01-1:12 And the
earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding
seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in
itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
01-1:21 And God
created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every
winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
01-2:19 And out
of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of
the air; and brought them unto Adam to
see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature,
that was the name thereof.
01-2:22 And the
rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought
of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD.
01-4:4 And
Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his
flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his
offering:
01-14:16 And he brought back all the goods, and also brought again his brother Lot, and his goods, and the
women also, and the people.
01-14:18 And
Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread
and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.
01-15:5 And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven,
and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So
shall thy seed be.
01-15:7 And he
said unto him, I am the LORD that brought
thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee this land to inherit it.
01-19:16 And while he
lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and
upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.
01-19:17 And it
came to pass, when they had brought them forth
abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay
thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.
01-20:9 Then
Abimelech called Abraham, and said unto him, What hast thou done unto us? and
what have I offended thee, that thou hast brought
on me and on my kingdom a great sin? thou hast done deeds unto me that ought
not to be done.
01-24:53 And the
servant brought forth jewels of silver, and
jewels of gold, and raiment, and gave them to Rebekah: he gave also to
her brother and to her mother precious things.
01-24:67 And Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah’s tent, and took
Rebekah, and she became his wife; and he loved her: and Isaac was comforted
after his mother’s death.
01-26:10 And Abimelech
said, What is this thou hast done unto us? one of the people might
lightly have lien with thy wife, and thou shouldest have brought guiltiness upon us.
01-27:14 And he
went, and fetched, and brought them to
his mother: and his mother made savoury meat, such as his father loved.
01-27:20 And Isaac
said unto his son, How is it that thou hast found it so quickly,
my son? And he said, Because the LORD thy God brought
it to me.
01-27:25 And he
said, Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son’s venison, that my
soul may bless thee. And he brought it near
to him, and he did eat: and he brought him wine,
and he drank.
01-27:31 And he
also had made savoury meat, and brought it unto his
father, and said unto his father, Let my father arise, and eat of his son’s
venison, that thy soul may bless me.
01-27:33 And Isaac
trembled very exceedingly, and said, Who? where is he that hath taken
venison, and brought it me, and I have
eaten of all before thou camest, and have blessed him? yea, and he shall
be blessed.
01-29:13 And it
came to pass, when Laban heard the tidings of Jacob his sister’s son, that he

went in the days of wheat harvest, and found mandrakes in the field, and brought them unto his mother Leah. Then Rachel said to
Leah, Give me, I pray thee, of thy son’s mandrakes.
01-30:39 And the
flocks conceived before the rods, and brought
forth cattle ringstraked, speckled, and spotted.
01-31:39 That which
was torn of beasts I brought not unto
thee; I bare the loss of it; of my hand didst thou require it, whether stolen
by day, or stolen by night.
01-33:11 Take, I
pray thee, my blessing that is brought to thee;
because God hath dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough. And he
urged him, and he took it.
01-37:2 These are
the generations of Jacob. Joseph, being seventeen years old, was
feeding the flock with his brethren; and the lad was with the sons of
Bilhah, and with the sons of Zilpah, his father’s wives: and Joseph brought unto his father their evil report.
01-37:28 Then there
passed by Midianites merchantmen; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the
pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmeelites for twenty pieces of silver: and
they brought Joseph into Egypt.
01-37:32 And they
sent the coat of many colours, and they brought
it to their father; and said, This have we found: know now whether it be
thy son’s coat or no.
01-38:25 When she was
brought forth, she sent to her father in
law, saying, By the man, whose these are, am I with child: and she said,
Discern, I pray thee, whose are these, the signet, and bracelets, and
staff.
01-39:1 And
Joseph was brought down to Egypt; and Potiphar,
an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him of the
hands of the Ishmeelites, which had brought him
down thither.
01-39:14 That she
called unto the men of her house, and spake unto them, saying, See, he hath brought in an Hebrew unto us to mock us; he came in
unto me to lie with me, and I cried with a loud voice:
01-39:17 And she
spake unto him according to these words, saying, The Hebrew servant, which thou
hast brought unto us, came in unto me to mock
me:
01-40:10 And in the
vine were three branches: and it was as though it budded, and her
blossoms shot forth; and the clusters thereof brought
forth ripe grapes:
01-41:14 Then
Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought
him hastily out of the dungeon: and he shaved himself, and changed his
raiment, and came in unto Pharaoh.
01-41:47 And in the
seven plenteous years the earth brought forth by
handfuls.
01-43:2 And it
came to pass, when they had eaten up the corn which they had brought out of Egypt, their father said unto them, Go
again, buy us a little food.
01-43:12 And take
double money in your hand; and the money that was brought
again in the mouth of your sacks, carry it again in your hand;
peradventure it was an oversight:
01-43:17 And the
man did as Joseph bade; and the man brought the
men into Joseph’s house.
01-43:18 And the
men were afraid, because they were brought into
Joseph’s house; and they said, Because of the money that was returned in our
sacks at the first time are we brought in; that
he may seek occasion against us, and fall upon us, and take us for bondmen, and
our asses.
01-43:21 And it
came to pass, when we came to the inn, that we opened our sacks, and, behold, every
man’s money was in the mouth of his sack, our money in full weight:
and we have brought it again in our hand.
01-43:22 And other
money have we brought down in our hands to buy
food: we cannot tell who put our money in our sacks.
01-43:23 And he
said, Peace be to you, fear not: your God, and the God of your father,
hath given you treasure in your sacks: I had your money. And he brought Simeon out unto them.
01-43:24 And the
man brought the men into Joseph’s house, and
gave them water, and they washed their feet; and he gave their asses
provender.
01-43:26 And when
Joseph came home, they brought him the present
which was in their hand into the house, and bowed themselves to him to
the earth.
01-44:8 Behold,
the money, which we found in our sacks’ mouths, we brought
again unto thee out of the land of Canaan: how then should we steal out of thy
lord’s house silver or gold?
01-46:7 His sons,
and his sons’ sons with him, his daughters, and his sons’ daughters, and all
his seed brought he with him into Egypt.
01-46:32 And the
men are shepherds, for their trade hath been to feed cattle; and they
have brought their flocks, and their herds, and
all that they have.
01-47:7 And
Joseph brought in Jacob his father, and set him
before Pharaoh: and Jacob blessed Pharaoh.
01-47:14 And Joseph
gathered up all the money that was found in the land of Egypt, and in the land of
Canaan, for the corn which they bought: and Joseph brought
the money into Pharaoh’s house.
01-47:17 And they brought their cattle unto Joseph: and Joseph gave them
bread in exchange for horses, and for the flocks, and for the cattle of
the herds, and for the asses: and he fed them with bread for all their cattle
for that year.
01-48:10 Now the
eyes of Israel were dim for age, so that he could not see. And he brought them near unto him; and he kissed them, and
embraced them.
01-48:12 And Joseph
brought them out from between his knees, and he
bowed himself with his face to the earth.
01-48:13 And Joseph
took them both, Ephraim in his right hand toward Israel’s left hand, and
Manasseh in his left hand toward Israel’s right hand, and brought them near unto him.
01-50:23 And Joseph
saw Ephraim’s children of the third generation: the children also of
Machir the son of Manasseh were brought up upon
Joseph’s knees.
02-2:10 And the
child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoh’s daughter,
and he became her son. And she called his name Moses: and she said, Because I
drew him out of the water.
02-3:12 And he
said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto
thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought
forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.
02-8:7 And the
magicians did so with their enchantments, and brought
up frogs upon the land of Egypt.
02-8:12 And Moses
and Aaron went out from Pharaoh: and Moses cried unto the LORD because of the
frogs which he had brought against Pharaoh.
02-9:19 Send therefore now, and gather thy cattle,
and all that thou hast in the field; for upon every man and beast
which shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought
home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die.
02-10:8 And Moses
and Aaron were brought again unto Pharaoh: and
he said unto them, Go, serve the LORD your God: but who are they
that shall go?
02-10:13 And Moses
stretched forth his rod over the land of Egypt, and the LORD brought an east wind upon the land all that day, and
all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.
02-12:17 And ye
shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day
have I brought your armies out of the land of
Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your generations by an ordinance
for ever.
02-12:39 And they
baked unleavened cakes of the dough which they brought
forth out of Egypt, for it was not leavened; because they were thrust out of
Egypt, and could not tarry, neither had they prepared for themselves any
victual.
02-13:3 And Moses
said unto the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out
of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out from this place: there shall no
leavened bread be eaten.
02-13:9 And it
shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine
eyes, that the Lord’s law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the
LORD brought thee out of Egypt.
02-13:14 And it
shall be when thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What is this?
that thou shalt say unto him, By strength of hand the LORD brought us out from Egypt, from the house of bondage:
02-13:16 And it
shall be for a token upon thine hand, and for frontlets between thine eyes: for
by strength of hand the LORD brought us forth
out of Egypt.
02-15:19 For the
horse of Pharaoh went in with his chariots and with his horsemen into the sea,
and the LORD brought again the waters of the sea
upon them; but the children of Israel went on dry land in the midst of
the sea.
02-15:22 So Moses brought Israel from the Red sea, and they went out
into the wilderness of Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness, and
found no water.
02-15:26 And said,
If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do
that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and
keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I
have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the
LORD that healeth thee.
02-16:3 And the
children of Israel said unto them, Would to God we had died by the hand of the
LORD in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the flesh pots, and when we did
eat bread to the full; for ye have brought us
forth into this wilderness, to kill this whole assembly with hunger.
02-16:6 And Moses
and Aaron said unto all the children of Israel, At even, then ye shall know
that the LORD hath brought you out from the land
of Egypt:
02-16:32 And Moses
said, This is the thing which the LORD commandeth, Fill an omer of it to
be kept for your generations; that they may see the bread wherewith I have fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you forth from the land of Egypt.
02-17:3 And the
people thirsted there for water; and the people murmured against Moses, and
said, Wherefore is this that thou hast brought
us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst?
02-18:1 When
Jethro, the priest of Midian, Moses’ father in law, heard of all that God had
done for Moses, and for Israel his people, and that the LORD had brought Israel out of Egypt;
02-18:26 And they
judged the people at all seasons: the hard causes they brought
unto Moses, but every small matter they judged themselves.
02-19:4 Ye have
seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles’ wings,
and brought you unto myself.
02-19:17 And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with
God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.
02-20:2 I am the
LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the
land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
02-22:8 If the
thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, to see whether he have
put his hand unto his neighbour’s goods.
02-29:10 And thou
shalt cause a bullock to be brought before the
tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands
upon the head of the bullock.
02-29:46 And they
shall know that I am the LORD their God, that brought
them forth out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them: I am the
LORD their God.
02-32:1 And when
the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered
themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which
shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not
what is become of him.
02-32:3 And all
the people brake off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them unto Aaron.
02-32:4 And he
received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after
he had made it a molten calf: and they said, These be thy gods, O
Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of
Egypt.
02-32:6 And they
rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace
offerings; and the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play.
02-32:8 They have
turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them
a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said,
These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought
thee up out of the land of Egypt.
02-32:11 And Moses besought
the LORD his God, and said, LORD, why doth thy wrath wax hot against thy
people, which thou hast brought forth out of the
land of Egypt with great power, and with a mighty hand?
02-32:21 And Moses
said unto Aaron, What did this people unto thee, that thou hast brought so great a sin upon them?
02-32:23 For they
said unto me, Make us gods, which shall go before us: for as for this
Moses, the man that brought us up out of the
land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.
02-33:1 And the LORD said unto Moses, Depart, and go
up hence, thou and the people which thou hast brought
up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land which I sware unto Abraham, to
Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give it:
02-35:21 And they
came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made
willing, and they brought the LORD’S
offering to the work of the tabernacle of
the congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments.
02-35:22 And they
came, both men and women, as many as were willing hearted, and brought bracelets, and earrings, and rings, and
tablets, all jewels of gold: and every man that offered offered an
offering of gold unto the LORD.
02-35:23 And every man, with whom was found blue, and purple,
and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats’ hair, and red skins of
rams, and badgers’ skins, brought them.
02-35:24 Every one
that did offer an offering of silver and brass brought
the Lord’s offering: and every man, with whom was found shittim wood for any
work of the service, brought it.
02-35:25 And all
the women that were wise hearted did spin with their hands, and brought that which they had spun, both of blue,
and of purple, and of scarlet, and of fine linen.
02-35:27 And the
rulers brought onyx stones, and stones to be
set, for the ephod, and for the breastplate;
02-35:29 The
children of Israel brought a willing offering
unto the LORD, every man and woman, whose heart made them willing to bring for
all manner of work, which the LORD had commanded to be made by the hand of
Moses.
02-36:3 And they
received of Moses all the offering, which the children of Israel had brought for the work of the service of the sanctuary,
to make it withal. And they brought yet
unto him free offerings every morning.
02-39:33 And they brought the tabernacle unto Moses, the tent, and all
his furniture, his taches, his boards, his bars, and his pillars, and his
sockets,
02-40:21 And he brought the ark into the tabernacle, and set up the
vail of the covering, and covered the ark of the testimony; as the LORD
commanded Moses.
03-6:30 And no
sin offering, whereof any of the blood is brought
into the tabernacle of the congregation to reconcile withal in the holy place,
shall be eaten: it shall be burnt in the fire.
03-8:6 And
Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed
them with water.
03-8:13 And Moses
brought Aaron’s sons, and put coats upon them,
and girded them with girdles, and put bonnets upon them; as the LORD commanded
Moses.
03-8:14 And he brought the bullock for the sin offering: and Aaron
and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bullock for the sin
offering.
03-8:18 And he brought the ram for the burnt offering: and Aaron and
his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.
03-8:22 And he brought the other ram, the ram of consecration: and
Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.
03-8:24 And he brought Aaron’s sons, and Moses put of the blood upon
the tip of their right ear, and upon the thumbs of their right hands, and upon
the great toes of their right feet: and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the
altar round about.
03-9:5 And they
brought that which Moses commanded before
the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and
stood before the LORD.
03-9:9 And the
sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him: and he
dipped his finger in the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar,
and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar:
03-9:15 And he brought the people’s offering, and took the goat,
which was the sin offering for the people, and slew it, and offered it
for sin, as the first.
03-9:16 And he brought the burnt offering, and offered it according
to the manner.
03-9:17 And he brought the meat offering, and took an handful
thereof, and burnt it upon the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the
morning.
03-10:18 Behold,
the blood of it was not brought in within the
holy place: ye should indeed have eaten it in the holy place, as
I commanded.
03-13:2 When a man
shall have in the skin of his flesh a rising, a scab, or bright spot, and it be
in the skin of his flesh like the plague of leprosy; then he shall be brought unto Aaron the priest, or unto one of his sons
the priests:
03-13:9 When the plague of leprosy is in a man, then he
shall be brought unto the priest;
03-14:2 This
shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing: He shall be brought unto the priest:
03-16:27 And the
bullock for the sin offering, and the goat for the sin offering, whose
blood was brought in to make atonement in the
holy place, shall one carry forth without the camp; and they
shall burn in the fire their skins, and their flesh, and their dung.
03-19:36 Just
balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have: I am the
LORD your God, which brought you out of the land
of Egypt.
03-22:27 When a
bullock, or a sheep, or a goat, is brought
forth, then it shall be seven days under the dam; and from the eighth day and
thenceforth it shall be accepted for an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
03-22:33 That brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God:
I am the LORD.
03-23:14 And ye
shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the selfsame
day that ye have brought an offering unto your
God: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all
your dwellings.
03-23:15 And ye
shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the
sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:
03-23:43 That your
generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths,
when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am
the LORD your God.
03-24:11 And the
Israelitish woman’s son blasphemed the name of the LORD, and cursed. And
they brought him unto Moses: (and his mother’s
name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan:)
03-25:38 I am the
LORD your God, which brought you forth out of
the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.
03-25:42 For they are
my servants, which I brought forth out of
the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.
03-25:55 For unto
me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom
I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am
the LORD your God.
03-26:13 I am the
LORD your God, which brought you forth out of
the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the
bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
03-26:41 And that
I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought
them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be
humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
03-26:45 But I will
for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of
the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.
04-6:13 And this is
the law of the Nazarite, when the days of his separation are fulfilled: he
shall be brought unto the door of the tabernacle
of the congregation:
04-7:3 And they
brought their offering before the LORD, six
covered wagons, and twelve oxen; a wagon for two of the princes, and for each
one an ox: and they brought them before the
tabernacle.
04-9:13 But the
man that is clean, and is not in a journey, and forbeareth to keep the
passover, even the same soul shall be cut off from among his people: because he
brought not the offering of the LORD in his
appointed season, that man shall bear his sin.
04-11:31 And there
went forth a wind from the LORD, and brought
quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, as it were a day’s
journey on this side, and as it were a day’s journey on the other side, round
about the camp, and as it were two cubits high upon the face of the
earth.
04-12:15 And Miriam
was shut out from the camp seven days: and the people journeyed not till Miriam
was brought in again.
04-13:23 And they
came unto the brook of Eshcol, and cut down from thence a branch with one
cluster of grapes, and they bare it between two upon a staff; and they brought of the pomegranates, and of the figs.
04-13:26 And they went and came to Moses, and to Aaron, and
to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness
of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and
shewed them the fruit of the land.
04-13:32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had
searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have
gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and
all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.
04-14:3 And
wherefore hath the LORD brought us unto this
land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey?
were it not better for us to return into Egypt?
04-15:33 And they
that found him gathering sticks brought him unto
Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.
04-15:36 And all
the congregation brought him without the camp,
and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the LORD commanded Moses.
04-15:41 I am the
LORD your God, which brought you out of the land
of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD your God.
04-16:10 And he
hath brought thee near to him, and all
thy brethren the sons of Levi with thee: and seek ye the priesthood also?
04-16:13 Is it a
small thing that thou hast brought us up out of
a land that floweth with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, except
thou make thyself altogether a prince over us?
04-16:14 Moreover
thou hast not brought us into a land that
floweth with milk and honey, or given us inheritance of fields and vineyards:
wilt thou put out the eyes of these men? we will not come up.
04-17:8 And it
came to pass, that on the morrow Moses went into the tabernacle of witness;
and, behold, the rod of Aaron for the house of Levi was budded, and brought forth buds, and bloomed blossoms, and yielded
almonds.
04-17:9 And Moses
brought out all the rods from before the LORD
unto all the children of Israel: and they looked, and took every man his rod.
04-20:4 And why
have ye brought up the congregation of the LORD
into this wilderness, that we and our cattle should die there?
04-20:16 And when
we cried unto the LORD, he heard our voice, and sent an angel, and hath brought us forth out of Egypt: and, behold, we are in
Kadesh, a city in the uttermost of thy border:
04-21:5 And the
people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness?
for there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul
loatheth this light bread.
04-22:41 And it
came to pass on the morrow, that Balak took Balaam, and brought him up into the high places of Baal, that thence he might
see the utmost part of the people.
04-23:7 And he
took up his parable, and said, Balak the king of Moab hath brought me from Aram, out of the mountains of the east,
saying, Come, curse me Jacob, and come, defy Israel.
04-23:14 And he brought him into the field of Zophim, to the top of
Pisgah, and built seven altars, and offered a bullock and a ram on every altar.
04-23:22 God brought them out of Egypt; he hath as it were the
strength of an unicorn.
04-23:28 And Balak brought Balaam unto the top of Peor, that looketh
toward Jeshimon.
04-24:8 God brought him forth out of Egypt; he hath as it were the
strength of an unicorn: he shall eat up the nations his enemies, and shall
break their bones, and pierce them through with his arrows.
04-25:6 And,
behold, one of the children of Israel came and brought
unto his brethren a Midianitish woman in the sight of Moses, and in the sight
of all the congregation of the children of Israel, who were weeping before
the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
04-27:5 And Moses
brought their cause before the LORD.
04-31:12 And they brought the captives, and the prey, and the spoil, unto
Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and unto the congregation of the children of
Israel, unto the camp at the plains of Moab, which are by Jordan near
Jericho.
04-31:50 We have
therefore brought an oblation for the LORD, what
every man hath gotten, of jewels of gold, chains, and bracelets, rings,
earrings, and tablets, to make an atonement for our souls before the LORD.
04-31:54 And Moses
and Eleazar the priest took the gold of the captains of thousands and of
hundreds, and brought it into the tabernacle of
the congregation, for a memorial for the children of Israel before the
LORD.
04-32:17 But we
ourselves will go ready armed before the children of Israel, until we have brought them unto their place: and our little ones
shall dwell in the fenced cities because of the inhabitants of the land.
05-1:25 And they
took of the fruit of the land in their hands, and brought
it down unto us, and brought us word
again, and said, It is a good land which the LORD our God doth give us.
05-1:27 And ye
murmured in your tents, and said, Because the LORD hated us, he hath brought us forth out of the land of Egypt, to deliver
us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us.
05-4:20 But the
LORD hath taken you, and brought you forth out
of the iron furnace, even out of Egypt, to be unto him a people of
inheritance, as ye are this day.
05-4:37 And
because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power
out of Egypt;
05-5:6 I am the
LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land
of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
05-5:15 And
remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the
LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a
mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded
thee to keep the sabbath day.
05-6:10 And it
shall be, when the LORD thy God shall have brought
thee into the land which he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and
to Jacob, to give thee great and goodly cities, which thou buildedst not,
05-6:12 Then beware
lest thou forget the LORD, which brought thee
forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
05-6:21 Then thou
shalt say unto thy son, We were Pharaoh’s bondmen in Egypt; and the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand:
05-6:23 And he brought us out from thence, that he might bring us in,
to give us the land which he sware unto our fathers.
05-7:8 But because the LORD loved you, and because he
would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the
hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
05-7:19 The great temptations which thine eyes saw, and
the signs, and the wonders, and the mighty hand, and the stretched out
arm, whereby the LORD thy God brought thee out: so shall the LORD thy God do unto all
the people of whom thou art afraid.
05-8:14 Then
thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the
house of bondage;
05-8:15 Who led
thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery
serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;
05-9:4 Speak
not thou in thine heart, after that the LORD thy God hath cast them out from
before thee, saying, For my righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to possess this land: but for the wickedness of these
nations the LORD doth drive them out from before thee.
05-9:12 And the
LORD said unto me, Arise, get thee down quickly from hence; for thy people
which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt have
corrupted themselves; they are quickly turned aside out of the way which
I commanded them; they have made them a molten image.
05-9:26 I prayed
therefore unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, destroy not thy people and thine
inheritance, which thou hast redeemed through thy greatness, which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand.
05-9:28 Lest the
land whence thou broughtest us out say, Because the LORD was not able to bring
them into the land which he promised them, and because he hated them, he hath brought them out to slay them in the wilderness.
05-11:29 And it
shall come to pass, when the LORD thy God hath brought
thee in unto the land whither thou goest to possess it, that thou shalt put the
blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the curse upon mount Ebal.
05-13:5 And that
prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath
spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you
out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy
God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst
of thee.
05-13:10 And thou
shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to thrust thee
away from the LORD thy God, which brought thee
out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
05-16:1 Observe
the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the LORD thy God: for in the
month of Abib the LORD thy God brought thee
forth out of Egypt by night.
05-20:1 When thou
goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and
a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with
thee, which brought thee up out of the land of
Egypt.
05-22:19 And they
shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto
the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of
Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.
05-26:8 And the
LORD brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty
hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with
great terribleness, and with signs, and with wonders:
05-26:9 And he
hath brought us into this place, and hath given
us this land, even a land that floweth with milk and honey.
05-26:10 And now,
behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land,
which thou, O LORD, hast given me. And thou shalt set it before the LORD thy
God, and worship before the LORD thy God:
05-26:13 Then thou
shalt say before the LORD thy God, I have brought
away the hallowed things out of mine house, and also have given them
unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow,
according to all thy commandments which thou hast commanded me: I have not
transgressed thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them:
05-29:25 Then men
shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD God of their
fathers, which he made with them when he brought
them forth out of the land of Egypt:
05-31:20 For when I
shall have brought them into the land which I
sware unto their fathers, that floweth with milk and honey; and they shall have
eaten and filled themselves, and waxen fat; then will they turn unto other
gods, and serve them, and provoke me, and break my covenant.
05-31:21 And it shall come to pass, when many evils and
troubles are befallen them, that this
song shall testify against them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out
of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which they go about,
even now, before I have brought them into the
land which I sware.
05-33:14 And for the
precious fruits brought forth by the sun,
and for the precious things put forth by the moon,
06-2:6 But she
had brought them up to the roof of the house,
and hid them with the stalks of flax, which she had laid in order upon the
roof.
06-6:23 And the
young men that were spies went in, and brought
out Rahab, and her father, and her mother, and her brethren, and all that she
had; and they brought out all her kindred, and
left them without the camp of Israel.
06-7:7 And
Joshua said, Alas, O Lord GOD, wherefore hast thou at all brought this people over Jordan, to deliver us into
the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us? would to God we had been content, and
dwelt on the other side Jordan!
06-7:14 In the
morning therefore ye shall be brought according
to your tribes: and it shall be, that the tribe which the LORD taketh
shall come according to the families thereof; and the family which the
LORD shall take shall come by households; and the household which the LORD
shall take shall come man by man.
06-7:16 So Joshua
rose up early in the morning, and brought Israel
by their tribes; and the tribe of Judah was taken:
06-7:17 And he brought the family of Judah; and he took the family of
the Zarhites: and he brought the family of the Zarhites
man by man; and Zabdi was taken:
06-7:18 And he brought his household man by man; and Achan, the son
of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, was taken.
06-7:23 And they
took them out of the midst of the tent, and brought
them unto Joshua, and unto all the children of Israel, and laid them out before
the LORD.
06-7:24 And
Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver,

