01-GENESIS
01-3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil
than any beast of the field which the LORD God
had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of
every tree of the garden?
01-4:15 And the LORD said unto him,
Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold.
And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any
finding him should kill him.
01-8:12 And he stayed yet other seven days; and
sent forth the dove; which returned not again unto him any
more.
01-8:21 And the LORD smelled a sweet savour;
and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake; for the imagination of man’s
heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
01-9:11 And I will establish my covenant
with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any
more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any
more be a flood to destroy the earth.
01-14:23 That I will not take from a thread
even to a shoelatchet, and that I will not take any
thing that is thine, lest thou shouldest say, I have made Abram rich:
01-17:5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be
Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.
01-17:12 And he that is eight days old shall
be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born
in the house, or bought with money of any
stranger, which is not of thy seed.
01-18:14 Is any
thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee,
according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.
01-19:12 And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou
here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and
thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this
place:
01-19:22 Haste thee, escape thither; for I
cannot do any thing till thou be come thither.
Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.
01-22:12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon
the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God,
seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.
01-24:16 And the damsel was very fair to look
upon, a virgin, neither had any man known her: and she went down to the well, and
filled her pitcher, and came up.
01-30:31 And he said, What shall I give thee?
And Jacob said, Thou shalt not give me any thing: if thou wilt do this thing for me, I
will again feed and keep thy flock.
01-31:14 And Rachel and Leah answered and said
unto him, Is there yet any portion or
inheritance for us in our father’s house?
01-35:10 And God said unto him, Thy name is
Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel.
01-36:31 And these are the kings that reigned
in the land of Edom, before there reigned any
king over the children of Israel.
01-39:9 There is none greater in this house
than I; neither hath he kept back any thing from
me but thee, because thou art his wife:
how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?
01-39:23 The keeper of the prison looked not
to any thing that was under his hand; because
the LORD was with him, and that which he did, the LORD made it to prosper.
01-42:16 Send one of you, and let him fetch
your brother, and ye shall be kept in prison, that your words may be proved,
whether there be any truth in you: or else by the life of Pharaoh surely
ye are spies.
01-43:34 And he took and sent messes unto them
from before him: but Benjamin’s mess
was five times so much as any of theirs. And
they drank, and were merry with him.
01-47:6 The land of Egypt is before thee; in
the best of the land make thy father and brethren to dwell; in the land of
Goshen let them dwell: and if thou
knowest any men of activity among them, then
make them rulers over my cattle.
02-1:10 Come on, let us deal wisely with
them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight
against us, and so get them up out of the land.
02-8:29 And Moses said, Behold, I go out
from thee, and I will intreat the LORD that the swarms of flies may depart from
Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, to morrow: but let not Pharaoh deal deceitfully any
more in not letting the people go to sacrifice to the LORD.
02-9:29 And Moses said unto him, As soon as
I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto the LORD; and the
thunder shall cease, neither shall there be any
more hail; that thou mayest know how that the earth is the Lord’s.
02-10:15 For they covered the face of the
whole earth, so that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the
land, and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left: and there remained not any green thing in the trees, or in the herbs of the
field, through all the land of Egypt.
02-10:23 They saw not one another, neither
rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had
light in their dwellings.
02-11:6 And there shall be a great cry
throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall be
like it any more.
02-11:7 But against any
of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast: that ye may know how that the LORD
doth put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.
02-12:39 And they baked unleavened cakes of
the dough which they brought forth out of Egypt, for it was not leavened;
because they were thrust out of Egypt, and could not tarry, neither had they
prepared for themselves any victual.
02-16:24 And they laid it up till the morning,
as Moses bade: and it did not stink,
neither was there any worm therein.
02-20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any
likeness of any thing that is in heaven above,
or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
02-20:10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of
the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt
not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy
daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger
that is within thy gates:
02-20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s
house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his
maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any
thing that is thy neighbour’s.
02-21:23 And if any
mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,
02-22:9 For all manner of trespass, whether
it be for ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, or for any
manner of lost thing, which another challengeth to be his, the cause of both
parties shall come before the judges; and whom the judges shall condemn, he
shall pay double unto his neighbour.
02-22:10 If a man deliver unto his neighbour
an ass, or an ox, or a sheep, or any beast, to
keep; and it die, or be hurt, or driven away, no man seeing it:
02-22:20 He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the LORD only, he shall be utterly
destroyed.
02-22:22 Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child.
02-22:23 If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely
hear their cry;
02-22:25 If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not
be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.
02-22:31 And ye shall be holy men unto me: neither shall ye eat any flesh that is torn of beasts in the field; ye
shall cast it to the dogs.
02-24:14 And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye
here for us, until we come again unto you:
and, behold, Aaron and Hur are with you:
if any man have any
matters to do, let him come unto them.
02-30:32 Upon man’s flesh shall it not be
poured, neither shall ye make any other like it,
after the composition of it: it is
holy, and it shall be holy unto you.
02-30:33 Whosoever compoundeth any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it upon a stranger, shall even be cut off from
his people.
02-31:14 Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore;
for it is holy unto you: every one
that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work
therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
02-31:15 Six days may work be done; but in the
seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the
sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
02-32:24 And I said unto them, Whosoever hath any gold, let them break it off. So they gave it me: then I cast it into the fire, and
there came out this calf.
02-34:3 And no man shall come up with thee,
neither let any man be seen throughout all the
mount; neither let the flocks nor herds feed before that mount.
02-34:10 And he said, Behold, I make a
covenant: before all thy people I
will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation:
and all the people among which thou art shall see the work of the LORD: for it is a terrible thing that I
will do with thee.
02-34:24 For I will cast out the nations
before thee, and enlarge thy borders:
neither shall any man desire thy land, when thou
shalt go up to appear before the LORD thy God thrice in the year.
02-35:24 Every one that did offer an offering
of silver and brass brought the Lord’s offering: and every man, with whom was found shittim wood for any work of the service, brought it.
02-35:33 And in the cutting of stones, to set
them, and in carving of wood, to make any manner
of cunning work.
02-35:35 Them hath he filled with wisdom of
heart, to work all manner of work, of the engraver, and of the cunning workman,
and of the embroiderer, in blue, and in purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen,
and of the weaver, even of them that do any
work, and of those that devise cunning work.
02-36:6 And Moses gave commandment, and they
caused it to be proclaimed throughout the camp, saying, Let neither man nor
woman make any more work for the offering of the
sanctuary. So the people were restrained from bringing.
03-1:2 Speak unto the children of Israel,
and say unto them, If any man of you bring an offering
unto the LORD, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd,
and of the flock.
03-2:1 And when any
will offer a meat offering unto the LORD, his offering shall be of fine flour;
and he shall pour oil upon it, and put frankincense thereon:
03-2:11 No meat offering, which ye shall
bring unto the LORD, shall be made with leaven: for ye shall burn no leaven, nor any
honey, in any offering of the LORD made by fire.
03-4:2 Speak unto the children of Israel,
saying, If a soul shall sin through ignorance against any
of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which ought not to be done,
and shall do against any of them:
03-4:13 And if the whole congregation of
Israel sin through ignorance, and the thing be hid from the eyes of the
assembly, and they have done somewhat against any
of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which should not be done, and
are guilty;
03-4:22 When a ruler hath sinned, and done
somewhat through ignorance against any of the
commandments of the LORD his God concerning things which should not be done,
and is guilty;
03-4:27 And if any
one of the common people sin through ignorance, while he doeth somewhat against
any of the commandments of the LORD concerning
things which ought not to be done, and be guilty;
03-5:2 Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcase of an
unclean beast, or a carcase of unclean cattle, or the carcase of unclean creeping
things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty.
03-5:11 But if he be not able to bring two
turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his
offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall
put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any
frankincense thereon: for it is a
sin offering.
03-5:17 And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by
the commandments of the LORD; though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and
shall bear his iniquity.
03-6:3 Or have found that which was lost,
and lieth concerning it, and sweareth falsely; in any
of all these that a man doeth, sinning therein:
03-6:7 And the priest shall make an
atonement for him before the LORD:
and it shall be forgiven him for any thing of
all that he hath done in trespassing therein.
03-6:27 Whatsoever shall touch the flesh
thereof shall be holy: and when
there is sprinkled of the blood thereof upon any
garment, thou shalt wash that whereon it was sprinkled in the holy place.
03-6:30 And no sin offering, whereof any of the blood is brought into the tabernacle of the
congregation to reconcile withal in the holy place, shall be eaten: it shall be burnt in the fire.
03-7:8 And the priest that offereth any man’s burnt offering, even the priest shall have
to himself the skin of the burnt offering which he hath offered.
03-7:15 And the flesh of the sacrifice of
his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten the same day that it is
offered; he shall not leave any of it until the
morning.
03-7:18 And if any
of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings be eaten at all on the
third day, it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed unto him that
offereth it: it shall be an
abomination, and the soul that eateth of it shall bear his iniquity.
03-7:19 And the flesh that toucheth any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be
burnt with fire: and as for the
flesh, all that be clean shall eat thereof.
03-7:21 Moreover the soul that shall touch any unclean thing, as the uncleanness of man, or any unclean beast, or any
abominable unclean thing, and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace
offerings, which pertain unto the LORD, even that soul shall be cut off from
his people.
03-7:24 And the fat of the beast that dieth
of itself, and the fat of that which is torn with beasts, may be used in any other use:
but ye shall in no wise eat of it.
03-7:26 Moreover ye shall eat no manner of
blood, whether it be of fowl or of beast, in any
of your dwellings.
03-7:27 Whatsoever soul it be that eateth any manner of blood, even that soul shall be cut off
from his people.
03-11:10 And all that have not fins and scales
in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be
an abomination unto you:
03-11:32 And upon whatsoever any of them, when they are dead, doth fall, it shall
be unclean; whether it be any vessel of wood, or
raiment, or skin, or sack, whatsoever vessel it be, wherein any work is done, it must be put into water, and it
shall be unclean until the even; so it shall be cleansed.
03-11:33 And every earthen vessel, whereinto any of them falleth, whatsoever is in it shall be
unclean; and ye shall break it.
03-11:35 And every thing whereupon any part of their carcase falleth shall be unclean;
whether it be oven, or ranges for pots, they shall be broken down: for they are unclean, and shall be
unclean unto you.
03-11:37 And if any
part of their carcase fall upon any sowing seed
which is to be sown, it shall be clean.
03-11:38 But if any
water be put upon the seed, and any part of
their carcase fall thereon, it shall be unclean unto you.
03-11:39 And if any
beast, of which ye may eat, die; he that toucheth the carcase thereof shall be unclean
until the even.
03-11:43 Ye shall not make yourselves
abominable with any creeping thing that
creepeth, neither shall ye make yourselves unclean with them, that ye should be
defiled thereby.
03-11:44 For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify
yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any
manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
03-13:24 Or if there be any flesh, in the skin whereof there is a hot burning,
and the quick flesh that burneth have a white bright spot, somewhat reddish, or
white;
03-13:48 Whether it be in the warp, or woof;
of linen, or of woollen; whether in a skin, or in any
thing made of skin;
03-13:49 And if the plague be greenish or
reddish in the garment, or in the skin, either in the warp, or in the woof, or
in any thing of skin; it is a plague of leprosy,
and shall be shewed unto the priest:
03-13:51 And he shall look on the plague on
the seventh day: if the plague be spread
in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in a skin, or in any work that is made of skin; the plague is a
fretting leprosy; it is unclean.
