02-6:25 And Eleazar Aaron’s son took him one of the daughters of
Putiel to wife; and she bare him Phinehas: these are the heads of
the fathers of the Levites according to their families.
02-7:12 For they cast down every man his rod, and they became
serpents: but Aaron’s rod
swallowed up their rods.
02-28:1 And take thou unto thee Aaron thy brother, and his sons with
him, from among the children of Israel, that he may minister unto me in the
priest’s office, even Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and
Ithamar, Aaron’s
sons.
02-28:3 And thou shalt speak unto all that are wise
hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make Aaron’s garments to consecrate him,
that he may minister unto me in the priest’s office.
02-28:30 And thou shalt put in the breastplate of judgment the
Urim and the Thummim; and they shall be upon Aaron’s heart, when he goeth in before the LORD:
and Aaron
shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart before the
LORD continually.
02-28:38 And it shall be upon Aaron’s forehead, that Aaron may bear the iniquity of the holy
things, which the children of Israel shall hallow in all their holy gifts; and
it shall be always upon his forehead, that they may be accepted before the
LORD.
02-28:40 And for Aaron’s sons thou shalt make coats, and thou shalt make
for them girdles, and bonnets shalt thou make for them, for glory and for
beauty.
02-29:26 And thou shalt take the breast of the ram of Aaron’s consecration, and wave it for
a wave offering before the LORD: and it shall be thy part.
02-29:28 And it shall be Aaron’s and his sons’ by a statute for ever from the
children of Israel: for it is an heave offering: and it shall
be an heave offering from the children of Israel of the sacrifice of their
peace offerings, even their heave offering unto the LORD.
03-1:5 And he shall kill the bullock before the LORD:
and the priests, Aaron’s
sons, shall bring the blood, and sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar
that is by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
03-1:8 And the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall lay the parts, the head, and the
fat, in order upon the wood that is on the fire which is upon the
altar:
03-1:11 And he shall kill it on the side of the altar
northward before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall sprinkle his blood round about upon
the altar.
03-2:2 And he shall bring it to Aaron’s sons the priests: and he shall take
thereout his handful of the flour thereof, and of the oil thereof, with all the
frankincense thereof; and the priest shall burn the memorial of it upon the
altar, to be an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD:
03-2:3 And the remnant of the meat offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’: it
is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD made by fire.
03-2:10 And that which is left of the meat offering shall
be Aaron’s and
his sons’: it is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD
made by fire.
03-3:2 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his
offering, and kill it at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
and Aaron’s sons
the priests shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.
03-3:5 And Aaron’s sons shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt
sacrifice, which is upon the wood that is on the fire: it
is an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
03-3:8 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his
offering, and kill it before the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron’s sons shall sprinkle the
blood thereof round about upon the altar.
03-7:31 And the priest shall burn the fat upon the altar:
but the breast shall be Aaron’s and
his sons’.
03-8:12 And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron’s head, and anointed him, to
sanctify him.
03-8:13 And Moses brought Aaron’s sons, and put coats upon them, and girded them
with girdles, and put bonnets upon them; as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-8:23 And he slew it; and Moses took of the blood of
it, and put it upon the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and upon the thumb of his right
hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot.
03-8:24 And he brought Aaron’s sons, and Moses put of the blood upon the tip
of their right ear, and upon the thumbs of their right hands, and upon the
great toes of their right feet: and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the
altar round about.
03-8:27 And he put all upon Aaron’s hands, and upon his sons’ hands, and waved them
for a wave offering before the LORD.
03-9:12 And he slew the burnt offering; and Aaron’s sons presented unto him the
blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.
03-9:18 He slew also the bullock and the ram for a
sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron’s sons presented unto him the
blood, which he sprinkled upon the altar round about,
03-24:9 And it shall be Aaron’s and his sons’; and they shall eat it in the
holy place: for it is most holy unto him of the offerings of the
LORD made by fire by a perpetual statute.
04-17:3 And thou shalt write Aaron’s name upon the rod of Levi: for one rod shall
be for the head of the house of their fathers.
04-17:10 And the LORD said unto Moses, Bring Aaron’s rod again before the
testimony, to be kept for a token against the rebels; and thou shalt quite take
away their murmurings from me, that they die not.
19-133:2 It is like
the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went
down to the skirts of his garments;
58-9:4 Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the
covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that
had manna, and Aaron’s rod
that budded, and the tables of the covenant;

for he gave unto Daniel the name of Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of

27-2:49 Then Daniel requested of the king, and he set
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego,
over the affairs of the province of Babylon: but Daniel sat in
the gate of the king.
27-3:12 There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the
affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have
not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image
which thou hast set up.
27-3:13 Then Nebuchadnezzar in his rage and fury
commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Then they brought these men before the king.
27-3:14 Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true,
O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do
not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up?
27-3:16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O
Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.
27-3:19 Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of

commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was
wont to be heated.
27-3:20 And he commanded the most mighty men that were in
his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the
burning fiery furnace.
27-3:22 Therefore because the king’s commandment was urgent,
and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took
up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.
27-3:23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the
midst of the burning fiery furnace.
27-3:26 Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the
burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the most
high God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst
of the fire.
27-3:28 Then Nebuchadnezzar
spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent his angel,
and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king’s
word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god,
except their own God.
27-3:29 Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation,
and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach,
and Abednego,
shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill:
because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.
27-3:30 Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, in the province of

they were judges in Beersheba.
13-2:24 And after that Hezron was dead in Calebephratah, then Abiah Hezron’s wife bare him Ashur
the father of Tekoa.