his oxen, and his asses, and his sheep, and his tent, and all that he had: and
they brought them unto the valley of Achor.
06-8:23 And the
king of Ai they took alive, and brought him to
Joshua.

did so, and brought forth those five kings unto
him out of the cave, the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of
Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, and the king of Eglon.
06-10:24 And it
came to pass, when they brought out those kings
unto Joshua, that Joshua called for all the men of Israel, and said unto the
captains of the men of war which went with him, Come near, put your feet upon
the necks of these kings. And they came near, and put their feet upon the necks
of them.

Moses also and Aaron, and I plagued Egypt, according to that which I did among
them: and afterward I brought you out.
06-24:6 And I brought your fathers out of Egypt: and ye came unto
the sea; and the Egyptians pursued after
your fathers with chariots and horsemen unto the Red sea.
06-24:7 And when
they cried unto the LORD, he put darkness between you and the Egyptians, and brought the sea upon them, and covered them; and your
eyes have seen what I have done in Egypt: and ye dwelt in the wilderness a long
season.
06-24:8 And I brought you into the land of the Amorites, which dwelt
on the other side Jordan; and they fought with you: and I gave them into your
hand, that ye might possess their land; and I destroyed them from before you.
06-24:17 For the
LORD our God, he it is that brought us up
and our fathers out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, and which did
those great signs in our sight, and preserved us in all the way wherein we
went, and among all the people through whom we passed:
06-24:32 And the
bones of Joseph, which the children of Israel brought
up out of Egypt, buried they in Shechem, in a parcel of ground which Jacob

silver: and it became the inheritance of the children of Joseph.
07-1:7 And

with you.

presented it.
07-7:5 So he brought down the people unto the water: and the LORD

boweth down upon his knees to drink.

sent Joram his son unto king David, to salute him, and to bless him, because he

silver, and vessels of gold, and vessels of brass:

ax nor any tool of iron heard in the house, while it was in building.

therefore hath the LORD brought upon them all
this evil.

for him the ass, to wit, for the prophet whom he had brought back.
11-13:26 And when
the prophet that brought him back from the way
heard thereof, he said, It is the man of God, who was disobedient
unto the word of the LORD: therefore the LORD hath delivered him unto the lion,
which hath torn him, and slain him, according to the word of the LORD, which he
spake unto him.

the things which himself had dedicated, into the house of the LORD, silver, and

word again.
11-20:39 And as the
king passed by, he cried unto the king: and he said, Thy servant went out into

any means he be missing, then shall thy life be for his life, or else thou
shalt pay a talent of silver.

my servant to thee, that thou mayest recover him of his leprosy.

after him, and take somewhat of him.
12-10:1 And Ahab
had seventy sons in Samaria. And Jehu wrote letters, and sent to Samaria, unto

wrote a letter the second time to them, saying, If ye be mine, and if
ye will hearken unto my voice, take ye
the heads of the men your master’s sons, and come to me to Jezreel by to
morrow this time. Now the king’s sons, being seventy persons, were with
the great men of the city, which brought them

house of the LORD, and made a covenant with them, and took an oath of them in
the house of the LORD, and shewed them the king’s son.

him, and gave him the testimony; and they made him king, and anointed
him; and they clapped their hands, and said, God save the king.
12-11:19 And he
took the rulers over hundreds, and the captains, and the guard, and all the

to the king’s house. And he sat on the throne of the kings.

set at, and all the money that cometh into any man’s heart to bring into
the house of the LORD,
12-12:9 But
Jehoiada the priest took a chest, and bored a hole in the lid of it, and set it
beside the altar, on the right side as one cometh into the house of the LORD:
and the priests that kept the door put therein all the money that was brought into the house of the LORD.
12-12:13 Howbeit
there were not made for the house of the LORD bowls of silver, snuffers,
basons, trumpets, any vessels of gold, or vessels of silver, of the money that
was brought into the house of the LORD:
12-12:16 The
trespass money and sin money was not brought
into the house of the LORD: it was the priests’.
12-14:20 And they brought him on horses: and he was buried at Jerusalem
with his fathers in the city of David.

the LORD, from the forefront of the house, from between the altar and the house
of the LORD, and put it on the north side of the altar.
12-17:4 And the
king of Assyria found conspiracy in Hoshea: for he had sent messengers to So
king of Egypt, and brought no present to the
king of Assyria, as he had done year by year: therefore the king of
Assyria shut him up, and bound him in prison.
12-17:7 For so
it was, that the children of Israel had sinned against the LORD their God,
which had brought them up out of the land of
Egypt, from under the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and had feared other gods,
12-17:24 And the
king of Assyria brought men from Babylon,
and from Cuthah, and from Ava, and from Hamath, and from Sepharvaim, and placed
them in the cities of Samaria instead of the children of Israel: and
they possessed Samaria, and dwelt in the cities thereof.
12-17:27 Then the
king of Assyria commanded, saying, Carry thither one of the priests whom ye brought from thence; and let them go and dwell there,
and let him teach them the manner of the God of the land.
12-17:36 But the
LORD, who brought you up out of the land of
Egypt with great power and a stretched out arm, him shall ye fear, and him shall
ye worship, and to him shall ye do sacrifice.

not heard long ago how I have done it, and of ancient times that

the prophet cried unto the LORD: and he brought
the shadow ten degrees backward, by which it had gone down in the dial of Ahaz.

rest of the acts of Hezekiah, and all his might, and how he made a pool, and a
conduit, and brought water into the city, are
they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?
12-22:4 Go up to
Hilkiah the high priest, that he may sum the silver which is brought into the house of the LORD, which the keepers
of the door have gathered of the people:
12-22:9 And
Shaphan the scribe came to the king, and brought
the king word again, and said, Thy servants have gathered the money that was
found in the house, and have delivered it into the hand of them that do the
work, that have the oversight of the house of the LORD.
12-22:20 Behold
therefore, I will gather thee unto thy fathers, and thou shalt be gathered into
thy grave in peace; and thine eyes shall not see all the evil which I will
bring upon this place. And they brought the king
word again.
12-23:6 And he brought out the grove from the house of the LORD,
without Jerusalem, unto the brook Kidron, and burned it at the brook Kidron,
and stamped it small to powder, and cast the powder thereof upon the
graves of the children of the people.
12-23:8 And he brought all the priests out of the cities of Judah,
and defiled the high places where the priests had burned incense, from Geba to