03-13:52 He shall therefore burn that garment,
whether warp or woof, in woollen or in linen, or any
thing of skin, wherein the plague is:
for it is a fretting leprosy; it shall be burnt in the fire.
03-13:53 And if the priest shall look, and,
behold, the plague be not spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the
woof, or in any thing of skin;
03-13:57 And if it appear still in the
garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any
thing of skin; it is a spreading plague:
thou shalt burn that wherein the plague is with fire.
03-13:59 This is the law of the plague of
leprosy in a garment of woollen or linen, either in the warp, or woof, or any thing of skins, to pronounce it clean, or to
pronounce it unclean.
03-15:2 Speak unto the children of Israel,
and say unto them, When any man hath a running
issue out of his flesh, because of his issue he is unclean.
03-15:6 And he that sitteth on any thing whereon he sat that hath the issue shall
wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
03-15:10 And whosoever toucheth any thing that was under him shall be unclean until
the even: and he that beareth any of those things shall wash his clothes, and bathe
himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
03-15:16 And if any
man’s seed of copulation go out from him, then he shall wash all his flesh in
water, and be unclean until the even.
03-15:22 And whosoever toucheth any thing that she sat upon shall wash his clothes,
and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
03-15:23 And if it be on her bed, or on any thing whereon she sitteth, when he toucheth it, he
shall be unclean until the even.
03-15:24 And if any
man lie with her at all, and her flowers be upon him, he shall be unclean seven
days; and all the bed whereon he lieth shall be unclean.
03-17:10 And whatsoever man there be of the
house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against
that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
03-17:12 Therefore I said unto the children of
Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any
stranger that sojourneth among you eat blood.
03-17:13 And whatsoever man there be of the
children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, which hunteth
and catcheth any beast or fowl that may be
eaten; he shall even pour out the blood thereof, and cover it with dust.
03-18:6 None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their
nakedness: I am the LORD.
03-18:21 And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech,
neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.
03-18:23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.
03-18:24 Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before
you:
03-18:26 Ye shall therefore keep my statutes
and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these
abominations; neither any of your own nation,
nor any stranger that sojourneth among you:
03-18:29 For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them
shall be cut off from among their people.
03-18:30 Therefore shall ye keep mine
ordinance, that ye commit not any one of these
abominable customs, which were committed before you, and that ye defile not
yourselves therein: I am the LORD
your God.
03-19:17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother in
thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon
him.
03-19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but
thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself:
I am the LORD.
03-19:26 Ye shall not eat any thing with the blood: neither shall ye use enchantment, nor observe times.
03-19:28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you:
I am the LORD.
03-20:2 Again, thou shalt say to the
children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the
strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any
of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.
03-20:4 And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth
of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:
03-20:16 And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the
woman, and the beast: they shall
surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
03-20:25 Ye shall therefore put difference
between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and ye shall not make your souls
abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any
manner of living thing that creepeth on the ground, which I have separated from
you as unclean.
03-21:5 They shall not make baldness upon
their head, neither shall they shave off the corner of their beard, nor make any cuttings in their flesh.
03-21:9 And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the
whore, she profaneth her father: she
shall be burnt with fire.
03-21:11 Neither shall he go in to any dead body, nor defile himself for his father, or
for his mother;
03-21:17 Speak unto Aaron, saying, Whosoever
he be of thy seed in their generations that hath any
blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God.
03-21:18 For whatsoever man he be that hath a
blemish, he shall not approach: a
blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any
thing superfluous,
03-22:4 What man soever of the seed of Aaron
is a leper, or hath a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until
he be clean. And whoso toucheth any thing that
is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goeth from him;
03-22:5 Or whosoever toucheth any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or
a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever uncleanness he hath;
03-22:6 The soul which hath touched any such shall be unclean until even, and shall not
eat of the holy things, unless he wash his flesh with water.
03-22:11 But if the priest buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he
that is born in his house: they
shall eat of his meat.
03-22:23 Either a bullock or a lamb that hath any thing superfluous or lacking in his parts, that
mayest thou offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be
accepted.
03-22:24 Ye shall not offer unto the LORD that
which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall ye make any offering thereof in your land.
03-22:25 Neither from a stranger’s hand shall
ye offer the bread of your God of any of these;
because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: they shall not be accepted for you.
03-23:22 And when ye reap the harvest of your
land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of thy field when thou
reapest, neither shalt thou gather any gleaning
of thy harvest: thou shalt leave
them unto the poor, and to the stranger:
I am the LORD your God.
03-23:30 And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I
destroy from among his people.
03-24:17 And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death.
03-25:25 If thy brother be waxen poor, and
hath sold away some of his possession, and if any
of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.
03-25:32 Notwithstanding the cities of the
Levites, and the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites
redeem at any time.
03-25:49 Either his uncle, or his uncle’s son,
may redeem him, or any that is nigh of kin unto
him of his family may redeem him; or if he be able, he may redeem himself.
03-26:1 Ye shall make you no idols nor
graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.
03-27:9 And if it be a beast, whereof men
bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any
man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.
03-27:11 And if it be any
unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he
shall present the beast before the priest:
03-27:19 And if he that sanctified the field
will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add
the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured
to him.
03-27:20 And if he will not redeem the field,
or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
04-4:15 And when Aaron and his sons have made
an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the
camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These things are the
burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.
04-5:6 Speak unto the children of Israel,
When a man or woman shall commit any sin that
men commit, to do a trespass against the LORD, and that person be guilty;
04-5:10 And every man’s hallowed things
shall be his: whatsoever any man giveth the priest, it shall be his.
04-5:12 Speak unto the children of Israel,
and say unto them, If any man’s wife go aside,
and commit a trespass against him,
04-6:3 He shall separate himself from wine
and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong
drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of
grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried.
04-6:9 And if any
man die very suddenly by him, and he hath defiled the head of his consecration;
then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing, on the seventh day
shall he shave it.
04-9:10 Speak unto the children of Israel,
saying, If any man of you or of your posterity
shall be unclean by reason of a dead body, or be in a journey afar off, yet he shall
keep the passover unto the LORD.
04-9:12 They shall leave none of it unto the
morning, nor break any bone of it: according to all the ordinances of
the passover they shall keep it.
04-14:23 Surely they shall not see the land
which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any
of them that provoked me see it:
04-15:27 And if any
soul sin through ignorance, then he shall bring a she goat of the first year
for a sin offering.
04-17:13 Whosoever cometh any thing near unto the tabernacle of the LORD shall
die: shall we be consumed with
dying?
04-18:5 And ye shall keep the charge of the
sanctuary, and the charge of the altar:
that there be no wrath any more upon the
children of Israel.
04-18:20 And the LORD spake unto Aaron, Thou
shalt have no inheritance in their land, neither shalt thou have any part among them: I am thy part and thine inheritance among the children of Israel.
04-19:11 He that toucheth the dead body of any man shall be unclean seven days.
04-19:13 Whosoever toucheth the dead body of any man that is dead, and purifieth not himself,
defileth the tabernacle of the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from Israel: because the water of separation was
not sprinkled upon him, he shall be unclean; his uncleanness is yet upon him.
04-20:5 And wherefore have ye made us to
come up out of Egypt, to bring us in unto this evil place? it is no place of
seed, or of figs, or of vines, or of pomegranates; neither is there any water to drink.
04-20:19 And the children of Israel said unto
him, We will go by the high way: and
if I and my cattle drink of thy water, then I will pay for it: I will only, without doing any thing else, go through on my feet.
04-21:5 And the people spake against God,
and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the
wilderness? for there is no bread, neither is there any
water; and our soul loatheth this light bread.
04-21:9 And Moses made a serpent of brass,
and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he
lived.
04-22:38 And Balaam said unto Balak, Lo, I am
come unto thee: have I now any power at all to say any
thing? the word that God putteth in my mouth, that shall I speak.
04-23:23 Surely there is no enchantment
against Jacob, neither is there any divination
against Israel: according to this
time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!
04-29:7 And ye shall have on the tenth day
of this seventh month an holy convocation; and ye shall afflict your souls: ye shall not do any work therein:
04-30:5 But if her father disallow her in the
day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of
her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed
her.
04-30:15 But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them;
then he shall bear her iniquity.
04-31:19 And do ye abide without the camp
seven days: whosoever hath killed any person, and whosoever hath touched any slain, purify both yourselves and your captives on
the third day, and on the seventh day.
04-35:11 Then ye shall appoint you cities to
be cities of refuge for you; that the slayer may flee thither, which killeth any person at unawares.
04-35:15 These six cities shall be a refuge,
both for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner
among them: that every one that
killeth any person unawares may flee thither.
04-35:22 But if he thrust him suddenly without
enmity, or have cast upon him any thing without
laying of wait,
04-35:23 Or with any
stone, wherewith a man may die, seeing him not, and cast it upon him, that he
die, and was not his enemy, neither sought his harm:
04-35:26 But if the slayer shall at any time come without the border of the city of his
refuge, whither he was fled;
04-35:30 Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of
witnesses: but one witness shall not
testify against any person to cause him to die.
04-36:3 And if they be married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the children of
Israel, then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our
fathers, and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are
received: so shall it be taken from
the lot of our inheritance.
04-36:8 And every daughter, that possesseth
an inheritance in any tribe of the children of
Israel, shall be wife unto one of the family of the tribe of her father, that
the children of Israel may enjoy every man the inheritance of his fathers.
05-2:19 And when thou comest nigh over
against the children of Ammon, distress them not, nor meddle with them: for I will not give thee of the land
of the children of Ammon any possession; because
I have given it unto the children of Lot for a possession.
05-2:37 Only unto the land of the children
of Ammon thou camest not, nor unto any place of
the river Jabbok, nor unto the cities in the mountains, nor unto whatsoever the
LORD our God forbad us.
05-4:16 Lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make
you a graven image, the similitude of any
figure, the likeness of male or female,
05-4:17 The likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the air,
05-4:18 The likeness of any thing that creepeth on the ground, the likeness of
any fish that is in the waters beneath the earth:
05-4:23 Take heed unto yourselves, lest ye
forget the covenant of the LORD your God, which he made with you, and make you
a graven image, or the likeness of any thing,
which the LORD thy God hath forbidden thee.
05-4:25 When thou shalt beget children, and
children’s children, and ye shall have remained long in the land, and shall
corrupt yourselves, and make a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, and shall do evil in the sight of the LORD
thy God, to provoke him to anger:
05-4:32 For ask now of the days that are
past, which were before thee, since the day that God created man upon the
earth, and ask from the one side of heaven unto the other, whether there hath
been any such thing as this great thing is, or
hath been heard like it?
05-5:8 Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any
likeness of any thing that is in heaven above,
or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth:
05-5:14 But the seventh day is the sabbath
of the LORD thy God: in it thou
shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor
thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine
ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger
that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as
well as thou.
05-5:21 Neither shalt thou desire thy
neighbour’s wife, neither shalt thou covet thy neighbour’s house, his field, or
his manservant, or his maidservant, his ox, or his ass, or any thing that is thy neighbour’s.
05-5:25 Now therefore why should we die? for
this great fire will consume us: if
we hear the voice of the LORD our God any more,
then we shall die.
05-7:7 The LORD did not set his love upon
you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people:
05-8:9 A land wherein thou shalt eat bread
without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any
thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest
dig brass.
05-12:17 Thou mayest not eat within thy gates
the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy
herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which
thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand:
05-13:11 And all Israel shall hear, and fear,
and shall do no more any such wickedness as this
is among you.
05-14:1 Ye are the children of the LORD your
God: ye shall not cut yourselves,
nor make any baldness between your eyes for the
dead.