09-22:20 And one of the sons of Ahimelech the son of Ahitub,
named Abiathar,
escaped, and fled after David.
09-22:21 And Abiathar shewed David that Saul had slain the LORD’S
priests.
09-22:22 And David said unto Abiathar, I knew it that day, when Doeg the
Edomite was there, that he would surely tell Saul: I have
occasioned the death of all the persons of thy father’s house.
09-23:6 And it came to pass, when Abiathar the son of Ahimelech fled to David to Keilah, that
he came down with an ephod in his hand.
09-23:9 And David knew that Saul secretly practised mischief
against him; and he said to Abiathar the
priest, Bring hither the ephod.
09-30:7 And David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech’s son, I pray thee,
bring me hither the ephod. And Abiathar brought thither the ephod to David.
10-8:17 And Zadok the son of Ahitub, and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, were the priests;
and Seraiah was the scribe;
10-15:24 And lo Zadok also, and all the Levites were with
him, bearing the ark of the covenant of God: and they set down the ark
of God; and Abiathar
went up, until all the people had done passing out of the city.
10-15:27 The king said also unto Zadok the priest, Art not thou
a seer? return into the city in peace, and your two sons with you, Ahimaaz thy
son, and Jonathan the son of Abiathar.
10-15:29 Zadok therefore and Abiathar carried the ark of God again to Jerusalem:
and they tarried there.
10-15:35 And hast thou not there with thee Zadok and Abiathar the priests? therefore it
shall be, that what thing soever thou shalt hear out of the king’s
house, thou shalt tell it to Zadok and Abiathar the priests.
10-17:15 Then said Hushai unto Zadok and to Abiathar the priests, Thus and thus
did Ahithophel counsel Absalom and the elders of Israel; and thus and thus have
I counselled.
10-19:11 And king David sent to Zadok and to Abiathar the priests, saying, Speak
unto the elders of Judah, saying, Why are ye the last to bring the king back to
his house? seeing the speech of all Israel is come to the king, even to
his house.
10-20:25 And Sheva was scribe: and Zadok and Abiathar were the priests:
11-1:7 And he conferred with Joab the son of Zeruiah, and
with Abiathar the
priest: and they following Adonijah helped him.
11-1:19 And he hath slain oxen and fat cattle and sheep in
abundance, and hath called all the sons of the king, and Abiathar the priest, and Joab the
captain of the host: but Solomon thy servant hath he not called.
11-1:25 For he is gone down this day, and hath slain oxen and
fat cattle and sheep in abundance, and hath called all the king’s sons, and the
captains of the host, and Abiathar the
priest; and, behold, they eat and drink before him, and say, God save king
Adonijah.
11-1:42 And while he yet spake, behold, Jonathan the son of Abiathar the priest came:
and Adonijah said unto him, Come in; for thou art a valiant man, and
bringest good tidings.
11-2:22 And king Solomon answered and said unto his mother,
And why dost thou ask Abishag the Shunammite for Adonijah? ask for him the
kingdom also; for he is mine elder brother; even for him, and for Abiathar the priest, and for Joab
the son of Zeruiah.
11-2:26 And unto Abiathar the priest said the king, Get thee to
Anathoth, unto thine own fields; for thou art worthy of death:
but I will not at this time put thee to death, because thou barest the ark of
the Lord GOD before David my father, and because thou hast been afflicted in
all wherein my father was afflicted.
11-2:27 So Solomon thrust out Abiathar from being priest unto the LORD; that he might
fulfil the word of the LORD, which he spake concerning the house of Eli in
Shiloh.
11-2:35 And the king put Benaiah the son of Jehoiada in his
room over the host: and Zadok the priest did the king put in the room of
Abiathar.
11-4:4 And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over the
host: and Zadok and Abiathar were
the priests:
13-15:11 And David called for Zadok and Abiathar the priests, and for the Levites, for Uriel,
Asaiah, and Joel, Shemaiah, and Eliel, and Amminadab,
13-18:16 And Zadok the son of Ahitub, and Abimelech the son of Abiathar, were the priests;
and Shavsha was scribe;
13-24:6 And Shemaiah the son of Nethaneel the scribe, one of
the Levites, wrote them before the king, and the princes, and Zadok the priest,
and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar,
and before the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites:
one principal household being taken for Eleazar, and one taken for
Ithamar.
13-27:34 And after Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of
Benaiah, and Abiathar:
and the general of the king’s army was Joab.
41-2:26 How he went into the house of God in the days of Abiathar the high priest, and did
eat the shewbread, which is not lawful to eat but for the priests, and gave
also to them which were with him?
