a man deliver unto his neighbour an ass, or an
ox, or a sheep, or any beast, to keep; and it die, or be hurt, or driven away,

into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us.
05-2:30 But
Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him: for the LORD thy God
hardened his spirit, and made his heart obstinate, that he might deliver him into thy hand, as appeareth this day.
05-3:2 And
the LORD said unto me, Fear him not: for I will deliver
him, and all his people, and his land, into thy hand; and thou shalt do unto
him as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites, which dwelt at Heshbon.
05-7:2 And
when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before
thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly
destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them:
05-7:16 And
thou shalt consume all the people which the LORD thy God shall deliver thee; thine eye shall have no pity upon them:
neither shalt thou serve their gods; for that will be a snare unto thee.
05-7:23 But
the LORD thy God shall deliver them unto thee,
and shall destroy them with a mighty destruction, until they be destroyed.
05-7:24 And
he shall deliver their kings into thine hand,

the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood,
that he may die.
05-23:14 For
the LORD thy God walketh in the midst of thy camp, to deliver
thee, and to give up thine enemies before thee; therefore shall thy camp be
holy: that he see no unclean thing in thee, and turn away from thee.
05-23:15 Thou
shalt not deliver unto his master the servant
which is escaped from his master unto thee:
05-24:13 In
any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again
when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee:
and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the LORD thy God.
05-25:11 When
men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for
to deliver her husband out of the hand of him
that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets:
05-32:39 See
now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I
heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.
06-2:13 And
that ye will save alive my father,
and my mother, and my brethren, and my sisters, and all that they have, and deliver our lives from death.
06-7:7 And
Joshua said, Alas, O Lord GOD, wherefore hast thou at all brought this people
over Jordan, to deliver us into the hand of the
Amorites, to destroy us? would to God we had been content, and dwelt on the other
side Jordan!

ye shall rise up from the ambush, and seize upon the city: for the LORD your
God will deliver it into your hand.

the LORD said unto Joshua, Be not afraid because of them: for to morrow about
this time will I deliver them up all slain
before Israel: thou shalt hough their horses, and burn their chariots with
fire.

if the avenger of blood pursue after him, then they shall not deliver the slayer up into his hand; because he smote
his neighbour unwittingly, and hated him not beforetime.

I will draw unto thee to the river Kishon Sisera, the captain of Jabin’s army,
with his chariots and his multitude; and I will deliver
him into thine hand.
07-7:7 And
the LORD said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save
you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand:
and let all the other people go every
man unto his place.
07-10:11 And
the LORD said unto the children of Israel, Did
not I deliver
you from the Egyptians, and from the Amorites, from the children of Ammon,
and from the Philistines?
07-10:13 Yet
ye have forsaken me, and served other gods: wherefore I will deliver you no more.
07-10:14 Go
and cry unto the gods which ye have chosen; let them deliver
you in the time of your tribulation.

only, we pray thee, this day.