05-14:3 Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing.
05-14:21 Ye shall not eat of any thing that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates, that
he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not
seethe a kid in his mother’s milk.
05-15:7 If there be among you a poor man of
one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in
thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart,
nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:
05-15:21 And if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or
have any ill blemish, thou shalt not sacrifice
it unto the LORD thy God.
05-16:4 And there shall be no leavened bread
seen with thee in all thy coast seven days; neither shall there any thing of the flesh, which thou sacrificedst the
first day at even, remain all night until the morning.
05-16:5 Thou mayest not sacrifice the
passover within any of thy gates, which the LORD
thy God giveth thee:
05-16:21 Thou shalt not plant thee a grove of any trees near unto the altar of the LORD thy God,
which thou shalt make thee.
05-16:22 Neither shalt thou set thee up any image; which the LORD thy God hateth.
05-17:1 Thou shalt not sacrifice unto the
LORD thy God any bullock, or sheep, wherein is
blemish, or any evilfavouredness: for that is an abomination unto the
LORD thy God.
05-17:2 If there be found among you, within any of thy gates which the LORD thy God giveth thee,
man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD thy God, in
transgressing his covenant,
05-17:3 And hath gone and served other gods,
and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any
of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;
05-17:15 Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt
thou set king over thee: thou mayest
not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother.
05-18:6 And if a Levite come from any of thy gates out of all Israel, where he
sojourned, and come with all the desire of his mind unto the place which the
LORD shall choose;
05-18:10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass
through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an
enchanter, or a witch,
05-18:16 According to all that thou desiredst
of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not
hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.
05-19:11 But if any
man hate his neighbour, and lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and smite
him mortally that he die, and fleeth into one of these cities:
05-19:15 One witness shall not rise up against
a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin
that he sinneth: at the mouth of two
witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.
05-19:16 If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;
05-19:20 And those which remain shall hear,
and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any
such evil among you.
05-21:23 His body shall not remain all night
upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury
him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not
defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
05-22:1 Thou shalt not see thy brother’s ox
or his sheep go astray, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them
again unto thy brother.
05-22:6 If a bird’s nest chance to be before
thee in the way in any tree, or on the ground,
whether they be young ones, or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or
upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the dam with the young:
05-22:7 But thou shalt in any wise let the dam go, and take the young to thee;
that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days.
05-22:8 When thou buildest a new house, then
thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thine
house, if any man fall from thence.
05-22:13 If any
man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,
05-23:10 If there be among you any man, that is not clean by reason of uncleanness
that chanceth him by night, then shall he go abroad out of the camp, he shall
not come within the camp:
05-23:18 Thou shalt not bring the hire of a
whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow:
for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
05-23:19 Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy
brother; usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of any
thing that is lent upon usury:
05-23:24 When thou comest into thy neighbour’s
vineyard, then thou mayest eat grapes thy fill at thine own pleasure; but thou
shalt not put any in thy vessel.
05-24:5 When a man hath taken a new wife, he
shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business:
but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he
hath taken.
05-24:7 If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and
maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou
shalt put evil away from among you.
05-24:10 When thou dost lend thy brother any thing, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch
his pledge.
05-24:13 In any
case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he
may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the LORD thy God.
05-26:14 I have not eaten thereof in my
mourning, neither have I taken away ought thereof for any
unclean use, nor given ought thereof for the dead: but I have hearkened to the voice of the LORD my God, and have
done according to all that thou hast commanded me.
05-27:5 And there shalt thou build an altar
unto the LORD thy God, an altar of stones:
thou shalt not lift up any iron tool upon them.
05-27:15 Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image, an abomination unto the
LORD, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth it in a secret place.
And all the people shall answer and say, Amen.
05-27:21 Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast. And all the people shall say,
Amen.
05-28:14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the
right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
05-28:55 So that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of his children whom he shall
eat: because he hath nothing left
him in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress
thee in all thy gates.
05-29:23 And that the whole land thereof is
brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of
Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger,
and in his wrath:
05-30:4 If any
of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the
LORD thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee:
05-31:13 And that their children, which have
not known any thing, may hear, and learn to fear
the LORD your God, as long as ye live in the land whither ye go over Jordan to
possess it.
05-32:28 For they are a nation void of
counsel, neither is there any understanding in
them.
05-32:39 See now that I, even I, am he, and
there is no god with me: I kill, and
I make alive; I wound, and I heal:
neither is there any that can deliver out of my
hand.
06-1:5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of
thy life: as I was with Moses, so I
will be with thee: I will not fail
thee, nor forsake thee.
06-2:11 And as soon as we had heard these
things, our hearts did melt, neither did there remain any
more courage in any man, because of you: for the LORD your God, he is God in
heaven above, and in earth beneath.
06-2:19 And it shall be, that whosoever shall
go out of the doors of thy house into the street, his blood shall be upon his
head, and we will be guiltless: and
whosoever shall be with thee in the house, his blood shall be on our head, if any hand be upon him.
06-5:1 And it came to pass, when all the
kings of the Amorites, which were on the side of Jordan westward, and all the
kings of the Canaanites, which were by the sea, heard that the LORD had dried
up the waters of Jordan from before the children of Israel, until we were
passed over, that their heart melted, neither was there spirit in them any more, because of the children of Israel.
06-5:12 And the manna ceased on the morrow after
they had eaten of the old corn of the land; neither had the children of Israel
manna any more; but they did eat of the fruit of
the land of Canaan that year.
06-6:10 And Joshua had commanded the people,
saying, Ye shall not shout, nor make any noise
with your voice, neither shall any word proceed
out of your mouth, until the day I bid you shout; then shall ye shout.
06-6:18 And ye, in any
wise keep yourselves from the accursed thing, lest ye make yourselves accursed,
when ye take of the accursed thing, and make the camp of Israel a curse, and
trouble it.
06-7:12 Therefore the children of Israel
could not stand before their enemies, but turned their backs before their
enemies, because they were accursed:
neither will I be with you any more, except ye
destroy the accursed from among you.
06-8:31 As Moses the servant of the LORD
commanded the children of Israel, as it is written in the book of the law of
Moses, an altar of whole stones, over which no man hath lift up any iron:
and they offered thereon burnt offerings unto the LORD, and sacrificed peace
offerings.
06-10:21 And all the people returned to the
camp to Joshua at Makkedah in peace:
none moved his tongue against any of the
children of Israel.
06-11:11 And they smote all the souls that
were therein with the edge of the sword, utterly destroying them: there was not any left to breathe: and
he burnt Hazor with fire.
06-11:14 And all the spoil of these cities, and
the cattle, the children of Israel took for a prey unto themselves; but every
man they smote with the edge of the sword, until they had destroyed them,
neither left they any to breathe.
06-13:33 But unto the tribe of Levi Moses gave
not any inheritance: the LORD God of Israel was their inheritance, as he said unto
them.
06-20:3 That the slayer that killeth any person unawares and unwittingly may flee thither: and they shall be your refuge from
the avenger of blood.
06-20:9 These were the cities appointed for
all the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them,
that whosoever killeth any person at unawares
might flee thither, and not die by the hand of the avenger of blood, until he
stood before the congregation.
06-21:45 There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken unto the
house of Israel; all came to pass.
06-23:12 Else if ye do in any wise go back, and cleave unto the remnant of these
nations, even these that remain among you, and shall make marriages with them,
and go in unto them, and they to you:
06-23:13 Know for a certainty that the LORD
your God will no more drive out any of these
nations from before you; but they shall be snares and traps unto you, and
scourges in your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until ye perish from off this
good land which the LORD your God hath given you.
07-2:14 And the
anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of
spoilers that spoiled them, and he sold them into the hands of their enemies
round about, so that they could not any longer
stand before their enemies.
07-2:21 I also
will not henceforth drive out any from before
them of the nations which Joshua left when he died:
07-4:20 Again he
said unto her, Stand in the door of the tent, and it shall be, when any man doth come and enquire of thee, and say, Is
there any man here? that thou shalt say, No.
07-11:25 And now
art thou any thing better than Balak the son of
Zippor, king of Moab? did he ever strive against Israel, or did he ever fight
against them,
07-13:4 Now
therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor strong drink, and eat not
any unclean thing:
07-13:7 But he
said unto me, Behold, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and now drink no
wine nor strong drink, neither eat any unclean
thing: for the child shall be a
Nazarite to God from the womb to the day of his death.
07-13:14 She may
not eat of any thing that cometh of the vine, neither
let her drink wine or strong drink, nor eat any
unclean thing: all that I commanded
her let her observe.
07-16:17 That he
told her all his heart, and said unto her, There hath not come a razor upon
mine head; for I have been a Nazarite unto God from my mother’s womb: if I be shaven, then my strength will
go from me, and I shall become weak, and be like any
other man.
07-18:7 Then the
five men departed, and came to Laish, and saw the people that were therein, how
they dwelt careless, after the manner of the Zidonians, quiet and secure; and
there was no magistrate in the land, that might put them to shame in any thing; and they were far from the Zidonians, and
had no business with any man.
07-18:10 When ye
go, ye shall come unto a people secure, and to a large land: for God hath given it into your hands; a place where there is no
want of any thing that is in the earth.
07-18:28 And there
was no deliverer, because it was far from Zidon, and they had no business with any man; and it was in the valley that lieth by
Bethrehob. And they built a city, and dwelt therein.
07-19:19 Yet there
is both straw and provender for our asses; and there is bread and wine also for
me, and for thy handmaid, and for the young man which is with thy servants: there is no want of any thing.
07-20:8 And all
the people arose as one man, saying, We will not any
of us go to his tent, neither will we any of us
turn into his house.
07-21:1 Now the men
of Israel had sworn in Mizpeh, saying, There shall not any
of us give his daughter unto Benjamin to wife.
07-21:12 And they
found among the inhabitants of Jabeshgilead four hundred young virgins, that
had known no man by lying with any male: and they brought them unto the camp
to Shiloh, which is in the land of Canaan.
08-1:11 And Naomi
said, Turn again, my daughters: why
will ye go with me? are there yet any more sons
in my womb, that they may be your husbands?
08-2:22 And Naomi
said unto Ruth her daughter in law, It is good, my daughter, that thou go out
with his maidens, that they meet thee not in any
other field.
09-2:2 There is
none holy as the LORD: for there is
none beside thee: neither is there any rock like our God.
09-2:13 And the priests’
custom with the people was, that, when any man
offered sacrifice, the priest’s servant came, while the flesh was in seething,
with a fleshhook of three teeth in his hand;
09-2:16 And if any man said unto him, Let them not fail to burn the
fat presently, and then take as much as thy soul desireth; then he would answer
him, Nay; but thou shalt give it me now:
and if not, I will take it by force.
09-3:17 And he
said, What is the thing that the LORD hath said unto thee? I pray thee hide it
not from me: God do so to thee, and
more also, if thou hide any thing from me of all
the things that he said unto thee.
09-5:5 Therefore
neither the priests of Dagon, nor any that come
into Dagon’s house, tread on the threshold of Dagon in Ashdod unto this day.
09-6:3 And they
said, If ye send away the ark of the God of Israel, send it not empty; but in any wise return him a trespass offering: then ye shall be healed, and it shall
be known to you why his hand is not removed from you.
09-9:2 And he
had a son, whose name was Saul, a choice young man, and a goodly: and there was not among the children
of Israel a goodlier person than he:
from his shoulders and upward he was higher than any
of the people.
09-10:23 And they
ran and fetched him thence: and when
he stood among the people, he was higher than any
of the people from his shoulders and upward.
09-12:3 Behold,
here I am: witness against me before
the LORD, and before his anointed:
whose ox have I taken? or whose ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded?
whom have I oppressed? or of whose hand have I received any bribe to blind mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.
09-12:4 And they
said, Thou hast not defrauded us, nor oppressed us, neither hast thou taken
ought of any man’s hand.
09-13:22 So it came
to pass in the day of battle, that there was neither sword nor spear found in
the hand of any of the people that were with
Saul and Jonathan: but with Saul and
with Jonathan his son was there found.
09-14:24 And the
men of Israel were distressed that day:
for Saul had adjured the people, saying, Cursed be the man that eateth any food until evening, that I may be avenged on mine
enemies. So none of the people tasted any food.
09-14:28 Then
answered one of the people, and said, Thy father straitly charged the people
with an oath, saying, Cursed be the man that eateth any
food this day. And the people were faint.
09-14:52 And there
was sore war against the Philistines all the days of Saul: and when Saul saw any strong man,
or any valiant man, he took him unto him.
09-18:25 And Saul
said, Thus shall ye say to David, The king desireth not any dowry, but an hundred foreskins of the Philistines, to be avenged
of the king’s enemies. But Saul thought to make David fall by the hand of the
Philistines.
09-20:12 And
Jonathan said unto David, O LORD God of Israel, when I have sounded my father
about to morrow any time, or the third day, and,
behold, if there be good toward David, and I then send not unto thee, and shew
it thee;
09-20:26 Nevertheless
Saul spake not any thing that day: for he thought, Something hath
befallen him, he is not clean; surely he is not clean.
09-20:39 But the
lad knew not any thing: only Jonathan and David knew the matter.
09-21:2 And David
said unto Ahimelech the priest, The king hath commanded me a business, and hath
said unto me, Let no man know any thing of the
business whereabout I send thee, and what I have commanded thee: and I have appointed my servants to
such and such a place.
09-22:15 Did I then
begin to enquire of God for him? be it far from me: let not the king impute any thing
unto his servant, nor to all the house of my father: for thy servant knew nothing of all this, less or more.
09-25:15 But the
men were very good unto us, and we were not hurt, neither missed we any thing, as long as we were conversant with them,
when we were in the fields:
09-25:22 So and more
also do God unto the enemies of David, if I leave of all that pertain to him by
the morning light any that pisseth against the
wall.
09-25:34 For in
very deed, as the LORD God of Israel liveth, which hath kept me back from
hurting thee, except thou hadst hasted and come to meet me, surely there had
not been left unto Nabal by the morning light any
that pisseth against the wall.
09-27:1 And David
said in his heart, I shall now perish one day by the hand of Saul: there is nothing better for me than
that I should speedily escape into the land of the Philistines; and Saul shall
despair of me, to seek me any more in any coast of Israel: so shall I escape out of his hand.
09-30:2 And had
taken the women captives, that were therein:
they slew not any, either great or small, but
carried them away, and went on their way.
09-30:12 And they
gave him a piece of a cake of figs, and two clusters of raisins: and when he had eaten, his spirit
came again to him: for he had eaten
no bread, nor drunk any water, three days and
three nights.
09-30:19 And there
was nothing lacking to them, neither small nor great, neither sons nor
daughters, neither spoil, nor any thing that
they had taken to them: David
recovered all.
10-2:1 And it came
to pass after this, that David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up into
any of the cities of Judah? And the LORD said
unto him, Go up. And David said, Whither shall I go up? And he said, Unto
Hebron.
10-2:28 So Joab
blew a trumpet, and all the people stood still, and pursued after Israel no
more, neither fought they any more.
10-7:6 Whereas
I have not dwelt in any house since the time
that I brought up the children of Israel out of Egypt, even to this day, but
have walked in a tent and in a tabernacle.
10-7:7 In all
the places wherein I have walked with all the children of Israel spake I a word
with any of the tribes of Israel, whom I
commanded to feed my people Israel, saying, Why build ye not me an house of
cedar?
10-7:10 Moreover
I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, that they may
dwell in a place of their own, and move no more; neither shall the children of
wickedness afflict them any more, as beforetime,
10-7:22 Wherefore
thou art great, O LORD God: for
there is none like thee, neither is there any
God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears.
10-9:1 And
David said, Is there yet any that is left of the
house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?
10-9:3 And the
king said, Is there not yet any of the house of
Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the
king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet.
10-10:19 And when
all the kings that were servants to Hadarezer saw that they were smitten before
Israel, they made peace with Israel, and served them. So the Syrians feared to
help the children of Ammon any more.
10-13:2 And Amnon
was so vexed, that he fell sick for his sister Tamar; for she was a virgin; and
Amnon thought it hard for him to do any thing to
her.
10-14:10 And the king
said, Whosoever saith ought unto thee, bring him to me, and he shall not touch
thee any more.
10-14:11 Then said
she, I pray thee, let the king remember the LORD thy God, that thou wouldest
not suffer the revengers of blood to destroy any
more, lest they destroy my son. And he said, As the LORD liveth, there shall
not one hair of thy son fall to the earth.
10-14:14 For we
must needs die, and are as water spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered
up again; neither doth God respect any person: yet doth he devise means, that his
banished be not expelled from him.
10-14:32 And
Absalom answered Joab, Behold, I sent unto thee, saying, Come hither, that I
may send thee to the king, to say, Wherefore am I come from Geshur? it had been
good for me to have been there still:
now therefore let me see the king’s face; and if there be any iniquity in me, let him kill me.
10-15:2 And
Absalom rose up early, and stood beside the way of the gate: and it was so, that when any man
that had a controversy came to the king for judgment, then Absalom called unto
him, and said, Of what city art thou? And he said, Thy servant is of one of the
tribes of Israel.
10-15:4 Absalom
said moreover, Oh that I were made judge in the land, that every man which hath
any suit or cause might come unto me, and I would
do him justice!
10-15:5 And it
was so, that when any man came nigh to him to do
him obeisance, he put forth his hand, and took him, and kissed him.
10-15:11 And with
Absalom went two hundred men out of Jerusalem, that were called; and they went
in their simplicity, and they knew not any
thing.
10-19:22 And David
said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of Zeruiah, that ye should this day
be adversaries unto me? shall there any man be
put to death this day in Israel? for do not I know that I am this day king over
Israel?
10-19:28 For all of
my father’s house were but dead men before my lord the king: yet didst thou set thy servant among them that did eat at thine
own table. What right therefore have I yet to cry any
more unto the king?
10-19:29 And the
king said unto him, Why speakest thou any more
of thy matters? I have said, Thou and Ziba divide the land.
10-19:35 I am this
day fourscore years old: and can I
discern between good and evil? can thy servant taste what I eat or what I
drink? can I hear any more the voice of singing
men and singing women? wherefore then should thy servant be yet a burden unto
my lord the king?
10-19:42 And all the
men of Judah answered the men of Israel, Because the king is near of kin to us: wherefore then be ye angry for this
matter? have we eaten at all of the king’s cost? or hath he given us any gift?
10-21:4 And the
Gibeonites said unto him, We will have no silver nor gold of Saul, nor of his
house; neither for us shalt thou kill any man in
Israel. And he said, What ye shall say, that will I do for you.
10-21:5 And they
answered the king, The man that consumed us, and that devised against us that
we should be destroyed from remaining in any of
the coasts of Israel,
11-1:6 And his
father had not displeased him at any time in
saying, Why hast thou done so? and he also was a very goodly man; and his
mother bare him after Absalom.
11-2:36 And the
king sent and called for Shimei, and said unto him, Build thee an house in
Jerusalem, and dwell there, and go not forth thence any
whither.
11-2:42 And the
king sent and called for Shimei, and said unto him, Did I not make thee to swear
by the LORD, and protested unto thee, saying, Know for a certain, on the day
thou goest out, and walkest abroad any whither,
that thou shalt surely die? and thou saidst unto me, The word that I have heard
is good.
11-3:12 Behold, I
have done according to thy words:
lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none
like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any
arise like unto thee.
11-3:13 And I
have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days.
11-5:6 Now
therefore command thou that they hew me cedar trees out of Lebanon; and my
servants shall be with thy servants:
and unto thee will I give hire for thy servants according to all that thou
shalt appoint: for thou knowest that
there is not among us any that can skill to hew
timber like unto the Sidonians.
11-6:7 And the
house, when it was in building, was built of stone made ready before it was
brought thither: so that there was
neither hammer nor ax nor any tool of iron heard
in the house, while it was in building.
11-8:31 If any man trespass against his neighbour, and an oath be
laid upon him to cause him to swear, and the oath come before thine altar in
this house:
11-8:38 What
prayer and supplication soever be made by any
man, or by all thy people Israel, which shall know every man the plague of his
own heart, and spread forth his hands toward this house:
11-10:3 And
Solomon told her all her questions:
there was not any thing hid from the king, which
he told her not.
11-10:20 And twelve
lions stood there on the one side and on the other upon the six steps: there was not the like made in any kingdom.
11-11:22 Then
Pharaoh said unto him, But what hast thou lacked with me, that, behold, thou
seekest to go to thine own country? And he answered, Nothing: howbeit let me go in any wise.
11-15:5 Because
David did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, and turned not aside
from any thing that he commanded him all the
days of his life, save only in the matter of Uriah the Hittite.
11-15:17 And Baasha
king of Israel went up against Judah, and built Ramah, that he might not suffer
any to go out or come in to Asa king of Judah.
11-15:29 And it
came to pass, when he reigned, that he smote all the house of Jeroboam; he left
not to Jeroboam any that breathed, until he had
destroyed him, according unto the saying of the LORD, which he spake by his
servant Ahijah the Shilonite:
11-18:26 And they
took the bullock which was given them, and they dressed it, and called on the
name of Baal from morning even until noon, saying, O Baal, hear us. But there
was no voice, nor any that answered. And they
leaped upon the altar which was made.
11-18:29 And it
came to pass, when midday was past, and they prophesied until the time of the
offering of the evening sacrifice, that there was neither voice, nor any to answer, nor any that
regarded.
11-20:33 Now the
men did diligently observe whether any thing
would come from him, and did hastily catch it: and they said, Thy brother Benhadad. Then he said, Go ye, bring
him. Then Benhadad came forth to him; and he caused him to come up into the
chariot.
11-20:39 And as the
king passed by, he cried unto the king:
and he said, Thy servant went out into the midst of the battle; and, behold, a
man turned aside, and brought a man unto me, and said, Keep this man: if by any
means he be missing, then shall thy life be for his life, or else thou shalt
pay a talent of silver.
12-2:21 And he
went forth unto the spring of the waters, and cast the salt in there, and said,
Thus saith the LORD, I have healed these waters; there shall not be from thence
any more death or barren land.
12-4:2 And
Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what hast thou in the
house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not any
thing in the house, save a pot of oil.
12-4:29 Then he
said to Gehazi, Gird up thy loins, and take my staff in thine hand, and go thy
way: if thou meet any man, salute him not; and if any salute thee, answer him not again: and lay my staff upon the face of the
child.
12-6:33 And while
he yet talked with them, behold, the messenger came down unto him: and he said, Behold, this evil is of
the LORD; what should I wait for the LORD any
longer?
12-10:5 And he
that was over the house, and he that was over the city, the elders also, and
the bringers up of the children, sent to Jehu, saying, We are thy servants, and
will do all that thou shalt bid us; we will not make any
king: do thou that which is good in
thine eyes.
12-10:14 And he
said, Take them alive. And they took them alive, and slew them at the pit of
the shearing house, even two and forty men; neither left he any of them.
12-10:24 And when
they went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings, Jehu appointed fourscore
men without, and said, If any of the men whom I
have brought into your hands escape, he that letteth him go, his life shall be
for the life of him.
12-12:4 And
Jehoash said to the priests, All the money of the dedicated things that is
brought into the house of the LORD, even the money of every one that passeth
the account, the money that every man is set at, and all the money that cometh
into any man’s heart to bring into the house of
the LORD,
12-12:5 Let the
priests take it to them, every man of his acquaintance: and let them repair the breaches of the house, wheresoever any breach shall be found.
12-12:13 Howbeit
there were not made for the house of the LORD bowls of silver, snuffers,
basons, trumpets, any vessels of gold, or vessels
of silver, of the money that was brought into the house of the LORD:
12-14:26 For the
LORD saw the affliction of Israel, that it was very bitter: for there was not any shut up, nor
any left, nor any
helper for Israel.
12-18:5 He
trusted in the LORD God of Israel; so that after him was none like him among
all the kings of Judah, nor any that were before
him.
12-18:33 Hath any of the gods of the nations delivered at all his
land out of the hand of the king of Assyria?
12-21:8 Neither
will I make the feet of Israel move any more out
of the land which I gave their fathers; only if they will observe to do
according to all that I have commanded them, and according to all the law that
my servant Moses commanded them.
12-23:25 And like
unto him was there no king before him, that turned to the LORD with all his
heart, and with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the law
of Moses; neither after him arose there any like
him.
12-24:7 And the
king of Egypt came not again any more out of his
land: for the king of Babylon had
taken from the river of Egypt unto the river Euphrates all that pertained to
the king of Egypt.
13-1:43 Now these
are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom before any
king reigned over the children of Israel; Bela the son of Beor: and the name of his city was
Dinhabah.
13-17:6 Wheresoever
I have walked with all Israel, spake I a word to any
of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people, saying, Why have
ye not built me an house of cedars?
13-17:9 Also I
will ordain a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, and they shall dwell
in their place, and shall be moved no more; neither shall the children of
wickedness waste them any more, as at the
beginning,
13-17:20 O LORD,
there is none like thee, neither is there any
God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears.
13-19:19 And when
the servants of Hadarezer saw that they were put to the worse before Israel,
they made peace with David, and became his servants: neither would the Syrians help the children of Ammon any more.
13-23:26 And also
unto the Levites; they shall no more carry the tabernacle, nor any vessels of it for the service thereof.
13-26:28 And all
that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and
Joab the son of Zeruiah, had dedicated; and whosoever had dedicated any thing, it was under the hand of Shelomith, and of
his brethren.
13-27:1 Now the
children of Israel after their number, to wit, the chief fathers and captains
of thousands and hundreds, and their officers that served the king in any matter of the courses, which came in and went out
month by month throughout all the months of the year, of every course were
twenty and four thousand.
13-28:21 And,
behold, the courses of the priests and the Levites, even they shall be with
thee for all the service of the house of God: and there shall be with thee for all manner of workmanship every
willing skilful man, for any manner of service: also the princes and all the people
will be wholly at thy commandment.
13-29:25 And the
LORD magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and bestowed
upon him such royal majesty as had not been on any
king before him in Israel.
14-1:12 Wisdom
and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth,
and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee,
neither shall there any after thee have the
like.
14-2:14 The son
of a woman of the daughters of Dan, and his father was a man of Tyre, skilful
to work in gold, and in silver, in brass, in iron, in stone, and in timber, in
purple, in blue, and in fine linen, and in crimson; also to grave any manner of graving, and to find out every device
which shall be put to him, with thy cunning men, and with the cunning men of my
lord David thy father.
14-6:5 Since
the day that I brought forth my people out of the land of Egypt I chose no city
among all the tribes of Israel to build an house in, that my name might be
there; neither chose I any man to be a ruler
over my people Israel:
14-6:29 Then what
prayer or what supplication soever shall be made of any
man, or of all thy people Israel, when every one shall know his own sore and
his own grief, and shall spread forth his hands in this house:
14-8:15 And they
departed not from the commandment of the king unto the priests and Levites
concerning any matter, or concerning the
treasures.
14-9:9 And she
gave the king an hundred and twenty talents of gold, and of spices great
abundance, and precious stones:
neither was there any such spice as the queen of
Sheba gave king Solomon.
14-9:19 And
twelve lions stood there on the one side and on the other upon the six steps.
There was not the like made in any kingdom.
14-9:20 And all
the drinking vessels of king Solomon were of gold, and all the vessels of the house
of the forest of Lebanon were of pure gold:
none were of silver; it was not any thing
accounted of in the days of Solomon.
14-23:19 And he set
the porters at the gates of the house of the LORD, that none which was unclean
in any thing should enter in.
14-32:13 Know ye
not what I and my fathers have done unto all the people of other lands? were
the gods of the nations of those lands any ways
able to deliver their lands out of mine hand?
14-32:15 Now
therefore let not Hezekiah deceive you, nor persuade you on this manner,
neither yet believe him: for no god
of any nation or kingdom was able to deliver his
people out of mine hand, and out of the hand of my fathers: how much less shall your God deliver you out of mine hand?
14-33:8 Neither
will I any more remove the foot of Israel from
out of the land which I have appointed for your fathers; so that they will take
heed to do all that I have commanded them, according to the whole law and the
statutes and the ordinances by the hand of Moses.
14-34:13 Also they
were over the bearers of burdens, and were overseers of all that wrought the
work in any manner of service: and of the Levites there were
scribes, and officers, and porters.
15-1:4 And
whosoever remaineth in any place where he
sojourneth, let the men of his place help him with silver, and with gold, and
with goods, and with beasts, beside the freewill offering for the house of God
that is in Jerusalem.
15-7:24 Also we
certify you, that touching any of the priests
and Levites, singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of God, it
shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them.
16-2:12 And I
arose in the night, I and some few men with me; neither told I any man what my God had put in my heart to do at
Jerusalem: neither was there any beast with me, save the beast that I rode upon.
16-5:16 Yea, also
I continued in the work of this wall, neither bought we any land: and all my
servants were gathered thither unto the work.
16-10:31 And if the
people of the land bring ware or any victuals on
the sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy it of them on the sabbath, or on
the holy day: and that we would
leave the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.
18-4:20 They are
destroyed from morning to evening:
they perish for ever without any regarding it.
18-5:1 Call
now, if there be any that will answer thee; and
to which of the saints wilt thou turn?
18-5:4 His
children are far from safety, and they are crushed in the gate, neither is
there any to deliver them.
18-6:6 Can that
which is unsavoury be eaten without salt? or is there any
taste in the white of an egg?
18-7:10 He shall
return no more to his house, neither shall his place know him any more.
18-8:12 Whilst it
is yet in his greenness, and not cut down, it withereth before any other herb.
18-9:33 Neither
is there any daysman betwixt us, that might lay
his hand upon us both.
18-10:22 A land of
darkness, as darkness itself; and of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness.
18-15:11 Are the
consolations of God small with thee? is there any
secret thing with thee?
18-16:17 Not for any injustice in mine hands: also my prayer is pure.
18-18:19 He shall
neither have son nor nephew among his people, nor any
remaining in his dwellings.
18-20:9 The eye
also which saw him shall see him no more; neither shall his place any more behold him.
18-21:22 Shall any teach God knowledge? seeing he judgeth those that
are high.
18-22:3 Is it any pleasure to the Almighty, that thou art righteous?
or is it gain to him, that thou makest thy ways perfect?
18-25:3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his
light arise?
18-31:7 If my
step hath turned out of the way, and mine heart walked after mine eyes, and if any blot hath cleaved to mine hands;
18-31:19 If I have
seen any perish for want of clothing, or any poor without covering;
18-32:21 Let me
not, I pray you, accept any man’s person,
neither let me give flattering titles unto man.
18-33:13 Why dost
thou strive against him? for he giveth not account of any
of his matters.
18-33:27 He looketh
upon men, and if any say, I have sinned, and
perverted that which was right, and it profited me not;
18-33:32 If thou
hast any thing to say, answer me: speak, for I desire to justify thee.
18-34:27 Because
they turned back from him, and would not consider any
of his ways:
18-34:31 Surely it
is meet to be said unto God, I have borne chastisement, I will not offend any more:
18-36:5 Behold,
God is mighty, and despiseth not any: he is mighty in strength and wisdom.
18-36:29 Also can any understand the spreadings of the clouds, or the
noise of his tabernacle?
18-37:24 Men do
therefore fear him: he respecteth
not any that are wise of heart.
19-4:6 There be
many that say, Who will shew us any good? LORD,
lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us.
19-14:2 The LORD
looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
19-33:17 An horse
is a vain thing for safety: neither
shall he deliver any by his great strength.
19-34:10 The young
lions do lack, and suffer hunger:
but they that seek the LORD shall not want any
good thing.
19-37:8 Cease
from anger, and forsake wrath: fret
not thyself in any wise to do evil.
19-38:3 There is
no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin.
19-49:7 None of
them can by any means redeem his brother, nor
give to God a ransom for him:
19-53:2 God
looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.
19-59:5 Thou
therefore, O LORD God of hosts, the God of Israel, awake to visit all the
heathen: be not merciful to any wicked transgressors. Selah.
19-74:9 We see
not our signs: there is no more any prophet:
neither is there among us any that knoweth how
long.
19-81:9 There
shall no strange god be in thee; neither shalt thou worship any strange god.
19-86:8 Among the
gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.
19-91:10 There
shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any
plague come nigh thy dwelling.
19-109:12 Let there
be none to extend mercy unto him:
neither let there be any to favour his
fatherless children.
19-115:17 The dead
praise not the LORD, neither any that go down
into silence.
19-119:133 Order my
steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
19-135:17 They have
ears, but they hear not; neither is there any
breath in their mouths.
19-139:24 And see if
there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in
the way everlasting.
19-141:4 Incline
not my heart to any evil thing, to practise
wicked works with men that work iniquity:
and let me not eat of their dainties.
19-146:2 While I
live will I praise the LORD: I will
sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
19-147:20 He hath not
dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the
LORD.
20-1:17 Surely in
vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird.
20-6:35 He will
not regard any ransom; neither will he rest
content, though thou givest many gifts.
20-14:34 Righteousness
exalteth a nation: but sin is a
reproach to any people.
20-28:17 A man that
doeth violence to the blood of any person shall
flee to the pit; let no man stay him.
20-30:2 Surely I
am more brutish than any man, and have not the
understanding of a man.
20-30:30 A lion
which is strongest among beasts, and turneth not away for any;
20-31:5 Lest they
drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any
of the afflicted.
21-1:10 Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it
hath been already of old time, which was before us.
21-1:11 There is
no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall
come after.
21-2:10 And
whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them, I withheld not my heart from
any joy; for my heart rejoiced in all my labour: and this was my portion of all my
labour.
21-3:14 I know
that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any
thing taken from it: and God doeth
it, that men should fear before him.
21-5:2 Be not
rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.
21-6:5 Moreover
he hath not seen the sun, nor known any thing: this hath more rest than the other.
21-9:5 For the
living know that they shall die: but
the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is
forgotten.
21-9:6 Also
their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have
they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun.
23-1:5 Why
should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt
more and more: the whole head is
sick, and the whole heart faint.