a man’s left hand at the gate of the city.
12-23:30 And his
servants carried him in a chariot dead from Megiddo, and brought him to Jerusalem, and buried him in his own
sepulchre. And the people of the land took Jehoahaz the son of Josiah, and
anointed him, and made him king in his father’s stead.
12-24:16 And all
the men of might, even seven thousand, and craftsmen and smiths a
thousand, all that were strong and apt for war, even them the
king of Babylon brought captive to Babylon.
12-25:6 So they
took the king, and brought him up to the king of
Babylon to Riblah; and they gave judgment upon him.
12-25:20 And
Nebuzaradan captain of the guard took these, and brought
them to the king of Babylon to Riblah:
13-5:26 And the
God of Israel stirred up the spirit of Pul king of Assyria, and the spirit of
Tilgathpilneser king of Assyria, and he carried them away, even the Reubenites,
and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh, and brought
them unto Halah, and Habor, and Hara, and to the river Gozan, unto this day.
13-10:12 They
arose, all the valiant men, and took away the body of Saul, and the bodies of
his sons, and brought them to Jabesh, and buried
their bones under the oak in Jabesh, and fasted seven days.
13-11:18 And the
three brake through the host of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well
of Bethlehem, that was by the gate, and took it, and brought it to David: but David would not drink of
it, but poured it out to the LORD,
13-11:19 And said,
My God forbid it me, that I should do this thing: shall I drink the blood of
these men that have put their lives in jeopardy? for with the jeopardy of their
lives they brought it. Therefore he would not
drink it. These things did these three mightiest.
13-12:40 Moreover
they that were nigh them, even unto Issachar and Zebulun and Naphtali, brought bread on asses, and on camels, and on mules,
and on oxen, and meat, meal, cakes of figs, and bunches of raisins, and
wine, and oil, and oxen, and sheep abundantly: for there was joy in
Israel.
13-13:13 So David brought not the ark home to himself to the city
of David, but carried it aside into the house of Obededom the Gittite.
13-14:17 And the
fame of David went out into all lands; and the LORD brought
the fear of him upon all nations.
13-15:28 Thus all
Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the
LORD with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with
cymbals, making a noise with psalteries and harps.
13-16:1 So they brought the ark of God, and set it in the midst of the
tent that David had pitched for it: and they offered burnt sacrifices and peace
offerings before God.
13-17:5 For I have
not dwelt in an house since the day that I brought
up Israel unto this day; but have gone from tent to tent, and from one tabernacle
to another.

the king came and sat before the LORD, and said, Who am I, O LORD God,
and what is mine house, that thou hast brought
me hitherto?