against the children of Ammon, and the LORD deliver
them before me, shall I be your head?
07-11:30 And
Jephthah vowed a vow unto the LORD, and said, If thou shalt without fail deliver the children of Ammon into mine hands,
07-13:5 For,
lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head:
for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God from the womb: and he shall begin to
deliver Israel out of the hand of the
Philistines.
07-15:12 And
they said unto him, We are come down to bind thee, that we may deliver thee into the hand of the Philistines. And
Samson said unto them, Swear unto me, that ye will not fall upon me yourselves.
07-15:13 And
they spake unto him, saying, No; but we will bind thee fast, and deliver thee into their hand: but surely we will not
kill thee. And they bound him with two new cords, and brought him up from the
rock.
07-20:13 Now
therefore deliver us the men, the children of Belial, which are in Gibeah, that we may put them to death, and put away evil
from Israel. But the children of Benjamin would not hearken to the voice of
their brethren the children of Israel:
07-20:28 And
Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, stood before it in those days,)
saying, Shall I yet again go out to battle against the children of Benjamin my
brother, or shall I cease? And the LORD said, Go up; for to morrow I will deliver them into thine hand.
09-4:8 Woe
unto us! who shall deliver us out of the hand of
these mighty Gods? these are the Gods
that smote the Egyptians with all the plagues in the wilderness.
09-7:3 And
Samuel spake unto all the house of Israel, saying, If ye do return unto the
LORD with all your hearts, then put
away the strange gods and Ashtaroth from among you, and prepare your hearts
unto the LORD, and serve him only: and he will deliver
you out of the hand of the Philistines.
09-7:14 And
the cities which the Philistines had taken from Israel were restored to Israel,
from Ekron even unto Gath; and the coasts thereof did Israel deliver out of the hands of the Philistines. And there
was peace between Israel and the Amorites.
09-12:10 And
they cried unto the LORD, and said, We have sinned, because we have forsaken
the LORD, and have served Baalim and Ashtaroth: but now deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we will serve thee.
09-12:21 And
turn ye not aside: for then should ye go after
vain things, which cannot profit nor deliver; for they are
vain.
09-14:37 And
Saul asked counsel of God, Shall I go down after the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into the hand of Israel? But he answered
him not that day.
09-17:37 David
said moreover, The LORD that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out
of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out
of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the LORD be
with thee.
09-17:46 This
day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand;
and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the
carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and
to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a
God in Israel.
09-23:4 Then
David enquired of the LORD yet again. And the LORD answered him and said,
Arise, go down to Keilah: for I will deliver the
Philistines into thine hand.
09-23:11 Will
the men of Keilah deliver me up into his hand?
will Saul come down, as thy servant hath heard? O LORD God of Israel, I beseech
thee, tell thy servant. And the LORD said, He will come down.
09-23:12 Then
said David, Will the men of Keilah deliver me
and my men into the hand of Saul? And the LORD said, They will deliver thee up.
09-23:20 Now
therefore, O king, come down according to all the desire of thy soul to come
down; and our part shall be to deliver him into the king’s hand.
09-24:4 And
the men of David said unto him, Behold the day of which the LORD said unto
thee, Behold, I will deliver thine enemy into
thine hand, that thou mayest do to him as it shall seem good unto thee. Then
David arose, and cut off the skirt of Saul’s robe privily.
09-24:15 The
LORD therefore be judge, and judge between me and thee, and see, and plead my
cause, and deliver me out of thine hand.
09-26:24 And,
behold, as thy life was much set by this day in mine eyes, so let my life be
much set by in the eyes of the LORD, and let him deliver
me out of all tribulation.
09-28:19 Moreover
the LORD will also deliver Israel with thee into
the hand of the Philistines: and to morrow shalt
thou and thy sons be with me: the
LORD also shall deliver the host of Israel into
the hand of the Philistines.
09-30:15 And
David said to him, Canst thou bring me down to this company? And he said, Swear
unto me by God, that thou wilt neither kill me, nor deliver
me into the hands of my master, and I will bring thee down to this company.