23-2:4 And he
shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their
spears into pruninghooks: nation
shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
23-2:7 Their
land also is full of silver and gold, neither is there any
end of their treasures; their land is also full of horses, neither is there any end of their chariots:
23-19:15 Neither
shall there be any work for Egypt, which the
head or tail, branch or rush, may do.
23-26:18 We have
been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind;
we have not wrought any deliverance in the
earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.
23-27:3 I the
LORD do keep it; I will water it every moment: lest any hurt it, I will keep it
night and day.
23-30:20 And though
the Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet
shall not thy teachers be removed into a corner any
more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers:
23-33:20 Look upon
Zion, the city of our solemnities:
thine eyes shall see Jerusalem a quiet habitation, a tabernacle that shall not
be taken down; not one of the stakes thereof shall ever be removed, neither
shall any of the cords thereof be broken.
23-35:9 No lion
shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go
up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:
23-36:18 Beware
lest Hezekiah persuade you, saying, The LORD will deliver us. Hath any of the gods of the nations delivered his land out
of the hand of the king of Assyria?
23-44:8 Fear ye
not, neither be afraid: have not I
told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is
there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.
23-51:18 There is
none to guide her among all the sons whom she hath brought forth; neither is
there any that taketh her by the hand of all the
sons that she hath brought up.
23-52:14 As many
were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:
23-53:9 And he
made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had
done no violence, neither was any deceit in his
mouth.
23-54:4 Fear not;
for thou shalt not be ashamed:
neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of
thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.
23-56:2 Blessed
is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that
keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
23-59:4 None
calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies;
they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.
23-62:4 Thou
shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and
thy land shall be married.
24-3:16 And it
shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those
days, saith the LORD, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of the
LORD: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it;
neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more.
24-3:17 At that
time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations
shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.
24-5:1 Run ye
to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in
the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth;
and I will pardon it.
24-9:4 Take ye
heed every one of his neighbour, and trust ye not in any
brother: for every brother will
utterly supplant, and every neighbour will walk with slanders.
24-10:20 My
tabernacle is spoiled, and all my cords are broken: my children are gone forth of me, and they are not: there is none to stretch forth my
tent any more, and to set up my curtains.
24-14:22 Are there any among the vanities of the Gentiles that can cause
rain? or can the heavens give showers? art not thou he, O LORD our God?
therefore we will wait upon thee:
for thou hast made all these things.
24-17:22 Neither
carry forth a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I
commanded your fathers.
24-18:18 Then said
they, Come, and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not
perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the
prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed
to any of his words.
24-20:9 Then I
said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any
more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in
my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay.
24-22:11 For thus
saith the LORD touching Shallum the son of Josiah king of Judah, which reigned
instead of Josiah his father, which went forth out of this place; He shall not
return thither any more:
24-22:30 Thus saith
the LORD, Write ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper,
sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any
more in Judah.
24-23:24 Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see
him? saith the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD.
24-31:12 Therefore
they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the
goodness of the LORD, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young
of the flock and of the herd: and
their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all.
24-31:40 And the
whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the
brook of Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, shall be
holy unto the LORD; it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more for ever.
24-32:27 Behold, I
am the LORD, the God of all flesh:
is there any thing too hard for me?
24-33:26 Then will
I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham,
Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause
their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.
24-34:10 Now when
all the princes, and all the people, which had entered into the covenant, heard
that every one should let his manservant, and every one his maidservant, go
free, that none should serve themselves of them any
more, then they obeyed, and let them go.
24-35:7 Neither
shall ye build house, nor sow seed, nor plant vineyard, nor have any: but
all your days ye shall dwell in tents; that ye may live many days in the land
where ye be strangers.
24-36:24 Yet they
were not afraid, nor rent their garments, neither the king, nor any of his servants that heard all these words.
24-37:17 Then
Zedekiah the king sent, and took him out:
and the king asked him secretly in his house, and said, Is there any word from the LORD? And Jeremiah said, There is: for, said he, thou shalt be delivered
into the hand of the king of Babylon.
24-38:5 Then
Zedekiah the king said, Behold, he is in your hand: for the king is not he that can do any
thing against you.
24-42:21 And now I
have this day declared it to you; but ye have not obeyed the voice of the LORD
your God, nor any thing for the which he hath
sent me unto you.
24-44:26 Therefore
hear ye the word of the LORD, all Judah that dwell in the land of Egypt;
Behold, I have sworn by my great name, saith the LORD, that my name shall no
more be named in the mouth of any man of Judah
in all the land of Egypt, saying, The Lord GOD liveth.
24-48:9 Give
wings unto Moab, that it may flee and get away: for the cities thereof shall be desolate, without any to dwell therein.
24-49:33 And Hazor
shall be a dwelling for dragons, and a desolation for ever: there shall no man abide there, nor any
son of man dwell in it.
24-50:40 As God
overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighbour cities thereof, saith the LORD;
so shall no man abide there, neither shall any
son of man dwell therein.
24-51:43 Her cities
are a desolation, a dry land, and a wilderness, a land wherein no man dwelleth,
neither doth any son of man pass thereby.
24-51:44 And I will
punish Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth out of his mouth that which he
hath swallowed up: and the nations
shall not flow together any more unto him: yea, the wall of Babylon shall fall.
25-1:12 Is it
nothing to you, all ye that pass by? behold, and see if there be any sorrow like unto my sorrow, which is done unto me,
wherewith the LORD hath afflicted me in the day of his fierce anger.
25-3:49 Mine eye
trickleth down, and ceaseth not, without any
intermission,
26-5:9 And I will
do in thee that which I have not done, and whereunto I will not do any more the like, because of all thine abominations.
26-5:11 Wherefore,
as I live, saith the Lord GOD; Surely, because thou hast defiled my sanctuary
with all thy detestable things, and with all thine abominations, therefore will
I also diminish thee; neither shall mine eye spare, neither will I have any pity.
26-7:11 Violence
is risen up into a rod of wickedness:
none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of any of theirs:
neither shall there be wailing for them.
26-7:13 For the
seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they were yet alive: for the vision is touching the whole
multitude thereof, which shall not return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life.
26-9:6 Slay
utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my
sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.
26-12:24 For there
shall be no more any vain vision nor flattering
divination within the house of Israel.
26-12:28 Therefore
say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; There shall none of my words be
prolonged any more, but the word which I have
spoken shall be done, saith the Lord GOD.
26-14:11 That the
house of Israel may go no more astray from me, neither be polluted any more with all their transgressions; but that they
may be my people, and I may be their God, saith the Lord GOD.
26-15:2 Son of
man, What is the vine tree more than any tree,
or than a branch which is among the trees of the forest?
26-15:3 Shall
wood be taken thereof to do any work? or will
men take a pin of it to hang any vessel thereon?
26-15:4 Behold,
it is cast into the fire for fuel; the fire devoureth both the ends of it, and
the midst of it is burned. Is it meet for any
work?
26-15:5 Behold,
when it was whole, it was meet for no work:
how much less shall it be meet yet for any work,
when the fire hath devoured it, and it is burned?
26-16:5 None eye
pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to
have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, to the
loathing of thy person, in the day that thou wast born.
26-16:41 And they shall
burn thine houses with fire, and execute judgments upon thee in the sight of
many women: and I will cause thee to
cease from playing the harlot, and thou also shalt give no hire any more.
26-16:63 That thou
mayest remember, and be confounded, and never open thy mouth any more because of thy shame, when I am pacified
toward thee for all that thou hast done, saith the Lord GOD.
26-18:3 As I
live, saith the Lord GOD, ye shall not have occasion any
more to use this proverb in Israel.
26-18:7 And hath
not oppressed any, but hath restored to the
debtor his pledge, hath spoiled none by violence, hath given his bread to the
hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment;
26-18:8 He that
hath not given forth upon usury, neither hath taken any
increase, that hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity, hath executed true
judgment between man and man,
26-18:10 If he
beget a son that is a robber, a shedder of blood, and that doeth the like to any one of these things,
26-18:11 And that
doeth not any of those duties, but even hath
eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour’s wife,
26-18:16 Neither
hath oppressed any, hath not withholden the
pledge, neither hath spoiled by violence, but hath given his bread to the hungry,
and hath covered the naked with a garment,
26-18:23 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith
the Lord GOD: and not that he should
return from his ways, and live?
26-21:5 That all
flesh may know that I the LORD have drawn forth my sword out of his sheath: it shall not return any more.
26-23:27 Thus will
I make thy lewdness to cease from thee, and thy whoredom brought from the land
of Egypt: so that thou shalt not
lift up thine eyes unto them, nor remember Egypt any
more.
26-24:13 In thy
filthiness is lewdness: because I
have purged thee, and thou wast not purged, thou shalt not be purged from thy
filthiness any more, till I have caused my fury
to rest upon thee.
26-27:36 The
merchants among the people shall hiss at thee; thou shalt be a terror, and
never shalt be any more.
26-28:19 All they
that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.
26-28:24 And there shall
be no more a pricking brier unto the house of Israel, nor any grieving thorn of all that are round about them,
that despised them; and they shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
26-29:15 It shall
be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations: for I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the
nations.
26-31:8 The
cedars in the garden of God could not hide him: the fir trees were not like his boughs, and the chesnut trees
were not like his branches; nor any tree in the
garden of God was like unto him in his beauty.
26-32:13 I will
destroy also all the beasts thereof from beside the great waters; neither shall
the foot of man trouble them any more, nor the
hoofs of beasts trouble them.
26-33:6 But if
the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be
not warned; if the sword come, and take any
person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I
require at the watchman’s hand.
26-34:10 Thus saith
the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock
at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall
the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I
will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.
26-34:29 And I will
raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with
hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.
26-36:14 Therefore thou
shalt devour men no more, neither bereave thy nations any
more, saith the Lord GOD.
26-36:15 Neither
will I cause men to hear in thee the shame of the heathen any more, neither shalt thou bear the reproach of the
people any more, neither shalt thou cause thy
nations to fall any more, saith the Lord GOD.
26-37:22 And I will
make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king
shall be king to them all: and they
shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:
26-37:23 Neither
shall they defile themselves any more with their
idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any
of their transgressions: but I will
save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will
cleanse them: so shall they be my
people, and I will be their God.
26-39:7 So will I
make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let
them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am
the LORD, the Holy One in Israel.
26-39:10 So that
they shall take no wood out of the field, neither cut down any out of the forests; for they shall burn the
weapons with fire: and they shall
spoil those that spoiled them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord
GOD.
26-39:15 And the
passengers that pass through the land, when any
seeth a man’s bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have
buried it in the valley of Hamongog.
26-39:28 Then shall
they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into
captivity among the heathen: but I
have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.
26-39:29 Neither
will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon
the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.
26-44:9 Thus
saith the Lord GOD; No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in
flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any
stranger that is among the children of Israel.
26-44:13 And they
shall not come near unto me, to do the office of a priest unto me, nor to come
near to any of my holy things, in the most holy
place: but they shall bear their
shame, and their abominations which they have committed.
26-44:18 They shall
have linen bonnets upon their heads, and shall have linen breeches upon their
loins; they shall not gird themselves with any
thing that causeth sweat.
26-44:21 Neither
shall any priest drink wine, when they enter
into the inner court.
26-44:31 The priests
shall not eat of any thing that is dead of
itself, or torn, whether it be fowl or beast.
26-46:16 Thus saith
the Lord GOD; If the prince give a gift unto any
of his sons, the inheritance thereof shall be his sons’; it shall be their
possession by inheritance.