smote Moab; and the Moabites became David’s servants, and brought gifts.
13-18:6 Then
David put garrisons in Syriadamascus; and the Syrians became David’s
servants, and brought gifts. Thus the LORD
preserved David whithersoever he went.
13-18:7 And David
took the shields of gold that were on the servants of Hadarezer, and brought them to Jerusalem.
13-18:8 Likewise
from Tibhath, and from Chun, cities of Hadarezer, brought
David very much brass, wherewith Solomon made the brasen sea, and the pillars,
and the vessels of brass.
13-18:11 Them also
king David dedicated unto the LORD, with the silver and the gold that he brought from all these nations; from Edom, and from
Moab, and from the children of Ammon, and from the Philistines, and from
Amalek.
13-20:2 And David
took the crown of their king from off his head, and found it to weigh a talent
of gold, and there were precious stones in it; and it was set upon David’s
head: and he brought also exceeding much spoil
out of the city.
13-20:3 And he brought out the people that were in it, and cut
them with saws, and with harrows of iron, and with axes. Even so dealt
David with all the cities of the children of Ammon. And David and all the
people returned to Jerusalem.
13-22:4 Also
cedar trees in abundance: for the Zidonians and they of Tyre brought much cedar wood to David.
14-1:4 But the
ark of God had David brought up from
Kirjathjearim to the place which David had prepared for it: for he had
pitched a tent for it at Jerusalem.
14-1:16 And
Solomon had horses brought out of Egypt, and
linen yarn: the king’s merchants received the linen yarn at a price.
14-1:17 And they
fetched up, and brought forth out of Egypt a
chariot for six hundred shekels of silver, and an horse for an hundred
and fifty: and so brought they out horses for
all the kings of the Hittites, and for the kings of Syria, by their means.
14-5:1 Thus all
the work that Solomon made for the house of the LORD was finished: and Solomon brought in all the things that David his father
had dedicated; and the silver, and the gold, and all the instruments, put he
among the treasures of the house of God.
14-5:5 And they
brought up the ark, and the tabernacle of the
congregation, and all the holy vessels that were in the tabernacle,
these did the priests and the Levites bring up.
14-5:7 And the
priests brought in the ark of the covenant of
the LORD unto his place, to the oracle of the house, into the most holy place,
even under the wings of the cherubims:
14-6:5 Since
the day that I brought forth my people out of
the land of Egypt I chose no city among all the tribes of Israel to build an
house in, that my name might be there; neither chose I any man to be a ruler
over my people Israel:
14-7:22 And it
shall be answered, Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid
hold on other gods, and worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath he brought all this evil upon them.
14-8:11 And
Solomon brought up the daughter of Pharaoh out
of the city of David unto the house that he had built for her: for he said, My
wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the
places are holy, whereunto the ark of the LORD hath come.
14-8:18 And Huram
sent him by the hands of his servants ships, and servants that had knowledge of
the sea; and they went with the servants of Solomon to Ophir, and took thence
four hundred and fifty talents of gold, and brought
them to king Solomon.
14-9:10 And the
servants also of Huram, and the servants of Solomon, which brought gold from Ophir, brought
algum trees and precious stones.
14-9:12 And king
Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatsoever she asked, beside
that which she had brought unto the king.
So she turned, and went away to her own land, she and her servants.
14-9:14 Beside that
which chapmen and merchants brought. And all
the kings of Arabia and governors of the country brought
gold and silver to Solomon.
14-9:24 And they brought every man his present, vessels of silver, and
vessels of gold, and raiment, harness, and spices, horses, and mules, a rate
year by year.
14-9:28 And they brought unto Solomon horses out of Egypt, and out of
all lands.
14-10:8 But he
forsook the counsel which the old men gave him, and took counsel with the young
men that were brought up with him, that stood
before him.
14-10:10 And the
young men that were brought up with him spake
unto him, saying, Thus shalt thou answer the people that spake unto thee,
saying, Thy father made our yoke heavy, but make thou it somewhat
lighter for us; thus shalt thou say unto them, My little finger shall be
thicker than my father’s loins.
14-12:11 And when
the king entered into the house of the LORD, the guard came and fetched them,
and brought them again into the guard chamber.
14-13:18 Thus the
children of Israel were brought under at that
time, and the children of Judah prevailed, because they relied upon the LORD
God of their fathers.
14-15:11 And they
offered unto the LORD the same time, of the spoil which they had brought, seven hundred oxen and seven thousand sheep.
14-15:18 And he brought into the house of God the things that his
father had dedicated, and that he himself had dedicated, silver, and gold, and
vessels.
14-16:2 Then Asa brought out silver and gold out of the treasures of the
house of the LORD and of the king’s house, and sent to Benhadad king of Syria,
that dwelt at Damascus, saying,
14-17:5 Therefore
the LORD stablished the kingdom in his hand; and all Judah brought to Jehoshaphat presents; and he had riches and
honour in abundance.
14-17:11 Also some
of the Philistines brought Jehoshaphat
presents, and tribute silver; and the Arabians brought
him flocks, seven thousand and seven hundred rams, and seven thousand and seven
hundred he goats.
14-19:4 And Jehoshaphat
dwelt at Jerusalem: and he went out again through the people from Beersheba to
mount Ephraim, and brought them back unto the
LORD God of their fathers.
14-22:9 And he
sought Ahaziah: and they caught him, (for he was hid in Samaria,) and brought him to Jehu: and when they had slain him, they
buried him: Because, said they, he is the son of Jehoshaphat, who sought
the LORD with all his heart. So the house of Ahaziah had no power to keep still
the kingdom.
14-23:11 Then they brought out the king’s son, and put upon him the
crown, and gave him the testimony, and made him king. And Jehoiada and
his sons anointed him, and said, God save the king.
14-23:14 Then
Jehoiada the priest brought out the captains of
hundreds that were set over the host, and said unto them, Have her forth of the
ranges: and whoso followeth her, let him be slain with the sword. For the
priest said, Slay her not in the house of the LORD.
14-23:20 And he
took the captains of hundreds, and the nobles, and the governors of the people,
and all the people of the land, and brought down
the king from the house of the LORD: and they came through the high gate into
the king’s house, and set the king upon the throne of the kingdom.
14-24:10 And all
the princes and all the people rejoiced, and brought
in, and cast into the chest, until they had made an end.
14-24:11 Now it
came to pass, that at what time the chest was brought
unto the king’s office by the hand of the Levites, and when they saw that there
was much money, the king’s scribe and the high priest’s officer came and
emptied the chest, and took it, and carried it to his place again. Thus they
did day by day, and gathered money in abundance.
14-24:14 And when
they had finished it, they brought the rest
of the money before the king and Jehoiada, whereof were made vessels for the
house of the LORD, even vessels to minister, and to offer withal, and
spoons, and vessels of gold and silver. And they offered burnt offerings in the
house of the LORD continually all the days of Jehoiada.
14-25:12 And other
ten thousand left alive did the children of Judah carry away
captive, and brought them unto the top of the
rock, and cast them down from the top of the rock, that they all were broken in
pieces.
14-25:14 Now it
came to pass, after that Amaziah was come from the slaughter of the Edomites,
that he brought the gods of the children of
Seir, and set them up to be his gods, and bowed down himself before
them, and burned incense unto them.
14-25:23 And Joash
the king of Israel took Amaziah king of Judah, the son of Joash, the son of
Jehoahaz, at Bethshemesh, and brought him to
Jerusalem, and brake down the wall of Jerusalem from the gate of Ephraim to the
corner gate, four hundred cubits.
14-25:28 And they brought him upon horses, and buried him with his
fathers in the city of Judah.
14-28:5 Wherefore
the LORD his God delivered him into the hand of the king of Syria; and they
smote him, and carried away a great multitude of them captives, and brought them to Damascus. And he was also
delivered into the hand of the king of Israel, who smote him with a great
slaughter.
14-28:8 And the
children of Israel carried away captive of their brethren two hundred thousand,
women, sons, and daughters, and took also away much spoil from them, and brought the spoil to Samaria.
14-28:15 And the
men which were expressed by name rose up, and took the captives, and with the
spoil clothed all that were naked among them, and arrayed them, and shod them,
and gave them to eat and to drink, and anointed them, and carried all the
feeble of them upon asses, and brought them to
Jericho, the city of palm trees, to their brethren: then they returned to
Samaria.
14-28:19 For the
LORD brought Judah low because of Ahaz king of
Israel; for he made Judah naked, and transgressed sore against the LORD.
14-28:27 And Ahaz
slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city, even in
Jerusalem: but they brought him not into the sepulchres
of the kings of Israel: and Hezekiah his son reigned in his stead.
14-29:4 And he brought in the priests and the Levites, and gathered
them together into the east street,
14-29:16 And the
priests went into the inner part of the house of the LORD, to cleanse it, and
brought out all the uncleanness that they found
in the temple of the LORD into the court of the house of the LORD. And the
Levites took it, to carry it out abroad into the brook Kidron.
14-29:21 And they brought seven bullocks, and seven rams, and seven
lambs, and seven he goats, for a sin offering for the kingdom, and for the
sanctuary, and for Judah. And he commanded the priests the sons of Aaron to
offer them on the altar of the LORD.
14-29:23 And they brought forth the he goats for the sin offering
before the king and the congregation; and they laid their hands upon them:
14-29:31 Then
Hezekiah answered and said, Now ye have consecrated yourselves unto the LORD,
come near and bring sacrifices and thank offerings into the house of the LORD.
And the congregation brought in sacrifices and
thank offerings; and as many as were of a free heart burnt offerings.
14-29:32 And the
number of the burnt offerings, which the congregation brought,
was threescore and ten bullocks, an hundred rams, and two hundred lambs:
all these were for a burnt offering to the LORD.
14-30:15 Then they
killed the passover on the fourteenth day of the second month: and the
priests and the Levites were ashamed, and sanctified themselves, and brought in the burnt offerings into the house of the
LORD.
14-31:5 And as
soon as the commandment came abroad, the children of Israel brought in abundance the firstfruits of corn, wine,
and oil, and honey, and of all the increase of the field; and the tithe of all things
brought they in abundantly.
14-31:6 And concerning
the children of Israel and Judah, that dwelt in the cities of Judah, they
also brought in the tithe of oxen and sheep, and
the tithe of holy things which were consecrated unto the LORD their God, and
laid them by heaps.
14-31:12 And brought in the offerings and the tithes and the
dedicated things faithfully: over which Cononiah the Levite was ruler,
and Shimei his brother was the next.
14-32:23 And many brought gifts unto the LORD to Jerusalem, and presents
to Hezekiah king of Judah: so that he was magnified in the sight of all nations
from thenceforth.
14-32:30 This same
Hezekiah also stopped the upper watercourse of Gihon, and brought it straight down to the west side of the city
of David. And Hezekiah prospered in all his works.
14-33:11 Wherefore
the LORD brought upon them the captains of the
host of the king of Assyria, which took Manasseh among the thorns, and bound
him with fetters, and carried him to Babylon.
14-33:13 And prayed
unto him: and he was intreated of him, and heard his supplication, and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then
Manasseh knew that the LORD he was God.
14-34:9 And when
they came to Hilkiah the high priest, they delivered the money that was brought into the house of God, which the Levites that
kept the doors had gathered of the hand of Manasseh and Ephraim, and of all the
remnant of Israel, and of all Judah and Benjamin; and they returned to
Jerusalem.
14-34:14 And when
they brought out the money that was brought into the house of the LORD, Hilkiah the priest
found a book of the law of the LORD given by Moses.
14-34:16 And
Shaphan carried the book to the king, and brought
the king word back again, saying, All that was committed to thy servants, they
do it.
14-34:28 Behold, I
will gather thee to thy fathers, and thou shalt be gathered to thy grave in
peace, neither shall thine eyes see all the evil that I will bring upon this
place, and upon the inhabitants of the same. So they brought
the king word again.
14-35:24 His
servants therefore took him out of that chariot, and put him in the second
chariot that he had; and they brought him to
Jerusalem, and he died, and was buried in one of the sepulchres of his
fathers. And all Judah and Jerusalem mourned for Josiah.
14-36:10 And when
the year was expired, king Nebuchadnezzar sent, and brought
him to Babylon, with the goodly vessels of the house of the LORD, and made
Zedekiah his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem.
14-36:17 Therefore
he brought upon them the king of the Chaldees,
who slew their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary, and
had no compassion upon young man or maiden, old man, or him that stooped for
age: he gave them all into his hand.
14-36:18 And all
the vessels of the house of God, great and small, and the treasures of the
house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king, and of his princes; all these
he brought to Babylon.
15-1:7 Also
Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the
house of the LORD, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought
forth out of Jerusalem, and had put them in the house of his gods;
15-1:11 All the
vessels of gold and of silver were five thousand and four hundred. All these
did Sheshbazzar bring up with them of the captivity that were brought up from Babylon unto Jerusalem.
15-4:2 Then
they came to Zerubbabel, and to the chief of the fathers, and said unto them,
Let us build with you: for we seek your God, as ye do; and we do
sacrifice unto him since the days of Esarhaddon king of Assur, which brought us up hither.
15-4:10 And the
rest of the nations whom the great and noble Asnapper brought
over, and set in the cities of Samaria, and the rest that are on this side
the river, and at such a time.
15-5:14 And the
vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took
out of the temple that was in Jerusalem, and brought
them into the temple of Babylon, those did Cyrus the king take out of the
temple of Babylon, and they were delivered unto one, whose name was Sheshbazzar,
whom he had made governor;
15-6:5 And also
let the golden and silver vessels of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar
took forth out of the temple which is at Jerusalem, and brought unto Babylon, be restored, and brought again unto the temple which is at
Jerusalem, every one to his place, and place them in the house of
God.
15-8:18 And by
the good hand of our God upon us they brought us
a man of understanding, of the sons of Mahli, the son of Levi, the son of
Israel; and Sherebiah, with his sons and his brethren, eighteen;
16-4:15 And it
came to pass, when our enemies heard that it was known unto us, and God had brought their counsel to nought, that we returned all
of us to the wall, every one unto his work.
16-5:5 Yet now
our flesh is as the flesh of our brethren, our children as their
children: and, lo, we bring into bondage our sons and our daughters to be
servants, and some of our daughters are brought
unto bondage already: neither is it in our power to redeem
them; for other men have our lands and vineyards.
16-8:2 And Ezra
the priest brought the law before the
congregation both of men and women, and all that could hear with understanding,
upon the first day of the seventh month.
16-8:16 So the
people went forth, and brought them, and
made themselves booths, every one upon the roof of his house, and in their
courts, and in the courts of the house of God, and in the street of the water
gate, and in the street of the gate of Ephraim.
16-9:18 Yea, when
they had made them a molten calf, and said, This is thy God that brought thee up out of Egypt, and had wrought great
provocations;
16-9:33 Howbeit
thou art just in all that is brought upon
us; for thou hast done right, but we have done wickedly:
16-12:31 Then I brought up the princes of Judah upon the wall, and
appointed two great companies of them that gave thanks, whereof one went
on the right hand upon the wall toward the dung gate:
16-13:9 Then I commanded,
and they cleansed the chambers: and thither brought
I again the vessels of the house of God, with the meat offering and the
frankincense.
16-13:12 Then brought all Judah the tithe of the corn and the new
wine and the oil unto the treasuries.
16-13:15 In those
days saw I in Judah some treading wine presses on the sabbath, and
bringing in sheaves, and lading asses; as also wine, grapes, and figs, and all manner
of burdens, which they brought into
Jerusalem on the sabbath day: and I testified against them in the day
wherein they sold victuals.
16-13:16 There
dwelt men of Tyre also therein, which brought
fish, and all manner of ware, and sold on the sabbath unto the children of
Judah, and in Jerusalem.
16-13:19 And it
came to pass, that when the gates of Jerusalem began to be dark before the
sabbath, I commanded that the gates should be shut, and charged that they
should not be opened till after the sabbath: and some of my servants set
I at the gates, that there should no burden be brought
in on the sabbath day.
17-1:17 For this
deed of the queen shall come abroad unto all women, so that they shall
despise their husbands in their eyes, when it shall be reported, The king
Ahasuerus commanded Vashti the queen to be brought
in before him, but she came not.
17-2:7 And he brought up Hadassah, that is, Esther, his
uncle’s daughter: for she had neither father nor mother, and the maid was fair
and beautiful; whom Mordecai, when her father and mother were dead, took for
his own daughter.
17-2:8 So it
came to pass, when the king’s commandment and his decree was heard, and when
many maidens were gathered together unto Shushan the palace, to the custody of
Hegai, that Esther was brought also unto the
king’s house, to the custody of Hegai, keeper of the women.
17-2:20 Esther
had not yet shewed her kindred nor her people; as Mordecai had charged
her: for Esther did the commandment of Mordecai, like as when she was brought up with him.
17-6:8 Let the
royal apparel be brought which the king useth
to wear, and the horse that the king rideth upon, and the crown royal which
is set upon his head:
17-6:11 Then took
Haman the apparel and the horse, and arrayed Mordecai, and brought him on horseback through the street of the
city, and proclaimed before him, Thus shall it be done unto the man whom the
king delighteth to honour.
17-9:11 On that
day the number of those that were slain in Shushan the palace was brought before the king.
18-4:12 Now a thing was secretly brought
to me, and mine ear received a little thereof.
18-10:18 Wherefore
then hast thou brought me forth out of the womb?
Oh that I had given up the ghost, and no eye had seen me!
18-14:21 His sons
come to honour, and he knoweth it not; and they are brought low, but he perceiveth it not of them.
18-21:30 That the
wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath.
18-21:32 Yet shall
he be brought to the grave, and shall remain in
the tomb.
18-24:24 They are
exalted for a little while, but are gone and brought
low; they are taken out of the way as all other, and cut off as the tops
of the ears of corn.
18-31:18 (For from
my youth he was brought up with me, as with a
father, and I have guided her from my mother’s womb;)
18-42:11 Then came
there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had
been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and
they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of
money, and every one an earring of gold.
19-7:14 Behold,
he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
19-18:19 He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered
me, because he delighted in me.
19-20:8 They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand
upright.
19-22:15 My
strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and
thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
19-30:3 O LORD,
thou hast brought up my soul from the grave:
thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
19-35:4 Let them
be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back
and brought to confusion that devise my hurt.
19-35:26 Let them
be ashamed and brought to confusion together
that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that
magnify themselves against me.
19-40:2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the
miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
19-45:14 She shall
be brought unto the king in raiment of
needlework: the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee.
19-45:15 With
gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought:
they shall enter into the king’s palace.