Michal, which I espoused to me for an hundred foreskins of the Philistines.
10-5:19 And
David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou
deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD said
unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver
the Philistines into thine hand.
10-14:7 And,
behold, the whole family is risen against thine handmaid, and they said, Deliver him that smote his brother, that we may kill
him, for the life of his brother whom he slew; and we will destroy the heir
also: and so they shall quench my coal which is left, and shall not leave to my
husband neither name nor remainder
upon the earth.
10-14:16 For
the king will hear, to deliver his handmaid out
of the hand of the man that would destroy
me and my son together out of the inheritance of God.
10-20:21 The
matter is not so: but a man of mount
Ephraim, Sheba the son of Bichri by name, hath lifted up his hand against the
king, even against David: deliver him only, and I will depart from the city. And
the woman said unto Joab, Behold, his head shall be thrown to thee over the
wall.
11-8:46 If
they sin against thee, (for there is no
man that sinneth not,) and thou be angry with them, and deliver them to the enemy, so that they carry them away captives
unto the land of the enemy, far or near;
11-18:9 And
he said, What have I sinned, that thou wouldest deliver
thy servant into the hand of Ahab, to slay me?
11-20:5 And
the messengers came again, and said, Thus speaketh Benhadad, saying, Although I
have sent unto thee, saying, Thou shalt deliver me
thy silver, and thy gold, and thy wives, and thy children;
11-20:13 And,
behold, there came a prophet unto Ahab king of Israel, saying, Thus saith the
LORD, Hast thou seen all this great multitude? behold, I will deliver it into thine hand this day; and thou shalt
know that I am the LORD.
11-20:28 And
there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and said, Thus
saith the LORD, Because the Syrians have said, The LORD is God of the hills, but he is
not God of the valleys, therefore will I deliver
all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
11-22:6 Then
the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said
unto them, Shall I go against Ramothgilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And
they said, Go up; for the Lord shall deliver it into the hand of the king.
11-22:12 And
all the prophets prophesied so, saying, Go up to Ramothgilead, and prosper: for
the LORD shall deliver it into the king’s hand.
11-22:15 So
he came to the king. And the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go against
Ramothgilead to battle, or shall we forbear? And he answered him, Go, and
prosper: for the LORD shall deliver it into the hand of the king.
12-3:10 And
the king of Israel said, Alas! that the LORD hath called these three kings
together, to deliver them into the hand of Moab!
12-3:13 And
Elisha said unto the king of Israel, What have I to do with thee? get thee to
the prophets of thy father, and to the prophets of thy mother. And the king of
Israel said unto him, Nay: for the LORD hath called these three kings together,
to deliver them into the hand of Moab.
12-3:18 And
this is but a light thing in the
sight of the LORD: he will deliver the Moabites
also into your hand.
12-12:7 Then
king Jehoash called for Jehoiada the priest, and the other priests, and said unto them, Why repair ye not the breaches
of the house? now therefore receive no more
money of your acquaintance, but deliver it
for the breaches of the house.
12-17:39 But
the LORD your God ye shall fear; and he shall deliver
you out of the hand of all your enemies.
12-18:23 Now
therefore, I pray thee, give pledges to my lord the king of Assyria, and I will
deliver thee two thousand horses, if thou be
able on thy part to set riders upon them.
12-18:29 Thus
saith the king, Let not Hezekiah deceive you: for he shall not be able to deliver you out of his hand:
12-18:30 Neither
let Hezekiah make you trust in the LORD, saying, The LORD will surely deliver us, and this city shall not be delivered into
the hand of the king of Assyria.
12-18:32 Until
I come and take you away to a land like your own land, a land of corn and wine,
a land of bread and vineyards, a land of oil olive and of honey, that ye may
live, and not die: and hearken not unto Hezekiah, when he persuadeth you,
saying, The LORD will deliver us.
12-18:35 Who
are they among all the gods of the
countries, that have delivered their country out of mine hand, that the LORD
should deliver Jerusalem out of mine hand?
12-20:6 And
I will add unto thy days fifteen years; and I will deliver
thee and this city out of the hand of the king of Assyria; and I will defend
this city for mine own sake, and for my servant David’s sake.
12-21:14 And
I will forsake the remnant of mine inheritance, and deliver
them into the hand of their enemies; and they shall become a prey and a spoil
to all their enemies;
12-22:5 And
let them deliver it into the hand of the doers
of the work, that have the oversight of the house of the LORD: and let them
give it to the doers of the work which is
in the house of the LORD, to repair the breaches of the house,
13-14:10 And
David enquired of God, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? and wilt
thou deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD
said unto him, Go up; for I will deliver them
into thine hand.
13-16:35 And
say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us together, and deliver us from the heathen, that we may give thanks
to thy holy name, and glory in thy
praise.
14-6:36 If
they sin against thee, (for there is no
man which sinneth not,) and thou be angry with them, and deliver them over before their enemies, and they carry them away captives unto a land far
off or near;
14-18:5 Therefore
the king of Israel gathered together of prophets four hundred men, and said
unto them, Shall we go to Ramothgilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And they
said, Go up; for God will deliver it into the king’s hand.
14-18:11 And
all the prophets prophesied so, saying, Go up to Ramothgilead, and prosper: for
the LORD shall deliver it into the hand of the king.
14-25:15 Wherefore
the anger of the LORD was kindled against Amaziah, and he sent unto him a
prophet, which said unto him, Why hast thou sought after the gods of the
people, which could not deliver their own people
out of thine hand?
14-25:20 But
Amaziah would not hear; for it came of
God, that he might deliver them into the hand of their enemies, because they sought
after the gods of Edom.
14-28:11 Now
hear me therefore, and deliver the captives
again, which ye have taken captive of your brethren: for the fierce wrath of
the LORD is upon you.
14-32:11 Doth
not Hezekiah persuade you to give over yourselves to die by famine and by
thirst, saying, The LORD our God shall deliver
us out of the hand of the king of Assyria?
14-32:13 Know
ye not what I and my fathers have done unto all the people of other lands? were the gods of the
nations of those lands any ways able to deliver
their lands out of mine hand?
14-32:14 Who
was there among all the gods of those
nations that my fathers utterly destroyed, that could deliver
his people out of mine hand, that your God should be able to deliver you out of mine hand?
14-32:15 Now
therefore let not Hezekiah deceive you, nor persuade you on this manner,
neither yet believe him: for no god of any nation or kingdom was able to deliver his people out of mine hand, and out of the
hand of my fathers: how much less shall your God deliver
you out of mine hand?
14-32:17 He
wrote also letters to rail on the LORD God of Israel, and to speak against him,
saying, As the gods of the nations of other
lands have not delivered their people out of mine hand, so shall not the
God of Hezekiah deliver his people out of mine
hand.
15-7:19 The
vessels also that are given thee for the service of the house of thy God, those deliver
thou before the God of Jerusalem.
16-9:28 But
after they had rest, they did evil again before thee: therefore leftest thou
them in the hand of their enemies, so that they had the dominion over them: yet
when they returned, and cried unto thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and many times didst thou deliver them according to thy mercies;
18-5:4 His
children are far from safety, and they are crushed in the gate, neither is there any to deliver
them.
18-5:19 He
shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in
seven there shall no evil touch thee.
18-6:23 Or,
Deliver me from the enemy’s hand? or, Redeem me
from the hand of the mighty?
18-10:7 Thou
knowest that I am not wicked; and there
is none that can deliver out of thine hand.
18-22:30 He
shall deliver the island of the innocent: and it
is delivered by the pureness of thine hands.
18-33:24 Then
he is gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him
from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom.
18-33:28 He
will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and
his life shall see the light.
18-36:18 Because
there is wrath, beware lest he take thee away with his stroke: then a great ransom cannot deliver
thee.
19-6:4 Return,
O LORD, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy
mercies’ sake.
19-7:1 O
LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute
me, and deliver me:
19-7:2 Lest
he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in
pieces, while there is none to deliver.
19-17:13 Arise,
O LORD, disappoint him, cast him down: deliver
my soul from the wicked, which is thy
sword:
19-22:4 Our
fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver
them.
19-22:8 He
trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver
him, seeing he delighted in him.
19-22:20 Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the
power of the dog.
19-25:20 O
keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be
ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.
19-27:12 Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for
false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.
19-31:1 In
thee, O LORD, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness.
19-31:2 Bow
down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be
thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me.
19-31:15 My
times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from
them that persecute me.
19-33:17 An
horse is a vain thing for safety:
neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.
19-33:19 To
deliver their soul from death, and to keep them
alive in famine.
19-37:40 And
the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he
shall deliver them from the wicked, and save
them, because they trust in him.
19-39:8 Deliver me from all my transgressions: make me not the
reproach of the foolish.
19-40:13 Be
pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make
haste to help me.
19-41:1 Blessed
is he that considereth the poor: the
LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.
19-41:2 The
LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and
he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.
19-43:1 Judge
me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.
19-50:15 And
call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver
thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
19-50:22 Now
consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none
to deliver.
19-51:14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my
salvation: and my tongue shall sing
aloud of thy righteousness.
19-56:13 For
thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt
not thou deliver
my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the
living?
19-59:1 Deliver me from mine enemies, O my God: defend me from
them that rise up against me.
19-59:2 Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, and save me
from bloody men.
19-69:14 Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let
me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.
19-69:18 Draw
nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.
19-70:1 Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O LORD.
19-71:2 Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to
escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me.
19-71:4 Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked,
out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.
19-71:11 Saying,
God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him.
19-72:12 For
he shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the
poor also, and him that hath no
helper.
19-74:19 O
deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the
multitude of the wicked: forget not
the congregation of thy poor for ever.
19-79:9 Help
us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of thy name: and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for thy name’s
sake.
19-82:4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
19-89:48 What
man is he that liveth, and shall not
see death? shall he deliver his soul from the
hand of the grave? Selah.
19-91:3 Surely
he shall deliver thee from the snare of the
fowler, and from the noisome
pestilence.
19-91:14 Because
he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver
him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
19-91:15 He
shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver
him, and honour him.
19-106:43 Many
times did he deliver them; but they provoked him with their counsel, and were brought
low for their iniquity.
19-109:21 But
do thou for me, O GOD the Lord, for thy name’s sake: because thy mercy is good, deliver
thou me.
19-116:4 Then
called I upon the name of the LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.
19-119:134 Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep
thy precepts.
19-119:153 RESH.

do not forget thy law.

my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according
to thy word.

my supplication come before thee: deliver me
according to thy word.

19-140:1 Deliver me, O LORD, from the evil man: preserve me
from the violent man;

unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver
me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I.
19-143:9 Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto
thee to hide me.
19-144:7 Send
thine hand from above; rid me, and deliver me
out of great waters, from the hand of strange children;
19-144:11 Rid
me, and deliver me from the hand of strange
children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:
20-2:12 To
deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward
things;
20-2:16 To
deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words;
20-4:9 She
shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.
20-6:3 Do
this now, my son, and deliver thyself, when thou
art come into the hand of thy friend; go, humble thyself, and make sure thy
friend.
20-6:5 Deliver thyself as a roe from the hand of the hunter, and as a bird from the
hand of the fowler.
20-11:6 The
righteousness of the upright shall deliver them:
but transgressors shall be taken in their

spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath
he power in the day of death: and there
is no discharge in that war;
neither shall wickedness deliver those that are
given to it.
23-5:29 Their
roaring shall be like a lion, they shall
roar like young lions: yea, they shall roar, and lay hold of the prey, and
shall carry it away safe, and none
shall deliver it.
23-19:20 And
it shall be for a sign and for a witness unto the LORD of hosts in the land of
Egypt: for they shall cry unto the LORD because of the oppressors, and he shall
send them a saviour, and a great one, and he shall deliver
them.
23-29:11 And
the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed,
which men deliver
to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot;
for it is sealed:
23-31:5 As
birds flying, so will the LORD of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he
will deliver it;
and passing over he will preserve it.
23-36:14 Thus
saith the king, Let not Hezekiah deceive you: for he shall not be able to deliver you.
23-36:15 Neither
let Hezekiah make you trust in the LORD, saying, The LORD will surely deliver us: this city shall not be delivered into the
hand of the king of Assyria.
23-36:18 Beware lest Hezekiah persuade you,
saying, The LORD will deliver us. Hath any of
the gods of the nations delivered his land out of the hand of the king of
Assyria?
23-36:20 Who
are they among all the gods of these
lands, that have delivered their land out of my hand, that the LORD should deliver Jerusalem out of my hand?
23-38:6 And
I will deliver thee and this city out of the
hand of the king of Assyria: and I will defend this city.

before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out
of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it?

the residue thereof he maketh a god, even
his graven image: he falleth down unto it, and worshippeth it, and prayeth unto it, and saith, Deliver me; for thou art my god.
23-44:20 He
feedeth on ashes: a deceived heart hath turned him aside, that he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?

stoop, they bow down together; they could not deliver
the burden, but themselves are gone into captivity.

I will carry, and will deliver you.
23-47:14 Behold,
they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire
to sit before it.
23-50:2 Wherefore,
when I came, was there no man? when I
called, was there none to answer? Is
my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver? behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make
the rivers a wilderness: their fish stinketh, because there is no water, and dieth for thirst.
23-57:13 When
thou criest, let thy companies deliver thee; but
the wind shall carry them all away; vanity shall take them: but he that putteth his trust in me shall possess the land,
and shall inherit my holy mountain;

not afraid of their faces: for I am with
thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.

that hath borne seven languisheth: she hath given up the ghost; her sun is gone
down while it was yet day: she hath
been ashamed and confounded: and the residue of them will I deliver to the sword before their enemies, saith the
LORD.
24-15:20 And
I will make thee unto this people a fenced brasen wall: and they shall fight
against thee, but they shall not prevail against thee: for I am with thee to save thee and to deliver thee, saith the LORD.
24-15:21 And
I will deliver thee out of the hand of the
wicked, and I will redeem thee out of the hand of the terrible.
24-18:21 Therefore
deliver up their children to the famine, and
pour out their blood by the force of
the sword; and let their wives be bereaved of their children, and be widows; and let their men be put to
death; let their young men be slain by the sword in battle.
24-20:5 Moreover
I will deliver all the strength of this city,
and all the labours thereof, and all the precious things thereof, and all the
treasures of the kings of Judah will I give into the hand of their enemies,
which shall spoil them, and take them, and carry them to Babylon.
24-21:7 And
afterward, saith the LORD, I will deliver
Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and such as are left
in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the
hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of their enemies, and
into the hand of those that seek their life: and he shall smite them with the
edge of the sword; he shall not spare them, neither have pity, nor have mercy.
24-21:12 O
house of David, thus saith the LORD; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that
is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire,
and burn that none can quench it, because
of the evil of your doings.
24-22:3 Thus
saith the LORD; Execute ye judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor:
and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow,
neither shed innocent blood in this place.
24-24:9 And
I will deliver them to be removed into all the
kingdoms of the earth for their hurt,
to be a reproach and a proverb, a
taunt and a curse, in all places whither I shall drive them.
24-29:18 And
I will persecute them with the sword, with the famine, and with the pestilence,
and will deliver them to be removed to all the
kingdoms of the earth, to be a curse, and an astonishment, and an hissing, and
a reproach, among all the nations whither I have driven them:
24-29:21 Thus
saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, of Ahab the son of Kolaiah, and of
Zedekiah the son of Maaseiah, which prophesy a lie unto you in my name; Behold,
I will deliver them into the hand of
Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall slay them before your eyes;
24-38:19 And
Zedekiah the king said unto Jeremiah, I am afraid of the Jews that are fallen
to the Chaldeans, lest they deliver me into
their hand, and they mock me.
24-38:20 But
Jeremiah said, They shall not deliver thee. Obey, I beseech thee, the voice of
the LORD, which I speak unto thee: so it shall be well unto thee, and thy soul
shall live.
24-39:17 But
I will deliver thee in that day, saith the LORD:
and thou shalt not be given into the hand of the men of whom thou art afraid.
24-39:18 For
I will surely deliver thee, and thou shalt not
fall by the sword, but thy life shall be for a prey unto thee: because thou
hast put thy trust in me, saith the LORD.
24-42:11 Be
not afraid of the king of Babylon, of whom ye are afraid; be not afraid of him,
saith the LORD: for I am with you to
save you, and to deliver you from his hand.

Baruch the son of Neriah setteth thee on against us, for to deliver us into the hand of the Chaldeans, that they
might put us to death, and carry us away captives into Babylon.
24-43:11 And
when he cometh, he shall smite the land of Egypt, and deliver such as are for death to death; and such as are for captivity to captivity; and
such as are for the sword to the
sword.
24-46:26 And
I will deliver them into the hand of those that
seek their lives, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into
the hand of his servants: and afterward it shall be inhabited, as in the days
of old, saith the LORD.
24-51:6 Flee
out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every
man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of the LORD’S vengeance; he will render unto her a
recompence.
24-51:45 My
people, go ye out of the midst of her, and deliver
ye every man his soul from the fierce anger of the LORD.
25-5:8 Servants
have ruled over us: there is none
that doth deliver us out of their hand.
26-7:19 They
shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their
silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver
them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither
fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.
26-11:9 And
I will bring you out of the midst thereof, and deliver
you into the hands of strangers, and will execute judgments among you.
26-13:21 Your
kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my
people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted;
and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
26-13:23 Therefore
ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver my people out of your hand: and ye shall know
that I am the LORD.
26-14:14 Though
these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their
own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord GOD.

neither sons nor daughters; they only shall be delivered, but the land shall be
desolate.

these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they
shall deliver neither sons nor daughters, but
they only shall be delivered themselves.

Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they
shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they
shall but deliver
their own souls by their righteousness.

I will pour out mine indignation upon thee, I will blow against thee in the
fire of my wrath, and deliver thee into the hand
of brutish men, and skilful to
destroy.
26-23:28 For
thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will deliver
thee into the hand of them whom thou
hatest, into the hand of them from
whom thy mind is alienated:
26-25:4 Behold,
therefore I will deliver thee to the men of the
east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, and make their
dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit, and they shall drink thy milk.
26-25:7 Behold,
therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the heathen; and I will
cut thee off from the people, and I will cause thee to perish out of the
countries: I will destroy thee; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.

heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon
him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver
his soul.
26-33:12 Therefore,
thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people, The righteousness of the
righteous shall not deliver him in the day of
his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall
thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall the
righteous be able to live for his righteousness
in the day that he sinneth.
26-34:10 Thus
saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against
the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to
cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any
more; for I will deliver my flock from their
mouth, that they may not be meat for them.
26-34:12 As
a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out
my sheep, and will deliver them out of all
places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.
27-3:15 Now
if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp,
sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and
worship the image which I have made; well:
but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a
burning fiery furnace; and who is that
God that shall deliver you out of my hands?

able to deliver us from the burning fiery
furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.

able to deliver thee from the lions?

I saw him come close unto the ram, and he was moved with choler against him,

none can deliver.

and out of their hand I will not deliver them.
