01-15:4 And, behold, the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that
shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir.
01-25:23 And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of
people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the
one people shall be stronger than the
other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.
01-43:30 And Joseph made haste; for his bowels did yearn upon his brother: and he sought where to weep; and he entered into his chamber, and wept there.
04-5:22 And this water that causeth the curse shall go into
thy bowels, to
make thy belly to swell, and thy thigh to rot: And the woman shall
say, Amen, amen.
10-7:12 And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep
with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of
thy bowels, and
I will establish his kingdom.
10-16:11 And David said to Abishai, and to all his servants,
Behold, my son, which came forth of my bowels, seeketh my life: how much more now may this Benjamite do it? let him alone, and let him curse; for the LORD hath bidden
him.
10-20:10 But Amasa took no heed to the sword that was in Joab’s hand: so he smote him
therewith in the fifth rib, and shed
out his bowels to
the ground, and struck him not again; and he died. So Joab and Abishai his
brother pursued after Sheba the son of Bichri.
11-3:26 Then spake the woman whose the living child was unto the king, for her bowels yearned upon her son, and she
said, O my lord, give her the living child, and in no wise slay it. But the
other said, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it.
14-21:15 And thou shalt
have great sickness by disease of thy bowels, until thy bowels fall out by reason of the sickness day by day.
14-21:18 And after all this the LORD smote him in his bowels with an incurable disease.
14-21:19 And it came to pass, that in process of time, after
the end of two years, his bowels fell
out by reason of his sickness: so he died of sore diseases. And his people made
no burning for him, like the burning of his fathers.
14-32:21 And the LORD sent an angel, which cut off all the
mighty men of valour, and the leaders and captains in the camp of the king of
Assyria. So he returned with shame of face to his own land. And when he was
come into the house of his god, they that came forth of his own bowels slew him there with the
sword.
18-20:14 Yet his meat in his bowels is turned, it
is the gall of asps within him.
18-30:27 My bowels
boiled, and rested not: the days of affliction prevented me.
19-22:14 I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out
of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.
19-71:6 By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art
he that took me out of my mother’s bowels: my praise shall
be continually of thee.
19-109:18 As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his
garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones.
22-5:4 My beloved put in his hand by the hole of the door, and my bowels were moved for him.
23-16:11 Wherefore my bowels shall sound like an harp for Moab, and mine
inward parts for Kirharesh.
23-48:19 Thy seed also had been as the sand, and the offspring
of thy bowels like
the gravel thereof; his name should not have been cut off nor destroyed from
before me.
23-49:1 Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from
far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name.
23-63:15 Look down from heaven, and behold from the habitation
of thy holiness and of thy glory: where is
thy zeal and thy strength, the sounding of thy bowels and of thy mercies toward me? are they restrained?
24-4:19 My bowels, my bowels! I am pained at my very
heart; my heart maketh a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because thou hast
heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war.
24-31:20 Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a pleasant child? for since I spake against him, I do
earnestly remember him still: therefore my bowels are troubled for him; I will surely have mercy
upon him, saith the LORD.
25-1:20 Behold, O LORD; for I am in distress: my bowels are troubled; mine heart is turned within me;
for I have grievously rebelled: abroad the sword bereaveth, at home there is as death.
25-2:11 Mine eyes do fail with tears, my bowels are troubled, my liver is
poured upon the earth, for the destruction of the daughter of my people;
because the children and the sucklings swoon in the streets of the city.
26-3:3 And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to
eat, and fill thy bowels with
this roll that I give thee. Then did I eat it;
and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.
26-7:19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their
gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver
them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls,
neither fill their bowels:
because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.
44-1:18 Now this man purchased a field with
the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong,
he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out.
47-6:12 Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in
your own bowels.
50-1:8 For God is my record, how greatly I long after you all
in the bowels of
Jesus Christ.
50-2:1 If there be therefore
any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the
Spirit, if any bowels and
mercies,
51-3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and
beloved, bowels of
mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
57-1:7 For we have great joy and consolation in thy love,
because the bowels of
the saints are refreshed by thee, brother.
57-1:12 Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him,
that is, mine own bowels:
57-1:20 Yea, brother, let me have joy of thee in the Lord:
refresh my bowels in
the Lord.
62-3:17 But whoso hath this world’s good,
and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the
love of God in him?