19-71:24 My tongue
also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded,
for they are brought unto shame, that seek my
hurt.
19-73:19 How are
they brought into desolation, as in a
moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.
19-78:16 He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused
waters to run down like rivers.
19-78:26 He caused
an east wind to blow in the heaven: and by his power he brought in the south wind.
19-78:54 And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even
to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.
19-78:71 From
following the ewes great with young he brought
him to feed Jacob his people, and Israel his inheritance.
19-79:8 O
remember not against us former iniquities: let thy tender mercies speedily
prevent us: for we are brought very low.
19-80:8 Thou hast
brought a vine out of Egypt: thou hast cast out
the heathen, and planted it.
19-81:10 I am the
LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land
of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.
19-85:1 To the
chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. LORD, thou hast been favourable
unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity
of Jacob.
19-89:40 Thou hast
broken down all his hedges; thou hast brought
his strong holds to ruin.
19-90:2 Before
the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou
hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting,
thou art God.
19-105:30 Their land brought forth frogs in abundance, in the chambers of
their kings.
19-105:37 He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there
was not one feeble person among their tribes.
19-105:40 The
people asked, and he brought quails, and
satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
19-105:43 And he brought forth his people with joy, and his
chosen with gladness:
19-106:42 Their
enemies also oppressed them, and they were brought
into subjection under their hand.
19-106:43 Many times
did he deliver them; but they provoked him with their counsel, and were brought low for their iniquity.
19-107:12 Therefore
he brought down their heart with labour; they
fell down, and there was none to help.
19-107:14 He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death,
and brake their bands in sunder.
19-107:39 Again, they
are minished and brought low through oppression,
affliction, and sorrow.
19-116:6 The LORD
preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he
helped me.
19-136:11 And brought out Israel from among them: for his mercy endureth
for ever:
19-142:6 Attend
unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver
me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I.
20-6:26 For by
means of a whorish woman a man is brought to
a piece of bread: and the adulteress will hunt for the precious life.
20-8:24 When there
were no depths, I was brought forth; when there
were no fountains abounding with water.
20-8:25 Before
the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought
forth:
20-8:30 Then I
was by him, as one brought up with
him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him;
21-12:4 And the
doors shall be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is low, and he
shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all the daughters of musick shall
be brought low;
22-1:4 Draw me,
we will run after thee: the king hath brought me
into his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, we will remember thy
love more than wine: the upright love thee.
22-2:4 He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner
over me was love.
22-3:4 It
was but a little that I passed from them, but I found him whom my soul
loveth: I held him, and would not let him go, until I had brought him into my mother’s house, and into the
chamber of her that conceived me.
22-8:5 Who is
this that cometh up from the wilderness, leaning upon her beloved? I raised
thee up under the apple tree: there thy mother brought
thee forth: there she brought thee forth that
bare thee.
23-1:2 Hear, O
heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against
me.
23-2:12 For the
day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud
and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:
23-5:2 And he
fenced it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the
choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a winepress
therein: and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes.
23-5:4 What
could have been done more to my vineyard, that I have not done in it?
wherefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes?
23-5:15 And the
mean man shall be brought down, and the mighty
man shall be humbled, and the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled:
23-14:11 Thy pomp
is brought down to the grave, and the
noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.
23-14:15 Yet thou
shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of
the pit.
23-15:1 The
burden of Moab. Because in the night Ar of Moab is laid waste, and brought to silence; because in the night Kir of Moab
is laid waste, and brought to silence;
23-18:7 In that
time shall the present be brought unto the LORD
of hosts of a people scattered and peeled, and from a people terrible from
their beginning hitherto; a nation meted out and trodden under foot, whose land
the rivers have spoiled, to the place of the name of the LORD of hosts, the
mount Zion.
23-21:14 The
inhabitants of the land of Tema brought water to
him that was thirsty, they prevented with their bread him that fled.
23-23:13 Behold the
land of the Chaldeans; this people was not, till the Assyrian founded it
for them that dwell in the wilderness: they set up the towers thereof, they
raised up the palaces thereof; and he brought
it to ruin.
23-25:5 Thou
shalt bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the
heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low.
23-26:18 We have
been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance
in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.
23-29:4 And thou
shalt be brought down, and shalt speak
out of the ground, and thy speech shall be low out of the dust, and thy voice
shall be, as of one that hath a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and thy
speech shall whisper out of the dust.
23-29:20 For the
terrible one is brought to nought, and the
scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off:
23-37:26 Hast thou
not heard long ago, how I have done it; and of ancient times,
that I have formed it? now have I brought it to
pass, that thou shouldest be to lay waste defenced cities into ruinous
heaps.
23-43:14 Thus saith
the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to
Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles,
and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships.
23-43:23 Thou hast
not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt
offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused
thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense.
23-45:10 Woe unto
him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman,
What hast thou brought forth?
23-48:15 I, even
I, have spoken; yea, I have called him: I have brought
him, and he shall make his way prosperous.
23-49:21 Then shalt
thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my
children, and am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these,
where had they been?
23-51:18 There
is none to guide her among all the sons whom she hath brought forth; neither is there any that taketh
her by the hand of all the sons that she hath brought
up.
23-53:7 He was
oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep
before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
23-59:16 And he saw
that there was no man, and wondered that there was no
intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation
unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.
23-60:11 Therefore
thy gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that
men may bring unto thee the forces of the Gentiles, and that their
kings may be brought.
23-62:9 But they
that have gathered it shall eat it and praise the LORD; and they that have brought it together shall drink it in the courts of my
holiness.
23-63:5 And I
looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none
to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought
salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.
23-63:11 Then he
remembered the days of old, Moses, and his people, saying, Where is
he that brought them up out of the sea with
the shepherd of his flock? where is he that put his holy Spirit within
him?
23-66:7 Before
she travailed, she brought forth; before her
pain came, she was delivered of a man child.
23-66:8 Who hath
heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring
forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion
travailed, she brought forth her children.
24-2:6 Neither
said they, Where is the LORD that brought
us up out of the land of Egypt, that led us through the wilderness, through a
land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought, and of the shadow of
death, through a land that no man passed through, and where no man dwelt?
24-2:7 And I brought you into a plentiful country, to eat the fruit
thereof and the goodness thereof; but when ye entered, ye defiled my land, and
made mine heritage an abomination.
24-2:27 Saying to
a stock, Thou art my father; and to a stone, Thou hast brought me forth: for they have turned their back
unto me, and not their face: but in the time of their trouble they will
say, Arise, and save us.
24-7:22 For I
spake not unto your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning
burnt offerings or sacrifices:
24-10:9 Silver
spread into plates is brought from Tarshish, and
gold from Uphaz, the work of the workman, and of the hands of the founder: blue
and purple is their clothing: they are all the work of cunning men.
24-11:4 Which I
commanded your fathers in the day that I brought
them forth out of the land of Egypt, from the iron furnace, saying, Obey my
voice, and do them, according to all which I command you: so shall ye be my
people, and I will be your God:
24-11:7 For I
earnestly protested unto your fathers in the day that I brought them up out of the land of Egypt, even unto
this day, rising early and protesting, saying, Obey my voice.
24-11:19 But I was
like a lamb or an ox that is brought
to the slaughter; and I knew not that they had devised devices against me, saying,
Let us destroy the tree with the fruit thereof, and let us cut him off from
the land of the living, that his name may be no more remembered.
24-15:8 Their
widows are increased to me above the sand of the seas: I have brought upon them against the mother of the young men
a spoiler at noonday: I have caused him to fall upon it suddenly, and
terrors upon the city.
24-16:14 Therefore,
behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that it shall no more be said, The LORD
liveth, that brought up the children of Israel
out of the land of Egypt;
24-16:15 But, The
LORD liveth, that brought up the children of
Israel from the land of the north, and from all the lands whither he had driven
them: and I will bring them again into their land that I gave unto their
fathers.
24-20:3 And it
came to pass on the morrow, that Pashur brought
forth Jeremiah out of the stocks. Then said Jeremiah unto him, The LORD hath
not called thy name Pashur, but Magormissabib.
24-20:15 Cursed be
the man who brought tidings to my father, saying,
A man child is born unto thee; making him very glad.
24-23:7 Therefore,
behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD
liveth, which brought up the children of Israel
out of the land of Egypt;
24-23:8 But, The LORD
liveth, which brought up and which led the seed
of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither
I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.
24-24:1 The LORD
shewed me, and, behold, two baskets of figs were set before the temple
of the LORD, after that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive
Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the
carpenters and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought
them to Babylon.
24-26:23 And they
fetched forth Urijah out of Egypt, and brought
him unto Jehoiakim the king; who slew him with the sword, and cast his dead
body into the graves of the common people.
24-27:16 Also I
spake to the priests and to all this people, saying, Thus saith the LORD;
Hearken not to the words of your prophets that prophesy unto you, saying,
Behold, the vessels of the LORD’S house shall now shortly be brought again from Babylon: for they prophesy a lie
unto you.
24-32:21 And hast brought forth thy people Israel out of the land of
Egypt with signs, and with wonders, and with a strong hand, and with a
stretched out arm, and with great terror;
24-32:42 For thus
saith the LORD; Like as I have brought all this
great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have
promised them.
24-34:11 But
afterward they turned, and caused the servants and the handmaids, whom they had
let go free, to return, and brought them into
subjection for servants and for handmaids.
24-34:13 Thus saith
the LORD, the God of Israel; I made a covenant with your fathers in the day
that I brought them forth out of the land of
Egypt, out of the house of bondmen, saying,
24-34:16 But ye
turned and polluted my name, and caused every man his servant, and every man
his handmaid, whom he had set at liberty at their pleasure, to return, and brought them into subjection, to be unto you for
servants and for handmaids.
24-35:4 And I brought them into the house of the LORD, into the chamber
of the sons of Hanan, the son of Igdaliah, a man of God, which was by
the chamber of the princes, which was above the chamber of Maaseiah the
son of Shallum, the keeper of the door:
24-37:14 Then said
Jeremiah, It is false; I fall not away to the Chaldeans. But he
hearkened not to him: so Irijah took Jeremiah, and brought
him to the princes.
24-38:22 And,
behold, all the women that are left in the king of Judah’s house shall be brought forth to the king of Babylon’s princes, and
those women shall say, Thy friends have set thee on, and have prevailed
against thee: thy feet are sunk in the mire, and they are turned away
back.
24-39:5 But the
Chaldeans’ army pursued after them, and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of
Jericho: and when they had taken him, they brought
him up to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon to Riblah in the land of Hamath, where
he gave judgment upon him.
24-40:3 Now the
LORD hath brought it, and done according
as he hath said: because ye have sinned against the LORD, and have not obeyed
his voice, therefore this thing is come upon you.
24-41:16 Then took
Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces that were with
him, all the remnant of the people whom he had recovered from Ishmael the son of
Nethaniah, from Mizpah, after that he had slain Gedaliah the son of
Ahikam, even mighty men of war, and the women, and the children, and the
eunuchs, whom he had brought again from Gibeon:
24-44:2 Thus
saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Ye have seen all the evil that I
have brought upon Jerusalem, and upon all the
cities of Judah; and, behold, this day they are a desolation, and no man
dwelleth therein,
24-50:25 The LORD
hath opened his armoury, and hath brought forth
the weapons of his indignation: for this is the work of the Lord GOD of
hosts in the land of the Chaldeans.
24-51:10 The LORD
hath brought forth our righteousness: come, and
let us declare in Zion the work of the LORD our God.
24-52:26 So Nebuzaradan
the captain of the guard took them, and brought
them to the king of Babylon to Riblah.
24-52:31 And it came to pass in the seven and thirtieth
year of the captivity of Jehoiachin king
of Judah, in the twelfth month, in the five and twentieth day of the
month, that Evilmerodach king of Babylon in the first year
of his reign lifted up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah, and brought him forth out of prison,
25-2:2 The Lord
hath swallowed up all the habitations of Jacob, and hath not pitied: he hath
thrown down in his wrath the strong holds of the daughter of Judah; he hath brought them down to the ground: he hath
polluted the kingdom and the princes thereof.
25-2:22 Thou hast
called as in a solemn day my terrors round about, so that in the day of the
LORD’S anger none escaped nor remained: those that I have swaddled and brought up hath mine enemy consumed.
25-3:2 He hath
led me, and brought me into darkness, but
not into light.
25-4:5 They
that did feed delicately are desolate in the streets: they that were brought up in scarlet embrace dunghills.
26-8:3 And he
put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the
spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the
door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat
of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy.
26-8:7 And he brought me to the door of the court; and when I
looked, behold a hole in the wall.
26-8:14 Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD’S house
which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for
Tammuz.
26-8:16 And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD’S house, and,
behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar,
were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of
the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward
the east.
26-11:1 Moreover
the spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the
east gate of the LORD’S house, which looketh eastward: and behold at the door
of the gate five and twenty men; among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur,
and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.
26-11:24 Afterwards
the spirit took me up, and brought me in a
vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to them of the captivity. So the
vision that I had seen went up from me.
26-12:7 And I did
so as I was commanded: I brought forth my stuff
by day, as stuff for captivity, and in the even I digged through the wall with
mine hand; I brought it forth in the
twilight, and I bare it upon my shoulder in their sight.
26-14:22 Yet,
behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought
forth, both sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you,
and ye shall see their way and their doings: and ye shall be comforted
concerning the evil that I have brought upon
Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought
upon it.
26-17:6 And it
grew, and became a spreading vine of low stature, whose branches turned toward
him, and the roots thereof were under him: so it became a vine, and brought forth branches, and shot forth sprigs.
26-17:24 And all
the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought
down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree,
and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done it.
26-19:3 And she brought up one of her whelps: it became a young lion,
and it learned to catch the prey; it devoured men.
26-19:4 The
nations also heard of him; he was taken in their pit, and they brought him with chains unto the land of Egypt.
26-19:9 And they
put him in ward in chains, and brought him to
the king of Babylon: they brought him into
holds, that his voice should no more be heard upon the mountains of Israel.
26-20:10 Wherefore
I caused them to go forth out of the land of Egypt, and brought them into the wilderness.
26-20:14 But I
wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen,
in whose sight I brought them out.
26-20:22 Nevertheless
I withdrew mine hand, and wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be
polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought
them forth.
26-20:28 For when
I had brought them into the land, for the
which I lifted up mine hand to give it to them, then they saw every high hill,
and all the thick trees, and they offered there their sacrifices, and there
they presented the provocation of their offering: there also they made their
sweet savour, and poured out there their drink offerings.
26-21:7 And it
shall be, when they say unto thee, Wherefore sighest thou? that thou shalt
answer, For the tidings; because it cometh: and every heart shall melt, and all
hands shall be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be
weak as water: behold, it cometh, and shall be brought
to pass, saith the Lord GOD.
26-23:8 Neither left
she her whoredoms brought from Egypt: for
in her youth they lay with her, and they bruised the breasts of her virginity,
and poured their whoredom upon her.
26-23:27 Thus will
I make thy lewdness to cease from thee, and thy whoredom brought from the land of Egypt: so that thou shalt
not lift up thine eyes unto them, nor remember Egypt any more.
26-23:42 And a
voice of a multitude being at ease was with her: and with the men of the
common sort were brought Sabeans from the
wilderness, which put bracelets upon their hands, and beautiful crowns upon
their heads.
26-27:6 Of the
oaks of Bashan have they made thine oars; the company of the Ashurites have
made thy benches of ivory, brought out
of the isles of Chittim.
26-27:15 The men of
Dedan were thy merchants; many isles were the merchandise of
thine hand: they brought thee for a
present horns of ivory and ebony.
26-27:26 Thy rowers
have brought thee into great waters: the east
wind hath broken thee in the midst of the seas.
26-29:5 And I
will leave thee thrown into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy
rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open fields; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered: I have given thee for
meat to the beasts of the field and to the fowls of the heaven.
26-30:11 He and his
people with him, the terrible of the nations, shall be brought
to destroy the land: and they shall draw their swords against Egypt, and fill
the land with the slain.
26-31:18 To whom
art thou thus like in glory and in greatness among the trees of Eden? yet shalt
thou be brought down with the trees of Eden unto
the nether parts of the earth: thou shalt lie in the midst of the uncircumcised
with them that be slain by the sword. This is Pharaoh and all his
multitude, saith the Lord GOD.
26-34:4 The
diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick,
neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have
ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled
them.
26-37:13 And ye
shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my
people, and brought you up out of your graves,
26-38:8 After
many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the
land that is brought back from the sword,
and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel,
which have been always waste: but it is brought
forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
26-39:27 When I
have brought them again from the people, and
gathered them out of their enemies’ lands, and am sanctified in them in the
sight of many nations;
26-40:1 In the
five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the
tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was
smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and brought me thither.
26-40:2 In the
visions of God brought he me into the land of
Israel, and set me upon a very high mountain, by which was as the frame
of a city on the south.
26-40:3 And he brought me thither, and, behold, there was a
man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of
flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.
26-40:4 And the
man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears,
and set thine heart upon all that I shall shew thee; for to the intent that I
might shew them unto thee art thou brought
hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel.
26-40:17 Then brought he me into the outward court, and, lo, there
were chambers, and a pavement made for the court round about: thirty
chambers were upon the pavement.
26-40:24 After that
he brought me toward the south, and behold a
gate toward the south: and he measured the posts thereof and the arches thereof
according to these measures.
26-40:28 And he brought me to the inner court by the south gate: and
he measured the south gate according to these measures;
26-40:32 And he brought me into the inner court toward the east: and
he measured the gate according to these measures.
26-40:35 And he brought me to the north gate, and measured it according
to these measures;
26-40:48 And he brought me to the porch of the house, and measured each
post of the porch, five cubits on this side, and five cubits on that side:
and the breadth of the gate was three cubits on this side, and three
cubits on that side.
26-40:49 The length
of the porch was twenty cubits, and the breadth eleven cubits; and he
brought me by the steps whereby they went up
to it: and there were pillars by the posts, one on this side, and
another on that side.
26-41:1 Afterward
he brought me to the temple, and measured the
posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other
side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle.
26-42:1 Then he brought me forth into the utter court, the way toward
the north: and he brought me into the chamber
that was over against the separate place, and which was before
the building toward the north.
26-42:15 Now when
he had made an end of measuring the inner house, he brought
me forth toward the gate whose prospect is
toward the east, and measured it round about.
26-43:1 Afterward he brought
me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east:
26-43:5 So the
spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner
court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.
26-44:1 Then he brought me back the way of the gate of the outward
sanctuary which looketh toward the east; and it was shut.
26-44:4 Then brought he me the way of the north gate before the
house: and I looked, and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house of the
LORD: and I fell upon my face.
26-44:7 In that
ye have brought into my sanctuary strangers,
uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to
pollute it, even my house, when ye offer my bread, the fat and the
blood, and they have broken my covenant because of all your abominations.
26-46:19 After he brought me through the entry, which was at the
side of the gate, into the holy chambers of the priests, which looked toward
the north: and, behold, there was a place on the two sides westward.
26-46:21 Then he brought me forth into the utter court, and caused me
to pass by the four corners of the court; and, behold, in every corner of the
court there was a court.
26-47:1 Afterward
he brought me again unto the door of the house;
and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward:
for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters
came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of
the altar.
26-47:2 Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward,
and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh
eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side.
26-47:3 And when
the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a
thousand cubits, and he brought me through the
waters; the waters were to the ancles.
26-47:4 Again he
measured a thousand, and brought me through the
waters; the waters were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through; the waters were to the
loins.
26-47:6 And he
said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of
the river.
26-47:8 Then said
he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into
the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought
forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.
27-1:2 And the Lord gave Jehoiakim king of Judah into his
hand, with part of the vessels of the house of God: which he carried
into the land of Shinar to the house of his god; and he brought the vessels into the treasure house of his god.
27-1:9 Now God
had brought Daniel into favour and tender love
with the prince of the eunuchs.
27-1:18 Now at
the end of the days that the king had said he should bring them in, then the
prince of the eunuchs brought them in before
Nebuchadnezzar.
27-2:25 Then
Arioch brought in Daniel before the king in
haste, and said thus unto him, I have found a man of the captives of Judah,
that will make known unto the king the interpretation.
27-3:13 Then
Nebuchadnezzar in his rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach,
Meshach, and Abednego. Then they brought these
men before the king.
27-5:3 Then
they brought the golden vessels that were taken
out of the temple of the house of God which was at Jerusalem; and the
king, and his princes, his wives, and his concubines, drank in them.
27-5:13 Then was
Daniel brought in before the king. And the
king spake and said unto Daniel, Art thou that Daniel, which art of
the children of the captivity of Judah, whom the king my father brought out of Jewry?
27-5:15 And now
the wise men, the astrologers, have been brought
in before me, that they should read this writing, and make known unto me the
interpretation thereof: but they could not shew the interpretation of the
thing:
27-5:23 But hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of
heaven; and they have brought the vessels
of his house before thee, and thou, and thy lords, thy wives, and thy
concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver,
and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know:
and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy
ways, hast thou not glorified:
27-6:16 Then the
king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and
cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto
Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.
27-6:17 And a
stone was brought, and laid upon the mouth of
the den; and the king sealed it with his own signet, and with the signet of his
lords; that the purpose might not be changed concerning Daniel.
27-6:18 Then the
king went to his palace, and passed the night fasting: neither were instruments
of musick brought before him: and his sleep went
from him.
27-6:24 And the
king commanded, and they brought those men which
had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions, them,
their children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and
brake all their bones in pieces or ever they came at the bottom of the den.
27-7:13 I saw in
the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the
clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
27-9:14 Therefore
hath the LORD watched upon the evil, and brought
it upon us: for the LORD our God is righteous in all his works which he
doeth: for we obeyed not his voice.
27-9:15 And now,
O Lord our God, that hast brought thy people
forth out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and hast gotten thee renown,
as at this day; we have sinned, we have done wickedly.
27-11:6 And in
the end of years they shall join themselves together; for the king’s daughter
of the south shall come to the king of the north to make an agreement: but she
shall not retain the power of the arm; neither shall he stand, nor his arm: but
she shall be given up, and they that brought
her, and he that begat her, and he that strengthened her in these times.
28-12:13 And by a
prophet the LORD brought Israel out of Egypt,
and by a prophet was he preserved.
30-2:10 Also I brought you up from the land of Egypt, and led you
forty years through the wilderness, to possess the land of the Amorite.
30-3:1 Hear
this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against
the whole family which I brought up from the
land of Egypt, saying,
30-9:7 Are ye
not as children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel? saith the
LORD. Have not I brought up Israel out of the
land of Egypt? and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?
31-1:7 All the
men of thy confederacy have brought thee even
to the border: the men that were at peace with thee have deceived thee, and
prevailed against thee; they that eat thy bread have laid a wound
under thee: there is none understanding in him.
32-2:6 I went
down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about
me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life
from corruption, O LORD my God.
33-5:3 Therefore
will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return
unto the children of Israel.
33-6:4 For I brought thee up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed
thee out of the house of servants; and I sent before thee Moses, Aaron, and
Miriam.
34-2:7 And
Huzzab shall be led away captive, she shall be brought
up, and her maids shall lead her as with the voice of doves, tabering
upon their breasts.
37-1:9 Ye
looked for much, and, lo, it came to little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith
the LORD of hosts. Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every
man unto his own house.
37-2:19 Is the
seed yet in the barn? yea, as yet the vine, and the fig tree, and the
pomegranate, and the olive tree, hath not brought
forth: from this day will I bless you.
38-10:11 And he
shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the
sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of Assyria
shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt
shall depart away.
39-1:13 Ye said
also, Behold, what a weariness is it! and ye have snuffed at it, saith
the LORD of hosts; and ye brought that which
was torn, and the lame, and the sick; thus ye brought
an offering: should I accept this of your hand? saith the LORD.
40-1:12 And after
they were brought to Babylon, Jechonias begat
Salathiel; and Salathiel begat Zorobabel;
40-1:25 And knew
her not till she had brought forth her firstborn
son: and he called his name JESUS.
40-4:24 And his
fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought
unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and
those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and
those that had the palsy; and he healed them.
40-8:16 When the
even was come, they brought unto him many that
were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word,
and healed all that were sick:
40-9:2 And,
behold, they brought to him a man sick of the
palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the
palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.
40-9:32 As they
went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man
possessed with a devil.
40-10:18 And ye
shall be brought before governors and kings for my
sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.
40-11:23 And thou,
Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought
down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in thee, had been
done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.
40-12:22 Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind,
and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and
saw.
40-12:25 And Jesus knew
their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided
against itself shall not stand:
40-13:8 But other
fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit,
some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.
40-13:26 But when
the blade was sprung up, and brought forth
fruit, then appeared the tares also.
40-14:11 And his
head was brought in a charger, and given to the
damsel: and she brought it to her mother.
40-14:35 And when
the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country
round about, and brought unto him all that were
diseased;
40-16:8 Which when
Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among
yourselves, because ye have brought no bread?
40-17:16 And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure
him.
40-18:24 And when
he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto
him, which owed him ten thousand talents.
40-19:13 Then were
there brought unto him little children, that he
should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.
40-21:7 And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their
clothes, and they set him thereon.
40-22:19 Shew me
the tribute money. And they brought unto him a
penny.
40-25:20 And so he
that had received five talents came and brought
other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents:
behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
40-27:3 Then
Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented
himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of
silver to the chief priests and elders,
41-1:32 And at
even, when the sun did set, they brought unto
him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils.
41-4:8 And
other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased;
and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty,
and some an hundred.
41-4:21 And he
said unto them, Is a candle brought to be put
under a bushel, or under a bed? and not to be set on a candlestick?
41-4:29 But when
the fruit is brought forth, immediately he
putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.
41-6:27 And
immediately the king sent an executioner, and commanded his head to be brought: and he went and beheaded him in the prison,
41-6:28 And brought his head in a charger, and gave it to the
damsel: and the damsel gave it to her mother.
41-9:17 And one
of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought
unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit;
41-9:20 And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway
the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.
41-10:13 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch
them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought
them.
41-11:7 And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on
him; and he sat upon him.
41-12:16 And they brought it. And he saith unto them, Whose is
this image and superscription? And they said unto him, Caesar’s.
41-13:9 But take
heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the
synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought
before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.
42-1:57 Now
Elisabeth’s full time came that she should be delivered; and she brought forth a son.
42-2:7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in
swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them
in the inn.
42-2:22 And when
the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished,
they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him
to the Lord;
42-2:27 And he
came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the
custom of the law,
42-3:5 Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain
and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the
rough ways shall be made smooth;
42-4:9 And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of
the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down
from hence:
42-4:16 And he
came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up:
and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and
stood up for to read.
42-4:40 Now when
the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every
one of them, and healed them.
42-5:11 And when they had brought
their ships to land, they forsook all, and followed him.
42-5:18 And,
behold, men brought in a bed a man which was
taken with a palsy: and they sought means to bring him in, and to lay him
before him.
42-7:37 And, behold,
a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at
meat in the Pharisee’s house, brought an
alabaster box of ointment,
42-10:34 And went
to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on
his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and
took care of him.
42-11:17 But he,
knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is
brought to desolation; and a house divided against
a house falleth.
42-12:16 And he
spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully:
42-18:15 And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch
them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them.
42-18:40 And Jesus
stood, and commanded him to be brought unto him:
and when he was come near, he asked him,
42-19:35 And they brought him to Jesus: and they cast their garments
upon the colt, and they set Jesus thereon.
42-21:12 But before
all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering
you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name’s sake.
42-22:54 Then took
they him, and led him, and brought him
into the high priest’s house. And Peter followed afar off.
42-23:14 Said unto
them, Ye have brought this man unto me, as one
that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before
you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof ye accuse
him:
43-1:42 And he brought him
to Jesus. And when Jesus beheld him, he said, Thou art Simon the son of
Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, A stone.
43-4:33 Therefore
said the disciples one to another, Hath any man brought
him ought to eat?
43-7:45 Then came
the officers to the chief priests and Pharisees; and they said unto them, Why
have ye not brought him?
43-8:3 And the
scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman
taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
43-9:13 They brought to the Pharisees him that aforetime was blind.
43-18:16 But Peter
stood at the door without. Then went out that other disciple, which was known
unto the high priest, and spake unto her that kept the door, and brought in Peter.
43-19:13 When
Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought
Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the
Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.
43-19:39 And there
came also Nicodemus, which at the first came to Jesus by night, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about an hundred
pound weight.
44-4:34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for
as many as were possessors of lands
or houses sold them, and brought the prices of
the things that were sold,
44-4:37 Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles’
feet.
44-5:2 And kept
back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it, at the
apostles’ feet.
44-5:15 Insomuch
that they brought forth the sick into the
streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow
of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.
44-5:19 But the
angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said,
44-5:21 And when
they heard that, they entered into the temple early in the morning, and
taught. But the high priest came, and they that were with him, and called the
council together, and all the senate of the children of Israel, and sent to the
prison to have them brought.
44-5:26 Then went
the captain with the officers, and brought them
without violence: for they feared the people, lest they should have been
stoned.
44-5:27 And when
they had brought them, they set them before
the council: and the high priest asked them,
44-5:36 For
before these days rose up Theudas, boasting himself to be somebody; to whom a
number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves: who was slain; and all,
as many as obeyed him, were scattered, and brought
to nought.
44-6:12 And they
stirred up the people, and the elders, and the scribes, and came upon him, and
caught him, and brought him to the
council,
44-7:36 He brought them out, after that he had shewed wonders and
signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty
years.
44-7:40 Saying
unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what
is become of him.
44-7:45 Which
also our fathers that came after brought in with
Jesus into the possession of the Gentiles, whom God drave out before the face
of our fathers, unto the days of David;
44-9:8 And Saul
arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led
him by the hand, and brought him into
Damascus.
44-9:27 But
Barnabas took him, and brought him to the
apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that
he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of
Jesus.
44-9:30 Which when
the brethren knew, they brought him down to
Caesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus.

he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch.

in Antioch.
44-12:6 And when
Herod would have brought him forth, the same
night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the
keepers before the door kept the prison.
44-12:17 But he,
beckoning unto them with the hand to hold their peace, declared unto them how
the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And
he said, Go shew these things unto James, and to the brethren. And he departed,
and went into another place.
44-13:1 Now there
were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as
Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen,
which had been brought up with Herod the

brought on their way by the church, they passed
through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they
caused great joy unto all the brethren.

came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of
divination met us, which brought her masters
much gain by soothsaying:

being Jews, do exceedingly trouble our city,
44-16:30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be
saved?
44-16:34 And when
he had brought them into his house, he set meat before
them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house.

came and besought them, and brought them out,
and desired them to depart out of the city.
44-17:15 And they
that conducted Paul brought him unto Athens: and
receiving a commandment unto Silas and Timotheus for to come to him with all
speed, they departed.

took him, and brought him unto Areopagus,
saying, May we know what this new doctrine, whereof thou speakest, is?

Gallio was the deputy of Achaia, the Jews made insurrection with one accord
against Paul, and brought him to the judgment
seat,
44-19:12 So that
from his body were brought unto the sick
handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil
spirits went out of them.
44-19:19 Many of
them also which used curious arts brought their
books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the
price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver.
44-19:24 For a
certain man named Demetrius, a silversmith, which made silver shrines
for Diana, brought no small gain unto the
craftsmen;
44-19:37 For ye
have brought hither these men, which are neither
robbers of churches, nor yet blasphemers of your goddess.
44-20:12 And they brought the young man alive, and were not a little
comforted.
44-21:5 And when
we had accomplished those days, we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, till we
were out of the city: and we kneeled down on the shore, and prayed.
44-21:16 There went
with us also certain of the disciples of Caesarea, and brought with them one Mnason of Cyprus, an old
disciple, with whom we should lodge.
44-21:28 Crying
out, Men of Israel, help: This is the man, that teacheth all men every
where against the people, and the law, and this place: and further brought Greeks also into the temple, and hath polluted
this holy place.
44-21:29 (For they
had seen before with him in the city Trophimus an Ephesian, whom they supposed
that Paul had brought into the temple.)
44-22:3 I am
verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia,
yet brought up in this city at the feet of
Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the
fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day.
44-22:24 The chief
captain commanded him to be brought into the
castle, and bade that he should be examined by scourging; that he might know
wherefore they cried so against him.
44-22:30 On the morrow, because he would have known the
certainty wherefore he was accused of the Jews, he loosed him from his
bands, and commanded the chief priests and all their council to appear, and
brought Paul down, and set him before them.
44-23:18 So he took
him, and brought him to the chief
captain, and said, Paul the prisoner called me unto him, and prayed me
to bring this young man unto thee, who hath something to say unto thee.
44-23:28 And when I
would have known the cause wherefore they accused him, I brought him forth into their council:

soldiers, as it was commanded them, took Paul, and brought
him by night to Antipatris.

them more than ten days, he went down
unto Caesarea; and the next day sitting on the judgment seat commanded

judgment seat, and commanded the man to be brought
forth.

whom when the accusers stood up, they brought
none accusation of such things as I supposed:

morrow, when Agrippa was come, and Bernice, with great pomp, and was entered
into the place of hearing, with the chief captains, and principal men of the
city, at Festus’ commandment Paul was brought
forth.
44-25:26 Of whom I
have no certain thing to write unto my lord. Wherefore I have brought him forth before you, and specially before
thee, O king Agrippa, that, after examination had, I might have somewhat to
write.

Caesar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.

because of false brethren unawares brought in,
who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they
might bring us into bondage:

when Timotheus came from you unto us, and brought
us good tidings of your faith and charity, and that ye have good remembrance of
us always, desiring greatly to see us, as we also to see you:

reported of for good works; if she have brought
up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints’ feet,

work.

nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing
out.

now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath

bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought
into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.

God of peace, that brought again from the dead
