his feet, and besought
him with tears to put away the mischief of Haman the Agagite, and his device
that he had devised against the Jews.
17-8:5 And
said, If it please the king, and if I have found favour in his sight, and the
thing seem right before the king, and
I be pleasing in his eyes, let it be
written to reverse the letters devised by Haman
the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, which he wrote to destroy the Jews which are in all the king’s provinces:
17-9:24 Because
Haman the son of Hammedatha, the Agagite, the enemy of all the Jews, had devised against the Jews to destroy them, and had cast
Pur, that is, the lot, to consume
them, and to destroy them;
17-9:25 But
when Esther came before the king, he
commanded by letters that his wicked device, which he devised
against the Jews, should return upon his own head, and that he and his sons
should be hanged on the gallows.
19-31:13 For
I have heard the slander of many: fear was
on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.
24-11:19 But
I was like a lamb or an ox that is brought to the slaughter; and I knew not that they had devised devices against me, saying, Let us destroy the tree with the fruit thereof, and let us
cut him off from the land of the living, that his name may be no more
remembered.
24-48:2 There shall be no more praise of Moab:
in Heshbon they have devised evil against it;
come, and let us cut it off from being a
nation. Also thou shalt be cut down, O Madmen; the sword shall pursue thee.
24-51:12 Set
up the standard upon the walls of Babylon, make the watch strong, set up the
watchmen, prepare the ambushes: for the LORD hath both devised
and done that which he spake against the inhabitants of Babylon.
25-2:17 The
LORD hath done that which he had devised; he hath fulfilled his word that he had
commanded in the days of old: he hath thrown down, and hath not pitied: and he
hath caused thine enemy to rejoice
over thee, he hath set up the horn of thine adversaries.
61-1:16 For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power
and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

19-PSALMS
19-36:4 He
deviseth mischief upon his bed; he setteth
himself in a way that is not good; he
abhorreth not evil.
19-52:2 Thy
tongue deviseth mischiefs; like a sharp razor,
working deceitfully.
20-PROVERBS
20-6:14 Frowardness
is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he soweth discord.
20-6:18 An
heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet
that be swift in running to mischief,
20-16:9 A
man’s heart deviseth his way: but the LORD
directeth his steps.
20-24:8 He
that deviseth to do evil shall be called a
mischievous person.
23-32:7 The
instruments also of the churl are evil:
he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor
with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.
23-32:8 But
the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by
liberal things shall he stand.

wickedness burneth as the fire: it shall devour
the briers and thorns, and shall kindle in the thickets of the forest, and they
shall mount up like the lifting up of

the light of Israel shall be for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame: and it
shall burn and devour his thorns and his briers