27-2:10 The
Chaldeans answered before the king, and said, There is not a man upon the earth
that can shew the king’s matter:
therefore there is no king, lord, nor ruler, that asked such things at any magician, or astrologer, or Chaldean.
27-2:30 But as
for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any
wisdom that I have more than any living, but for
their sakes that shall make known the interpretation to the king, and that thou
mightest know the thoughts of thy heart.
27-3:28 Then
Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and
Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in
him, and have changed the king’s word, and yielded their bodies, that they
might not serve nor worship any god, except
their own God.
27-3:29 Therefore
I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach,
and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that
can deliver after this sort.
27-6:4 Then the
presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the
kingdom; but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was
faithful, neither was there any error or fault
found in him.
27-6:5 Then
said these men, We shall not find any occasion
against this Daniel, except we find it against him concerning the law of his
God.
27-6:7 All the
presidents of the kingdom, the governors, and the princes, the counsellors, and
the captains, have consulted together to establish a royal statute, and to make
a firm decree, that whosoever shall ask a petition of any
God or man for thirty days, save of thee, O king, he shall be cast into the den
of lions.
27-6:12 Then they
came near, and spake before the king concerning the king’s decree; Hast thou
not signed a decree, that every man that shall ask a petition of any God or man within thirty days, save of thee, O
king, shall be cast into the den of lions? The king answered and said, The
thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth
not.
27-8:4 I saw
the ram pushing westward, and northward, and southward; so that no beasts might
stand before him, neither was there any that
could deliver out of his hand; but he did according to his will, and became
great.
27-11:15 So the
king of the north shall come, and cast up a mount, and take the most fenced
cities: and the arms of the south
shall not withstand, neither his chosen people, neither shall there be any strength to withstand.
27-11:37 Neither
shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god:
for he shall magnify himself above all.
28-13:10 I will be
thy king: where is any other that may save thee in all thy cities? and
thy judges of whom thou saidst, Give me a king and princes?
28-14:3 Asshur
shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses: neither will we say any more to
the work of our hands, Ye are our gods:
for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy.
28-14:8 Ephraim
shall say, What have I to do any more with
idols? I have heard him, and observed him:
I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy fruit found.
29-2:2 A day of
darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the
morning spread upon the mountains: a
great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many
generations.
29-3:17 So shall
ye know that I am the LORD your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and
there shall no strangers pass through her any
more.
30-6:10 And a
man’s uncle shall take him up, and he that burneth him, to bring out the bones
out of the house, and shall say unto him that is by the sides of the house, Is
there yet any with thee? and he shall say, No.
Then shall he say, Hold thy tongue:
for we may not make mention of the name of the LORD.
30-7:8 And the
LORD said unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A plumbline. Then said
the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more:
30-7:13 But
prophesy not again any more at Bethel: for it is the king’s chapel, and it is
the king’s court.
30-8:2 And he
said, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A basket of summer fruit. Then said
the LORD unto me, The end is come upon my people of Israel; I will not again
pass by them any more.
30-8:7 The LORD
hath sworn by the excellency of Jacob, Surely I will never forget any of their works.
31-1:18 And the
house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house
of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there
shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau;
for the LORD hath spoken it.
32-3:7 And he caused
it to be proclaimed and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and
his nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste any thing:
let them not feed, nor drink water:
33-4:3 And he
shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they
shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword
against nation, neither shall they learn war any
more.
36-3:15 The LORD
hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more.
37-2:12 If one
bear holy flesh in the skirt of his garment, and with his skirt do touch bread,
or pottage, or wine, or oil, or any meat, shall
it be holy? And the priests answered and said, No.
37-2:13 Then said
Haggai, If one that is unclean by a dead body touch any
of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests answered and said, It shall be
unclean.
38-8:10 For before
these days there was no hire for man, nor any
hire for beast; neither was there any peace to
him that went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all men every one against his neighbour.
38-9:8 And I
will encamp about mine house because of the army, because of him that passeth
by, and because of him that returneth:
and no oppressor shall pass through them any
more: for now have I seen with mine
eyes.
38-13:3 And it
shall come to pass, that when any shall yet
prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him,
Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the LORD: and his father and his mother that
begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth.
39-2:13 And this
have ye done again, covering the altar of the LORD with tears, with weeping,
and with crying out, insomuch that he regardeth not the offering any more, or receiveth it with good will at your hand.
40-4:6 And
saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his
angels charge concerning thee: and in
their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any
time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
40-5:25 Agree
with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and
the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.
40-5:40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy
coat, let him have thy cloke also.
40-10:5 These
twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the
Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans
enter ye not:
40-11:27 All things
are delivered unto me of my Father:
and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever
the Son will reveal him.
40-12:19 He shall
not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear
his voice in the streets.
40-13:15 For this
people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their
eyes they have closed; lest at any time they
should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with
their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
40-13:19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and
understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which
was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
40-16:24 Then said
Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after
me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
40-18:19 Again I
say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for
them of my Father which is in heaven.
40-21:3 And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord
hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.
40-22:16 And they sent
out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that
thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man:
for thou regardest not the person of men.
40-22:46 And no man
was able to answer him a word, neither durst any
man from that day forth ask him any more
questions.
40-24:17 Let him
which is on the housetop not come down to take any
thing out of his house:
40-24:23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or
there; believe it not.
41-1:44 And saith
unto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but go thy way, shew thyself to the
priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a
testimony unto them.
41-4:12 That
seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not
understand; lest at any time they should be
converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.
41-4:22 For there
is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad.
41-4:23 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
41-5:4 Because
that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been
plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.
41-5:35 While he
yet spake, there came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house certain which
said, Thy daughter is dead: why
troublest thou the Master any further?
41-7:16 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
41-8:26 And he
sent him away to his house, saying, Neither go into the town, nor tell it to any in the town.
41-9:8 And
suddenly, when they had looked round about, they saw no man any more, save Jesus only with themselves.
41-9:22 And ofttimes
it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us.
41-9:30 And they
departed thence, and passed through Galilee; and he would not that any man should know it.
41-9:35 And he
sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of
all, and servant of all.
41-11:3 And if any man say unto you, Why do ye this? say ye that the
Lord hath need of him; and straightway he will send him hither.
41-11:13 And seeing
a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon:
and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was
not yet.
41-11:16 And would
not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.
41-11:25 And when
ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in
heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
41-12:21 And the
second took her, and died, neither left he any
seed: and the third likewise.
41-12:34 And when
Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from
the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question.
41-13:5 And Jesus
answering them began to say, Take heed lest any
man deceive you:
41-13:15 And let
him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein,
to take any thing out of his house:
41-13:21 And then
if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ;
or, lo, he is there; believe him not:
41-14:31 But he spake
the more vehemently, If I should die with thee, I will not deny thee in any wise. Likewise also said they all.
41-14:63 Then the
high priest rent his clothes, and saith, What need we any
further witnesses?
41-15:44 And Pilate
marvelled if he were already dead:
and calling unto him the centurion, he asked him whether he had been any while dead.
41-16:8 And they
went out quickly, and fled from the sepulchre; for they trembled and were
amazed: neither said they any thing to any man;
for they were afraid.
41-16:18 They shall
take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly
thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall
recover.
42-3:14 And the
soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said
unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any
falsely; and be content with your wages.
42-4:11 And in
their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any
time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
42-4:40 Now when
the sun was setting, all they that had any sick
with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one
of them, and healed them.
42-8:17 For
nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come
abroad.
42-8:27 And when
he went forth to land, there met him out of the city a certain man, which had
devils long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in any house, but in the tombs.
42-8:43 And a
woman having an issue of blood twelve years, which had spent all her living
upon physicians, neither could be healed of any,
42-9:23 And he
said to them all, If any man will come after me,
let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
42-9:36 And when
the voice was past, Jesus was found alone. And they kept it close, and told no
man in those days any of those things which they
had seen.
42-10:19 Behold, I
give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power
of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
42-11:11 If a son
shall ask bread of any of you that is a father,
will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a
serpent?
42-14:8 When thou
art bidden of any man to a wedding, sit not down
in the highest room; lest a more honourable man than thou be bidden of him;
42-14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother,
and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also,
he cannot be my disciple.
42-15:29 And he
answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither
transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid,
that I might make merry with my friends:
42-19:8 And
Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I
give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing
from any man by false accusation, I restore him
fourfold.
42-19:31 And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye
say unto him, Because the Lord hath need of him.
42-20:21 And they
asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly,
neither acceptest thou the person of any, but
teachest the way of God truly:
42-20:27 Then came to
him certain of the Sadducees, which deny that there is any
resurrection; and they asked him,
42-20:28 Saying,
Master, Moses wrote unto us, If any man’s
brother die, having a wife, and he die without children, that his brother
should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
42-20:36 Neither
can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God,
being the children of the resurrection.
42-20:40 And after
that they durst not ask him any question at all.
42-21:34 And take
heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts
be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so
that day come upon you unawares.
42-22:16 For I say
unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until
it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
42-22:35 And he
said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing.
42-22:71 And they
said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves
have heard of his own mouth.
42-24:41 And while
they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?
43-1:3 All things
were made by him; and without him was not any
thing made that was made.
43-1:18 No man
hath seen God at any time; the only begotten
Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
43-1:46 And
Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good
thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.
43-2:25 And
needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.
43-4:33 Therefore
said the disciples one to another, Hath any man
brought him ought to eat?
43-5:37 And the Father
himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard
his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.
43-6:46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God,
he hath seen the Father.
43-6:51 I am the
living bread which came down from heaven:
if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for
ever: and the bread that I will give
is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
43-7:4 For
there is no man that doeth any thing in secret,
and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew
thyself to the world.
43-7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the
doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
43-7:37 In the
last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
43-7:48 Have any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed on him?
43-7:51 Doth our
law judge any man, before it hear him, and know
what he doeth?
43-8:33 They
answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man:
how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
43-9:22 These
words spake his parents, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had agreed already, that if any
man did confess that he was Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.
43-9:31 Now we
know that God heareth not sinners:
but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth
his will, him he heareth.
43-9:32 Since the
world began was it not heard that any man opened
the eyes of one that was born blind.
43-10:9 I am the
door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in
and out, and find pasture.
43-10:28 And I give
unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
43-11:9 Jesus
answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any
man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this
world.
43-11:57 Now both
the chief priests and the Pharisees had given a commandment, that, if any man knew where he were, he should shew it, that
they might take him.
43-12:26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am,
there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
43-12:47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him
not: for I came not to judge the
world, but to save the world.
43-14:14 If ye
shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
43-16:30 Now are we
sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee:
by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.
43-18:31 Then said
Pilate unto them, Take ye him, and judge him according to your law. The Jews
therefore said unto him, It is not lawful for us to put any man to death:
43-21:5 Then
Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any
meat? They answered him, No.
44-4:12 Neither
is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven
given among men, whereby we must be saved.
44-4:32 And the
multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any
of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had
all things common.
44-4:34 Neither
was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of
lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
44-9:2 And
desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he
might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.
44-10:14 But Peter said,
Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing
that is common or unclean.
44-10:28 And he
said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a
Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me
that I should not call any man common or
unclean.
44-10:47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be
baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
44-11:8 But I
said, Not so, Lord: for nothing
common or unclean hath at any time entered into
my mouth.
44-13:15 And after
the reading of the law and the prophets the rulers of the synagogue sent unto
them, saying, Ye men and brethren, if ye have any
word of exhortation for the people, say on.
44-17:25 Neither is
worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed any
thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;
44-19:2 He said
unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said
unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.
44-19:38 Wherefore
if Demetrius, and the craftsmen which are with him, have a matter against any man, the law is open, and there are deputies: let them implead one another.
44-19:39 But if ye
enquire any thing concerning other matters, it
shall be determined in a lawful assembly.
44-24:12 And they
neither found me in the temple disputing with any
man, neither raising up the people, neither in the synagogues, nor in the city:
44-24:20 Or else
let these same here say, if they have found any
evil doing in me, while I stood before the council,
44-25:5 Let them therefore,
said he, which among you are able, go down with me, and accuse this man, if
there be any wickedness in him.
44-25:8 While he
answered for himself, Neither against the law of the Jews, neither against the
temple, nor yet against Caesar, have I offended any
thing at all.
44-25:11 For if I
be an offender, or have committed any thing
worthy of death, I refuse not to die:
but if there be none of these things whereof these accuse me, no man may
deliver me unto them. I appeal unto Caesar.
44-25:16 To whom I
answered, It is not the manner of the Romans to deliver any man to die, before that he which is accused have the accusers
face to face, and have licence to answer for himself concerning the crime laid
against him.
44-25:17 Therefore,
when they were come hither, without any delay on
the morrow I sat on the judgment seat, and commanded the man to be brought
forth.
44-25:24 And Festus
said, King Agrippa, and all men which are here present with us, ye see this
man, about whom all the multitude of the Jews have dealt with me, both at
Jerusalem, and also here, crying that he ought not to live any longer.
44-27:12 And
because the haven was not commodious to winter in, the more part advised to
depart thence also, if by any means they might
attain to Phenice, and there to winter; which is an haven of Crete, and lieth
toward the south west and north west.
44-27:22 And now I
exhort you to be of good cheer: for
there shall be no loss of any man’s life among
you, but of the ship.
44-27:34 Wherefore
I pray you to take some meat: for
this is for your health: for there
shall not an hair fall from the head of any of
you.
44-27:42 And the
soldiers’ counsel was to kill the prisoners, lest any
of them should swim out, and escape.
44-28:21 And they
said unto him, We neither received letters out of Judaea concerning thee,
neither any of the brethren that came shewed or
spake any harm of thee.
45-1:10 Making
request, if by any means now at length I might
have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.
45-6:2 God
forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any
longer therein?
45-8:9 But ye
are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell
in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of
Christ, he is none of his.
45-8:33 Who shall
lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It
is God that justifieth.
45-8:39 Nor height,
nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able
to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
45-9:11 (For the
children being not yet born, neither having done any
good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of
works, but of him that calleth;)
45-11:14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my
flesh, and might save some of them.
45-13:8 Owe no
man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath
fulfilled the law.
45-13:9 For this,
Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou
shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in
this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
45-14:13 Let us not
therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man
put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.
45-14:14 I know,
and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.
45-14:21 It is good
neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any
thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak.
45-15:18 For I will
not dare to speak of any of those things which
Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,
46-1:15 Lest any should say that I had baptized in mine own name.
46-1:16 And I
baptized also the household of Stephanas:
besides, I know not whether I baptized any
other.
46-2:2 For I
determined not to know any thing among you, save
Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
46-3:7 So then
neither is he that planteth any thing, neither
he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
46-3:12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver,
precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
46-3:14 If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he
shall receive a reward.
46-3:15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so
as by fire.
46-3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God
destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
46-3:18 Let no man
deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to
be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
46-5:11 But now I
have written unto you not to keep company, if any
man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a
railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
46-6:1 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law
before the unjust, and not before the saints?
46-6:12 All
things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the
power of any.
46-7:12 But to
the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be
pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away.
46-7:18 Is any man called being circumcised? let him not become
uncircumcised. Is any called in uncircumcision?
let him not be circumcised.
46-7:36 But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward
his virgin, if she pass the flower of her age, and need so require, let him do
what he will, he sinneth not: let
them marry.
46-8:2 And if any man think that he knoweth any
thing, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know.
46-8:3 But if any man love God, the same is known of him.
46-8:9 But take
heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become
a stumblingblock to them that are weak.
46-8:10 For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in
the idol’s temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened
to eat those things which are offered to idols;
46-9:7 Who
goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who
planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a
flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock?
46-9:15 But I
have used none of these things:
neither have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me: for it were better for me to die,
than that any man should make my glorying void.
46-9:27 But I
keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I
have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
46-10:19 What say I
then? that the idol is any thing, or that which
is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing?
46-10:27 If any of them that believe not bid you to a feast, and
ye be disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for
conscience sake.
46-10:28 But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice
unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the Lord’s, and the
fulness thereof:
46-11:16 But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such
custom, neither the churches of God.
46-11:34 And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye come not
together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.
46-14:27 If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two,
or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.
46-14:30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let
the first hold his peace.
46-14:35 And if
they will learn any thing, let them ask their
husbands at home: for it is a shame
for women to speak in the church.
46-14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let
him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of
the Lord.
46-14:38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant.
46-16:22 If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be
Anathema Maranatha.
47-1:4 Who
comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which
are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we
ourselves are comforted of God.
47-2:5 But if any have caused grief, he hath not grieved me, but in
part: that I may not overcharge you
all.
47-2:10 To whom
ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes
forgave I it in the person of Christ;
47-3:5 Not that
we are sufficient of ourselves to think any
thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;
47-5:17 Therefore
if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold,
all things are become new.
47-6:3 Giving
no offence in any thing, that the ministry be
not blamed:
47-7:14 For if I
have boasted any thing to him of you, I am not
ashamed; but as we spake all things to you in truth, even so our boasting,
which I made before Titus, is found a truth.
47-8:23 Whether any do enquire of Titus, he is my partner and
fellowhelper concerning you: or our
brethren be enquired of, they are the messengers of the churches, and the glory
of Christ.
47-10:7 Do ye
look on things after the outward appearance? If any
man trust to himself that he is Christ’s, let him of himself think this again, that,
as he is Christ’s, even so are we Christ’s.
47-11:3 But I
fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled
Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity
that is in Christ.
47-11:21 I speak as
concerning reproach, as though we had been weak. Howbeit whereinsoever any is bold, (I speak foolishly,) I am bold also.
47-12:6 For though
I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth
me to be, or that he heareth of me.
47-12:17 Did I make
a gain of you by any of them whom I sent unto
you?
48-1:8 But
though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any
other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be
accursed.
48-1:9 As we
said before, so say I now again, If any man
preach any other gospel unto you than that ye
have received, let him be accursed.
48-2:2 And I went
up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among
the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain.
48-5:6 For in Jesus
Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing,
nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
48-6:15 For in
Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any
thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
49-2:9 Not of
works, lest any man should boast.
49-5:5 For this
ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an
idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of
Christ and of God.
49-5:27 That he
might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without
blemish.
49-6:8 Knowing
that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the
same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.
50-2:1 If there
be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any
fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and
mercies,
50-3:4 Though I
might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other
man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more:
50-3:11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the
dead.
50-3:15 Let us
therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be
otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.
50-4:8 Finally,
brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever
things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely,
whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any
virtue, and if there be any praise, think on
these things.
51-2:4 And this
I say, lest any man should beguile you with
enticing words.
51-2:8 Beware
lest any man spoil you through philosophy and
vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and
not after Christ.
51-2:23 Which
things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and
neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the
satisfying of the flesh.
51-3:13 Forbearing
one another, and forgiving one another, if any
man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also
do ye.
52-1:8 For from
you sounded out the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also
in every place your faith to God-ward
is spread abroad; so that we need not to speak any
thing.
52-2:5 For
neither at any time used we flattering words, as
ye know, nor a cloke of covetousness; God is witness:
52-2:9 For ye
remember, brethren, our labour and travail:
for labouring night and day, because we would not be chargeable unto any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of God.
52-4:6 That no
man go beyond and defraud his brother in any
matter: because that the Lord is the
avenger of all such, as we also have forewarned you and testified.
52-5:15 See that
none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever
follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
53-2:3 Let no
man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away
first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
53-3:8 Neither
did we eat any man’s bread for nought; but
wrought with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable
to any of you:
53-3:10 For even
when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any
would not work, neither should he eat.
53-3:14 And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man,
and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.
54-1:10 For
whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers,
for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any
other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;
54-5:4 But if any widow have children or nephews, let them learn
first to shew piety at home, and to requite their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God.
54-5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those
of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
54-5:16 If any man or woman that believeth have widows, let them
relieve them, and let not the church be charged; that it may relieve them that
are widows indeed.
54-6:3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome
words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is
according to godliness;
56-1:6 If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having
faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.
58-1:5 For unto
which of the angels said he at any time, Thou
art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a
Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
58-1:13 But to
which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on
my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
58-2:1 Therefore
we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest
at any time we should let them slip.
58-3:12 Take
heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an
evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
58-3:13 But
exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of
sin.
58-4:1 Let us therefore
fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
58-4:11 Let us
labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any
man fall after the same example of unbelief.
58-4:12 For the
word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any
twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and
of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the
heart.
58-4:13 Neither
is there any creature that is not manifest in
his sight: but all things are naked
and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
58-10:38 Now the
just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in
him.
58-12:15 Looking
diligently lest any man fail of the grace of
God; lest any root of bitterness springing up
trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
58-12:16 Lest there
be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau,
who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.
58-12:19 And the
sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard
intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any
more:
59-1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that
giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
59-1:7 For let
not that man think that he shall receive any
thing of the Lord.
59-1:13 Let no
man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
59-1:23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is
like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
59-1:26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth
not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain.
59-3:2 For in
many things we offend all. If any man offend not
in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
59-5:12 But above
all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth,
neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into
condemnation.
59-5:13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.
59-5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the
church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the
Lord:
59-5:19 Brethren,
if any of you do err from the truth, and one
convert him;
60-3:1 Likewise,
ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word
be won by the conversation of the wives;
60-3:6 Even as
Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord:
whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.
60-4:11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if
any man minister, let him do it as of the
ability which God giveth: that God
in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and
dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
60-4:16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed;
but let him glorify God on this behalf.
61-1:20 Knowing
this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any
private interpretation.
61-3:9 The Lord
is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is
longsuffering to us-ward, not
willing that any should perish, but that all
should come to repentance.
62-2:1 My
little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father,
Jesus Christ the righteous:
62-2:15 Love not
the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
62-2:27 But the anointing
which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you:
but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no
lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
62-4:12 No man
hath seen God at any time. If we love one
another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
62-5:14 And this
is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any
thing according to his will, he heareth us:
62-5:16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto
death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto
death. There is a sin unto death: I
do not say that he shall pray for it.
63-1:10 If there
come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine,
receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
66-3:20 Behold, I
stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come
in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
66-7:1 And after
these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth,
holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the
earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
66-7:16 They shall
hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither
shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
66-9:4 And it
was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any
tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
66-11:5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their
mouth, and devoureth their enemies:
and if any man will hurt them, he must in this
manner be killed.
66-12:8 And
prevailed not; neither was their place found any
more in heaven.
66-13:9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.
66-14:9 And the
third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in
his forehead, or in his hand,
66-18:11 And the
merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their
merchandise any more:
66-18:22 And the
voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard
no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be
found any more in thee; and the sound of a
millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;
66-21:4 And God
shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death,
neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any
more pain: for the former things are
passed away.
66-21:27 And there
shall in no wise enter into it any thing that
defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the
Lamb’s book of life.
66-22:18 For I
testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add
unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
66-22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of
this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of
the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