07-7:5 So he
brought down the people unto the water: and the LORD said unto Gideon, Every one that lappeth of the water with his
tongue, as a dog lappeth, him shalt thou

upon his knees to drink.
23-ISAIAH
23-2:9 And the
mean man boweth down, and the great man humbleth
himself: therefore forgive them not.
23-46:1 Bel boweth down, Nebo stoopeth, their idols were upon the

now compassed us in our steps: they have set their eyes bowing down to the earth;

ye be, and as a tottering fence.
41-15:19 And they
smote him on the head with a reed, and did spit upon him, and bowing their knees
worshipped him.

02-25:31 And thou shalt
make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be
made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls,
his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same.
02-25:33 Three bowls made like unto almonds, with a knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with a knop and a flower: so in the six

02-25:34 And in the

09-1 SAMUEL
09-2:4 The bows of the mighty men are broken, and they that stumbled are girded with strength.
13-1 CHRONICLES
13-12:2 They were armed with bows, and could use both the right hand and the left
in hurling stones and shooting arrows out of a bow, even of Saul’s brethren of Benjamin.
14-14:8 And Asa
had an army of men that bare targets
and spears, out of Judah three hundred thousand; and out of Benjamin, that bare
shields and drew bows, two hundred and fourscore
thousand: all these were mighty men
of valour.
14-26:14 And Uzziah
prepared for them throughout all the host shields, and spears, and helmets, and
habergeons, and bows, and slings to cast stones.
16-4:13 Therefore
set I in the lower places behind the wall, and
on the higher places, I even set the people after their families with their
swords, their spears, and their bows.
16-4:16 And it
came to pass from that time forth, that the
half of my servants wrought in the work, and the other half of them held both
the spears, the shields, and the bows, and the habergeons; and the rulers were behind all the house of Judah.
19-37:15 Their
sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows
shall be broken.
19-64:3 Who whet
their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to
shoot their arrows, even bitter
words:
19-78:9 The
children of Ephraim, being armed, and carrying bows,
turned back in the day of battle.
23-5:28 Whose
arrows are sharp, and all their bows bent, their horses’ hoofs shall be counted like
flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind.
23-7:24 With
arrows and with bows shall men come thither; because all the land shall become briers and
thorns.
23-13:18 Their bows
also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the
fruit of the womb; their eye shall not spare children.
24-51:56 Because
the spoiler is come upon her, even upon
Babylon, and her mighty men are taken, every one of their bows is broken: for the LORD God of recompenses shall
surely requite.
26-39:9 And they
that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and
burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the
spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years:

12-2 KINGS
12-9:1 And

take the box of oil, and pour it on his head, and say, Thus saith the
LORD, I have anointed thee king over Israel. Then open the door, and flee, and
tarry not.
23-41:19 I will
plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the
oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree
together:
23-60:13 The glory
of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary;
and I will make the place of my feet glorious.
40-26:7 There
came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of
very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat.
41-14:3 And being
in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at meat, there came a
woman having an alabaster box of ointment of
spikenard very precious; and she brake the box,
and poured it on his head.
42-7:37 And,
behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at meat in the Pharisee’s

images, and cut down the groves:
14-21:17 And they

the beasts that were before it; and
it had ten horns.

all the trees unto the bramble, Come thou, and reign over us.

his shaft, and his branch, his bowls, his knops,
and his flowers, were of the same:

be accomplished before his time, and his branch
shall not be green.

be cut off.

cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch,
and as the raiment of those that are
slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a
carcase trodden under feet.

shall his strong cities be as a forsaken bough, and an uppermost branch, which they left because of the children of

which the head or tail, branch or rush, may do.

also shall be all righteous: they
shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of
my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.

of righteousness to grow up unto David; and
he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O
son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the
abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with
violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose.

man, What is the vine tree more than any tree, or than a branch which is among the

the Lord GOD; I will also take of the highest branch
of the high cedar, and will set it; I
will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant it upon an high mountain and eminent:
